Abstract

Pertentangan yang timbul dalam penerapan E-Office menjadi masalah yang  memerlukan penyesuaian dan  keseimbangan budaya baru. Kurangnya koordinasi dari pimpinan, serta lemahnya pengaturan dalam menggunakan E-Office  menyebabkan rendahnya kesadaran pegawai dalam menggunakan E-Office. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui  budaya organisasi dalam pemanfaatan E-Office pada Kesbangpol. Evaluasi kecendrungan budaya organisasi menggunakan metode Organization Culture Assesment Instrument (OCAI) dan Evaluasi karakteristik individu dalam organisasi menggunakan metode Hofstede.  Hasil pengukuran diketahui Kesbangpol menganut budaya Hierarchy dengan nilai 198,2. Ini menunjukkan instansi bersifat tersruktur dan terkontrol, dicirikan oleh suatu formalitas. Kedepannya Kesbangpol mengharapkan budaya Clan dengan nilai 188,7. Ini menunjukkan Kesbangpol menginginkan budaya kerja yang lebih kekeluargaan. Berdasarkan pengukuran menggunakan Hofstede, Diketahui bahwa Kesbangpol memiliki Long Term Orientation Index sangat tinggi yaitu sebesar 131,5, Ini menunjukkan kepribadian Pegawai Kesbangpol yang lebih menekankan cara pandang jauh kedepan.  Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi langkah strategis menggunakan Eight Immperatives yang menitikberatkan pada bagaimana Membuat rencana tentang pengembangan E-Office, memelihara sarana TI yang sudah ada.

Abstract

The study, entitled "Study of Medicinal Plants Ethnobotany At Tribal Peoples Kaili Ija in Bora village Biromaru Sigi Sigi District of Central Sulawesi" was conducted from March to April 2015. The study aims to obtain information about the kinds of plants and parts used and the way of processing as a traditional medicine. The study was conducted using a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods by interview using the Open-ended interview is free interview techniques or interviews conducted directly using a questionnaire that contains the name of the plant, the type of disease being treated, the plant part used (roots, rhizomes , stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, seeds, tubers, and sap), how to use (taken / eaten, rubbed, smeared, dripped and taped), how processing (crushed, crushed, boiled and crushed) and plant status (wild / aquaculture) with the number of respondents 47 people. The results were obtained 32 types of plants used in traditional medicine by tribal people Kaili Ija. Abstract

This research aims at investigating the influence of service quality towards consumer satisfaction in Amanda Jaya Plaza of Gorontalo City. It applies descriptive quantitative approach through simple regression and correlation test. Data are analyzed by applying SPSS 21 program. Data of this research are primary in which they are in form of questionnaire. Based on finding, it obtains formula of regression of Y = 11,350 + 0,333X which means that quality of service in Amanda Jaya Plaza of Gorontalo City has positive influence to customer satisfaction. Both variables show close and positive relation shown by correlation coefficient that is 0,697. Therefore, coefficient of determination (R2) = 0,485. Fluctuation of consumer satisfaction derives from service quality that is 79,2%, mean remaining 20,8% is influenced by variable which is not explained in this research. Therefore, hypothesis of service quality influences consumer satisfaction in Amanda Jaya Plaza is proved and accepted. Keywords: Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTOne of the problems which nutrition is still main in toddlers nutrition that is the problem a chronicle or called also stunting. Children suffer stunting due to lack of food intake and its diseases repeated especially of infection diseases which can increase metabolic needs and reduce appetite that has happened that abnormality in bodily form short although the genes into cells show the potential to grow. One way to solve the problem is stunting with consuming foods high in protein, local this research aims to review the receipt and macro nutrient analysis on the cake donuts and pukis with the substitution of flour sweet potato flour. purple and green beans. Resources i judged based on the panel against 30. hedonicThe results of the best nutritional value received analyzed the protein can use a method of micro kjedahl, fat soxhlet, analysis method and its luff schroll. carbohydrates analysis method. The research results show that the panel power received our foremost is f2 ( pukis ). Based on the aspect of the color of the most favored f2 ( pukis ) 73.3 %, as many as the aspect of the scent of f1 ( doughnuts ) 90 %, as many as the aspect of texture f2 ( pukis ) as much as 86.7 % and aspects of the f2 ( pukis ) 90 %. Nutritional content protein f1 ( doughnuts ) 8.43 %, as much as fat f1 ( doughnuts ) as much as 17.37 % and carbohydrates f1 ( doughnuts ) as much as 51.02 % while for nutritional content protein f2 ( pukis ) 7.37 %, as much as fat f2 ( pukis ) as much as 4.25 % and carbohydrates f2 ( pukis ) as much as 49.16 %. Abstract

Backround: Good learning achievement is influenced by many factors, including internal and external factors. One of which is included in the internal factor is the ability of learners to use learning styles effectively. If someone does not recognize learning styles, they will experience barriers to learning and will affect the achievement of the learning purpose. Aim: To know the overview of learning style in undergraduate nursing student of the second semester class IX of STIKES Suaka Insan Banjarmasin. Method: Type of this research was quantitative research with descriptive research design. Population in this research was the students of the second semester of nursing science with 52 nursing students taken by total sampling method. The data was taken by the questionnaire of learning style V-A-K and data analysis was used distribution of frequency. Results and Conclusions: Based on the data analysis, Total 36 (60%) undergraduate nursing student in second semester have visual’s learning style. Then auditory learning style as much as 12 respondents (23%), and kinesthetic learning style as much as 4 respondents (8%). Advice: Teachers and lecturers need to adjust their teaching method while teaching undergraduate nursing student. It will help students to amplify their ability to absorb lesson more effectively.

Abstract

Aspergillus flavus LS03 is a type of fungus isolated from rhizosphere soil in West Lombok, which showed potential as an α-glucosidase inhibitor and free radical scavenger in the early stages of screening activity. This study aimed to identify and characterize secondary metabolite as antidiabetic and antioxidants from A. flavus LS03 fungus grown on liquid medium of potato broth (PDB). The testing of antidiabetic activity is based on the inhibition of the α-glucosidase enzyme while the antioxidant is based on the ability to reduce DPPH free radicals. The result of separation and purification was obtained by active isolate (1) which was identified as 5-hydroxy-2- (hydroxymethyl) -1.4-piran (kojic acid) based on spectroscopic data. Kojic acid (1) shows strong potential as an α-glucosidase enzyme inhibitor and free radical DPPH with IC50 values of 35.34 and 149.9 μg / mL, respectively.

Abstract

Indicators of milk quality commonly used by the Milk Processing Industry (MPI) is the milk density (MD). Some factors that influence the milk density is milk protein in the form of casein and milk temperatures. This study aims to examine the correlation between protein content and milk temperature to milk density. The material used was 90 lactating FH cows in the II - III of lactation period and 2 – 3 of lactation months. The analysis used is simple linear correlation regression. The results showed that the increase in protein content caused an increase in the milk density by 73.48%. The decreased in temperature caused an increase in the milk density by 5.25%. Protein content and milk temperature to milk density had a significants correlation value (P <0.01). The overall calculation shows that there is a relationship between the protein content and milk temperature to milk density. Protein content with milk density, shows a very strong positive correlation. The milk temperature and the milk density shows a very strong negative correlation. The conclusion is that there is a positive relationship between protein content to milk density, and a negative relationship between milk temperature to milk density. The higher the protein content, the higher the milk density. The lower the milk temperature, the higher the milk density value. Keyword : milk, protein, temperature, density

Abstract

Desa Magelung adalah salah satu desa penghasil ketela pohon di Kecamatan Kaliwungu Barat Kabupaten Kendal. Setelah terbentuknya beberapa Kelompok Tani Singkong (KTS) di desa ini, singkong bisa diproduksi menjadi tepung tapioka. Namun usaha ini masih sangat sederhana dan tersendat-sendat karena teknologi yang digunakan masih sangat sederhana dan bersifat manual. Untuk itu dibutuhkan pengolahan tapioka full otomated dengan modifikasi asam yang memiliki efisiensi tinggi, karena proses produksi memerlukan tenaga kerja yang sedikit, waktu lebih pendek dan menghasilkan tapioka lebih berkualitas (lebih putih, lebih mudah larut dalam air, dan lebih halus). Tepung tapioka termodifikasi asam biasa disebut dengan maltodekstrin yang mempunyai nilai jual jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan singkong maupun tepung tapioka. Kegiatan pengabdian ini mempunyai beberapa target yaitu (1) ketersediaan peralatan yang sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat untuk diversifikasi produk unggulan yang telah dikembangkan, misalnya mesin penggerak/generator, mesin parut, mesin pompa, dan mesin ayakan, mesin pembuat pakan ternak, dan mesin bioetanol untuk praktik. (2) Pelatihan dan praktik pembuatan tepung tapioka termodifikasi asam, pakan ternak terfermentasi, dan bioetanol. (3) Melalui program diversifikasi produk, singkong dapat menghasilkan produk yang bervariasi dan potensial untuk pengembangan potensi industri olahan rumah tangga, sehingga diharapkan memiliki jiwa enterpreneurship yang meningkat dan bisa mengolah singkong menjadi produk industri rumah tangga yang kreatif dan inovatif. (4) Menghasilkan desain kemasan sehingga menarik konsumen, ditunjang pelaksanaan strategi pemasaran dan promosi yang telah dipilih oleh peserta KTS bersama tim pendamping. (5) Penciptaan struktur organisasi yang bisa memisahkan tugas dan tanggung jawab secara tegas antar masing-masing anggota organisasi. (5) Menjalin pola kemitraan antara KTS dengan Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Kendal untuk menciptakan iklim usaha yang kondusif, menumbuh kembangkan industri kecil dan menengah di Desa Magelung. (6) Pengemasan produk juga menjadi aspek yang menjadi satu paket konsep produk luaran kami. Luaran yang dihasilkan publikasi di jurnal/prosiding dan media massa, peningkatan omzet mitra, kualitas dan kuantitas produk, keterampilan masyarakat dan produk berupa tepung tapioka termodifikasi asam, pakan ternak terfermentasi, dan bioetanol.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Kargo (SIGO) merupakan sistem yang telah disiapkan oleh pihak pusat PT. Angkasa Pura II pada tahun 2016 saat PT. Angkasa Pura Kargo berdiri sendiri menjadi anak perusahan. SIGO adalah Sistem Informasi utama yang digunakan pihak PT. Angkasa Pura Kargo dalam  mengelola proses bisnis pengiriman barang dan jasa. PT. Angkasa Kargo melakukan pengumpulan, pengeloan data masuk (Incoming) , keluar (Outgoing) barang dan pengelolaan keuangan (Kasir). Dalam penerapannya sejak 2016 Sistem Informasi Kargo (SIGO) memilki beberapa masalah atau kendala seperti masalah \textit{maintenace} sistem, kesalahan pengiriman barang, terlambatnya barang dan tertukarnya barang. Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kesuksesan Sistem Informasi Kargo (SIGO) dengan pendekatan model Delone and Mclean. Pengolahan data kuisioner menggunakan SEM PLS untuk menetukan uji reliabilitas dan dan uji validitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dengan nilai 3,347 berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna, kemudia kualitas sistem dengan nilai 2,189 yang juga berpengaruh positif pada kepuasan pengguna. Sehingga didapatkan hasil bahwa penerapan sistem informasi kargo (SIGO) dapat dikatakan berhasil atau sukses dengan 2 hipotesis diterima dan 1hipotesis ditolak.
