Abstract

This training is motivated by the problem of teachers who face obstacles in preparing learning tools and evaluations due to limited time due to busy schedules and not long work experience, which makes the preparation of learning administration less than optimal. Therefore, it needs to be improved through training on the use of Gemini AI and Quizz. This training aims to utilize technology effectively to improve the quality of learning in the classroom. SD Negeri Pasirbanteng became the location for this training and was attended by 45 teachers and held on September 07, 2024. The method used in this training is Service Learning (SL). The series of activities carried out are, identification of problems or needs, integration of academic learning, providing services, collaboration with community partners, reflection and evaluation Gemini AI and Quizizz training was carried out smoothly, providing in-depth understanding to teachers about the utilization of these two tools. The training resulted in participants' in-depth understanding and practical skills in utilizing AI technology and digital platforms for learning needs. Based on the activity evaluation, this training not only adds new insights, but also inspires teachers to improve the effectiveness and quality of learning in their classrooms. Thus, this training contributes to the application of innovative technologies in education.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is one of the social problems that can have an impact on the development of children's character and future. Legal counseling on juvenile delinquency is important to provide an understanding of the legal and social impact of this deviant behavior. This counseling aims to increase students' awareness of juvenile delinquency and its legal consequences. The methods used in this counseling are interactive lectures, group discussions, and symbolic activities in the form of fingerprints on white cloth as a commitment to stay away from negative behavior. The results showed an increase in students' understanding of juvenile delinquency and a real commitment from students to avoid deviant behavior

Abstract

Siswa SMK berada dalam kelompok remaja yang rentan masalah gizi yang sedang  mengalami pertumbuhan cepat sehingga akan mempengaruhi berat badan dan massa tulang. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan fisik dramatis meningkatkan kebutuhan remaja akan zat gizi makro, yaitu karbohidrat, protein, dan lemak. Sering kali siswa melewatkan waktu makan dan asupan makanan sebagian besar dipenuhi dari jajanan yang tinggi gula, karbohidrat dan lemak, tetapi rendah protein. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis asupan dan tingkat kecukupan zat gizi makro pada siswa SMK R.A Kartini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain cross-sectional. Populasi  penelitian ini 127 siswa dengan subjek sebanyak 62 siswa yang diambil dengan metode proportional random sampling dan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara food recall 2×24 jam. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata asupan karbohidrat responden 240,6±116,8 gram/hari, protein 52,6±24,9 gram/hari, lemak 67,3±31,7 gram/hari, dan energi 1793±821 kkal/hari. Rata-rata tingkat kecukupan karbohidrat, protein, dan energi responden berada pada kategori defisit sedang (karbohidrat 72%, lemak 77%, dan energi 79% dari AKG). Rata-rata tingkat kecukupan lemak responden berada pada kategori cukup (90% dari AKG). Kurangnya zat gizi makro dan energi responden disebabkan oleh porsi makan yang kurang dan tidak bervariasi, konsumsi jajanan yang minim zat gizi, serta responden sering melewati waktu makan. Diperlukan edukasi gizi agar siswa memahami pentingnya pola makan seimbang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan asupan zat gizi makro selama masa pertumbuhan cepat.

Abstract

Banyaknya makanan yang beredar di tengah masyarakat bukan berarti semuanya termasuk kategori jenis makanan yang sehat karena tidak semua sumber makanan tergolong higienis. Oleh karena itu sebagai calon konsumen hendaknya selalu bersikap bijak dalam memilih preferensi makanan. Sikap waspada dan penuh kehati-hatian perlu dalam rangka menyaring jenis makanan mana saja yang layak dikonsumsi dan mana saja jenis makanan yang sesungguhnya tidak layak untuk dikonsumsi. Ekstra hati-hati dalam memilih makanan dapat memperkuat daya saring asupan makanan ke dalam tubuh manusia sehingga makanan yang berbahaya tidak dapat masuk ke dalam sistem tubuh manusia. Daging ayam merupakan makanan yang sering dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat, namun ada banyak faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan sebelum mengkonsumsi makanan tersebut. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh konsumsi daging ayam terhadap resiko peningkatan penyakit pada manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh konsumsi daging ayam terhadap resiko peningkatan penyakit pada manusia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode anova dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi daging ayam yang terlalu sering dapat menimbulkan peningkatan resiko penyakit pada manusia seperti pusing, sakit kepala, migrain, vertigo, alergi, mual dan gejala penyakit lainnya. Hal ini dapat diatasi dengan cara mengurangi konsumsi daging ayam untuk beberapa konsumen. Khusus untuk alergi dan vertigo, sebaiknya konsumen menghindari konsumsi daging ayam. Pilihan protein yang bisa dikonsumsi adalah daging sapi, tempe dan tahu. Protein nabati lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan protein hewani karena protein nabati tidak menimbulkan efek negatif pada kesehatan manusia.

Abstract

 Indonesia is a country that has abundant natural resources. We can manage natural resources to take advantage of it, for example, as a place for tourism, for example natural tourism. The implementation of this community service activity was carried out in Cijeruk Village, Kujang Hamlet, Sawah Tengah. The community service will be held on 10 August – 12 September 2021. The target of this community service is the natural resources in Cijeruk Village which have the potential to be used as a tourist spot. The purpose of this community service is to help develop Cijeruk Village and improve the economy of the people there through the construction of tourist attractions. This community service method is in the form of involving village officials, the community, and local youth organizations to be involved in the development of the Cibeet River nature tourism. The implementation carried out is revamping the Cibeet River area, making and mapping photo spots, making chairs, making access roads and others. The result of the development of the Cibeet River natural tourism is the development of the Cibeet River natural tourism, which is used as a rest area and a place to play. In conclusion, the existence of Kali Cibeet natural tourism can help the development of Cijeruk Village, which is marked by the large number of people who come to the Kali Cibeet Nature tourism and the community's economy can increase by adding new livelihoods for the community such as building stalls in tourist areas, parking lots, rental places mats, hammocks etc.

Abstract

Offline-based tutoring activities in Cijeruk Village, Dayeuhluhur District, Cilacap Regency were carried out for the UMTAS KKN-T service program targeting elementary school students living in Cijeruk Village. This activity aims to (1) assist students in understanding material that is not yet understood, (2) help with assignments given to students so that students do not experience difficulties, (3) in addition to participating in reducing corona virus clusters in the education sector, Offline-based tutoring also results in Elementary School (SD) students better understanding the material provided and being more helpful in doing schoolwork.

Abstract

Traditional foods play a crucial role in maintaining nutritional well-being, especially among rural homemakers responsible for household food management. This study examines the socio-cultural, economic, policy, and technological factors influencing traditional food consumption in rural Bandung. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative surveys (n=150) and qualitative interviews (n=30) to assess household food consumption patterns, economic accessibility, and awareness of traditional food benefits. Statistical analyses, including Chi-Square tests and ANOVA, were used to evaluate the relationship between income levels and traditional food consumption behaviour. The findings indicate that low-income households rely more on conventional foods due to affordability, while higher-income groups consume them less frequently despite greater nutritional awareness. Additionally, modernization and urbanization have declined traditional food consumption as processed foods become more accessible. Government interventions, such as food subsidies, school nutrition programs, and traditional food certifications, have been identified as key factors in sustaining traditional food systems. Furthermore, digital technology and e-commerce offer new opportunities for small-scale traditional food producers to expand their market reach. However, challenges such as limited digital literacy and market competition require targeted interventions. This study underscores the importance of integrating policy support, education, and digital innovation to preserve traditional foods. Ensuring their sustainability will require collaborative efforts between governments, communities, and the private sector. By doing so, traditional foods can continue contributing to food security, cultural identity, and public health in Indonesia's rural communities.

Abstract

Every human being certainly needs nutritious food intake to support physical and mental strength in order to do all his daily activities. There are some human activities that require strong thinking power. Strong thinking skills can be obtained from adequate nutritional intake. The problem is that people do not know the great influence of food types on human intelligence. Therefore there needs to be research that calculates the magnitude of the influence of food types on intelligence. This research is important to do so that consumers can be good at choosing types of food that can increase human intelligence. The purpose of this study is to measure the magnitude of the influence of food types on the level of human intelligence. This research method uses the correlation analysis method. The results of this study indicate that protein food represented by fish has a positive influence on the level of human intelligence. The correlation value obtained from the calculation results is 0.796. The correlation value between 0.7 - 0.9 is included in the category of high linear relations. Therefore, there is a strong relationship between the number of fish consumed to intelligence. Fish is a type of food that contains albumin which is very important for the human intelligence system. Thus it can be concluded that the type of fish food has a strong influence on the level of human intelligence.

Abstract

Era digital telah membawa perubahan revolusioner dalam cara manusia memperoleh, menyebarkan, dan memvalidasi pengetahuan. Transformasi ini dipicu oleh perkembangan pesat teknologi informasi, termasuk internet, kecerdasan buatan, big data, dan media sosial, yang memungkinkan akses tanpa batas terhadap berbagai informasi. Namun, perubahan ini juga memunculkan tantangan epistemologis yang signifikan, terutama dalam menentukan validitas, reliabilitas, dan objektivitas suatu informasi. Kemudahan akses terhadap data sering kali tidak diimbangi dengan mekanisme verifikasi yang ketat, sehingga meningkatkan risiko penyebaran misinformasi dan disinformasi. Selain itu, algoritma yang digunakan dalam mesin pencari dan media sosial sering kali bersifat bias, membentuk gelembung informasi (filter bubble) yang dapat mempersempit wawasan intelektual. Dari sisi etika, era digital menimbulkan berbagai dilema, seperti pelanggaran privasi, kepemilikan data, serta penyalahgunaan teknologi untuk manipulasi informasi. Artikel ini menganalisis perubahan ini melalui perspektif filsafat ilmu, khususnya dari sudut pandang epistemologi dan etika, dengan menyoroti tantangan serta peluang yang ditawarkan oleh era digital terhadap ilmu pengetahuan. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan epistemologi yang lebih adaptif dan kritis, serta regulasi etis yang lebih ketat, diperlukan untuk memastikan bahwa perkembangan teknologi tetap sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip ilmiah yang bertanggung jawab dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Dengan demikian, filsafat ilmu tetap relevan dalam menghadapi tantangan dan perubahan yang diakibatkan oleh digitalisasi, serta berperan penting dalam mengembangkan paradigma keilmuan yang lebih inklusif, kritis, dan berbasis nilai.

Abstract

The rising popularity of contemporary beverages among adolescents, despite their high sugar content and low nutritional value, has raised significant public health concerns. This study investigates the key factors influencing the consumption of contemporary beverages—such as boba milk tea, cheese tea, milk coffee, and Thai tea—among secondary school students in Bandung, Indonesia. Employing a quantitative, cross-sectional descriptive method with a sample of 110 respondents aged 15–19, data were collected via structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics. Findings reveal that price is the most influential factor driving consumption interest (75%), followed by packaging (71%), quality (68%), and brand (68%). Adolescents prioritize affordability and functional packaging features such as portability and spill resistance, while sensory preferences (e.g., taste, temperature, and texture) and customizable options (e.g., sugar and ice levels) enhance perceived quality. Although brand recognition contributes to purchasing decisions, it is secondary to practical and economic considerations. The study underscores the need for targeted health communication strategies and product reformulation to align adolescents' beverage preferences with healthier consumption behaviors. These insights are valuable for stakeholders in the beverage industry and public health sectors aiming to balance market demands with adolescent nutrition education.
