Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan oleh isu lingkungan daerah rawan bencana longsor di Kapanewon Prambanan dan informasi dalam RTRW Kabupaten Sleman 2011-2031 yang berdampak terhadap pengembangan kawasan permukiman pada beberapa tahun mendatang. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan analisis kemampuan lahan di Padukuhan Gedang, Sambirejo, Prambanan, DIY. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kemampuan lahan kawasan permukiman. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengharkatan dan pembobotan serta analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan parameter yang digunakan sesuai Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No 20 Tahun 2007 tentang Pedoman Teknik Analisis Faktor Fisik dan Lingkungan, Ekonomi serta Sosial Budaya dalam Penyusunan Tata Ruang. Analisis kemampuan lahan meliputi Satuan Kemampuan Lahan morfologi, kemudahan dikerjakan, kestabilan lereng, kestabilan pondasi, ketersediaan air, drainase, erosi, pembuangan limbah, dan bencana alam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat kelas kemampuan lahan dengan hasil klasifikasi kemampuan lahan diantaranya, kemampuan lahan sedang, dan kemampuan lahan agak tinggi. Analisis kemampuan lahan tersebut diperkuat dengan adanya data perhitungan Faktor Keamanan lereng dan erosi aktual di daerah penelitian. Nilai FK yang didapatkan yaitu sebesar 0,486 yang termasuk kategori tidak stabil pada lereng selatan dan 1,845 yang termasuk kategori stabil pada lereng utara. Erosi aktual yang telah diukur mendapatkan hasil sebesar 2.306,25 t/ha, 2.164 t/ha, dan 9.862,12 t/ha.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Lahan; Longsor; Pengembangan Kawasan; Permukiman

Abstract

Sabtu, 4 Desember 2021, Gunungapi Semeru mengalami erupsi memuntahkan material awan panas guguran dan banjir lahar hujan ke sekitar Sungai Besuk Kobokan di Kecamatan Pronojiwo dan Candipuro. Banyaknya korban yang jatuh pada erupsi Gunungapi Semeru 2021 diakibatkan karena adanya pusat aktivitas masyarakat di sekitar Sungai Besuk Kobokan serta kurangnya peringatan dan pengetahuan masyarakat akan pengurangan risiko bencana. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengupayakan pengelolaan risiko bencana di sub urusan sistem peringatan dini banjir lahar hujan Gunungapi Semeru. Fokus penelitian ini ada pada layanan pemantauan bahaya pada beberapa parameter yang mempengaruhi terjadinya banjir lahar hujan berbasis infrastruktur Internet of Things dan cloud computing yang akurat dan real-time.

Abstract

Gunung Semeru mengalami erupsi pada 4 Desember 2021 yang mengakibatkan kerugian pada masyarakat yang tinggal di kaki Gunung Semeru sehingga harus dievakuasi di beberapa titik pengungsian. Hal ini membuat pemerintah bersama beberapa pihak membangun hunian tetap untuk warga terdampak bencana Gunung Semeru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian lahan untuk Pembangunan hunian tetap yang merupakan hunian yang ditujukan untuk relokasi masyarakat pascabencana erupsi gunung semeru. Penentuan kesesuaian lahan dengan menggunakan 10 parameter yaitu kemiringan lereng, posisi jalur patahan, kekuatan batuan, kembang kerut tanah, daya dukung tanah, kondisi saluran permukaan tanah, kedalaman air tanah, bahaya erosi, bahaya longsor dan bahaya banjir. Analisis dan pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa metode antara lain metode survei dan pemetaan, geolistrik, dan uji laboratorium. Penentuan kesesuaian lahan menunjukkan hasil 2 kelas kesesuaian lahan yaitu sangat sesuai (S1) dengan luas 664231 m2 atau seluas 56.04% dan sesuai (S2) dengan luas 521017 m2 atau seluas 43,96%. Parameter yang menjadi faktor penghambat utama dari hasil evaluasi pada penelitian ini adalah bahaya erosi.

Abstract

The construction of vertical housing or apartments is one of the government's efforts to meet the increasing residential needs of urban communities. The hazards that haunt a housing area such as the occurrence of unit fires, the feeling of earthquakes to other events will cause potential disasters and pose a risk. Residents have the right to live in a safe and comfortable residence, of course, with the obligation of the building manager to be able to facilitate these conditions. Effective communication is an important part of receiving messages and information that suits the needs of residents in understanding the risks that exist. The research was conducted to see the ways of communication carried out by residents who live in Kalibata City apartments as a form of disaster preparedness. The method of observation and direct involvement in forums in the Kalibata City resident community was carried out by combining literature review from previous documents. The result of the research is a communication method found in a community in a vertical residential area that matches the character of urban society.

Abstract

The Earthquake of 6.1 magnitude occurred on April 10, 2021, in Lumajang district. One affected area suffered building losses, road damage, and casualties in Candipuro District, Lumajang Regency, East Java. Then the research was conducted to determine the strength of the soil against the potential earthquake by micro zoning the area in Candipuro District. This research uses the microtremor method with HVSR (Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio) analysis. Analysis of earthquake potential includes parameters of Ground Amplification (A0), Dominant Frequency (f0), Ground Vulnerability Index (Kg), and Ground Shear Strain (GSS). The acquisition was completed with 16 measurement points in Supiturang Village with 500 meters between points using the Portable Seismograph TDS - 303. The results obtained in Supiturang Village have the results of the amplification value factor which is classified as medium-high (2.7 - 8.7), low dominant frequency value (0.5 - 1.4 Hz), medium-high soil susceptibility index (10 - 90), VS30 value which includes medium - hard soil (187.81 - 548.38) m/s, and GSS value which shows the response of cracks and soil subsidence to shaking (2 x 10-5 - 2 x 10-4).

Abstract

Mount Merapi is one of the most active volcanoes in Indonesia and is located in the Sleman Regency area of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province and the Magelang, Klaten and Boyolali Regencies in Central Java Province. There are tools to support the early warning system located at stations or posts around the Blongkeng River. This tool is still active and is needed to notify you if a rain lava flood disaster will occur with a water level sensor. Therefore, a warning system model is needed that can be utilized by the community around Blongkeng. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with data obtained through FGD/Interviews, Observation and documentation studies. The subjects of this research were 15 residents living around the Blongkeng River. The research results show that the existing device developed can provide information to the people around Blongkeng if the water level is dangerous and has the potential for lava flooding. From the results of interviews, observations and documentation studies, it shows that the community needs tools and systems to receive early warnings when a rain lava flood disaster occurs. Furthermore, as a means of information for villages located on the top/slopes of Mount Merapi to be able to provide information to villages located below it when lava floods will occur. Existing devices can provide information to people living around the Blongkeng River if the water level is dangerous and has the potential for rain lava flooding, although there are still several obstacles because there are tools at the Salamsari Station/Post that need to be calibrated.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that has a fairly high level of natural disaster vulnerability. Mount Sinabung is a strato-type volcano. Administratively, Mount Sinabung is in the Karo Regency, North Sumatra. The eruption of Mount Sinabung has had a very significant physical, psychological and social impact on society. In facing a disaster, survivors need to survive and continue living. The ability to adapt to conditions after experiencing a traumatic event is called resilience. People who lost their homes due to the eruption of Mount Sinabung must be willing to be relocated to new, safer places such as permanent Shelter. Researchers want to see how disaster survivors in the Siosar Permanent Residence respond to being able to recover or recover from their previous situation. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews/FGD, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that there are still teenagers who are not yet fully resilient. Researchers found teenagers who have not been able to recover from the problems they faced after the eruption of Mount Sinabung. Therefore, support from various parties or the pentahelix (government, academics, business world, society and mass media) is needed to build sustainable resilience in Siosar Permanent Shelter.

Abstract

Pesisir selatan Pulau Jawa merupakan wilayah rawan tsunami, kondisi ini mendorong upaya penilaian ketangguhan yang dilakukan sejak 2019 oleh BNPB untuk menguji ketangguhan desa secara khusus pada bencana tsunami. Sebagaimana wilayah lain di pesisir selatan Pulau Jawa, Kabupaten Bantul memiliki risiko tinggi, begitu pula Desa Parangtritis dan Desa Tirtohargo. Kedua desa ini secara purposif dipilih untuk perbandingan dikarenakan kedua desa ini memiliki tingkat risiko yang sama tingginya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan nilai ketangguhan kedua desa berdasarkan penilaian pada tahun 2019 dan 2020 yang menggunakan perangkat Penilaian Ketangguhan Bencana Desa/Kelurahan, serta mengeksplorasi secara kualitatif faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai ketangguhan dan perubahannya atas nilai ketangguhan kedua desa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Perbandingan nilai ketangguhan disajikan dengan naratif dan tabel perbandingan berdasarkan komponen-komponen yang ada, dan eksplorasi digali melalui wawancara mendalam atas pihak-pihak yang turut membangun ketangguhan di desa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dalam perbandingan nilai, terjadi penurunan nilai ketangguhan di Desa Parangtritis dari kategori Desa Tangguh Utama menjadi Desa Tangguh Madya, sedangkan terjadi kenaikan pada Desa Tirtohargo dari kategori Desa Tangguh Madya menjadi Desa Tangguh Utama. Ketangguhan yang keduanya diatas rata-rata tersebut dipengaruhi oleh; pengalaman dan pembelajaran peristiwa Gempa 2006, kuatnya nilai gotong royong dan kemandirian, inisiatif masyarakat melalui Forum PRB Desa, peran pemerintah desa, dukungan pemerintah daerah maupun pusat, kontribusi organisasi-organisasi non pemerintah, dan ketersediaan anggaran desa. Penelitian ini mencatat bahwa penegakan prosedur penilaian dan pemahaman penilaian untuk fasilitator dan peserta juga mempengaruhi perubahan nilai yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Indonesia needs progressive changes that are adapted to the global disaster management framework as well as a reflection of humanitarian practices to build humanitarian action that is inclusive, accountable, and people-centered. People-Centered Inclusive Humanitarian Action (PCIHA) aims to establish a disaster management model that is inclusive of persons with disabilities and follows the regional context in Indonesia. The PCIHA implementation model is adopted from the Guidelines on Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities in Humanitarian Action. It has four mandatory components used as principles in its implementation: 1) Performing data aggregation, 2) eliminating inhibiting factors, 3) promoting participation, and 4) empowering persons with disabilities. These four components are one unit that is intertwined and cannot be separated. The model implementation is carried out using a data aggregation approach as the initial entry point for implementing the other three pillars. The results obtained are differences between the data obtained and data from the Village Government. This can affect many things, especially in decision-making related to risk reduction and disaster management policies. The involvement of local organizations of persons with disabilities is needed to realize inclusiveness, which is carried out by understanding how local communities, including persons with disabilities, can be actively involved in humanitarian response when facing disasters.

Abstract

Kapanewon Pundong is in an active tectonic zone and has experienced significant seismic events, including the 2006 Bantul earthquake (Mw 6.3), which caused extensive damage. Liquefaction was a key contributor to infrastructure failure during the event. This study aims to evaluate liquefaction potential in Kapanewon Pundong through integrated microtremor and geospatial analysis. The Horizontal-to-Vertical Spectral Ratio (HVSR) method assessed local site effects that influence ground shaking. Liquefaction probability was estimated using the model by Zhu et al. (2017), considering parameters such as Vₛ₃₀, PGV, water table depth (WTD), distance to water bodies (DW), and average annual precipitation. The research findings include Vₛ₃₀ values that range from 221 to 893 m/s, PGV values from 16 to 29 cm/s. Panjangrejo and Srihardono villages exhibit the highest liquefaction probabilities, up to 30%. The estimated Liquefaction Spatial Extent (LSE) in these areas reaches 5.1%. These findings identify high-risk zones for earthquake-induced liquefaction and provide a quantitative foundation for spatial planning and disaster mitigation strategies in the region.
