Abstract

Ujaran kebencian (hate speech) menjadi ruang dialektika yang yang terus menimbulkan pro dan kontra. Satu sisi ini sama saja dengan mengkebiri hak berbicara dan menyampaikan pendapat di ruang publik sebagaimana yang dijamin Undang-Undang, namun di sisi lain dampak dari ujaran kebencian yang tidak terkontrol menjadi problem serius yang menimbulkan gesekan di akar rumput hingga kelas atas. Tujuan artikel ini untuk memberikan literasi forensik untuk mereduksi ujaran kebencian di media sosial bagi para santri di Pondok Pesantren di Lombok. Tulisan ini adalah kajian literatur yang berangkat dari fenomena ujaran kebencian yang dilakukan oleh orang Lombok di portal kabar harian daring. Fenomana tersebut menjadi pijakan dalam memberikan analisa faktor apa yang memantik para petutur tersebut dijerat hukum UU ITE dan KUHP dari sisi analisa forensik. Setelah itu dijabarkan langkah antisipasi agar para santri terhindar dari jeratan hukum saat bermain, menulis, berbicara di media sosial dengan empat tahap yaitu, 1). Memperkaya diksi, 2). Memahami konteks tutur, 3). Menentukan motivasi dan 4). Mengontrol emosi saat menulis, atau berbicara di ruang publik virtual.Hate speech becomes a dialectical space that continues to give rise to pros and cons. On the one hand, this is tantamount to emasculating the right to speak and express opinions in public spaces as guaranteed by law, but on the other hand, the impact of uncontrolled hate speech becomes a serious problem that causes friction from the grass roots to the upper classes. The aim of this article is to provide forensic literacy to reduce hate speech on social media for students at Islamic boarding schools in Lombok. This article is a literature study that starts from the phenomenon of hate speech carried out by Lombok people on online daily news portals. This phenomenon becomes a basis for providing an analysis of the factors that trigger these speakers to be charged under the ITE Law and the Criminal Code from a forensic analysis perspective. After that, anticipatory steps are outlined so that students avoid legal entanglements when playing, writing and speaking on social media in four stages, namely, 1). Enriching diction, 2). Understanding the context of speech, 3). Determining motivation and 4). Control emotions when writing, or speaking in virtual public spaces.

Abstract

The purpose of this school action research is to find out the increase in the teacher's ability to make learning effective through Class Supervision at SD Negeri 45 Ampenan for the 2022/2023 school year. This research is classified as School Action Research involving 8 teachers who need to improve their ability to effectively manage their learning. The research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle consisted of four stages: planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The performance indicators set are: if there is an increase in the ability to effectively manage learning. The results of the study show that there is an increase in the teacher's ability to make learning effective through classroom supervision. It can be concluded as follows: (1) The application of learning models through class supervision by the principal has proven successful in increasing the ability of SD Negeri 45 Ampenan teachers in managing the learning process. (2) By increasing the ability of SD Negeri 45 Ampenan teachers in managing the learning process, in addition to making the students' learning process more meaningful, their learning outcomes have also increased. (3) The application of academic supervision of class visits has a positive impact because it can assist the teacher's duties in planning and implementing learning in the framework of increasing professionalism.

Abstract

This research uses quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods. The objectives of the research are (a) to know what maxims are violated by students and lecturers of Hamzanwadi University in communicating, (b) explain the implementation of Maksim concept in assessing the honesty of Lecturer and Student  ommunication at Hamzanwadi University. The location of the research was conducted on the campus of Hamzanwadi University with the sample of research were 30 students and 3 lecturers. Data collection is done by using questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistics in the form of frequency distribution. The value of honesty data (beginning and end) is analyzed using T-Test type Paired Samples Test, while the data of honesty value using T-Test for each Independent Samples Test. Based on the research results found that the maxim is often violated by lecturers and students PGSD in the verbal stage of the maxim quality and maxim way. Based on the normality test the level of honesty of PGSD Student communication with 0.56 rerate categorized "quite honest" in class A, B da C at the interval of the suspension 0.30-0.70. Based on the questionnaire of honesty of lecturer of MKU BI teaching in PGSD found different level of honesty that is 66,67% elementary lecturer with index score interval of 0,67 which categorized "quite honest", then lecturer HY 80% with index intervalskor 0,80 which is categorized as "honest", and dose NE 73.33% with index score interval score of 0.73 which is "honest" with third rerate of lecturer is 73.33. Implementation of maxim concept of honesty value of communication between lecturers and students of PGSD on learning general course of Indonesia Language (BI) has fulfilled the principle of cooperation maxim with a fair degree of good honesty.Keywords: Implementation, Maxim, Honesty Value, Communication,

Abstract

The implementation of team games tournament’s (TGT) type in increasing students competence in writing historical text story of Indonesian language with the aim to know the students competece in writing historical text story in XII IPS 3 class of SMAN 3 Selong. The researcher uses the action class research. The data collection is observation and test then use qualitative and quantitative descriftive analysis. The research is applied in two periods. The first period, there were nine students who got high value, seven students who got medium, and ten students who got low. So, in the first period only got 61,5%. It means that the researcher should do the next step. Meanwhile, in the second period, there were twenty students who got high value, four students who got medium, and two students who got low. So, the research in the second period by using cooperative learning team games tournament’s type in arranging travel text got the target that is 88,4%. The results indicated that TGT could develop the students competence in writing historical text story in Indonesia language lesson.      Key words: Kooperatif Learning; Team Games Tournament; dan Historical Text Story

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the application of the Role Play Method on speaking skills in class XI students of SMA 1 Montong Gading for the 2020/2021 academic year. The type of research used is experimental. Data collection techniques are interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this research are descriptive analysis techniques and independent data analysis techniques. The results of the analysis conducted in class XI of SMAN 1 Montong Gading by looking at the students' speaking ability using the Role Play Method and has been tested statistically to obtain a t-count result that is greater than t-table. the results of the t-test obtained t-count = 5.23 at a significant level = 5% with degrees of freedom = n1+ n2-2 = 34+34-2 = 66, so that the experimental class showed an increase. These results were obtained by using hypothesis testing with t-test, from the calculation it can be calculated = 5.23 while t table = 2.00 which means t count > ttable which states HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant impact between the experimental class and the control class on students' speaking ability by role play method. Keywords : Role Play, Communication Skill, Experiment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap representasi idiologi Kalis Mardiasih dalam berita kekerasan seksual dan melihat wacana seksualitas dicanangkan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 18 postingan berita kekerasan seksual dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Menggunakan analisis wacana Sara Mills untuk mengungkap posisi subjek-objek dan posisi pembaca. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kajian ini menunjukan bahwa mayoritas subjek pada berita dipengaruhi oleh pihak laki-laki selaku pelaku dan pihak kepolisian, sedangkan perempuan korban kekerasan dijadikan objek dalam berita, baik perempuan dewasa maupun anak-anak. Dalam representasi idiologi berita kekerasan seksual, Kalis Mardiasih menggunakan perspektif perempuan yang menjadikan pembaca melihat dari sudut pandang korban, dari kekhawatiran, rasa cemas, bahkan tekanan psikologis.Representasi, kekerasan seksual, wacana Sara Mills, Instagram.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antara teks Serat Jatiswara dengan tradisi nyunatan di Desa Lendang Nangka, Kecamatan Masbagik, Kabupaten Lombok Timur, NTB. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif karena mendeskripsikan tentang keterkaitan teks Jatiswara dengan tafsiran masyarakat Sasak Desa Lendang Nangka yang kemudian dijadikan sebagai salah satu prosesi dalam acara nyunatan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang nilai-nilai dan pesan yang terkandung dalam teks Jatiswara sehingga mempunyai kelarasan dengan acara nyunatan di Desa Lendang Nangka. Teks Serat Jatiswara adalah sastra lama berbentuk prosa yang mengisahkan tentang perjalanan Jatiswara menyebarkan Islam ke tanah Jawa. Dari isi teks tersebut masyarakat Sasak di Desa Lendang Nangka menilai secara filosofis bahwa ada keterkaitan antara nilai-nilai dan pesan dengan acara nyunatan. Adapun teori yang dipakai untuk bisa memantau apakah ada keselarasan di antara dua aspek yang berbeda itu penulis skripsi ini memakai Hermeneutika Gadamer. Teori ini dijadikan alat penelitian karena memiliki nilai humanisme yang bisa melihat dari segi tradisi masyarakat dalam penafsiran suatu teks. Sehingga dalam hasil penelitian ini, peniliti menemukan keselarasian antara kedua aspek yang berbeda itu dari tafsiran terhadap teks dengan kepercayaan yang ada di masyarakat (culture) Desa Lendang Nangka.Kata Kunci: Keterkaitan, Serat Jatiswara, Nyunatan, dan Hermeneutika Gadamer

Abstract

Budaya literasi merupakan satu aspek yang masih menjadi momok dalam iklim pendidikan di Indonesia. Mulai dari satuan pendidikan paling rendah sampai ke perguruan tinggi. Pengabdian dalam bentuk kemah literasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan mendorong semangat belajar baca tulis anak-anak di dusun Sukadamai, Desa Dames Kecamatan Suralaga. Observasi dan simak libat cakap digunakan untuk menentukan lokasi kegiatan pengabdian. Metode belajar yang digunakan adalah Play Based Learning (belajar sambil bermain). Adapun luaran yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan ini yaitu intensitas belajar dan animo membaca anak-anak cukup baik dibuktikan dengan keaktifakan mereka datang belajar baca tulis dan membaca di lapak buku yang disediakan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about leadership management and its influence, in order to create in Islamic educational institutions. Leadership has a very strategic and important role in creating good quality education. Therefore, education and training are needed for leaders to strengthen their leadership management in each agency. This study uses a survey type quantitative approach. The data collection technique is done through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The questionnaire was tested to test the validity, reliability and objectivity of the instrument, using the total item correlation technique which is the basis of the Pearson correlation. From the survey results, seven interval classes were obtained with the highest significant gain in class 4 (32.50%) and the lowest in class 7 (2.50%). The survey instrument includes 4 aspects of implementation, 1) guidance, 2) supervision, 3) assessment, and 4) monitoring. The results of the study indicate that it is very important to carry out education and training in order to improve the quality of leadership management in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Saat dilaksanakannya proyek di suatu lokasi dan terjadi kecelakaan pada seseorang atau sekelompok orang saat mereka bekerja di tempat kerja disebut kecelakaan kerja. Kecelakaan ini terjadi secara tiba-tiba, tidak diantisipasi sebelumnya, dan dapat menyebabkan kerugian dari yang paling ringan hingga yang paling parah atau bahkan dapat menghentikan aktivitas di tempat kerja. Perilaku yang membahayakan atau tidak aman dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja yang dapat mencederai atau yang terburuk bisa menghilangkan nyawa. Sebanyak 85% kecelakaan kerja terjadi di lingkungan kerja. Tujuan program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) adalah untuk meningkatkan kesehatan fisik, mental, dan sosial melalui upaya preventif dan kuratif terhadap penyakit dan kecelakaan yang dapat timbul dari pekerjaan, alat kerja, bahan, proses, dan lingkungan tempat kerja. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini mencapai kesimpulan bahwa semua pihak harus menyadari pentingnya menggunakan alat pelindung diri saat bekerja di proyek, dengan prioritas utama kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Maka safety first harus di ingat.
