Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a strategic means for students to develop their potential, practice independence, and apply their knowledge directly in the real world. Entrepreneurship not only serves as an alternative source of income but also as a medium for learning important skills such as leadership, decision making, and creativity. This study is motivated by the market potential in the traditional culinary sector, particularly traditional snacks, which still have a wide customer base in society. Additionally, this entrepreneurial initiative aims to empower local agricultural products such as peanuts and spices, which are easily obtainable from nearby farmers. The type of business developed involves production and marketing in three flavor variants—original, balado, and barbecue—with attractive and informative packaging to enhance competitiveness. The objectives of this activity are to create an independent and sustainable business, optimize the utilization of local raw materials, and contribute economically and socially to the surrounding community. The implementation of the activity was carried out through an entrepreneurship approach based on market research and product innovation. The results indicate a positive response from consumers toward the development of flavor variants. This entrepreneurial activity has the potential to grow as a model for local agribusiness-based enterprises that are not only profit-oriented but also promote sustainability and community empowerment.

Abstract

Sosialisasi senam anti-stroke dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mengedukasi lansia maupun pendamping lansia agar tanggap pada kondisi stroke, sekaligus menjaga kebugaran lansia sebagai langkah preventif terhadap kondisi stroke. Metode kegiatan dilakukan dengan ceramah, pembagian pamflet dan praktik senam anti stroke bersama. Melalui kegiatan sosialisasi ini mitra memperoleh tambahan pengetahuan tentang deteksi dini penyakit stroke dan langkah awal pertolongan yang dapat mereka lakukan sehingga pengetahuan ini akan dapat mereka manfaatkan baik untuk diri mereka sendiri maupun bagi orang lain terjadi di lingkungan panti. Senam stroke menjadi salah satu upaya preventif penyakit stroke maupun serangan stroke berulang pada lansia. Bentuk gerakan senam anti stroke yang mudah, dan gerakan ringan relatif aman dari risiko cedera  sehingga juga dapat dilakukan mandiri tanpa instruktur sekalipun.

Abstract

Cheesecuit D&E is a micro business in Makassar that produces desserts made from cheese and biscuits. This study aims to create a prototype food product, a dessert, according to consumer needs and preferences. The research method used a qualitative descriptive approach, involving market surveys, identifying consumer needs and preferences, designing the product, and testing the prototype. The results showed that data and information were collected from a target market consisting of 27% males and 73% females, with an average age of 30 years and mostly students. The most preferred flavors were cheese and chocolate. The initial stage of developing the “cheesecuit D&E” dessert prototype involved conducting market surveys, designing the product, creating the initial product, conducting organoleptic tests, and finalizing the product. The product resulted in a product design that was in line with consumer preferences. Organoleptic tests showed a significant improvement in taste and visual aspects, especially for the cheese variant.

Abstract

Production management is an activity to organize and coordinate the use of human resources, tools and materials, effectively and efficiently to create and increase the usefulness of a good or service. The phenomenon of entrepreneurial development, now many entrepreneurs choose the culinary business compared to other businesses because humans need food ingredients at all times. Spring roll skin is a thin sheet made from wheat flour, water, salt and eggs. Rollie Snack is a food ingredient made from spring roll skin. Rollie Snack has product characteristics with a sweet and spicy taste, on the outside it has a crispy and soft texture. The purpose of this study is to describe the production process of Rollie Snack, identify product variants, prices, sales volume of Rollie Snack and analyze management functions (planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling). Rollie Snack business activities are centered in a production house in Panakkukang District, Makassar City, South Sulawesi. This business activity has been going on for 2 (two) years. The results of the study show that the Snacks MSME has implemented production management according to the business plan. The production process goes through several stages, namely forming spring roll skins, drying the skins, frying, making chocolate, vanilla, green tea, and spicy lime leaf flavor variants and mixing spring roll skins with flavor variants. Finally, it produces "Rollie Snack" products with four flavor variants, namely chocolate, vanilla, green tea, and spicy lime leaf.

Abstract

Marketing is a company's function of creating, communicating, and delivering value to customers in order to manage mutually beneficial customer relationships. Entrepreneurship in the culinary sector holds great promise for a region's economic growth by creating jobs and increasing its competitiveness. Snack businesses offer good prospects for development because they don't require large capital but offer high demand. This study aims to describe online and offline product marketing and formulate a marketing mix strategy (product, price, promotion, and distribution) to increase sales volume. This research is a case study of a home industry in Makassar City, as part of the implementation of a business plan. The results show that during snack product marketing activities, the company focused on using online marketing strategies through social media platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook. Online marketing successfully reached a wider consumer base, built the brand, and presented the product with attractive visual content. Digital product, pricing, distribution, and promotion strategies were implemented through discounts and free shipping. Offline marketing utilized word-of-mouth and recommendations from colleagues/friends, who served as sources of information for consumers.

Abstract

Marketing performance is the output of all efforts and marketing strategies that have been carried out by entrepreneurs. Knowing the marketing strategy and performance, will be very useful as a basis for evaluation and business development in the future. This study aims to: 1) analyzing the marketing performance of Chickenesia frozen crispy chicken products in Makassar City and 2) evaluating the marketing performance of Chickenesia frozen crispy chicken products. The approach method uses experiential learning method. Quantitative descriptive data analysis based on entrepreneurial prototypes to describe marketing performance. The results showed that the measurement of marketing performance using marketing metrics. Marketing costs in the January-March 2025 period, amounted to Rp 1,152,750, a profitability value of Rp 376,900, and the highest return on sales value in the super special package, which is 90%. The development of marketing strategies through business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) approaches has given positive results to sales turnover, because it is able to reach all consumer segments that are the target market. Entrepreneurship activities provide benefits for the development of the ability to analyze markets and competitors, soft skills development, and communication skills.

Abstract

Pernikahan dini merupakan pernikahan yang dilakukan oleh pria dan wanita yang masih berada dibawah umur. Pemerintah  menetapkan usia ideal menikah diatas 19 tahun. Namun dalam praktiknya didalam masyarakat sekarang ini masih banyak dijumpai sebagian masyarakat yang melangsungkan pernikahan di usia muda atau di bawah umur. Berdasarkan data badan pusat statistik menurut Provinsi tahun 2022 proporsi WUS yang berstatus kawin atau berstatus hidup bersama sebelum umur 18 tahun di Provinsi lampung sebanyak 8,14%, sehingga Provinsi Lampung berada di urutan ke 8 dari 34 Provinsi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) terhadap Pernikahan Usia Dini di Wilayah Kelurahan Pidada Kecamatan PanjangKota Bandar Lampung. Desain penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Dilakukan dari mei sampai dengan juni terhadap 109 orang responden dimana pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner kemudian dianalisa dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi karakteristik, pengetahuan dan sikap. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis berdasarkan hasil analisis bivariat bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan pengetahuan di dapatkan nilai (p value=0,000 dan sikap di dapatkan nilai (p value=0,000) terhadap pernikahan usia dini.Pengetahuan yang kurang dan sikap negatif dari WUS berhubungan dengan terjadinya pernikahan usia dini di wilayah kelurahan pidada kecamatan panjang kota Bandar lampung. Saran diharapkan puskesmas wilayah setempat dapat mengedukasi Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) khususnya yang berada di wilayah kelurahan pidada kecamatan panjang tentang dampak negatif yang akan terjadi dari pernikahan yang dilakukan di usia  dini. Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Sikap ,Pernikahan Usia Dini, WUS ABSTRACT Early marriage is a marriage carried out by men and women who are underage. The government's ideal age to marry is over 19 years. However, in practice in today's society there are still many people who marry at a young age or underage. Based on statistical center data by Province in 2022 the proportion of WUS who were married or living together before the age of 18 in Lampung Province was 8.14%, so that Lampung Province was ranked 8th out of 34 Provinces. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of women of childbearing age (WUS) towards early marriage in the Pidada Village area, Panjang District, Bandar Lampung City. The research design was carried out quantitatively with a cross sectional approach. It was carried out from May to June for 109 respondents where data was collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed and presented in the form of a distribution table of characteristics, knowledge and attitudes. Data were analyzed using the Chi Square test The results of the research conducted by the authors based on the results of bivariate analysis show that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and values (p value = 0.000) and attitudes (p value = 0.000) to early marriage. Lack of knowledge and negative attitudes from WUS are related to the occurrence of early marriages in the Kelurahan Pidada Panjang sub-district, Bandar Lampung cit Suggestions are that local community health centers can educate women of childbearing age (WUS), especially those in the Pidada sub-district, Panjang subdistrict, about the negative impacts that will happen from marriages carried out at an early age. Keywords: Knowledge, Attitudes, Early Marriage, WUS

Abstract

UMKM play an important role in the Indonesian economy, especially in the traditional snack food sector. However, the main challenge faced by UMKM players is the suboptimal packaging design that affects product competitiveness in modern markets. This study aims to develop innovative packaging for “Crispyek” peyek products to enhance visual appeal, strengthen brand identity, and support marketing strategies. The method applied is a case study on a micro crispyek business as part of business plan implementation. The activities carried out include developing a business plan, conducting market surveys, designing packaging, and implementing online and offline marketing. The packaging innovation evaluation took place over a three-month period. The results of the activities showed an improvement in packaging quality through three stages of innovation: initial plain plastic packaging, followed by aluminum foil packaging with complete information, and finally, environmentally friendly packaging made from transparent thinwall material. Marketing strategies were implemented through social media (WhatsApp and Instagram), door-to-door methods, and word of mouth. Packaging innovation has proven to be effective in enhancing consumer appeal, maintaining product quality, and supporting environmental sustainability. Thus, packaging design development has become a strategic factor in strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

Background: Dysmenorrhea is a symptom of pain or discomfort in the lower abdomen during menstruation so that it can interfere with daily activities, which is most often found in young and reproductive women. In Indonesia, dysmenorrhea is also a complaint that is often found in young women. In Indonesia, the incidence of menstrual pain in 2018 was 107,673 people (64.24%), consisting of 59,671 people (54.89%) experiencing primary menstrual pain and 9,496 people (9.36%) experiencing secondary menstrual pain. Research objective: To know the effect of giving ginger water on dysmenorrheal pain in young women at Tri Bhakti Vocational School, Abung Tengah District, North Lampung Regency in 2023Research Methods: The type of research used was pre-experimental with a one-group pre-test and post- test design approach. Research population The population in this study were all young women at Tri Bhakti Vocational School who experienced dysmenorrhea as many as 53 people. The sample in this study amounted to 23 people. Sampling technique purposive sampling Analysis using the Wilcoxon test.The results of the study: The average level of dysmenorrhea before administration of ginger decoction (zingibers officinale) in female adolescents was 4.43 with a standard deviation of 0.662. A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5. The average rate of dysmenorrhea after administration of ginger decoction (zingibers officinale) in young women is 2.39 with a standard deviation of 0.789. Conclusion Minimum 1 and maximum 3 There is a significant difference between giving ginger concoction to the level of dysmenorrhea pain in young women at Tri Bhakti Vocational School, Abung Tengah District, North Lampung Regency, p value 0.000. Suggestion  that the findings of this study can be a solution in overcoming dysmenorrhea by using a type of non-pharmacological therapy, namely giving red ginger water. Keywords : dysmenorrhea, ginger, young women ABSTRAK : PENGARUH PEMBERIAN AIR JAHE TERHADAP NYERI DISMENORROA PADA REMAJA WANITA Latar Belakang: Dismenore merupakan gejala nyeri atau rasa tidak nyaman pada perut bagian bawah saat menstruasi sehingga dapat mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari, yang paling sering dijumpai pada wanita usia muda dan reproduktif. Di Indonesia, dismenore juga menjadi keluhan yang sering dijumpai pada remaja putri. Di Indonesia, angka kejadian nyeri haid pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 107.673 orang (64,24%), terdiri dari 59.671 orang (54,89%) mengalami nyeri haid primer dan 9.496 orang (9,36%) mengalami nyeri haid sekunder. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian air jahe terhadap nyeri dismenore pada remaja putri di SMK Tri Bhakti Kecamatan Abung Tengah Kabupaten Lampung Utara Tahun 2023Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pre-test and post-test design. Populasi Penelitian Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh remaja putri SMK Tri Bhakti yang mengalami dismenore sebanyak 53 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 23 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling Analisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon.Hasil penelitian: Rata-rata tingkat kejadian dismenore sebelum pemberian rebusan jahe (zingibers officinale) pada remaja putri adalah 4,43 dengan standar deviasi 0,662. Minimal 3 dan maksimal 5. Rata-rata kejadian dismenore setelah pemberian rebusan jahe (zingibers officinale) pada remaja putri adalah 2,39 dengan standar deviasi 0,789.Kesimpulan Minimal 1 dan Maksimal 3 Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pemberian ramuan jahe terhadap tingkat nyeri dismenore pada remaja putri di SMK Tri Bhakti Kecamatan Abung Tengah Kabupaten Lampung Utara p value 0,000. Saran hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi dismenore dengan menggunakan jenis terapi non farmakologi yaitu pemberian air jahe merah. Kata Kunci : dismenore, jahe, remaja putri

Abstract

Latar belakang : World Health Organization (WHO) memperkirakan bahwa sediktnya 15% dari semua wanita hamil memerlukan perawatan obstetrik yang terlatih dan bila tidak maka wanita tersebut akan mengalami kesakitan kecacatan yang serius dan berkepanjangan. Kejadian emesis gravidarum  pada ibu hamil didunia menurut WHO berkisar 14% (Akbar, 2022). Mual dan muntah adalah gejala yang sangat umum yang dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai macam kondisi. data kunjungan ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gedung Negara pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 467 ibu hamil dan yang mengalami mual muntah sebanyak 362 (77,5%) ibu. Upaya untuk mengurangi frekuensi muntah dapat diberikan beberapa tindakan seperti air seduhan jahe. Tujuan penelitian diketahui pengaruh seduhan air jahe dengan mual muntah ibu hamil TM I di Wilayah Puskesmas Gedung Negara tahun 2023.Jenis penelitian kuantitatif  dengan desain quasi eksperiment dengan pendekatan one group pretest-postest desain. Populasi / subjek yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil di Wilayah Puskesmas Gedung Negara dengan sampel ibu hamil TM I yang mengalami mual muntah sebanyak 30 responden. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di Wilayah Puskesmas Gedung Negara tahun 2023 pada bulan April 2023. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat (uji wilcoxon).Hasil penelitian Ada pengaruh seduhan air jahe dengan mual muntah ibu hamil TM I di Wilayah Puskesmas Gedung Negara Tahun 2023Kesimpulan diketahui rata-rata mual muntah sebelum diberikan air seduhan jahe adalah 8,9 dan rata-rata mual muntah setelah diberikan air seduhan jahe adalah 5,1. Ada pengaruh seduhan air jahe dengan mual muntah ibu hamil TM I di Wilayah Puskesmas Gedung Negara Tahun 2023 (p value = 0,000).Saran diharapkan jahe  menjadi  salah  satu  alternative  terapi  non farmakologis untuk mengatasi mual dan muntah pada ibu hamil sehingga kontak ibu hamil dengan obat–obatan bisa diminimalisir. Kata Kunci : Mual Muntah ibu hamil dan seduhan air jahe ABSTRACT Background:  The World Health Organization (WHO) estimated that at least 15% of all pregnant women require trained obstetric care, and without it, these women may experience severe and prolonged pain and disability. Data collection was done using observation sheets, and data analysis involved both univariate and bivariate analyses (Wilcoxon test).The results There was a significant effect of ginger-infused water on nausea and vomiting in first-trimester pregnant women in the Gedung Negara Primary Health Care in 2023.Conclusion  of the study revealed that the average level of nausea and vomiting before consuming ginger-infused water was 8.9, and the average level after consuming ginger-infused water was 5.1. There was a significant effect of ginger-infused water on nausea and vomiting in first-trimester pregnant women in the Gedung Negara Primary Health Care in 2023 (p-value = 0.000).The suggestion that ginger becomes one of the non-pharmacological alternative therapies to address nausea and vomiting in pregnant women, potentially minimizing their reliance on medication. Keywords: Nausea Vomiting pregnant women and ginger-infused water
