Abstract

Social media will be an integral part of any digital marketing strategy for the tourism industry, but it's important to remember that this medium produces content with wide variations. Tourist hotspots need to keep a positive online reputation so that positive word-of-mouth spreads among locals. This research aims to fill this knowledge gap by proposing an integrated model to investigate the impact of destination reputation and nowness service on visitors likelihood to return and by extension, on sustainability. Assessment of the measurement model in this study used SEM PLS, and data were collected from 70 people in Central Java province. A positive correlation between Nowness service and destination reputation was found, suggesting that the more popular a destination is, the more positive its reputation will be perceived to be. Having a positive impact on the visitor’s perception of the destination, a memorable vacation is a great marketing tool. The ability to provide visitors with a memorable experience and excellent service while also considering the concept of sustainability in terms of the economy, environment, and society is essential to a destination's reputation, which in turn generates a sustainable competitive advantage in the tourism industry. The following section discusses the implications and the agenda for future research.

Abstract

This study examines the potential for halal tourism by investigating the relationship between religion and socio-cultural identity in Kamwis Purbayan, DIY. This study refers to a literature survey and direct observation approach which is strengthened by data and information from reliable sources. The findings show that religious teachings, along with local culture, are one of the positive elements that influence the adoption of cultural and religious heritage tourism in Kamwis Purbayan. Kamwis Purbayan is the forerunner to the emergence of Islamic Mataram in Java. The existing Islamic principles are represented in the form of physical culture, in addition to those embraced by the community and used as a reference in daily activities. Furthermore, the interaction between religious values and traditional values is well presented both in buildings, regional structuring, social life systems and also cultural systems that are still growing strong today. This supports the symbiotic relationship shown in the form of constructive support between religion, culture, social engagement and the tourism business at Kamwis Purbayan in the context of halal tourism.

Abstract

Perempuan merupakan salah satu komponen yang ada di masyarakat yang bisa dilibatkan dalam pembangunan. Dalam bidang pendidikan dan ekonomi misalnya, banyak perempuan yang tidak memiliki kemampuan memperoleh peluang kerja karena keterbatasan atau tidak bisa mengolah potensi yang ada pada dirinya maka perlunya pemberdayaan perempuan.  Tujuan pemberdayaan kewirausahaan yaitu membentuk sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan memperoleh capaian luaran peningkatan keterampilan bidang usaha kewirausahaan, dan pengkreasian kemandirian. Solusi dari permasalahan berbasis pada metode proses meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan bagi perempuan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan pemasaran berbasis teknologi digital.  Metode pelaksanaan berbasis pada desain pemikiran dan sistimatis meliputi rangkaian workshop dengan pokok diskusi mengenai solusi permasalahan kekinian dengan menyertakan bentuk keterlibatan dan peran serta amal usaha Muhammadiyah, berbasis pada penjelasan tahapan untuk mengatasi beberapa solusi permasalahan beberapa bidang utama yang memberikan hasil pengetahuan, ketrampilan, kualitas, jumlah, jenis, kapasitas produk, jumlah aset, omset, kemampuan manajemen, keuntungan, dan kemudahan penjualan. Hasil dan luaran kegiatan setelah dilaksanakan sosialisasi yaitu mengalami peningkatan pemahaman mengenai model kewirausahaan dan pelatihan penjualan berbasis pemasaran online. Selanjutnya, peningkatan pemahaman mengenai pengambilan gambar produk sebagai strategi pemasaran dan pelaku usaha menerapkan pembuatan iklan yang menarik bagi produk.     Abstract: Women are one of the societal components that might contribute to growth. In the sectors of education and the economy, for instance, many women cannot find employment prospects because they are constrained or unable to realize their potential; therefore, it is essential to empower women. Empowering entrepreneurship aims to develop high-quality human resources, obtain outputs that enhance entrepreneurial business abilities, and foster independence. The solution to the issue is based on a method for developing women's entrepreneurial spirit and marketing skills based on digital technologies. The technique of execution is based on critical thinking and systematic design, comprising a series of workshops with the subject of debate on solutions to current problems by including forms of involvement and participation in Muhammadiyah humanitarian activities, based on an explanation of the phases to overcome numerous problem solutions in several primary areas that produce outcomes of knowledge, skills, quality, number, type, product capacity, total assets, turnover, and management capacity. First, there was a greater grasp of the entrepreneurial model and Internet marketing-based sales training due to the activities conducted after socializing. Second, improving understanding of product photography as a marketing tactic and business actors' implementation of appealing product advertisements.

Abstract

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adalah serangkaian 17 tujuan global yang ditetapkan oleh PBB untuk mencapai pembangunan berkelanjutan di seluruh dunia. Isu-isu yang tercakup dalam SDGs kompleks dan saling terkait, memerlukan kolaborasi lintas sektor dan masyarakat. Kecamatan Limbangan, yang terletak di lereng Gunung Ungaran, serta peran kopi, terutama kopi robusta, dalam perekonomian daerah tersebut. Kopi memiliki manfaat kesehatan, dan tren minuman herbal, seperti kopi herbal, semakin populer. Pelatihan inovasi kopi herbal menjadi cara untuk mendukung keberlanjutan usaha petani kopi, meningkatkan kualitas produk, dan memperluas pasar bagi produk kopi dan tanaman herbal. Kegiatan ini merupakan sebuah pengabdian di Kecamatan Limbangan yang melibatkan 23 petani kopi dari kelompok tani "Nunggal Karso Muda." Mereka mencapai tujuan melalui sosialisasi, praktek, pelatihan, dan kemitraan. Tujuan utama adalah memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan kopi herbal, serta meningkatkan pemahaman tentang bisnis kopi herbal. Hasilnya mencakup inovasi kopi, peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga, dan kerjasama dengan Universitas Wahid Hasyim Semarang. Keberhasilan diukur dari inovasi produk, peningkatan kesejahteraan, dan kerjasama yang saling menguntungkan. Tanaman kopi menjadi komoditi unggulan desa Limbangan, akan tetapi kopi yang ada hanya dimanfaatkan masyarakat diwilayah tersebut untuk diperjual belikan ke pengepul kopi. Desa Limbangan memiliki beragam tanaman kopi sebagai tanaman unggulan local yang masih belum dapat dimanfaatkan dan dikelola dengan baik. Berdasarkan analisis potensi dan masalah desa yang ada, perlu dilaksanakan program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memberikan inovasi dari kopi biasa menjadi kopi herbal sehingga mendorong peningkatan perekonomian tanaman kopi yang merupakaan unggulan lokal Desa Limbangan.

Abstract

Inequality and poverty are interrelated factors with negative influences on economic growth. Inequality can undermine institutional efficiency that propagates economic security. Poverty will have different influences along with the effects of inequality on the society. Poverty negatively influences consumption growth and, consequently, decreases as the economy grows. Technology is a strategy to deal with ongoing developments in the era of globalization and digitalization characterized with mobility of goods and services, capital flows, and use of technology. MSMEs’ development through technological innovations developing in the community is expected to expand market coverage and accelerate the structural transformation process. Alleviating poverty and achieving inclusive growth through MSMEs’ digital innovation of SMEs are recommended to be carried out through 4 (four) policy pillars: strengthening MSMEs’ digital literacy; increasing SMEs’ skills and capabilities; legal licensing; and MSMEs’ financial literacy and accessibility

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to socialize business strategy assistance and training for micro, small, and medium enterprises. Based on the problems found and formulated, the problem-solving framework carried out through this community service activity is to socialize digital marketing business strategies in order to help increase sales to micro, small, and medium enterprises. The implementation of this community service activity is carried out using lecture, tutorial, and discussion methods. This socialization activity is very beneficial for micro, small, and medium enterprises who have businesses. Through this outreach activity, it is hoped that it can increase awareness of micro, small, and medium enterprises actors in East Medan District, Medan City, North Sumatra Province to start practicing using Facebook or Instagram for product promotion.

Abstract

This study used qualitative research methods using interviews and documentation. The informants in this interview are MSME actors, employees, and customers. Data processing is carried out using the balanced scorecard (BSC) method, which uses four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business, and growth mindsets, and learning as a measurement of MSME performance. The results of this study indicate that the MSME actors have a high entrepreneurial orientation marked by the implementation of entrepreneurial orientation indicators. In terms of product diversification, it has also diversified its products and produced eight new products within five years. Still, it could have been more optimal due to the constraints of the quality of human resources, tools or machines, and marketing strategies that need attention. This study also found the inhibiting factors for the development of MSMEs, including aspects of capital, aspects of human resources, aspects of production and equipment, aspects of governance and institutions, and aspects of product competitors, the factor of the Covid-19 pandemic. And the supporting factors for the development of MSMEs include easy access to raw materials, guidance and assistance for the Department of Trade and Industry and SMEs in Demak Regency, product quality that can compete, unique values, originality, and authenticity of products. Then the results of the study also found the potential development in the SMEs, including the prospect of developing innovation and product diversification, increasing the brand image of the SMEs as souvenirs typical of Demak, and expanding market share. Meanwhile, the results Ballance Scorecard measurement showed that six from a total of 9 instruments had 66% performance final calculation achievement in the excellent category. Metode pengumpulan data menggunkana metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Narasumber dalam wawancara ini merupakan pelaku UMKM, karyawan, dan pelanggan. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan menggunakan metode ballance scorecard (BSC). Merupakan metode yang menggunakan 4 perspektif meliputi perspektif keuangan, pelanggan, bisnis internal dan pertumbuhan serta pembelajaran sebagai pengukuran kinerja UMKM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM Shahah ini memiliki orientasi kewirausahaan yang tinggi yang ditandai dengan telah di terapkanya indikator-indikator orientasi kewirausahaan. Dalam hal diversifikasi produk juga telah melakukan diversifikasi produk dan menghasilkan 8 produk baru dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun namun kurang optimal karena terkendala kualitas SDM, alat atau mesin dan strategi pemasaran yang kurang diperhatikan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menemukan faktor penghambat perkembangan UMKM Shahah meliputi aspek permodalan, aspek sumber daya manusia, aspek produksi dan equimpent, aspek tata kelola dan kelembagaan, aspek kompetitor produk, faktor adanya pandemi covid-19. Dan faktor Pendukung Perkembangan UMKM Shahah meliputi kemudahan akses bahan Baku, Pembinaan Dan Pendampingan dari Dindagkop dan UMKM Kabupaten Demak, kualitas produk yang mampu bersaing, nilai keunikan, originalitas dan autentik produk. kemudian hasil penelitian juga menemukan potensi yang bisa dikembangkan dalam UMKM Shahah meliputi prosepek pengembangan inovasi dan difersivikasi produk, naiknya brand image UMKM Shahah sebagai oleh-oleh khas demak dan perluasan pangsa pasar. Sedangkan untuk pengukuran BSC ditemukan hasil dari pengukuran Ballance Scorecard yang menunjukan bahwa dari total 9 instrumen, 6 diantara tercapai dengan perhitungan akhir persentase pencapaiannya kinerjanya sebesar 66% dan tergolong dalam kategori baik. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen, seleksi dan pengembangan karir, terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan menyebarkan kuisioner pada 81 karyawan di Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Tirta Moedal Kota Semarang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode hitung SPSS, Dari uji variabel rekrutmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan variabel seleksi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawa dan variabel pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract This study aims to explain and determine the effect of recruitment an, selection career development on employee performance. The research method used is research with a quantitative approach using descriptive analysis. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to 81 employees at the Tirta Moedal Regional Public Water Company, Semarang City. The data analysis technique uses the SPSS calculation method From the recruitment variable test it has a positive effect on employee performance, while the selection variable has a significant effect on employee performance and career development variables have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini berfokus tentang bagaimana citra merek dan kualitas pelayanan yang dikaitkan dengan loyalitas pelanggan melalui nilai yang diterima pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai yang diterima pelanggan sebagai mediator. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling terhadap 40 pelanggan Pupuk Organik Cair Megarizho Semarang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuestionare yang akan diberikan langsung kepada pelanggan Pupuk Organik Cair Semarang. Data yang diperoleh melalui pengumpulan kuestionare menggunakan pengukuran skala likert dengan analisis data deskriptif dan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistika dengan bantuan Program Software Partial Least Square (PLS). hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel citra merek dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap nilai yang diterima; (2) Adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel nilai yang diterima terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; (3) Adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap nilai yang diterima. Abstract This Study Focuses on how Brand Image and Service Quality are associated with Cuctomer Loyalty through the Value Received by Customers. This Study aims to determine the effect of brand image and service quality on customer loyalty with the value received by the customer as a mediator. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The research conducted by purposive techniques of 40 customer of Megarizho Organic Liquid Fertilizer Semarang. The data collection method used in this study was to use a questionnaire will be given directly to customers of Megarizho Liquid Organic Fertilizer Semarang. The data that has been obtained through the collection of questionnaires using Likert Scale measurement with descriptive data analysis and path analysis. Data analysis using statistical analysis with the help Partial Least Square (PLS) Software Program. The results of study indicate that : (1) There is a positive and significant effect between the brand image variable on the value received; (2) There is a positive and significant influence between the value variable received on customer loyalty; (3) There is a positive and significant influence between the variables of service quality on the value received.

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam kondisi yang mengharuskan pegawai untuk melakukan work from home, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi merupakan salah satu solusi guna akan mempermudah pekerjaan dan hubungan sosial serta koordinasi antar masing-masing pegawai melalui remote working. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi digital dan keterkaitan SDM terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Lokasi penelitian akan dilaksananakan pada Dispermades Provinsi Jawa tengah. Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode kuantitatif. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data metode yang digunakan ialah dengan menggunakan kuisioner (survei) dengan jumlah responden 87 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi digital tidak berpengaruh signifikan, Dan keterikatan SDM berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM pada era work from home pada Dispermades Provinsi Jawa tengah. Abstract In conditions that require employees to do work from home, the use of information technology is the solution in order to facilitate work and social relations as well as coordination between each employee via remote working. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital competence and the social engagement of Human Resource on employee performance improvement. The research location will be carried out at Community and Village Empowerment Office of Central Java Province. The method used in this study is quantitative method. While the data collection method used is by using a questionnaire (survey) with the number of respondents 87 people. Data processing uses SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that digital competence has no significant effect, and human social attachment has a positive and significant impact on human performance in the work from home era in Dispermades of Central Java Province.
