Abstract

Providing a return line for short-circuit currents or fault currents to a low-resistance ground, a grounding system is useful for achieving a uniform potential voltage over a given area of buildings and equipment. Because a large voltage difference can occur if a fault current is forced to ground against high resistance. Placement of the electrode to be planted is one of the elements to obtain a low grounding resistance value. Grounding resistance measurements, which will serve as a guide for the grounding system design process, are required during the planning stage for certain types of grounding systems. The problem is how the grounding resistance is affected by the buried depth of the rod conductor and the soil-type resistance. Therefore, it is very important to conduct research and testing to determine the extent to which these parameters influence. The experimental results of measuring resistance on dry and wet soils are on dry soil 30 cm obtained 98.48 Ω, 60 cm obtained 37.07 Ω, 90 cm obtained 20.52 Ω, 120 cm obtained 19.77 Ω, and for wet soil at a depth of 30 cm obtained 43.34 Ω, 60 cm obtained 22.21 Ω, 90 cm obtained 15.43 Ω, 120 cm obtained 11.66 Ω.

Abstract

Background: Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang dituju menjadi tempat pendaratan para pengungsi dari luar negeri, meskipun Indonesia belum melakukan ratifikasi pengungsi Tahun 1951 dan protokol Tahun 1967.  Semakin banyaknya para pengungsi yang datang ke Indonesia khususnya Tanah Aceh akan mengakibatkan pemerintah daerah kewalahan dalam pemenuhan hak-hak pengungsi, misalnya hak untuk hidup, hak menempati sementara, hak sosial dan hak lain-lainnya. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu upaya untuk melindungi kawasan laut, lingkungan pantai, sanitasi di wilayah Aceh sebagai daerah yang sering terjadi pendaratan pengungsi luar negeri, serta strategi dalam menangangi pengungsi dari luar negeri sesuai standar internasional. Metode: Focus group discussion dengan cara diskusi tanya jawab, pemaparan materi sekaligus sosialisasi. Subyek dalam pengabdian ini meliputi panglima laot dan nelayan. Hasil: Hasil diskusi yaitu membuat rencana kontinjensi pada perlindungan kawasan laut dan menyelenggarakan tugas dan wewenang terkait penanganan pengungsi berdasarkan SOP internasional. Kesimpulan: Hambatan penanggulannya adalah ketidaksanggupan menampung jumlah pengungsi, kelayakan sarana dan prasarana sehingga dibutuhkan standar internasional. Diperlukan pengaturan khusus yang dibuat oleh pemerintah setempat untuk mengakomodir pengungsi luar negeri.

Abstract

The electricity distribution system generally starts from the generation, transmission, and distribution systems. In the distribution system, there are two channels, namely primary distribution with a voltage value of 20 kV and secondary distribution with a voltage of 220/380 V. Distributing electrical energy often experiences problems, one of which is the occurrence of energy losses during the distribution of electrical power to customers. Energy losses are energy losses due to technical and non-technical factors. This study evaluates energy losses due to technical factors in the express extension PL 03 and LW 09 PT PLN (Persero) ULP Lhoksukon. The method used to assess energy losses due to technThe calculation results show that theological factors with ETAP software simulations and more detailed technical shrinkage calculations, namely by calculating conductor and transformer shrinkage on the repeater. From the results of the ETAP simulation, it is obtained that the voltage losses of the PL 03 and LW 09 Lhoksukon ULPs still meet the standards according to SPLN 1: 1995 for a voltage of 20 kV where the limits set are +5% maximum and -10% minimum of the system voltage. The drop Voltage of PL 03 Extension is 7.6%, and LW 09 Extension is 8.25% of the nominal voltage of 20 kV. From the calculation results, of Drop Voltage of the PL 03 Repeater is 5.5%, and the LW 09 Repeater is 8.5% of the nominal voltage of 20 kV.

Abstract

AbstractUtilizing sunlight to then be converted solar energy through a solar panel process to produce unidirectional electrical energy. Solar panel monitoring still uses a lot of manual measuring tools and records measurement results manually which requires quite a lot of human power, both on a small and large scale. Writing this research will discuss designing a monitoring and recording system for 30 WP solar panel data based on the Internet of Things and discuss the tilt angle of the solar panel and the elevation angle of the sun which affect the output of the solar panel with a battery load and a 12 volt DC lamp. The method in this design is divided into two, namely hardware design and software design. This tool uses Arduino Uno as a controller, NodeMCU as internet media, and an SD Card as a solar panel parameter data recorder. Based on the results and discussion of the tool designed to be able to monitor solar panel parameters for 7 hours per day and monitoring is carried out for 11 days. Data shows that solar panels can produce maximum power during testing on December 27, 2021 of 40 W at a tilt angle of 28° with an efficiency of 75.76% and a fill factor of 60.20%. The lowest power generated by solar panels during testing on January 3, 2021 was 26.55 W at a tilt angle of 27° with an efficiency of 85,247and a fill factor of 39.97%.Keywords: solar panels, internet of things, data recorders, monitoring, tilt angles

Abstract

Background: Budidaya udang diwilayah pesisir pantai sebagian besar menjadi pencaharian bagi masyarakat di Aceh Utara. Pemberian pakan udang dilakukan secara manual pada saat pagi dan sore dengan cara menaburkan pakan ke dalam tambak. Pemberian pakan tersebut tidak efektif karena terikat dengan waktu dan ukuran pakan yang diberikan. Hal tersebut yang melatar belakangi tim pengabdian memberikan pengetahuan dengan memperkenalkan prototipe berupa teknologi alat pemberi pakan secara otomatis. Metode: Metode yang dilakukan adalah observasi, perancangan dengan cara merakit dan sosialisasi, serta memperaktekkan secara langsung penggunaan alat otomatis tersebut. Hasil:  Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa petani tambak udang sangat termotivasi untuk dapat segera menggunakan alat pakan udang otomatis karena sangat tepat dalam memperbaiki manajemen pemberian pakan sehingga dapat berkelanjutan agar ketahanan pangan terjaga. Teknologi yang digunakan berupa mikrokontroller Arduino Uno, sensor ultrasonik sebagai pendeteksi volume pakan, RTC sebagai modul pewaktu, Lcd sebagai penampil informasi hari, tanggal, bulan, modul relay, driver motor, dan motor DC. Kesimpulan: Harapan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah akan memberikan pengetahuan dan temuan baru untuk petani tambak sehingga petani mampu merancang pemberian pakan udang secara otomatis untuk memudahkan pemberian pakan agar meningkatkan produktivitas serta menghasilkan kualitas udang.

Abstract

Petir merupakan fenomena alam dengan arus dan tegangan yang sangat tinggi. Pada tahun 2023, daerah di Indonesia rata – rata tersambar berkisar lebih 15.000 sampai 60.000  kali sambaran. Efek sambaran petir dapat merusak jaringan listrik, dan kebakaran, untuk mencegah petir mengenai jaringan listrik diperlukan penangkal petir. Efek sambaran petir akan dihitung kebutuhan proteksi penangkal petir dengan indeks–indeks PUIPP, Penentuan tingkat proteksi bangunan berdasarkan SNI 03-7015-2004, jarak proteksi zonasi jarak proteksi penangkal petir menggunakan Metode Zona Proteksi Razevig dengan beberapa ketinggian bangunan bertingkat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh menurut indeks – indeks penentu PUIPP Gedung bertingkat yang dibangun pada titik koordinat Bukit Indah dengan radius 10 km sangat dianjurkan untuk terpasang sistem proteksi penangkal petir karena intensitas sambaran petir di daerah tersebut terbilang tinggi, gedung bertingkat yang dibangun di daerah Bukit Indah masuk kedalam Tingkat Proteksi II dan IV, Pada metode Zona Proteksi Razevig didapatkankan semakin rendah suatu bangunan akan semakin tinggi radius proteksi dari penangkal petir yang akan dipasang

Abstract

This research focuses on the importance of maintaining generator output voltage stabilization using automatic voltage regulator (AVR), especially in dealing with load impacts and environmental changes. Through the implementation of internet of things (IoT), this system can be controlled and monitored remotely, enabling real-time monitoring without physical presence at the generator location. The main objective of this research is to increase energy efficiency by optimizing generator operation. System development methods include design, prototyping and testing stages. Test results show that the automatic voltage regulator is effective in maintaining a stable output voltage of around 220 V, even though the current varies according to the existing load. The power produced ranges from 23 to 670 W, with a power factor between 0.7 and 1. Despite a slight voltage drop to 217 V, the power factor increases to 0.93. The system uses NodeMCU to send data to Blynk and Google Spreadsheets servers, as well as servo motors and PZEM-004T sensors for control and monitoring. Overall, this research shows that the internet of things-based automatic voltage regulator system is effective in maintaining stability and increasing generator operational efficiency, with the ability to manage voltage, current, power, and power factor efficiently.

Abstract

Waarmerking is a private deed that has previously been made and signed by the parties because the deed was made by the parties themselves without the intervention of a Notary. A deed must have legal force and certainty of date, so that to have certainty of date the parties must register the private deed at the Notary's office, namely by making the date of registration of the private deed in a special book provided by the Notary. The reality is that currently the implementation of private letters registered by a notary has many problems, many people misunderstand, private letters registered by a notary do not have a clear legal basis. Apart from that, there are also weaknesses in private letters that are registered with a Notary, where the Notary does not know the contents of the private letter and the letter is not intended to commit a particular crime. The notary only has the authority to register the letter without seeing or asking for clear information regarding the contents of the letter. This research uses normative legal research methods. Data sources come from laws and various literature such as books related to research. The research results show that the Notary's responsibility for the waarmerking deed is only limited to providing certainty of the date, namely the date of registration of the private deed in a special book. Meanwhile, regarding the legal strength of the waarmerking deed, it can provide evidentiary strength in court trials because the deed provides certainty for the judge regarding the date, identity and signature of the parties concerned.
