Maraknya kasus korupsi tentu memaksa pemerintah untuk menciptakan langkah-langkah preventif bagi para koruptor. Langkah tersebut adalah penyadapan yang dilakukan oleh KPK. Tentunya semua ini seharusnya tidak terlepas dari etika. Etika selama ini belum tersentuh oleh KPK karena dalam melakukan penyadapan hanya sebatas mengikuti peraturan perundang-undangan. Padahal berkenaan dengan pelaksanaan peraturan perundang-undangan seharusnya ada etika yang harus dijaga untuk menjamin hak kehidupan privasi seseorang. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research), menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statutory approach), dan teori-teori (conceptual approach), serta pendekatan kasus (doctrinal approach) yang diteliti melaluiberbagai literatur yang berkaitan dengan pengaturan hak-hak privasi, juga berkaitan dengan pengaturan penyadapan KPK.

Lampung Province is categorized as a highly vulnerable area due to its proximity to the Indian Ocean, the Sunda Strait, and the volcanic activity of Anak Krakatau. This geographical setting poses significant adaptation challenges, particularly for Generation Z, a strategic age group in disaster mitigation. This study aims to examine the relationship between place of residence and tsunami disaster adaptation capacity among Generation Z, with a specific focus on geographical proximity to the Megathrust and Krakatau Volcano. A quantitative approach was employed through an online survey distributed to 261 students of the University of Lampung. Data were analyzed using descriptive non-inferential statistics and multiple linear regression. The results indicate variations in disaster literacy levels across regions, with the highest scores reported by respondents from Bekasi (100) and Prabumulih (98), while the lowest scores were observed in Musi Banyuasin (66.5) and Medan (69.67). However, regression analysis revealed that geographical distance from either the Megathrust or Krakatau had no significant effect on tsunami literacy (Sig. > 0.05). These findings highlight that distance is not the primary determinant; rather, disaster experience, access to information, education, and local policy play a more substantial role in shaping the preparedness of Generation Z. The study recommends integrating disaster literacy into higher education curricula and strengthening evacuation simulations as adaptive strategies

Background: Environmental noise pollution, particularly from railway activities, poses a significant challenge to student concentration and learning effectiveness. This study investigates the correlation between railway noise levels and student concentration in classroom learning within an environmental education framework. Method: The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all fifth-grade students of State Elementary School 1 Rajabasa Raya totaling 98 students. The sample of this study was 78 respondents. Findings: The results of the study regarding the intensity of noise measured have exceeded the threshold value (nab). While the results of the product moment correlation analysis method, there is a relationship between train noise and student learning concentration at State Elementary School 1 Rajabasa Raya with a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.005). Conclusion: Persistent railway noise has a measurable adverse effect on student learning concentration, emphasizing the need for environmental education-based mitigation strategies. Novelty/Originality of this article: This study contributes to the field of environmental education by integrating noise pollution analysis with student learning outcomes. It highlights the necessity of soundproofing measures, school infrastructure adjustments, and adaptive learning strategies to minimize the impact of environmental noise on education.

Program beras sejahtera (rastra) merupakan salah satu program penting dalam penanggulangan kemiskinan yang bertujuan untuk membantu memenuhi kebutuhan dasar pangan rumah tangga berpendapatan rendah. Namun sayangnya masih terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaanya. Seperti yang terjadi pada desa Lolo di kabupaten Paser berdasarkan informasi yang didapat oleh peneliti, diketahui bahwa masih terdapat penerima manfaat yang dianggap telah mampu namun enggan untuk diganti dengan yang lebih membutuhkan selain itu sistem laporan data RTM yang masih manual sehingga kurang efisien. Peneliti mencoba membantu desa untuk menentukan rumah tangga miskin yang lebih berhak menerima bantuan dengan cara membangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat merangking penduduk berdasarkan status ekonomi dengan menggunakan kriteria dan bobot yang telah ditentukan. Sistem dengan berbasis web dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya dan dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product (wp). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik dan dapat memberikan hasil alternatif terbaik yang dilihat dari hasil output berupa ranking penduduk dari status ekonomi terendah yang lebih berhak menerima rastra. Selain itu sistem juga dapat membantu dalam pelaporan dan pengarsipan data RTM yang lebih efisien. Oleh karena itu diharapkan dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan rumah tangga miskin dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product ini pihak desa dapat mengambil keputusan yang lebih baik untuk menentukan rumah tangga miskin (RTM) dengan efektif dan tepat sasaran.

Mapala (Mahasiswa Pecinta Alam) is a talent interest organization with outdoor activities. When going to do Mapala activities often lending equipment between Mapala organizations. Mapala organization has various activities such as mountain climbing, rock climbing, cave caving, and rafting. Each of these activities requires supporting equipment. Every natural activity, Mapala Organization often lends equipment in every existing Mapala Organization, related to equipment owned by every Mapala Organization in Malang City is incomplete and different. Related to Mapala it is necessary to have an information system to facilitate the process of borrowing equipment, in order to facilitate the borrowing of equipment and facilitate the recording of loan transactions. To fulfill the above needs, it is necessary to design a loan information system. This loan system is made using the PHP programming language through the CodeIgniter framework, and also MySQL which is used as a storage database. Facilities in this system include processing member data, lending transactions and replacements.

Asembagus Pharmacy is an individual company engaged in medicine ranging from the procurement of medicines to the sale of medicines to the general public. In the company's operational process, Asembagus Pharmacy still uses conventional methods. Where in the process there are problems in managing drug data and drug reports. So to overcome this, a system that can help speed up the management of drug data and reports is needed. This system is designed using DFD, ERD, flowchart and using CI framework. The languages used are PHP, HTML, javascript and MySQL database. Tests conducted on the system using the black box method that looks at every function in the system. in accordance with the results of testing that has been done, that this system can help speed up the management of drug data and reports.

Technological developments are very rapid, one of which is the use of the internet and online systems contained therein. One system that continues to be developed and its benefits are felt is the decision support system. Decision support systems are very helpful in making a decision or finding the best solution, Ladies.id stores still record sales of goods manually. Purchases of goods are carried out manually, resulting in an accumulation of stock due to the purchase of too many items. In this study using the Single Moving Average method by comparing the calculations of 3, 4 and 5 orders, while for the calculation of errors using RMSE (Root Mean Squared Error) and also MAPE (Mean Absolute Squared Error). The results of the sample calculation of the pants of this study are by calculating using 3 orders, the RMSE result is 41.3797 and the MAPE is 37.1934. Then by using the calculation of 4 orders, the RMSE results are 38.2624 and MAPE is 34.8641 and the last calculation using 5 orders results in RMSE results of 39.6775 and MAPE of 36.8851. The conclusion is that calculations using 4 orders get the smallest results so it can be concluded that 4 orders are the best recommendations for predicting the next trousers purchase. Every item in the Ladies.id store uses calculations of 3, 4 and 5 orders to get results, from these calculations are compared and the results that have the smallest RMSE and MAPE values that will be used for the next purchase recommendation.

PMB STIKI Online uses the website as a medium to provide information related to lectures at STIKI Malang. The development of a website must go through several usability guidelines to ensure that the website's goals can be achieved. The research approach is carried out using User-centered Design by involving the user in the design process to produce a website that is acceptable to the user. STIKI PMB Online has never been evaluated before in relation to complaints from prospective students about the difficulty of finding the information they want to obtain. The problems contained in STIKI PMB Online are expected to be resolved in the design solutions that will be carried out. This study discusses starting from the determination of the context of use and specifications of user needs, problem analysis, design of solution designs, and design evaluation result. The results of this study indicate that the problems that occur can be resolved with the design rules contained in the usability standardization.

Epidemic is a disease that spreads very quickly in a large area and causes many victims who require intensive care and attention in areas affected by the epidemic quickly and appropriately. There are many infectious diseases that occur in Malang City, one of which is Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). The availability of fast and clear information can help the Malang City Health Office in making decisions regarding the prevention of epidemic diseases. So the researchers created a geographic information system for the spread of epidemic diseases using a web-based k-means algorithm that will present information related to epidemic diseases in the city of Malang. To calculate the k-means algorithm, criteria are needed as variables and in this study the criteria taken are the number of patients in each kelurahan for a year. From these criteria, 3 groups will be declared using C1 as a safe area, C2 as a moderate area, and C3 as a vulnerable area. The results of the grouping are then presented in the form of a map of Malang City with the help of MapBox. In the map, group C1 is marked in green, group C2 is in yellow, and group C3 is in red

The Polowijen Cultural Village is a cultural area that preserves various traditional cultures such as mask dances, mask making, batik and the preservation of indigenous polowijen culture and sites. Through its website, the Polowijen cultural village attracts tourists and investors to visit or propose organizing cultural arts activities. Currently, event management is carried out by recording in a book and centered on the personal mover. Some of the problems that arise from the management carried out are the difficulty of scheduling activities when the number of submissions is more than usual, event submissions are not served because the records are piled up and the management of donations and payment administration has not been managed optimally. The purpose of this research is to design and build an information system that can assist managers in the process of submitting events, payments, validation of submissions and payments and management of donations. System users are cultural village managers, tourists and donors. The system is built on a web-based with mysql as the database management System. Based on the results of trials using the black box method, the information system that was built was in accordance with the design and was in accordance with the needs of the cultural village so that system users would have convenience in managing events and being able to overcome existing problems.
