Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Marketing and Brand Image on purchase intention and its impact on purchasing decisions for bottled Le Mineral drinking water at students of the Islamic University of Malang. The method used is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents. The population of this study were students of the Islamic University of Malang who had bought Le Mineral at least twice. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, for data processing using SmartPLS 4 software. The results in the study showed that Green Marketing and Brand Image have a significant positive effect on purchase intention and purchasing decisions, purchase interest has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and purchase interest can mediate the relationship between the two to purchasing decisions. Keywords: Green Marketing, Brand Image, Purchase Intention, Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the implementation of the marketing mix strategy in increasing sales of wooden craft UMKM. The marketing mix, which consists of product, price, place, and promotion element, plays a crucial role in determining the competitiveness and success of UMKM. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that a well-implemented marketing mix strategy can enhance sales volume. However, challenges remain in the promotion aspect, particularly in the utilization of digital media. Therefore, UMKM needs to improve their digital marketing strategies to reach a broader market. Keywords: Marketing mix, UMKM, marketing strategy, sales improvement.

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of celebrity endorsement and halal labeling on purchasing decisions through brand image. The method used in this research is quantitative method with explanatory research type. The population of this study were people who had bought Wardah products with a sample size of 65 respondents obtained using non-probability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling approach. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis method with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study indicate that celebrity endorsement has no effect on purchasing decisions, halal labeling has no effect on purchasing decisions, celebrity endorsement and halal labeling affect brand image, brand image has no effect on purchasing decisions, celebrity endorsement and halal labeling have no effect on purchasing decisions through brand image. Keywords: Celebrity Endorsement, Halal Labeling, Brand Image And Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of religiosity in enhancing fraud prevention effectiveness through the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), internal control, and compensation adequacy at Bank Muamalat East Java. Using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling method through Smart PLS, this study involved 74 respondents from Bank Muamalat East Java employees. Research variables include religiosity (ideological, ritualistic, consequential, intellectual, experiential), GCG (transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness), internal control (control environment, risk management, control activities, information and communication, monitoring), compensation (salary, incentives, allowances, facilities, non-financial compensation), and fraud prevention (lapping, embezzlement, pilferage, falsification, skimming). The results show that religiosity plays a significant role as a moderator in strengthening the relationship between GCG, internal control, and compensation adequacy toward fraud prevention. The research model explains 74.2% of variance in fraud prevention with predictive relevance (Q²) of 0.531. These findings provide theoretical contributions in developing fraud triangle theory enriched with religiosity dimensions in the Islamic banking context. Practically, this study provides recommendations for Bank Muamalat management to integrate religiosity values into governance systems, internal control, and compensation policies as a comprehensive fraud prevention strategy. Abstract

This study examines the influence of self-service technology and customer relationship marketing on customer loyalty at Bank Muamalat Malang, with customer satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative research, this research analyzes data from 100 respondents collected through structured questionnaires. The study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the hypothesized relationships between variables. Results indicate that both self-service technology and customer relationship marketing significantly influence customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction playing a crucial mediating role. Self-service technology demonstrates a positive impact on customer satisfaction through ease of use, utility, time efficiency, and self-control dimensions. Customer relationship marketing, measured through trust, competence, commitment, communication, and conflict handling, also shows significant positive effects on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The mediation analysis reveals that customer satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between independent variables and customer loyalty. These findings provide valuable insights for Islamic banking institutions in developing effective strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty through technological innovation and relationship management. Abstract

Background: Bites Baker Malang adalah bisnis UMKM yang membuat kue, terutama brownies. Karena produknya cukup diminati pelanggan, bisnis tersebut cukup memiliki potensi dalam perjalanan usahanya.  Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan penjualan pada UMKM Kue Biter Baker Malang. Metode: Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah observasi, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil: Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa Biter Biker, produk UMKM menarik bagi pecinta kue, tetapi diperlukan inovasi untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Lokasi harus dapat diakses dengan mudah. Harga sangat terjangkau. Promosi sudah bekerja secara efektif di internet. Kesimpulan: Pengembangan dan peningkatan UMKM Biter Baker melalui strategi pengembangan pemasaran membutuhkan pendampingan yang lebih konsisten.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of price, promotion and service quality on consumer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable case study on Gojek application user students in Malang City. The type of population to be studied is unlimited, because researchers do not know the exact number. Sampling is done by purposive sampling method with 20 x 5 = 100 respondents. Data analysis tools used Partial Least Square version 4.0. Price, Promotion, Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Consumer Satisfaction does not mediate Consumer Loyalty, Promotion, and Service Quality. Keywords: Price, Promotion, Service Quality, Customer Loyalty, and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of financial attitudes, financial behaviors, and financial literacy on financial performance in MSMEs in Pakis District, Malang Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative method. The population in this study consists of culinary MSMEs located in Pakis District, with a sample size of 91 respondents and purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The data sources come from primary data through the distribution of questionnaires and using SPSS software version 25.0 as a data analysis tool. The results of the study show that financial attitudes and financial literacy have a significant positive effect on financial performance, while financial behavior does not have a significant positive effect on financial performance. Keywords: Financial Attitude, Financial Behavior, Financial Literacy, Financial Performance.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyse the extent to which social media and product innovation play a role in driving the growth of businesses run by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bululawang Subdistrict, Malang Regency. This study adopts a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, as it seeks to explain the relationship between variables empirically. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, which involves the deliberate selection of respondents based on specific criteria, with a total of 113 MSMEs calculated using the Lemeshow formula because the population size was not known precisely. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to respondents. To process and analyse the data, multiple linear regression analysis was used. The results of the data analysis revealed that the simultaneous use of social media and the implementation of product innovation have a positive and significant impact on the development of SME businesses in the study area. Keywords: Social Media, Product Innovation, Business Developmen

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of service quality, ease of use and price on customer loyality among Netflix application users. The research employed a quantitative methode with an explanatory approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a total of 90 respondents who are students at the Islamic University of Malang and have user or are currently using Netflix. Data were collected trough the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test and the coeffisien of determination test, all processed with SPSS 30. The result of the study indicate that service quality has a significant effect on customer loyality, ease of use has a significant effect on customer loyality and price has a significant effect on customer loyality. Keywords : Customer loyality, service quality ease of use, price, Netflix
