Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualifikasi pemidanaan terhadapanak pelaku tindak pidana kekerasan secara bersama dimukaumum serta penerapaan hukum materiil dalam tindak pidana kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh anak sebagai pelaku dalam Putusan NomorPutusan Nomor 3/Pid.Sus-Anak/2023/PN Jkt.Pst., dan Putusan Nomor 2/Pid.Sus-Anak/2024/PN Jkt.Pst. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulis adalah jenispenelitian hukum normatif dengan metode pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan kasus, dan pendekatan konsepsual. Bahan hukumyang digunakan mencakup bahan hukum primer, yaitu sumber perundang-undangan, putusan hakim, KUHP. Bahan hukum sekunder, yaitubersumber dari buku-buku literatur, studi perpustakaan, serta beberapajurnal yang berkaitan. Bahan hukum tersier, yaitu bahan yang memberikanpetunjuk seperti ensiklopedia, kamus, artikel di internet. Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) kualifikasi perbuatan tindakpidana kekerasan secara bersama-sama yang dilakukan oleh anakmerupakan perbuatan yang tergolong dalam Pasal 170 ayat (1) dan (2)KUHP tentang kekerasan terhadap orang atau barang dimuka umumapabila pelakunya anak. 2) Penerapan hukum materiil dalam Putusan Nomor Putusan Nomor 3/Pid.Sus-Anak/2023/PN Jkt.Pst., dan Putusan Nomor 2/Pid.Sus-Anak/2024/PN Jkt.Pst., sudah tepat. Terdakwa telah terbukti secarasah dan meyakinkan memenuhi unsur-unsur sesuai Pasal 170 ayat (2) ke1 KUHP. Hakim menilai bahwa terdakwa dapat mempertanggungjawabkanatas perbuatan yang dilakukan karena pelaku saat melakukan tindak pidanaberada dalam kondisi yang sehat, serta tidak ditemukan alasanpenghapusan pidana, maka hakim menjatuhkan putusan terhadap putusan pertama anakdengan pidana penjara Anak Iselama 9 (sembilan) bulan dan Anak II.dengan pidana penjara selama 6 (enam) bulan diLPKA, serta pada kasus putusan kedua Para Anak tersebut berupadikembalikan kepada orangtua/Wali masing-masing.

Abstract

Kelurahan Mulyaharja, Bogor, memiliki potensi besar untuk pengembangan budidaya perikanan, namun keberhasilannya sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas air dan jenis tanah. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi perikanan budidaya yang sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada di lapangan berdasarkan parameter kualitas air dan tanah yang mendukung pertumbuhan ikan. Metode studi yang digunakan meliputi metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei dan analisis spasial. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan oleh tim Program Studi Teknologi dan Manajemen Pembenihan Ikan, Sekolah Vokasi, IPB University dengan peserta terdiri dari masyarakat yang tergabung dalam kelompok wanita tani dan kelompok pembudidaya ikan yang ada di Kelurahan Mulyaharja yang memiliki keunikan dan juga mata pencaharian beragam, salah satunya pada bidang perikanan. Saat ini, aktivitas perikanan berkelanjutan belum tercipta bagi masyarakat di Kelurahan Mulyaharja. Hal ini disebabkan oleh belum optimalnya pengelolaan sumberdaya air dan tanah untuk kegiatan budidaya serta pemilihan komoditas budidaya yang kurang cocok dengan lingkungan yang ada, sehingga berdampak pada timbulnya penyakit pada ikan, air yang cepat berbau hingga kematian ikan dalam jumlah banyak menjadi kendala untuk kegiatan perikanan dapat terus dikembangkan. Pengukuran sampel air secara in situ pada sumber air, situ dan kolam milik pembudidaya, serta identifikasi struktur tanah di Laboratorium Produksi Perikanan Program Studi Teknologi dan Manajemen Pembenihan Ikan, Sekolah Vokasi IPB, menjadi langkah awal untuk menemukan hipotesis yang tepat. Selain itu, dilakukan diskusi secara langsung dalam forum focus group discussion dengan para pemangku kepentingan yang terdiri dari pembudidaya dan juga pemerintah setempat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa beberapa area di Mulyaharja memiliki kualitas air yang masih berada dalam baku mutu perairan, dan jenis tanah yang mendukung untuk budidaya ikan air tawar, seperti ikan hias jenis koi, maskoki, udang hias air tawar red cherry, lobster hias air tawar serta ikan konsumsi seperti ikan nila dan ikan bawal air tawar.  Hasil pemetaan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengambilan keputusan dalam pengembangan sektor perikanan yang berkelanjutan di Mulyaharja.

Abstract

Guppy fish cultivation has become a promising business opportunity due to its high economic value and market demand. One of the challenges frequently faced by guppy fish breeders is the low larva production caused by inadequate nutrition intake in their feed. One important nutrient in the parent feed is vitamin E, which plays a crucial role in the fish reproduction process. This applied research aims to assess the effectiveness of administering vitamin E in the gonad maturation process of guppy fish. The study utilizes three treatments: control, P1 (4 mg/g), and P2 (6 mg/g), using the randomized block design with three replications. The research procedure includes preparing containers, test feed, and measuring research parameters. The observed research parameters include abnormalities, parental and offspring survival rates, absolute length growth of the parents, larval production, and water quality. The most optimal dose of vitamin E is indicated by P1 (4 mg/g), which resulted in a parental absolute length growth value of 0,57±0,06a cm and produced 278±7,55b larvae per parent. Survival rate of parents and seeds was found to be 100% with no deaths during research activities.

Abstract

One of the problems in tilapia fish farming is the low hatching rate of eggs. To improve the success of egg hatching, temperature management is necessary. This research aims to determine the effect of different temperatures on the production performance of tilapia fish. The research used four different treatments, namely the Control treatment (temperature 25°C), treatment P1 (temperature 28°C), treatment P2 (temperature 30°C), and treatment P3 (temperature 32°C). The observed parameters include fertilization rate, hatching rate, survival rate, and water quality. The research findings indicate that the highest FR is found in treatment P3, with a value of 96%, and tends to decrease in the treatment control with a value of 81.67%. The highest HR is found in treatment P2 with a value of 96.67% and tends to decrease in treatment control with a value of 67.33%. The highest SR is found in treatment P3 with a value of 86.33% and tends to decrease in treatment control with a value of 52.33%. The optimal production performance of nirwana tilapia fish is achieved at a temperature of 30°C.

Abstract

Wild betta fish Betta channoides is an endemic species from East Kalimantan, Indonesia. Currently, wild betta Betta channoides is classified as a species threatened with extinction due to a declining population, caused by environmental damage to its natural habitat. This damage is driven by the construction of the new capital city in East Kalimantan, deforestation for oil palm plantations, and overfishing to meet trade demands. To preserve the existence of Betta channoides, domestication efforts are necessary. Depok Ornamental Fish Cultivation Research Institute has been working on cultivating this species since 2019. However, one of the current challenges is the suboptimal growth of larvae due to the lack of knowledge of suitable life feeds for accelerating fish growth. The aim of this study is to enhance the growth of wild betta fish Betta channoides larvae by providing different types of life feeds. The method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments and three replicates: Artemia sp. (K), bloodworms (CD), silk worms (CS), and water fleas (KA). Data were analyzed using SPSS with Duncan's test and the Kruskal-Wallis test. The results showed that feeding with silk worms yielded the optimum outcomes for absolute length growth 0.780 ± 0.020 cm, absolute weight growth 0.272 ± 0.005 g, and survival rate 93.33 ± 5.773%. The data indicated that silk worm treatment had a significant effect compared to the control, bloodworms, and water fleas. The study concluded that different feeds significantly affect growth performance and survival rates, with silk worms producing the highest results.

Abstract

The cultivation of white snapper Lates calcarifer, also known as sea bass or barramundi, is gaining popularity in commercial aquaculture because of its fast growth and ease of maintenance. This study explores various aspects of white snapper farming in floating net cages (KJA) in Indonesia, a region where the species thrives in coastal waters and estuaries. Government support for marine aquaculture, particularly for white snapper, has contributed to increased production to meet the rising domestic and international demand. This research focuses on site preparation, seed stocking, feeding, water quality management, and disease prevention. The results indicated that maintaining optimal water conditions, careful feeding strategies with a mix of pellet and trash fish, and regular health monitoring are essential for successful cultivation. A key challenge is the prevention of benedeniasis, a parasitic infection managed through hydrogen peroxide treatments. The findings emphasize the importance of efficient farming practices to enhance productivity and profitability while ensuring environmental sustainability. The information provided serves as a reference for aquaculture business operators and contributes to the advancement of white snapper farming in Indonesia.

Abstract

The freshwater lobster Cherax quadricarinatus is an aquaculture commodity with high economic value, yet it remains relatively unfamiliar to the general public. Nevertheless, market demand for this species has shown a significant upward trend, both domestically and internationally. In Indonesia, the increase of aquaculture production specially on freshwater lobster has not been sufficient to meet existing demand, primarily due to the limited availability of high-quality broodstock and the low reproductive capacity of female brood lobsters. One potential strategy to address this issue is the optimization of feed quality. This study aims to evaluate the effects of a dietary combination consisting of mung bean sprouts (Vigna radiata), white sweet potatoes (Ipomoea batatas), and commercial pellets enriched with vitamin E on the reproductive performance of female freshwater lobsters. The results indicated that the best feed formulation was observed in Treatment P3, which consisted of 25% mung bean sprouts, 50% Fengli 3 pellets + vitamin E, and 25% white sweet potatoes. This treatment accelerated gonadal maturation to 25 days and resulted in a fecundity of 467.33 eggs, a fertilization rate (FR) of 97.84%, a hatching rate (HR) of 92.70%, and a survival rate (SR) of 90.87%. The content of vitamins A, C, and E in mung bean sprouts is known to stimulate spawning and enhance embryo hatchability, while bioactive compounds in white sweet potatoes contribute to the synthesis of reproductive hormones such as estrogen and vitellogenin.

Abstract

Ikan nila hitam Oreochromis niloticus merupakan salah satu jenis ikan konsumsi air tawar unggulan yang diproduksi secara intensif di seluruh dunia. Produksi ikan nila terus ditingkatkan dalam upaya peningkatan pemenuhan kebutuhan persediaan pangan nasional, sumber protein dan pendapatan negara. Upaya dalam mencapai target capaian produksi memerlukan metode, teknik untuk pemeliharaan yang efisien, efektif sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan produksi ikan. Kegiatan pembesaran meliputi persiapan wadah, penebaran benih, pemeliharaan benih, dan pemanenan. Hasil produksi kegiatan pembesaran ikan nila dihasilkan survival rate (SR) sebesar 50-80%, feed conversion ratio (FCR) sebesar 1,38-1,42, dan hasil produksi mencapai 611.362,5 kg tahun-1 dengan ukuran ikan sebesar 232,9 g ekor-1 serta harga jual sebesar Rp31.000,00 kg-1.

Abstract

Komoditas ikan hias air tawar merupakan komoditas perdagangan yang potensial di Indonesia maupun untuk pasar ekspor, sehingga diperlukan strategi pengembangan budidayanya baik yang menyangkut aspek teknis maupun pemasaran. Ikan denisonii Puntius denisonii adalah salah satu jenis ikan hias air tawar yang cukup banyak diminati oleh para hobiis dengan pangsa pasar ekspor meliputi Singapura, Cina, Hongkong, Malaysia, Thailand, Jepang, Korea, Timur Tengah, Australia, Afrika, USA dan Eropa.  Ikan ini banyak dikembangbiakkan di negara-negara yang memiliki iklim tropis termasuk Indonesia. Studi bertujuan untuk mempelajari teknik budidaya ikan denisonii agar dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan referensi para pelaku usaha budidaya ikan hias untuk dapat mengelola usaha budidaya secara ekonomis dan berkelanjutan. Dalam studi ini, pembenihan ikan denisonii dilakukan secara komprehensif dan optimal.  Ikan diinduksi dengan menggunakan hormon LHRH-a komersial dan pemeliharaan ikan dilakukan dengan padat tebar yang tinggi dalam upaya meningkatkan produksi budidaya. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa performa ikan denisonii yang diinduksi hormon LHRH-a menghasilkan perfomansi optimal dimana jumlah fekunditas rata-rata per ekor induk sebanyak 500-800 butir telur dengan persentase fecundity rate 80% dan hatching rate rata-rata sebesar 78% dan survival rate rata-rata sebanyak 85%.

Abstract

Pacific whiteleg shrimp is a cultivated commodity with the prospect of increasing market opportunities yearly. The increase in value is in line with the increasing need for pacific whiteleg shrimp consumption. The impact is an increase in state income in general. Pacific whiteleg shrimp cultivation activities have been carried out on a large and small scale. However, proper enlargement production techniques are needed to increase production. This study aims to determine the technique of pacific whiteleg grow-out so that the information obtained can be disseminated to the public and will add value to the benefits of improving welfare. A study case method with a descriptive analysis approach was used. Pacific whiteleg shrimp culture is divided into the hatchery and grow-out sectors. The grow-out activities include pond cleaning, media preparation, fry stocking, feeding, treatment, pest and disease management, growth sampling, and harvesting. Based on the study's results, the production consisted of three cycles per year with a density of 180 m2 an SR value of 85.5%, and an FCR value of 1.25%.
