Abstract

One of important contributor to make the performance?s organization is leadership behavior. There are many ways to influence followers transformational leadhership by putting the power charismatic, inspirational motivation and personal approach in achieving superior employee performance employee. Transformational effective leadhership emphasize a sense of voluntary and willingness to work even beyond its responsibility of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The purposive of this research is to examine transformational leadhersip style which can affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior and organizational performance. Data collect from a unit at the office kabupaten X which consists of 12 units of work with a sampel of 161 respondents. The result showed that the leadhersip behavior transformational have significant Organizational Citizenship Behaviorand and indirectly have an influence in in the organizational performance. Whereas Organizational Citizenship Behaviordirecly influence significant organizational performance. This finding confirms that OCB is intervening variables that relations between the leadhership of the performance of organizational.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and promotion chance towards organizational commitment and turnover intention of employees in Samarinda pos. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires. The data analysis method uses analysis tools named structural equation modeling (SEM-Smart Pls). The result showed that the work stress had a negative impact on organizational commitment, same as promotion chance and organizational commitment that showed negative impacts toward turnover intentions. In contrast, positive impacts are shown by promotion chance towards organizational commitment and work stress toward the turnover intention. Keywords: Work Stress, Promotion, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stress kerja dan kesempatan promosi terhadap komitmen organisasional dan turnover intention karyawan samarinda pos. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan alat analisis struktural equation modeling atau SEM-Smart Pls. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hubungan negatif antara stress kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional, sama dengan yang ditujukan oleh kesempatan promosi dan komitmen organisasional terhadap turnover intention. Lalu variabel yang menunjukan hubungan positif adalah variabel kesempatan promosi dan stress kerja terhadap Turnover Intention. Abstract

Contracting and outsourcing systems in a company certainly have a significant impact on the employment relationship between employees and companies. For employees, uncertainty can cause employees to be reluctant to make changes. With this, the intensity of the emergence of job insecurity is getting higher. The future of employees in the organization is increasingly uncertain and questionable. Job insecurity in the company will automatically affect the psychological condition of the workers and can cause stress. Besides stress, Job insecurity is also one of the causes of turnover intentions for an employee which will certainly affect the employee's performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of job insecurity on job stress, performance and turnover intention. The research samples were sales employees of the Micro Cluster 1 and 2 PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk in Samarinda area. Data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of job insecurity on job stress and turnover intention, and a negative and significant effect of job insecurity, job stress and turnover intention on performance. Keywords: Job Insecurity, Job Stress, Performance, Turnover Intentions Abstrak Sistem kontrak dan outsourcing pada suatu perusahaan tentunya berdampak secara signifikan di dalam hubungan ketenagakerjaan antara karyawan dan perusahaan. Bagi para karyawan, ketidakpastian (uncertainty) dapat menyebabkan karyawan enggan untuk melakukan perubahan. Dengan adanya hal tersebut, maka intensitas munculnya job insecurity menjadi semakin tinggi. Masa depan karyawan di dalam organisasi semakin tidak menentu dan dipertanyakan. Job insecurity yang ada di perusahaan otomatis akan mempengaruhi kondisi psikologis pekerjanya dan dapat menimbulkan stres. Selain stress, job insecurity juga merupakan salah satu penyebab timbulnya keinginan berpindah (turnover intentions) seorang karyawan yang pastinya akan mempengaruhi kinerja dari karyawan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job insecurityterhadap stress kerja, kinerja dan turnover intention. Sampel penelitian adalah karyawan sales Unit Mikro Cluster 1 dan 2 PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk area Samarinda. Analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan job Insecurity terhadap stress kerja dan turnover intention, serta adanya pengaruh negatif dan signifikan job Insecurity, stress kerja dan turnover intention terhadap kinerja. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja di mediasi oleh keadilan organisasi pada Kantor Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL PP) Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Sampel penelitiannya sebanyak 205 anggota Satpol PP Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, dengan alat analisis menggunakan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja, artinya makin tinggi dukungan organisasi akan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi Satpol PP Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkan objek penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh aparatur sipil negara di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Samarinda. Dalam rangka menguji analisis hipotesis, penulis mengggunakan alat analisis jalur dengan menggunakan smartPLS. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif pegawai. Servant leadership berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pegawai. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif pegawai.

Abstract

To realize the ideals of higher education in Indonesia became international university takes the hard work of all elements of universities to improve and develop the quality of learning. One program that should receive priority development is professional development of lecturers as the principal element of the college. Faculty professional development is very important to improve the quality of higher education in Indonesia. Efforts to develop and improve the performance and career development of faculty is primarily a university requirement that never ends. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence between Job Insecurity and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). It was expected that Job Insecurity was positively related to Job Performance and to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). Some Firefighter And Rescue Department in East Kutai Regency sampled in this study and the result of the proposed hypothesis is acceptable. Job insecurity was in fact positively correlated with Job Performance and positively with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). However, results of this research indicate to improve the performance required not only the safety and personal health of employees physically but also the work security from the psychological side of within the workers themselves. This applies not only to firefighters but also to other sector workers. Limitations of the study are the use of a sample of only one hundred and twenty-six firefighter and a need for more in-depth interviews to more Firefighter And Rescue Department in East Kutai Regency.Keywords: Job Insecurity, Occupational Safety and Health, Performance

Abstract

Variabel keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja, artinya makin tinggi keadilan organisasi diterapkan akan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi Satpol PP Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Variabel keadilan organisasi terbukti secara signifikan sebagai variabel intervening pada pengaruh variabel dukungan organisasi terhadap variabel kinerja organisasi, artinya keadilan organisasi dapat memediasi dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi Satpol PP Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Rekrutmen, Pelatihan, Kompensasi Dan Disiplin Terhadap Kinerja (Karyawan Rumah Sakit Perkumpulan Keluarga Berencana Indonesia Samarinda). Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling, dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan Rumah S Sakit Perkumpulan Keluarga Berencana Indonesia Samarinda. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 35 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Rekrutmen, Pelatihan, Kompensasi dan Disiplin secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi yang lebih besar dari 1,96
