The hoax phenomenon that occurs in the midst of society is very worrying. Because it can divide the nation. It is as if the hoax was made to benefit one side by bringing down the other. This is certainly not the right way to do politics. Finally, honesty in politics is very rare nowadays. This study aims to analyze the concept of uswatun hasanah in dealing with the hoax phenomenon in the current era. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. Descriptive research is a research method that seeks to describe and interpret objects as they are. The form of research used is qualitative research, namely research that understands social phenomena in natural conditions. if the concept of Uswatun hasanah is always applied in everyday life, then gradually it can become the character of Indonesian society. If every Muslim applies this concept, the circulation of hoaxes that are so widespread will begin to be minimized. And Islam has taught that in conveying news according to the instructions and the right way and hoax news can be solved by using Tabayyun.

Mental disorders are influenced by two factors, namely predisposing factors and precipitation factors. This study aims to determine the description of the family of People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ) about the causes of mental disorders and their treatment in the Malay community in the Meranti Islands. This study used a quantitative descriptive design on 30 respondents using a total sampling technique, and the instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The results of the univariate analysis of the majority of respondents aged 17-25 years (26.7%), the majority of respondents were female (80%), the majority of respondents had high school education (36.7%), most worked as IRT (46.7%). The main genetic predisposition of respondents is that no family member has mental disorders (86.7%), the majority of respondents have psychosocial disorders (28.6%), the majority of respondents have an unpleasant past history of physical violence (23.5%). the type of treatment most of the respondents did informal treatment (63,3%). Predisposing factors for ODG are caused by biology, psychology and socio-culture, while the treatment that is often used is doing informal treatment.Keywords: ODGJ, Family Opinion, Causes of Mental Disorders

Antidiabetic activity of Cocor Bebek leaves (Kalanchoe pinnata Lam.Pers.) ethanolic extract from Bogor city, Kabupaten Bogor and south of Tangerang city has been studied. The study was conducted in vitro using glucosidase inhibitor method. The results of the study showed that IC50 of the extract from Bogor city, Kabupaten Bogor, and Tangerang Selatan city is 40.94 ppm, 33.58 ppm and 16.12 ppm respectively. Meanwhile, IC50 of quersetin which has antidiabetic activity is 10.22 ppm. The results showed that Cocor Bebek leaves (Kalanchoe pinnata Lam.Pers.) ethanolic extract had antidiabetic activity with IC50 less than 100 ppm. The objective of the study was to evaluate the oral acute toxicity of Brucea javanica Merril extract on both Male and Female DDY-Mice. Brucea javanica leaves have activity as a cytotoxic, anti-diarhhea, etc. Brucea javanica leaves extract was administered orally for first 24 hours at various dose levels (562.5mg/kg bw, 1125 mg/kg bw, 2250 mg/kg bw, and 4500 mg/kg bw) to determine the toxicity effects. The treatment groups were compared to the normal control. Vital organs (liver, heart, lymph, lungs, etc) and body weight were analyzed to study the toxicity. LD50 determined using Reed and Munich formula. Vital organs average weight showed no difference between control group and treatment groups from the lowest dose until the highest dose. In addition, the body weight data showed no difference between control group and treatment groups. LD50 for Brucea javanica extract using Reed and Munich formula was 1003.65 mg/kg bw. The result of the study showed that extract were categorized as lightly toxic.Keywords: Acute toxicity, Brucea javanica Merril, DDY-Mice, LD50

Exploration of Mekongga national park resulted in novel finding of anticancer property from Tetrameles nudiflora. The investigation of toxic features of T. nudiflora is vital for further studies of its pharmacological activities. Acute toxicity test was done on methanolic extracts of T. nudiflora in DDY mice. Animals were divided into 5 groups: Group 1 was given 1 ml solution of 2.5% Tween 80 in a single oral dose; Group 2, 3, 4 and 5 were orally administrated a single dose of 1, 2, 4 and 8 g/kg body weight T. nudiflora, respectively. Toxic effects of the extract were evaluated on the basis of behavioral observations in the form of locomotor activity; curiosity; defecation; urination and also animal mortality. Observations were carried out for 14 days. No significant changes on body weight, and behavioural activities were recorded. Mortality was recorded up to 22% of the male group, and 11% within the female group. The T.nudiflora extracts tested for toxicity against brine shrimp had 50% lethal concentration (LC50) values of 46.67 Î¼g/ml. It can be concluded that methanol extracts of T. nudiflora are potential to be explored as anticancer (LC50=46.67 Î¼g/ml). The extract is slightly toxic in male mice with Lethal Dose 50 (LD50) 12.6 g/kg body weight, and practically non toxic for female (LD50>15 g/kg body weight).Key words : Tetrameles nudiflora, brine shrimp lethality test, acute oral toxicity, LD 50.

This research is motivated by the low quality of science learning, so that the impact on learning outcomes isn’t optimal. This study aims to describe the process of implementation and the achievement of science learning outcomes for each cycle of action through the application of the CTL model. This research is a classroom action research conducted at SDN 17/II Tanah Tumbuh with research subjects for all students in class III. The research instruments were teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets, and learning achievement test questions. This research was successfully carried out in 3 action cycles. Each cycle of action includes planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting activities. The results showed the percentage of the success of the teaching process of teachers in the first cycle reached 69%, in the second cycle increased by 70%, and in the third cycle successfully increased to 80%. The percentage of the success of student learning processes in the first cycle reached 74%, in the second cycle increased by 78%, and in the third cycle successfully increased to 85%. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle reached 67%, in the second cycle increased by 73%, and in the third cycle successfully increased to 87%. It can be concluded that the learning outcomes of science students can improve through the application of the CTL learning model.

This research was motivated by the problem of the low character values shown by students during science learning. So far, science learning has emphasized the aspects of cognition and has not promoted the importance of planting character values in learning. A change in the teaching paradigm is deemed necessary where it is necessary to align the conceptual mastery and character improvement. The character values developed in science learning can be based on the Al-Qur'an. Because basically character values come from religious values. The purpose of this study was to describe the learning tools, the implementation of learning, the advantages and disadvantages of the integrated learning system of character education based on the Qur'an in science learning for students of PGSD STKIP-MB. This research was conducted at STKIP-MB, with the research subjects being students of the PGSD Study Program semester II of the 2019/2020 Academic Year. This type of research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The results of the research obtained the suitability of the RPS reached 91.07%. This means that it has shown an integration of planting character values based on the Qur'an in the components of the RPS. Apart from that, from the results of the questionnaire analysis, the percentage of success in cultivating character education based on the Qur'an in students reached 82.35%. This means that after learning science through the integration of character education based on the Qur'an, it has a positive effect on the personal development of students, where the character values in students can be built very well.

The problem in this research is science learning in class IV SDN 219/II BTN Lintas Asri is less meaningful and does not provide sufficient opportunities for students to do scientific work. So that science learning outcomes are not optimal. This research aims to describe the application of the quantum learning model in improving science learning processes and outcomes. This type of research is CAR to carry out a series of actions to improve the science learning process in the classroom. This research was conducted in two action cycles. The data collection instrument uses observation sheets and learning achievement tests. Then the data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that the teacher's observation sheet in the first cycle reached 63.15% and increased in the second cycle by reaching 81.57%. Student observation sheets in cycle I only reached 48.27%, while in cycle II it managed to increase to 79.31%. Students learning outcomes in the first cycle reached 41.37% completeness, while it increased to 82.75% in the second cycle. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the process and learning outcomes of science in class IV SDN 219/II BTN Lintas Asri can be increased through the application of the quantum learning model.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Spirituality and Emotional Intelligence on Entrepreneurial Intention mediated by Creativity in students of Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University. The indicators discussed in the spirituality variable are 6 indicators, the indicators discussed in emotional intelligence there are 5 indicators, in the entrepreneurial intention variable there are 6 indicators, and in the creativity variable there are 4 indicators. Data was obtained through a survey of 105 people as a sample representing the research population. The data analysis method used was Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Results The study found that the the Spirituality and Emotional Intelligence on Entrepreneurial Intention.The results also found that the creativity variable mediate between the Spirituality and Emotional Intelligence on Entrepreneurial Intention

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengetahuan konsumen mengenai PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Syariah (Persero) Cabang Makassar dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan konsumen terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Syariah (Persero) Cabang Makassar. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Deskriptif dan Analisis korelasi Kendal tau (ԏ) serta diolah menggunakan Software Statistic Program for Social Science (SPSS Version 20). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan konsumen mengenai produk lebih tinggi dibanding pengetahuan konsumen mengenai pembelian dan pemakaian. Sedangkan pengetahuan konsumen mengenai pembelian lebih rendah dibanding pengetahuan konsumen mengenai produk dan pemakaian. Selain itu, pengetahuan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Syariah (Persero) Cabang Makassar.
