Abstract

Industri halal telah berkembang menjadi salah satu sektor ekonomi global yang strategis seiring meningkatnya populasi Muslim dunia, kesadaran konsumen terhadap produk yang aman, etis, dan berkelanjutan, serta integrasi nilai-nilai syariah dalam aktivitas ekonomi modern. Dalam konteks tersebut, ekonomi syariah berperan sebagai kerangka konseptual yang tidak hanya mengatur aspek kehalalan produk, tetapi juga menekankan nilai keadilan, kemaslahatan, keseimbangan, dan keberlanjutan sebagai tujuan utama pembangunan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep ekosistem industri halal dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah, menganalisis hasil-hasil temuan teoritis terkait faktor penguat dan penghambat pengembangan ekosistem industri halal nasional, serta membahas strategi penguatan ekosistem industri halal Indonesia secara berkelanjutan dan berdaya saing global. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi pustaka (library research) dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder yang bersumber dari buku, artikel jurnal ilmiah, serta dokumen kebijakan nasional seperti Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal, Masterplan Ekonomi Syariah Indonesia, dan Masterplan Industri Halal Nasional 2023–2029. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa ekosistem industri halal merupakan sistem terintegrasi yang mencakup sinergi antara pemerintah, lembaga sertifikasi halal, pelaku usaha, lembaga keuangan syariah, dan konsumen, dengan dukungan implementasi Halal Value Chain dari hulu hingga hilir. Faktor-faktor penguat ekosistem industri halal meliputi dukungan kebijakan pemerintah, penguatan regulasi dan sertifikasi halal, digitalisasi rantai pasok, serta kolaborasi lintas sektor, sedangkan faktor penghambat utama meliputi rendahnya literasi halal, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, lemahnya integrasi rantai pasok, ketergantungan bahan baku impor, serta belum optimalnya koordinasi kebijakan lintas lembaga. Pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa penguatan ekosistem industri halal harus dilakukan secara komprehensif melalui integrasi kebijakan, pengembangan klaster industri halal, peningkatan literasi dan edukasi halal, penguatan pembiayaan syariah, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang selaras dengan prinsip ekonomi syariah. Dari perspektif maqashid syariah, pengembangan industri halal tidak hanya berorientasi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi, tetapi juga pada pencapaian kesejahteraan sosial, keadilan, dan keberlanjutan. Dengan demikian, penguatan ekosistem industri halal nasional diharapkan mampu mendorong Indonesia menjadi pusat industri halal dunia yang kompetitif, berintegritas, dan berlandaskan nilai-nilai ekonomi syariah.

Abstract

Industri halal Indonesia menunjukkan pertumbuhan signifikan seiring meningkatnya permintaan produk dan layanan yang sesuai prinsip syariah. Namun, tantangan akses pembiayaan, literasi keuangan, dan efisiensi transaksi masih menjadi hambatan bagi pelaku usaha halal, khususnya UMKM. Fintech syariah hadir sebagai solusi inovatif melalui layanan pembiayaan syariah, pembayaran digital, peer-to-peer lending, dan manajemen keuangan berbasis teknologi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran strategis fintech syariah dalam memperkuat ekosistem industri halal nasional. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur pada publikasi terkini serta analisis kebijakan, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa fintech syariah memiliki kontribusi penting dalam memperluas akses pembiayaan, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperkuat transparansi transaksi, serta mendorong integrasi pelaku usaha halal dalam ekonomi digital. Integrasi antara inovasi teknologi dan prinsip syariah diharapkan menjadi motor penggerak bagi penguatan industri halal yang berdaya saing global.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran fundamental Maqashid Syariah sebagai kerangka teoretis dan operasional dalam pengembangan Industri Halal. Meskipun Industri Halal menunjukkan pertumbuhan pesat secara global, keberhasilannya perlu diukur tidak hanya dari kepatuhan regulasi (sertifikasi), namun juga dari kemampuannya mencapai tujuan luhur syariat Islam. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur kualitatif dan tinjauan kritis, artikel ini menginterpretasikan tiga dimensi Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah ke dalam ekosistem Industri Halal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Hifz al-Din diwujudkan melalui proses sertifikasi dan peningkatan halal awareness; Hifz al-Nafs ditegaskan melalui penekanan pada konsep thayyib yang menjamin mutu, keamanan, dan kesehatan produk; sementara Hifz al-Mal diimplementasikan melalui kontribusi industri terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, penciptaan lapangan kerja, dan penegakan etika bisnis syariah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Maqashid Syariah berfungsi sebagai kerangka holistik untuk melindungi konsumen dan mendorong kesejahteraan umat. Direkomendasikan agar regulator (BPJPH) dan pelaku usaha memperkuat integrasi aspek thayyib dan etika bisnis syariah untuk memastikan Industri Halal bertumbuh secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, emotional marketing, and spiritual marketing on customer loyalty at Tiga Serangkai Publishing, Cirebon Branch. Customer loyalty is a crucial factor in maintaining business sustainability, particularly in the publishing industry, which faces intense competition and changes in consumer behavior. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method conducted among customers of Tiga Serangkai Publishing, Cirebon Branch. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that service quality, emotional marketing, and spiritual marketing have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, both partially and simultaneously. Among these variables, service quality has the most dominant influence on customer loyalty. These findings suggest that improving service quality, supported by emotional approaches and spiritual values, can strengthen long-term relationships between the company and its customers. This study is expected to serve as a reference for publishing management in formulating marketing strategies oriented toward customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the framework of the Resource Based View (RBV) theory in the perspective of ontology, epistemology and axiology that is put forward in the discussion of strategic management and especially relating to the strengths and weaknesses of the organization. Based on a historical approach and literature review from the opinions of experts who discuss RBV theory in relation to capabilities and competencies in synergizing several partnership models of an organization in creating superior competitiveness. The antecedent of this research is the rationality of the emergence of collaborative organizations that cooperate must have strategic resources and the ability/competence to manage resources. The consequences of this research are partnerships with a systems approach considering the influence of the organizational environment on organizational growth. This paper puts forward the concept of partnership formulation based on RBV values ​​moderated by innovative collaboration principles.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, khususnya dalam penciptaan lapangan kerja dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun demikian, banyak UMKM menghadapi kendala dalam pengembangan usaha, terutama pada aspek inovasi produk dan diversifikasi usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM Sendang Mulyo melalui strategi inovasi produk dan diversifikasi usaha. Metode pengabdian dilakukan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dengan tahapan observasi, perencanaan program meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan, serta evaluasi implementasi inovasi produk dan pengembangan lini usaha baru. Waktu pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu semester genap 2025/2026 yaitu tanggal 23-27 Februari 2026. Tempat pelaksanaan pengabdian yaitu pada UMKM Sendang Mulyo. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan variasi produk, perbaikan kualitas kemasan, serta bertambahnya segmen pasar yang berdampak pada peningkatan omzet penjualan. Dengan demikian, inovasi produk dan diversifikasi usaha terbukti menjadi strategi efektif dalam memperkuat daya saing dan meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM Sendang Mulyo.

Abstract

Being helpless, unwelcome, and lacking a sense of freedom are the three characteristics of poverty. A country that is said to be prosperous can be seen from high economic growth. Economic growth influences reducing the problem of poverty. The lower the level of poverty will cause various kinds of socio-economic problems in a country. This study aims to find the direct and indirect effect of the independent variables, namely the effect of the General Allocation Fund (DAU), Regional Original Income (PAD), and Special Allocation Fund (DAK) on Poverty through Economic Growth. The research is a quantitative study using the regression analysis method by combining cross-section and time series data using Eviews 9.0 Software. This study took the object of research in 29 regencies in West Java Province for the period 2016 - 2020. Panel data source from the provincial annual report, Director General of Balance, Ministry of Finance, West Java BPS. The results of the study show that general allocation funds have a significant effect on economic growth. Special allocation funds have a significant effect on economic growth. However, local revenue does not have a significant effect on economic growth. This study contributes that the economic improvement plays an important role in reducing poverty.

Abstract

The Village Merah Putih Cooperative is a flagship program of the Indonesian government launched through Presidential Instruction Number 9 of 2025 to strengthen economic resilience at the village level. This study analyzes the resilience of the cooperative from the perspective of Maqashid Syariah amid global economic dynamics characterized by commodity price fluctuations, geopolitical tensions, and recession threats. Using a qualitative descriptive approach and literature study, this research finds that the five elements of Maqashid Syariah preservation of religion (hifz al-din), life (hifz al-nafs), intellect (hifz al-aql), lineage (hifz al-nasl), and property (hifz al-mal) provide a robust conceptual framework for the cooperative’s sustainability. The results indicate significant potential for improving financial inclusion and food security, although governance and digital adaptation challenges remain. This study recommends strengthening Sharia principles in cooperative operations to serve as a resilient model of people’s economy.

Abstract

Digital platform capitalism has restructured market coordination through data extraction, algorithmic governance, network effects, and ecosystem integration. Contemporary competition law, grounded in the consumer welfare paradigm, evaluates market conduct primarily through price-based metrics that obscure structural asymmetries. This article addresses the gap between allocative efficiency and structural justice by developing Ethical Market Failure (EMF)—a structural extension of classical market failure theory capturing infrastructural concentration, dependency locking, and distributive asymmetry in platform dominated economies. Integrating digital competition scholarship with Islamic political economy, the study employs the Maqasid alShariah framework as a normative evaluative architecture. The classical institution of hisbah is reinterpreted as a governance logic informing regulatory oversight. Using Indonesia as a semi analytical empirical anchor, the article demonstrates how subsidy driven expansion, gig labor absorption, and ecosystem consolidation generate long-term structural distortions despite short-term consumer gains. This study contributes to platform governance debates by situating consumer welfare within a broader justice sensitive institutional hierarchy.

Abstract

This article examines the crisis of ethical, moral, and virtuous values in contemporary economic and trade practices, which are still prevalent in many regions of Indonesia. This crisis is marked by the neglect of public rights, deceptive and manipulative investment schemes based on speculation, and the commercialization that erodes the spiritual dimensions of economic actors. Phenomena such as the unilateral and coercive use of public spaces and facilities without regard for public access, economic and trading activities that neglect religious obligations, and the proliferation of investment schemes promising instant profits all indicate a significant moral and ethical degradation in economic (muamalah) practices. This study employs a qualitative method with a normative-philosophical approach, examining the thoughts of Al-Ghazali, Ibn Khaldun, and classical Islamic scholars (salaf) concerning ethics, morality, and virtuous conduct in economic activities. The findings reveal that trade in Islam is not merely about ensuring the smooth functioning of economic transactions or pursuing profit by any means necessary. Rather, it serves as a domain for moral and ethical formation, reflecting the ideals of Maqasid al-Shariah, particularly in the preservation of wealth (hifz al-mal), life (hifz al-nafs), and religion (hifz al-din). This article strongly emphasizes the urgency of reconstructing ethical economic and trade practices grounded in moral values and Islamic teachings as a foundation for sustainable economic development and social stability, both globally and particularly within the Indonesian contex.
