Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, mengkaji peran dan dampak Pendapatan Asili Daerah (PAD, Belanja Daerah dan dana perimbangan pada kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah kabupaten Karawang.Penelitian ini menggunakan mentode dengan pendekatan kualitatif dimana peneliti melakukan review dari beberapa artikel untuk membandingkan temuan temuan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan.Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi unit analisisnya adalah Pemerintah Kota Karawang (sebagai kasus) dan sampelnya yaitu laporan keuangan pemerintah Kota Karawang berupa laporan keuangan selama 3 periode yaitu dari tahun 2018 s.d 2021. Dasar penting dalam melakukan penelitian kualitatif, bertujuan untuk eksploratif mengenai variabel yang diteliti.Hasil penelitian ini mengarah pada bahwa pendapatan asli daerah memiliki peran dan berdampak pada kinerja keuangan daerah.Belanja daerah berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja keuanagan daerha serta dana perimbangan memiliki pengaruh dan berperan penting terhadap kinerja keuanagan daerah pemerintahan kabupaten karawang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of credit risk and capital adequacy on profitability in state-owned banking companies. This research method uses quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis. The results of the research show that credit risk has a negative and significant effect on profitability, with a negative regression coefficient of -0.531 and a significance value of 0.002 0.05. Meanwhile, capital adequacy has a positive and significant effect on profitability, with a positive regression coefficient of 0.317 and a significance value of 0.001 0.05. Credit Risk and Capital Adequacy have a significant effect on Profitability with an R Square value of 71.1%.

Abstract

Regional financial performance provides an overview of regional capacity in financial management. For six years, from 2018 to 2023, this research was conducted in Karawang Regency. The aim of this research is to determine and assess the influence of capital expenditure in Karawang Regency on the PAD Effectiveness Ratio and Regional Financial Independence Ratio from 2018 to 2023. One aspect of the methodology used in quantitative research is multiple linear regression testing. The research results show that the regional financial independence ratio influences the capital expenditure variable. The PAD effectiveness ratio has no influence on capital expenditure. Simultaneously, the regional financial independence ratio variable and the PAD Effectiveness Ratio variable influence capital expenditure.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to ascertain how competence and motivation within the Karawang Regency Government influence the quality of SKPD financial reports. In this study, a sample of sixty respondents was used for sampling. By using a questionnaire instrument, a survey approach was used in the data collection procedure. Validity test, reliability test, normality test, descriptive analysis, and verification analysis using multiple linear regression were used to analyze the data. Using SPSS version 27 software for data processing. Research findings show that, apart from statistical testing, motivation and competency variables have a major impact on the quality of financial reports. In addition, the quality of financial reports is significantly influenced by motivation and competency variables, at different levels.

Abstract

In the production process, the interaction between humans and machines is closely related. From this the higher the risk of accidents along with the higher workload. This study aims to identify the risk of accidents that may arise during the work in progress. In addition, to identify actions that can be taken to reduce these risks. This type of descriptive qualitative research was conducted to assess the risk of work accidents at PT. XYZ. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through interviews using a questionnaire on one of the workers of PT. XYZ. The data were analyzed using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to find the RPN and critical values ​​to find priority risks for action. The results obtained are that there are 4 work objects on the machine being analyzed, namely the stamping machine, lathe, welding machine, and milling machine. Based on the RPN value, it was obtained a value of 264 for a cut hand, 357 for a hand hit by a craft, 148 for a hand exposed to a welding spark, and 371 for a hand-carried by a machine. Based on the highest critical value, a stamping machine was obtained with a value of 66. The suggestion given to anticipate the occurrence of work accidents is by affirming SOPs in the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as well as workers' understanding of the risks of work accidents and their impacts.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe the phenomenon of widespread use of online shopping platforms, which is framed as consumption behavior in media culture. The phenomenological method was used in this study, which involved four informants who were interviewed in-depth about their experiences with online shopping platforms. According to the studies, even though informants could use online shopping applications, some still saw it as an alternative to traditional shopping practices. In contrast, others indicated that online shopping had become their daily behavior. Additionally, the study highlights that although informants recognize the benefits and convenience of online shopping, they are also aware of its drawbacks. This awareness underscores the need for consumers to be cognizant of the risks associated with online shopping activities. As online shopping becomes increasingly popular, it remains essential to carefully consider its advantages and disadvantages to avoid potential problems. Overall, the study provides insights into how online shopping is perceived and utilized, emphasizing the importance of balancing its benefits with the awareness of its inherent risks.

Abstract

Work fatigue is an important problem that must be handled properly because it can cause various problems, as fatigue is a major cause of work-related injuries and impacts productivity. Measure the level of fatigue of these workers will be carried out using the Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS), a subjective fatigue measurement tool based on a questionnaire that is most appropriate for measuring the level of fatigue in workers. FAS has been rated as very reliable for measuring worker fatigue. The FAS consists of 10 questions examining physical and mental fatigue and their impact on activity motivation. If fatigue is not paid attention to, it will have an impact not only on the company but also on the workers themselves, ranging from causing work accidents to illnesses. Based on the calculations that have been done for the average answer to the Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS) questionnaire, in this case, the highest average holder has represented physical and mental fatigue, number 4 represents physical fatigue, and number 10 represents mental fatigue. and based on the calculation results in the Likert scale, which gets an index of 97.7%, this indicates that for the level of fatigue itself, PT. Indonesia Power Priok POMU can be categorized as Very Good. Do not experience excessive work fatigue, and the workload does not exceed the workers' capabilities

Abstract

Era VUCA merepresentasikan situasi bisnis yang menciptakan ketidakpastian dan ketidakstabilan serta menimbulkan ketakutan. Kemampuan beradaptasi bisnis adalah keterampilan mendasar yang diperlukan untuk mencapai kesuksesan bisnis. Didapatkannya kesimpulan dalam menganalisis perkembangan bisnis Tacoheroick.id dalam target pasar pelajar SMA, mahasiswa dan pegawai kantoran hingga sekitar JABODETABEK dalam metode bisnis franchise, Tacoheroick.id menawarkan harga yang terjangkau dan pembayaran yang mudah (seperti gopay, ovo, dana, dan shopeepay). Tacoheroick.id memasarkan produk dengan aplikasi online dan mengikuti festival. Agar aktivitas dan kebutuhan sumber daya Tacoheroick.id dapat berjalan untuk menghasilkan value yang diharapkan, bisnis Tacoheroick.id memiliki kerja sama dengan frozen food, toko plastik, toko sembako dan food vlogger. Bisnis Tacoheroick.id memiliki Cost Structure terdiri dari biaya bahan baku, biaya penunjang produksi, biaya kemasan, biaya tenaga kerja dan biaya transportasi. Perubahan yang diusulkan diharapkan akan mengembangkan pada bisnis Tacoheroick.id.

Abstract

According to the theory of the Toyota Production System (TPS), there are seven types of waste that exist during the production process: Overproduction, defective products, storage, transportation, waiting, unnecessary movement, and overprocessing. To maximize profits, Maxsupply Convection uses the made-to-order production method and works to produce products according to customer requests. To meet the expectations of its customers, Maxsupply must consider productivity levels, product quality, and on-time delivery. In addition, a process can be considered efficient and effective if it does not produce waste. Meanwhile, the company's production process is inseparable from waste. The Borda method identified waste in companies and found waste in waiting and unnecessary movements. After that, a causal diagram is used to see what factors can cause waste in the production process. Man, machine, method, material, and environment cause the waiting category. Man, method, and environment cause the unnecessary movement category. Using AHP found that the highest priority cause of waste in the waiting process was due to the machine factor with a value of 10% and in the unnecessary movement category of 20% caused by environmental factors. Control recommendations given using FMEA get an RPN value of 49 with control recommendations, namely carrying out routine maintenance for machines, and an RPN value of 79 in the unnecessary movement category by implementing 5R in the production area. The proposed improvements in this study are a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) devoted to machine routine scheduling and the implementation of 5R by all employees in the production area.

Abstract

Sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) has the potential for high added economic value to be developed. Indonesia has the opportunity to develop a sunflower agro-industry which is processed into cooking oil. There has not been much research related to the sunflower agro-industry supply chain. A plan for improvements to the supply chain cannot yet be carried out, because the situation in the supply chain has not been comprehensively elaborated. Therefore, this research aimed to analyse the situational supply chain of the sunflower agribusiness. The method used was soft system methodology developed by Checkland. This research has succeeded in designing a conceptual model that produces two human activities, namely: 1) Development of production devices for the drying process of sunflower seeds based on the Internet of Things, (2) Utilization of the Blynk application to support the decisions on the sunflower agro-industry supply chain network, and (3) Development of the prototype digital platform decision support system on the production device based on internet of things. These three activities are also recommendations given as corrective actions to increase the productivity of the sunflower agro-industry. Recommended actions have also been successfully assessed through RE3IS. Future development of this research is to build a digital prototype of an internet of thongs-based decision support system platform that can be easily accessed by sunflower agro-industry managers. The stages in this research are still limited to the recommendation stage for corrective action. The implementation stage can be used as research development in the future. Apart from that, situational analysis is still limited to upstream and intermediate supply chain networks. Therefore, situational analysis of the downstream supply chain network can be carried out in the future.
