Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah masuk ke berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk kesehatan. Kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya menjaga kesehatan dapat ditingkatkan dengan ketersediaan informasi online. Hal ini mendorong penulis untuk memanfaatkan teknologi web modern dengan menggunakan kecepatan Flask dan MongoDB sebagai teknologi utama untuk menghasilkan website kesehatan yang responsif, mudah diakses, dan memberikan pengalaman pengguna optimal. Website ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi kesehatan masyarakat, membimbing menuju pola hidup sehat, dan menyediakan fakta menarik untuk inspirasi perubahan positif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan menekankan komitmen untuk mempromosikan hidup sehat, website ini akan menyediakan artikel, tips, dan saran dari pakar kesehatan, serta memberikan kendali kepada pengelola kesehatan. Selain itu, integrasi dengan media sosial dan fitur interaktif memungkinkan pengguna berpartisipasi aktif, berbagi pengalaman, akan mendapatkan umpan balikdari admin. Hal ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan komunitas  saling mendukung dan memotivasi untuk hidup lebih sehat.Kata kunci : Teknologi Informasi, Flask dan Mongodb, Kesehatan Masyarakat. The development of information technology has permeated various aspects of life, including health. Public awareness about the importance of maintaining health can be enhanced with the availability of online information. This has encouraged the author to leverage modern web technology by using the speed of Flask and MongoDB as the main technologies to create a responsive, easily accessible health website that offers an optimal user experience. This website aims to improve public health literacy, guide towards a healthy lifestyle, and provide interesting facts to inspire positive changes in daily life. By emphasizing a commitment to promoting healthy living, the website will offer articles, tips, and advice from health experts, and give control to health managers. Additionally, integration with social media and interactive features enables users to actively participate, share experiences, and receive real-time feedback. Abstract

Pelatihan paralegal bagi masyarakat di Lhokseumawe merupakan upaya strategis dalam memperkuat akses keadilan, khususnya bagi kelompok-kelompok yang rentan terhadap diskriminasi dan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia, seperti perempuan, kelompok minoritas, penyandang disabilitas, dan masyarakat miskin. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan oleh Yayasan Advokasi Rakyat Aceh (YARA) bekerja sama dengan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Malikussaleh, dengan tujuan membekali peserta dengan pengetahuan dasar hukum serta keterampilan praktis dalam menyusun laporan, menyampaikan pengaduan, dan memberikan pendampingan hukum di tingkat komunitas. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya menekankan pada aspek teknis, tetapi juga mengangkat isu-isu penting terkait keadilan gender dan perlindungan kelompok rentan. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan materi yang kontekstual, peserta diharapkan mampu berperan sebagai agen perubahan di lingkungan masing-masing. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman hukum peserta serta tumbuhnya kesadaran kritis untuk mengadvokasi hak-hak masyarakat secara inklusif. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini menjadi kontribusi nyata dalam membangun sistem hukum yang lebih adil, merata, dan menghargai keberagaman.

Abstract

The increasing of the world energy demand affects energy source, especially in conventional energy will be scarce. Various of expert innovations emerge to exploit alternative energy as an energy source changing conventional energy. However, to produces electric power depend on energy source which is received, such as wind power system can produces electiric power if there is only wind velocity and fuel cell. Hybrid system integrates both of energy sources to increase the system power and reliability. This research simulates wind power system with fuel cell in the hybrid system. This simulation uses system modelling wiht the application of Simulink MATLAB ® R2014b. The system consists of wind power system that works parallel with fuel cell, electrolyzer, storage tube and hydrogen valve controlling the hydrogen flowing system, and also switching system. In this hybrid system, if the wind power system produces electric power exceeding the load of power demands, load will be supplied by wind power system and power that is excessive will be supplied to electrolyzer to be changed into hydrogen. Conversely, if the wind power system can not supply the load demands, fuel cell will produce electricity to minimize the lack of power in the system. Hybrid power system between wind power-PMSG and fuel cell using fuzzy logic controller works good enough so that the stability and continuity of energy is maintained with a percentage 12,5% occured due to transient conditions intermediate between the wind power system and fuel cell and voltage keep.

Abstract

Automation technology has significantly improved the efficiency of various sectors, including car washing services, which traditionally require intensive time and labor.This research aims to design and develop a prototype of an automatic car washing system using Outseal PLC and Modbus HMI to enhance the effectiveness and quality of car washing processes.The prototype integrates infrared proximity sensors, DC gearbox motors, DC pumps, DC fans, and a conveyor system controlled by a ladder diagram programmed through Outseal Studio. Wireless monitoring and control are enabled using the DT-06 WiFi module with Modbus TCP/IP protocol. Performance testing was conducted to evaluate system responsiveness, sensor accuracy, and the stability of wireless communication between the PLC and HMI.The system successfully automated all stages of the car washing process, including soap spraying, brushing, rinsing with clean water, and drying, achieving response times ranging from 0.14 to 0.3 seconds. Wireless communication remained stable up to a distance of 16 meters, and the infrared proximity sensors demonstrated high detection accuracy with an error margin of only 2–3.2%.The developed prototype effectively automates the car washing process with accurate detection and responsive control, operating reliably under testing conditions. This system is suitable for small-scale car washing operations and educational laboratory applications, with potential scalability for broader industrial implementation with additional development in advanced brush mechanisms and cloud-based monitoring integration.

Abstract

Short circuit disturbances in electrical distribution systems can cause severe damage to equipment and compromise system stability if not properly addressed. To mitigate these impacts and maintain system reliability, protection devices such as overcurrent relays (OCR) are widely used to detect and automatically isolate overcurrent conditions. This study aims to analyze the magnitude of short circuit current and evaluate the performance of OCR in responding to faults in a 20 kV medium-voltage distribution network. The analysis was conducted using MATLAB Simulink, modeling the distribution system with parameters adjusted to actual system conditions. The simulation was carried out under two scenarios: normal operating conditions to ensure the OCR remains inactive when the current is within safe limits, and fault conditions to evaluate the accuracy and speed of the OCR response to overcurrent events. Simulation results show that the magnitude of the short circuit current decreases with the distance from the source, with values of 5,565.92 A at 5% of the feeder length, 1,367.25 A at 25%, 698.52 A at 50%, 468.87 A at 75%, and 352.83 A at 100%. Under normal conditions, the current waveform remains stable throughout the 0.2-second simulation period. In contrast, under fault conditions, a current surge exceeding the threshold occurs at 0.1 seconds, triggering the OCR. The relay responds promptly and accurately in accordance with the designed inverse-time characteristics, demonstrating its effectiveness and reliability in detecting and clearing short circuit faults in 20 kV distribution networks.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of reclosers in improving the reliability of the 20 kilovolt distribution network at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Lhokseumawe. The research focuses on optimizing the placement and delay time settings of reclosers based on fault current and network impedance. A comparative method was used involving manual calculations and simulation using ETAP 16.0.0 software. The object of study is the CD 12 feeder. The simulation evaluates fault currents and the corresponding recloser delay times at several bus locations. Results show that the closer the fault location to the power source, the higher the short-circuit current, which leads to shorter recloser operating time. Conversely, longer distances result in lower fault currents and longer delay settings. The analysis confirms that proper coordination and parameter settings significantly improve system protection and recovery. Moreover, differences between manual and simulation results emphasize the importance of digital tools in distribution network analysis. The study concludes that recloser configuration based on accurate load profiles and fault data enhances overall system performance and operational efficiency.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) dalam manajemen energi dan sistem keamanan kost menghadirkan solusi inovatif yang efisien dan terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem berbasis mikrokontroler ESP32 yang mampu memantau dan mengendalikan konsumsi energi serta meningkatkan keamanan penghuni kost. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor PZEM-004T untuk memantau penggunaan listrik, sensor DHT11 untuk mengukur suhu dan kelembapan, serta electric door lock yang dikendalikan melalui RFID dan sensor sidik jari. Telegram digunakan sebagai media notifikasi ancaman secara real-time. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mampu mengontrol perangkat elektronik seperti lampu dan kipas secara otomatis berdasarkan cahaya dan suhu lingkungan. Sensor LDR berhasil mendeteksi intensitas cahaya untuk pengaturan lampu otomatis, sedangkan DHT11 mencatat suhu dan kelembapan dengan akurasi cukup baik pada kisaran suhu 28–32°C dan kelembapan 60–75% RH. PZEM-004T mencatat daya konsumsi perangkat kipas sebesar 20 –22Watt dan lampu sebesar 9–10Watt dengan nilai tegangan yang stabil di sekitar 220 Volt. Sistem keamanan melalui electric door lock dapat membuka pintu secara akurat menggunakan RFID dan fingerprint. Notifikasi ancaman berhasil dikirim melalui Telegram dengan waktu respons sekitar 1–2 detik. Dengan hasil tersebut, sistem ini dinilai efektif dalam mengelola konsumsi energi dan meningkatkan keamanan, serta berpotensi menjadi model implementasi kost pintar yang mendukung pengembangan konsep kota cerdas (smart city).

Abstract

Waarmerking is a private deed that has previously been made and signed by the parties because the deed was made by the parties themselves without the intervention of a Notary. A deed must have legal force and certainty of date, so that to have certainty of date the parties must register the private deed at the Notary's office, namely by making the date of registration of the private deed in a special book provided by the Notary. The reality is that currently the implementation of private letters registered by a notary has many problems, many people misunderstand, private letters registered by a notary do not have a clear legal basis. Apart from that, there are also weaknesses in private letters that are registered with a Notary, where the Notary does not know the contents of the private letter and the letter is not intended to commit a particular crime. The notary only has the authority to register the letter without seeing or asking for clear information regarding the contents of the letter. This research uses normative legal research methods. Data sources come from laws and various literature such as books related to research. The research results show that the Notary's responsibility for the waarmerking deed is only limited to providing certainty of the date, namely the date of registration of the private deed in a special book. Meanwhile, regarding the legal strength of the waarmerking deed, it can provide evidentiary strength in court trials because the deed provides certainty for the judge regarding the date, identity and signature of the parties concerned.

Abstract

Pemanasan global menjadi isu penting berdasarkan laporan dari WMO (organisasi meteorologi dunia) bahwa rata-rata suhu global terjadi kenaikan sekitar 1 derajat celcius setiap tahunnya (2020-2024). Bahkan ada peluang naik hingga 20% atau sekitar 1,5 derajat celcius di salah satu tahun tersebut. Faktor penyebab pemanasan global salah satunya di sebabkan penggunaan energi listrik yang bersumber dari energi fossil.Pemerintahdibawah lembagaDewanEnergyNasional(DEN)terus berusahamenemukanenergi baruuntuk mengantisipasikrisisenergi. Berdasarkan dari kondisi tersebut, team pengabdian masyarakat dari Teknik Elektro Fakultas  Teknik Unimal bertujuan melakukan penerapan instalasi panel surya di Yayasan Miftahul Jannah sebagai salah satu upaya gerakan hemat energi dan energi listrik mandiri melalui pengunaan pembangkitan listrik tenaga surya dengan kapasitas panel surya 100 WP dan perhitungan beban yang diprioritaskan disesuaikan dengan jenis beban yang terpasang pada Yayasan tersebut dengan teknologi yang akan digunakan yaitu teknologi Off Grid Solar Home System. Tujuan jangka panjang akan terjadi pemahaman penggunaan energi terbarukan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Api merupakan suatu zat di perlukan oleh manusia yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kebutuhan manusia, terkadang salah penggunaan api dapat menyebabkan kebakaran, oleh karena itu dengan merancang alat yang diberi sistem pendeteksi kebakaran dengan sistem Sensor Flame dan MQ-2 berbasis Arduino Uno”. ini adalah untuk dorongan sebagai peringantan dini terhadat kebakarang yang terjadi  kerap kali  terjadi tanpa ada peringatan.Desain sistem kebakaran dan memberikan peringatan suara dan bergantung pada mikrokontroler. Perangkat ini memiliki sistem sensor Flame dan MQ-2 sebagai  indikator  kebakaran, menggunakan  Arduino  sebagai pengatur informasi atau hasil sinyal yang  memberikan  pemberitauan  kepada buzzer, dan  LCD  untuk  menampilkan  pemberitahuan  kebakaran dalam struktur teks. Hasil   dari sensor MQ-2 atau flame yang mengidentifikasi asap atau api akan ditangani dalam mikrokontroler yang telah diprogram sehingga akan menampilkan peringatan kebakaran dalam bentuk teks dan kemudian menampilkan ke LCD dan alat ini bisa mengeluarkan suara alarm peringatan dini.
