Abstract

Penyangraian adalah proses pembentukan aroma dan citarasa pada biji kopi yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan suhu yang tinggi. Saat ini masih sedikit data tentang bagaimana proses penyangraian yang tepat untuk menghasilkan produk kopi yang berkualitas. Sehingga terdapat beberapa kasus kurangnya penyesuaian suhu dan lamanya proses penyangraian yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan mutu akibat over roast. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu dan lama penyangraian terhadap perubahan sifat fisik, kimia dan organoleptik kopi Robusta Tempur. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial dengan perlakuan variasi suhu dan lama penyangraian yang terdiri dari tiga taraf, yaitu suhu penyangraian terdiri dari tiga taraf, yaitu suhu 190°C, 200°C, dan 210°C sedangkan lama penyangraian terdiri dari tiga taraf, yaitu 5 menit, 10 menit, dan 15 menit. Setiap perlakuan dilakukan tiga kali ulangan sehingga diperoleh 27 (dua puluh tujuh) satuan percobaan. Hasil analisis sidik ragam (ANOVA) menunjukkan bahwa variasi suhu dan lama penyangraian berpengaruh nyata terhadap rendemen, kadar air, kadar abu, kadar lemak dan kadar kafein kopi Robusta Tempur, tetapi tidak pada kadar asam total, protein dan karbohidrat. Perlakuan penyangraian biji kopi pada suhu 190°C dan lama penyangraian 5 menit menghasilkan kadar air akhir kopi robusta sebesar 2,01%. Perlakuan penyangraian biji kopi pada suhu 200°C dan lama penyangraian 15 menit menghasilkan kadar kafein akhir kopi Robusta, Tempur sebesar 1,67%. Berdasarkan uji organoleptik, kopi Robusta Tempur yang paling disukai panelis adalah kopi yang disangrai pada suhu 190˚C dengan lama penyangraian 10 menit. Sifat fisik dan kimia kopi robusta tempur adalah kadar air 2.01%, kadar abu 8,76%, kadar asam total 0,68%, kadar protein 13,77%, karbohidrat 68,77%, kadar lemak 13,25% dan kafein 1,67%.

Abstract

Pentingnya pengetahuan subjektif dan objektif dalam mengkontruk pengetahuan statistic calon guru SD di era globalisasi. Literasi statistic salah satu upaya untuk menjembatani konstruk tersebut. Tujuan penelitian: menganalisis pengetahuan subjektif dan objektif yang sudah dilakukan oleh mahasiswa calon guru SD dalam memahami materi statistic berdasarkan kategori kognitif. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian mahasiswa calon guru SD disalah satu universitas swasta kota Surakarta yang menempuh mata kuliah Statistika Pendidikan Tahun Akademik 2022/2023 dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan kategori Tinggi, Sedang, dan Rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Analisis data model siklus: 1) reduksi data, 2) penyajian data, dan 3) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: 1) mahasiswa calon guru SD kategori Tinggi lebih banyak melakukan kreasi, dimana pengetahuan subjektif sangat berperan dalam mendapatkan pengetahuan objektifnya yang dilakukan secara mandiri, 2) kategori sedang, memiliki keseimbangan aktivitas pada pengetahuan subjektif dan objektifnya yang dilakukan dalam belajar kelompok, dan 3) kategori rendah aktivitas pengetahuan subjektif dan objektifnya lebih sedikit dibandingkan kategori tinggi dan sedang namun, ada upaya yang dilakukan melalui belajar kelompok pada materi statistic. Rekomendasi terkait hasil penelitian, bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang dapat mengakomodir kebutuhan mahasiswa calon guru SD.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of mathematics learning after applying PjBL with project assessment on students' mathematical communication skills (KKM) and students' KKM in terms of self-efficacy in PjBL learning with project assessment. The type of research is a mix method with a sequential explanatory design. In this study, 6 research subjects were taken based on the level of self-efficacy in students of grade X-8 SMAN 6 Cirebon. The results showed that (1) the PjBL learning model with project assessment improved the quality of mathematics learning for KKM students, and (2) research subjects with high self-efficacy categories are able to meet all KKM indicators, namely stating problems into written mathematical ideas, stating mathematical problems in the form of drawings or mathematical models, presenting written mathematical problem solving in an organized and structured manner, and evaluating mathematical ideas in writing. Subjects with moderate self-efficacy categories were only able to meet the KKM indicators, namely expressing problems into written mathematical ideas and expressing mathematical problems into images or mathematical models. Subjects with a low self-efficacy category were only able to meet the KKM indicators, namely presenting written mathematical problem solving in an organized and structured manner, and evaluating mathematical ideas in writing.

Abstract

Literasi Statistik yang sudah masuk dalam kurikulum nasional menjadi kebutuhan yang urgen untuk dikuasai mahasiswa prodi PGSD dalam upaya menerapkan dan meningkatkan literasi data pada peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini: menganalisis kemampuan literasi statistik calon guru SD pada mata kuliah Statistik Pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Tempat penelitian di Prodi PGSD Universitas Slamet Riyadi. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan mahasiswa semester gasal Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023 sebanyak 32 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling untuk menganalisis mahasiswa dengan kategori kemampuan Tinggi, Sedang, dan Rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan soal literasi statistik. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Analisis data model siklus: 1) reduksi data, 2) penyajian data, dan 3) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil temuan penelitian penelitian literasi statistik pada mahasiswa PGSD dengan latar belakang Pendidikan mayoritas SMA konsentrasi IPS disimpulkan bahwa a) mahasiswa dengan kategori Tinggi mampu menunjukkan 5 indikator literasi statistic, b) mahasiswa dengan kategori Sedang mampu menunjukkan 4 indikator literasi statistic, dan c) mahasiswa dengan kategori Rendah hanya menunjukkan 1 sampai dengan 2 indikator saja. Sehingga, diperlukan penerapan model pembelajaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan ketiga kategori kognitif mahasiswa Prodi PGSD pada variable literasi statistic.

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberdayakan kreativitas guru SMPN 41 Semarang dalam memanfaatkan media interaktif dan asesmen pada pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini antara lain ceramah, latihan, tanya jawab, pemberian tugas, diskusi, dan juga pendampingan dalam sosialisasi dan mengenal media interaktif liveworksheets dan asesmen pada pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Dalam kegiatan ini guru telah telah memperoleh sosialisasi dan mengenal media interaktif liveworksheets dan asesmen pada pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, dan melalui penugasan guru telah berhasil merancang media interaktif Liveworksheets dan asesmen pada pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Berdasarkan evaluasi dan diskusi terkait hasil pengabdian yang telah dilakukan, kegiatan pengabdian memperoleh respon berupa antusias yang tinggi dari para guru dalam praktik merancang media interaktif Liveworksheets dan asesmen pada pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sesuai dengan mata pelajaran yang diampu masing-masing guru. Diperoleh sebanyak 90% responden menyatakan mendapat banyak tambahan wawasan, dan materi pengabdian yang diberikan efektif menambah kreativitas, ide atau inspirasi guru SMPN 41 Semarang. Hal ini ditunjukkan sebanyak 86,67% responden merasa mendapat banyak tambahan ide atau inspirasi. Hasil rancangan media pembelajaran interaktif dengan Liveworksheets ini dapat digunakan secara berulang, mudah diakses, dan membantu meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik. Selain itu, penggunaan media ini juga membuat pembelajaran lebih menarik dan interaktif, sehingga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan minat dan motivasi peserta didik yang pada akhirnya berdampak positif pada hasil belajar.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to provide comprehensive information on the trend of computational thinking ability and mathematical disposition in mathematics learning. The method used was a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data was collected by reviewing articles on computational thinking skills and mathematical disposition published in 2019-2024. There were 15 articles, nine related to computational thinking ability and six related to mathematical disposition, obtained from Google Scholar and Scopus. The results of this study indicate that the methods and research designs that tend to be used for research on computational thinking ability and mathematical disposition tend to use quantitative research with quasi-experimental design, and PBL learning models are widely used. Research on thinking ability is predominantly carried out on elementary school students but for mathematical disposition at the junior and senior high school levels with geometry, algebra, and statistics mathematics materials. Computational thinking skills and mathematical disposition are two important aspects of mathematics education that are interrelated and influence each other.Keywords: computational thinking ability, mathematical disposition, mathematics learning

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of learning mathematics after applying Project Based Learning (PjBL) with performance assessments on students' mathematical reasoning abilities and analyzing students' mathematical reasoning abilities in terms of self-confidence in PjBL learning with performance assessments. The research method used is a mixed method with a sequential explanatory design. In this study six research subjects were taken based on the level of self-confidence in class X-10 students of SMA Negeri 7 Semarang for the 2022/2023 academic year. The results showed that (1) PjBL learning with an effective performance assessment of students' mathematical reasoning abilities, and (2) research subjects with high self-confidence categories were able to meet all indicators of mathematical reasoning ability to present mathematical statements, make conjectures, manipulate mathematics, draw conclusions , checking the validity of arguments, and finding patterns of mathematical phenomena; subjects in the medium self-confidence category only meet the indicators of presenting mathematical statements, making conjectures, mathematical manipulation; subjects with low self-confidence category only met the indicators of mathematical reasoning ability, namely mathematical manipulation. Recommendations for students with low levels of self-confidence who have not been able to achieve indicators of presenting statements, making conjectures, checking the validity of arguments, and finding patterns of mathematical phenomena by giving assignments independently and doing peer tutoring.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students' creative thinking skills on integer material viewed from their learning styles in problem-based learning assisted by Nadhom Risalah Fi Ilmi Hisab. This study employs a qualitative research approach. The research subjects consisted of 6 students of class VII C of SMP Tahfidh Ma’had Yasin in the 2024/2025 academic year, namely 2 students with visual learning styles, 2 students with auditory learning styles, and 2 students with kinesthetic learning styles. Data collection techniques include tests, questionnaires, and interviews, with instruments such as a creative thinking skills test, a learning style questionnaire, and interview guidelines. The results of the study show that students with a visual learning style successfully meet the indicators of flexibility, originality, and elaboration well but are still lacking in fluency. Students with an auditory learning style successfully meet the indicators of fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration well. Meanwhile, students with a kinesthetic learning style successfully meet the indicators of fluency, originality, and elaboration well but still fall short on flexibility.

Abstract

This study aims to design a Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT) on the topic of social arithmetic to address learning obstacles related to students’ computational thinking (CT) and self-regulated learning (SRL) abilities. Employing an Educational Design Research (EDR) approach, the study developed the Missouri Mathematics Open-Ended Problem-Based Learning (MiMOPBL) model supported by an e-module based on the Predict–Observe–Explain (POE) strategy. The HLT integrates CT and SRL by guiding students through prediction, observation, and explanation stages while solving open-ended contextual problems. Validation results confirmed that the instructional tools—including lesson plans, student worksheets, e-modules, CT and SRL instruments—are both valid and reliable. Content validity assessed using Aiken’s V showed values ranging from 0.80 to 0.98, while reliability testing using Cronbach’s Alpha indicated high internal consistency (SRL: α = 0.85; CT: α = 0.89; observation sheet: α = 0.88). These results indicate that the tools are suitable for use in mathematics classrooms. Although limited to the design phase and one topic, the study offers a structured, competency-based learning design that supports student engagement, problem-solving skills, and independent learning. Future research should explore the effectiveness of this learning design across various topics and student groups.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the formulation of low-fat ice cream based on overrun and melting time. The study uses the Response Surface Methodology (RSM) combined with the Box-Behnken Design (BBD). The optimization of the ice cream formulation was conducted using variations in full cream milk (6.5, 8.5, and 10.5 g), baking powder (0.5, 1.25, and 2.0 g), and carrageenan (0.4, 0.7, and 1.0 g). The results of the ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) indicate that full cream milk and baking powder have a significant effect (p<0.05) on the overrun response, while carrageenan has a significant effect (p<0.05) on the ice cream melting time. Optimization to achieve the optimal overrun and melting time responses resulted in a formulation with 9.42 g of full cream milk, 2.0 g of baking powder, and 1.0 g of carrageenan. The ice cream from the optimal formulation has the following characteristics: total solids 34.76%, fat 3.03%, protein 2.90%, overrun 55.78%, and a melting time of 25.57 minutes.
