Abstract

Desa wisata merupakan salah satu sarana untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal. Hal inilah yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Desa Hendrosari, Kecamatan Menganti, Kabupaten Gresik melalui BUMDes Lontar Sewu yang sedang meningkatkan pembangunan desa wisata sejak tahun 2020. Permasalahan yang masih menjadi perhatian pihak pengelola adalah SDM yang masih perlu terus ditingkatkan kemampuannya terutama dalam hal kualitas pelayanan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan tentang kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan kepada karyawan Wisata Lontar Sewu. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama dua hari pada tanggal 6-7 Oktober 2021 kepada 25 karyawan bagian frontline yang berhubungan langsung dengan para pelanggan. Hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan yang terdiri dari: pre test, post test dan evaluasi tingkat keberhasilan dalam kegiatan pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kegiatan PKM ini telah memberikan kemanfaatan bagi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman para karyawan Wisata Lontar Sewu terkait dengan upaya perbaikan dalam pelayanan jasa di Wisata Lontar Sewu. Hal ini diindikasikan dari peningkatan yang signifikan skor nilai post test dibandingkan pre test, serta semua peserta pelatihan merasa puas dengan kegiatan PKM secara keseluruhan. Abstract

Abstract Teachers' writing skills are needed to support the demands of professionalism, especially related to career development and scientific needs. The lack of scientific work produced by teachers such as articles, books and modules is a challenge that is a challenge in the world of education. Because many opportunities support the development of writing skills: the service team organizes scientific article writing training activities for teachers of creative products and entrepreneurship subjects to improve motivation and scientific writing skills. (1) The entrepreneurship teacher has a field practicum program that can be used as writing material. (2) In developing innovative products, teachers and students make a lot of observations that can be downstream into scientific works. (3) The academic climate where teachers constantly interact with the world of science. The training implementation uses a hybrid offline and online learning system. The training materials were delivered using lecture, discussion, case studies and direct simulation methods. The results of the comparison of the participants' pretest and posttest showed that there was an increase in participants' understanding and skills in writing scientific papers. The results of the evaluation of the training implementation activities also showed that the participants were delighted with the services provided by the community service team. The results of this scientific work will undoubtedly support teachers' professional careers, namely promotion and class. Keywords; Article writing, scientific journals, management, entrepreneurship

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pegawai dan kualitas sistem informasi e-payment dan e-revenue terhadap efektivitas penatausahaan keuangan daerah dengan komitmen pimpinan sebagai variabel moderasi. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah (BPKAD) Pemerintah Kota Surabaya sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner penelitian dengan ketentuan jumlah populasi 140 orang pegawai bendahara PPK SKPD dan pengambilan sample menggunakan random sampling sejumlah 92 responden. Pengujian data penelitian menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi hierarki pada penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa; (a) kompetensi SDM tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas penatausahaan keuangan, (b) kualitas SIM e-payment& e-revenue tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas penatausahaan keuangan, (c) kombinasi kompetensi pegawai dan kualitas SIM e-payment & e-revenue tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas penatausahaan keuangan daerah, (d) setelah adanya variable moderasi komitmen pimpinan terhadap kompetensi pegawai dan kualitas SIM e-payment & e-revenue terdapat pengaruh signfikan terhadap efektivitas penatausahaan keuangan daerah.

Abstract

Leadership and organizational culture include elements that shape and support individuals in achieving set goals, which in turn affect the overall success of the organization. This study intends to identify the impact of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance. For this study, the sample was 120 staff from three universities and the results were obtained through SPSS (26). The research instrument uses quantitative methods, while data analysis techniques include validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, normality, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, t test and multiple regression. The results showed that with the acceptance of the first hypothesis results, it means that transformational leadership (X1) has an effect on staff performance (Y), indicating that this leadership style has a positive impact on the ability of staff to achieve organizational goals. Acceptance of the second hypothesis shows that organizational culture (X2) significantly affects staff performance (Y) positively. This indicates that the values, norms, and practices contained in the organizational culture have an important role in shaping the performance of the staff.

Abstract

Basically, every educational institution has a certain vision and mission that must be achieved. To achieve each goal, it encourages educational institutions to maximize the performance of teachers in achieving organizational goals. However, the existence of deviant leadership behavior outside of authority can be an obstacle in achieving organizational goals. This can occur because such behavior is deliberately done to disrupt the smooth running of the organization and justice in the work environment is increasingly recognized as an important factor in achieving optimal performance. This study is intended to examine how leadership behavior and organizational justice in higher education affect lecturers' performance behavior. Using 100 respondents from higher education institutions in Surabaya, leadership behavior and organizational culture were examined for their impact on lecturer performance. The method of analysis applied in this study is a quantitative approach using multiple regression, with validity and reliability testing of each variable in question as well as classical assumption tests before the best research model is obtained. All results support the effects studied. Leadership behavior and organizational justice have a real impact on lecturer performance. These findings are consistent with the proposed hypothesis, confirming the importance of the role of leaders and a fair organizational culture in improving lecturer performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to understand the influence of spiritual leadership and religiosity indicators on the effectiveness of change management in educational organisations as well as how spiritual leadership and religiosity interact in facilitating change in educational organisations. Using a qualitative method with a literature review approach, the study identified themes and patterns from various relevant sources. The results show that spiritual leadership plays an important role in formulating a vision, building a positive culture and increasing the commitment of organisational members. Indicators of religiosity such as individual religious commitment, piety and religious behaviour also contribute to successful change management. The interaction between spiritual leadership and religiosity can facilitate change by creating an environment that supports learning, overcoming resistance, and enhancing the well-being of organisational members

Abstract

Revolusi Industri 4.0 menuntut pelaku usaha untuk mengikuti perkembangan teknologi guna tetap kompetitif, termasuk dalam hal perencanaan, pengelolaan, pemasaran, dan pelaporan. Tuntutan ini juga dirasakan oleh pedagang di Pasar Tradisional Nilowati, Kelurahan Kraton, Kecamatan Maospati, Kabupaten Magetan, yang memiliki keunikan penggunaan koin tempurung kelapa sebagai alat transaksi dan pakaian tradisional Jawa berupa kain lurik. Meskipun pasar ini dikenal luas berkat kegiatan branding yang telah dilakukan, pengelolaan branding sebagai sarana promosi produk unggulan dan pembangunan citra merek yang berkelanjutan masih terkendala oleh keterbatasan literasi teknologi, khususnya dalam digital branding dan desain kemasan. Program PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi melalui pelatihan digital branding dan desain kemasan yang lebih aman dan menarik bagi para pedagang di pasar tersebut. Pelatihan digital branding difokuskan untuk meningkatkan minat masyarakat terhadap produk unggulan dengan memperkenalkan media sosial sebagai platform pemasaran, sementara pelatihan desain kemasan menekankan pada aspek kebersihan dan keamanan, sambil mempertahankan nilai tradisional kemasan. Kegiatan ini telah diikuti oleh 13 para pedagang makanan dan minuman yang berjualan di Pasar Nilowati. Kesemua peserta telah mendapatkan pelatihan mengenai digital branding dan desain kemasan. Dikarenakan bahwa pasar tradisional ini tetap mempertahakan keunikan kemasan tradisional sebagai nilai jual, maka pelatihan tentang kemasan lebih ditujukan agar kemasan tersebut lebih higienis. Sedangkan pelatihan tentang digital branding telah diberikan dengan memperkenalkan beberapa media sosial yang bisa dicoba oleh para pedagang dan melatih tahap demi tahap untuk bisa menginformasikan dan memasarkan produk-produk makanan dan minuman melalui media sosial tersebut. Target luaran program PKM ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan mitra dalam memasarkan produknya secara online melalui media sosial sehingga bisa meningkatkan penjualan setiap harinya selain penjualan di hari minggu. Tujuan dan target luaran ini telah tercapai melalui pelatihan digital branding dan desain kemasasan visual yang menghasilkan produk-produk seperti desain logo usaha, pembuatan website bisnis, content marketing dan lain-lain.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analiyzing the influence of Knowledge Management (KM) and Work-Life Balance (WLB) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through Job Satisfaction (JS) at Surabaya City of Government, Regional Secretariat. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires related to the KM, WLB, JS and OCB variables to respondents. The number of respondents taken was 192 people from 368 total of employees. Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) is used as methodology and the data processed using Smart PLS 3. The research results show that KM and JS have a positive effect on OCB, but WLB does not have a significant effect on OCB. Furthermore for indirect relationships, JS acts as a mediator for the relationship between KM and OCB and WLB and OCB. Hopefully, this research can be taken into consideration by Surabaya City of Government, Regional Secretariat in improving the implementation both of KM and WLB, in order to improving OCB.

Abstract

Bureaucratic Reform is one way to achieve good governance and make fundamental changes and renewals to the government administration system, especially in terms of institutional (organizational), administrative and human resource aspects. Through improvements to human resources. This study was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Surabaya City with the aim of determining the relationship between the influence of workload, technostress, work life balance and employee performance. The research method is a quantitative approach where variables are measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were employees who use technology in their work. Sampling was taken with a 95% confidence level using the Slovin technique, 193 people were obtained. The research variables consist of three independent variables, namely workload, technostress, work life balance and the dependent variable is employee performance. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The results of the data collection were then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling Technique using the SMART PLS – 3 application. The results of the study showed that: (1) Workload has a positive effect on Technostress at the Surabaya City Regional Secretariat (2) Technostress does not affect Employee Performance at the Surabaya City Regional Secretariat. (3) Workload does not affect Employee Work Life Balance at the Surabaya City Regional Secretariat. (4) Work Life Balance has a positive effect on Employee Performance at the Surabaya City Regional Secretariat (5) Technostress has a negative effect on Work Life Balance at the Surabaya City Regional Secretariat (6) Workload does not have a significant negative effect on Employee Performance at the Surabaya City Regional Secretariat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of human resource competence and service quality on customer satisfaction of the Surabaya City Regional Secretariat. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires with a research sample of 122 respondents from a population of 176 respondents. The statistical analysis used in this study is Multiple linear regression with the help of Software SPSS. Data testing instruments are carried out by data validity tests, data reliability tests and The classical assumption test consists of a normality test, a multicollinearity test, an autocorrelation test, and a heterokedasticity test. The method used to test the hypothesis is to use the Partial Influence Test (t- Test), the Simultaneous Influence Test (Test F) and the Determination Test (R2). The results of the study show that there is an influence of human resource competence, tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and Empathy have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction of the Derah Secretariat of the City of Surabaya.
