Abstract

The learning process at SDN Bandung I Diwek Jombang still uses conventional methods with lectures so that students feel bored and less active when learning takes place. In learning IPAS food chain material, 80% of the material presented is still abstract so that students can only see the pictures given by the teacher in the textbook. Leaning from this, new innovations are needed to improve student understanding and attract students to be more active in learning. The development of Augmented Reality Book media carried out using the Reserch and Development method with the ADDIE model is considered appropriate. There are 5 stages in the development process 1) Analysis 2) Design 3) Development 4) Implemtation 5) Evaluation. Based on the results of data during the research 1) The process during the development reported through field notes 2) Augmented Reality Book media developed is declared very valid to be used based on validation from media and material experts with an average of 94.5% so it is very feasible to use in the learning process of IPAS food chain material 3) Augmented Reality Book media is very interesting and feasible to use in learning food chain material based on the results of student response questionnaires with small-scale trials getting a percentage of 94% and large-scale trials with a percentage of 94.9% with an average of 94.5%. While the teacher response questionnaire obtained a percentage of 98.3%. This means that learning by using Augmented Reality Book media is very helpful in the learning process by getting positive results in its implementation.

Abstract

The Learning at SDN Jatirejo Jombang still uses conventional methods such as lectures. Students have never used quartet media. Based on this, there is a need for new innovations such as producing quartet card media to increase the learning knowledge of SDN Jatirejo Jombang students. The development of quartet card media is carried out using the Research and Development (RnD) method with the Borg and Gall model because it is considered appropriate. There are 7 stages to go through 1) Potential and problems, 2) Research and data collection, 3) Product design planning, 4) Design validation, 5) Design improvement, 6) Product testing, and 7) Product revision. Based on the results of the data during the study: 1) the quartet card media developed was declared very valid for use in learning. This is based on the validation results of media experts of 85.26% and material experts 95.80% of the percentage of criteria that have been set. 2) The quartet card media developed is declared very suitable for use in learning. This is based on the results of the teacher response questionnaire 92.59%, the student response questionnaire product trials 95.78%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop puzzle media for IPAS plant reproduction. This research uses the ADDIE model which has 5 stages, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The aim of this research is to determine the development of puzzle media and the feasibility of the puzzle media. This research uses a questionnaire to test the suitability of the media through media expert validation and material expert validation. The media expert validation results show that the results are categorized as "very valid" with a maximum score of 48 and a gain score of 42 and an average percentage of 87%. Meanwhile, material expert validation shows that the results are categorized as "very valid" with a maximum score of 36 and a score of 33 and an average percentage of 92%. The results of the student response questionnaire were categorized as "very good" with a maximum average score of 60 and an average score of 57 with a percentage of 96%. Thus it can be concluded that puzzle media is suitable for use.

Abstract

The development of science and technology is progressing very rapidly, so that human knowledge and skills will continue to develop as time goes by. Merdeka Belajar is a new policy program of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemendikbud RI) which was launched by the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, Advanced Indonesia Cabinet, Nadiem A Karim. Education aims to develop knowledge, understanding, skills and mastery of concepts that can be applied in life. Comics are a learning media tool that functions to convey learning messages. However, the printed comic learning media used in the learning process is currently less popular among students. Therefore, media is needed that can minimize the shortcomings of printed comics and provide students with mastery of concepts applied through digital comics. The aim of this research is to develop digital comic learning media. Through digital comic learning media for fifth grade elementary school students. Apart from that, this research also aims to determine the development process and validity of the media. The type of development research used is the ADDIE model which goes through five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The subjects in the research were class V students for the 2023/2024 academic year. Material and media validity data collection techniques use validation questionnaire sheets to measure media quality as well as teacher and student questionnaire response data. Based on the process of media development trial results through 5 stages, namely the initial stage (analysis), this stage carries out problem analysis, student analysis, material analysis and setting learning objectives. The second stage (design) includes planning material preparation, product selection and media product design format selection. The third stage (develop) is the process of developing media creation, validation by material experts and media experts, and verification. The fourth stage (implementation) is carried out to determine learning outcomes and students' responses to the learning media that has been developed. The fifth stage (evaluate) is the evaluation stage to review and improve learning media. Based on the research results, quality learning media results were obtained.

Abstract

Pedagogik menjadi pemahaman dan kemampuan penting bagi guru di sekolah dasar dan pra sekolah. Optimalisasi pedagogik dapat terwujud melalui langkah guru dalam memberikan wawasan pengetahuan dan membimbing melalui pendidikan karakter yang terbaik terhadap anak. Sebagai wujud implementasi nyata, mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari Jombang mengadakan sebuah program sosialisasi pedagogik bagi para guru sekolah dasar dan pra sekolah di Balai Desa Jerukwangi. Tujuan diadakannya kegiatan adalah memberikan sumbangsih keilmuan secara pedagogik bagi guru-guru di lembaga pendidikan Desa Jerukwangi dengan memberikan strategi dalam mendidik anak agar berkarakter. Adapun metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat meliputi: a) kegiatan analisis masalah, b) sharing keilmuan, c) tanya jawab, dan d) evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) telah memenuhi refleksi sebagai langkah nyata dalam membangun pedagogik secara positif bagi guru-guru dalam membangun karakter kepada anak sekolah dasar dan pra sekolah di lingkungan pendidikan Desa Jerukwangi. Simpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) dianggap mampu memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya teori ilmu mengajar agar guru tepat dalam memfasilitasi anak agar ke depan memiliki karakter secara komprehensif.

Abstract

Sex education is very important to convey to people, including elementary school students. Sex education aims to provide information about the truth and understanding of everything related to sexuality, so that in the future when students grow up they can live a social life properly and correctly according to the knowledge they gained while at school. The urgency of sex education is given to elementary school children so that children can prevent and minimize the impact of sexual harassment which is currently rampant. This research is a literature review study with the topic of discussion, namely understanding elementary school students' sex education. Based on the results of the review, it provides unique findings regarding sex education in elementary schools. These findings provide an understanding that: 1) the level of parental education has an impact on the level of understanding of children's sexuality, 2) parents have a role in preventing sex that occurs in elementary school children, 3) communication between parents and children must be established in harmony as a form of development children's sexuality period, and 4) educational institutions must be aware that sex education needs to be provided when children are at primary school age with adapted material.

Abstract

Abstract: This community service is one of the education services to the community,which is one of the programs in the field of KKNT of UNHASY Tebuireng Jombangstudents in Kedungbogo Village, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency. One of those isconducting a dance training at Raden Fatah. The results of the study were: there is a lackof understanding of the concept and the importance of cultural arts education inclassroom learning in terms of students’ character development into humanisticcharacters through creativity, sense, and intention. The method used in implementing thiscommunity service is as follows: a) partner Situation Analysis, b) literature study, c)preparation of material to be presented as a problem solution, d) testing the results, e)revision products, f) the training implementation, and g) Regular mentoring.Based onthose problems, it can be concluded that a) there must be an improvement in skills andcompetence of teachers related to the teaching and learning process in the schoolsenvironments, b) this training (community service) is expected to make teachersunderstand the concept and the importance of cultural arts education c) there must be adevelopment of students’ character to become humanistic character through creativity,taste, and initiative, displaying an attitude of appreciation for cultural arts, displayingcreativity through cultural arts, and increase the participation of cultural arts events at thelocal, regional and global levels.Keywords: Dance, Competency, Professional, Teacher, Raden FatahAbstrak: Pengabdian ini merupakan salah satu pengabdian perguruan tinggi kepadamasyarakat, yaitu salah satu program di bidang pendidikan KKNT mahasiswa UNHASYTebuireng Jombang di Desa Kedungbogo Kecamatan Ngusikan Kabupaten Jombang,diantaranya melaksanakan Pelatihan Tari di Raden Fatah. Abstract

Abstract: At the kindergarten, learning is based on 6 aspects in the form of physical, motor, emotional, social, artistic, moral, cognitive and language aspects. One way to realize this is by making batik. There are various techniques on how to make batik, according to the service team, jumputan batik is the most appropriate one to use. Jumputan batik art can improve and develop children's fine motor skills. Steps taken by hands-on practice of making jumputan batik. In general, the service team provides theories to gain insight and knowledge about the art of batik, especially the jumputan batik technique and various jumputan batik motifs that can be formed. The next step, all partisipan divided the participants into small groups, each group of 5 teachers and accompanied by 1 service team. The practice was carried out independently, then the service team asked each group to present their work and explain the jumputan technique of picking them up so that the motif was formed. The final activity is an evaluation. In general, this service activity went smoothly in accordance with the expectations of the service team.Abstrak: Pada masa taman kanak-kanak, pembelajaran didasarkan pada 6 aspek yang berupa aspek fisik motorik, emosi, sosial, seni, moral, kognitif dan bahasa. Salah satu cara untuk merealisasikan hal tersebut adalah dengan membatik. Terdapat bermacam-macam Teknik cara membatik, menurut tim pengabdi batik jumputan adalah yang paling tepat digunakan. Seni membatik jumputan dapat meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kemampuan motorik halus anak. Langkah yang dilakukan dengan praktik secara langsung membuat batik jumputan. Secara umum tim pengabdi memberikan teori guna menambah wawasan dan ilmu pengetahuan tentang seni membatik terutama teknik batik jumputan serta beragam motif batik jumputan yang dapat dibentuk. Langkah selanjutnya tim membagi peserta ke dalam kelompok-kelompok kecil, setiap kelompok 5 orang guru dan didampingi oleh 1 orang tim pengabdi. Praktik secara mandiri dilakukan, kemudian tim pengabdi meminta setiap kelompok untuk mempresentasikan hasil karyanya serta menjelaskan Teknik menjumputnya sehingga terbentuk motif tersebut. Kegiatan akhir berupa evaluasi. Secara umum kegiatan pengabdian ini berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan harapan tim pengabdi.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was carried out on the basis of the awareness of the devotees who were moved by their enthusiasm for the people of the Rapah Ombo hamlet. This activity is a unique activity that has never existed in the village so that residents and children are very enthusiastic about participating in this activity. This activity was carried out in the hamlet of Rapah Ombo which is a partner in this service activity, which is one of the hamlets left behind in Jombang Regency because of the difficulty of road access to Dusun Rapah Ombo. This activity is carried out through the Community Learning method or learning community known as the People's School with a Super Camp approach which is a more familiar designation in the ears of the Rapah Ombo community. The results of this study are community service which has been carried out by 60 participants who were divided into 12 groups, each group of 5 people, each group prepared 1 tent, the participants took part in this activity until the end which was closed in the morning with outbound activities and distribution. gifts as an appreciation for their enthusiasm for participating in this activity. This activity is important to continue because it has made the people of the rapah ombo hamlet go viral because it has changed the civilization that initially studied only indoors, now becomes more enthusiastic because they can learn while playing with a tent as a place for them to take shelter.Keywords: People's School, Super Camp, Rapah OmboAbstrak: Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan atas dasar kesadaran dari pengabdi sebagai pemerhati keilmuan yang tergugah semangatnya kepada masyarakat dusun Rapah Ombo kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan unik yang belum pernah ada di desa tersebut sehingga warga dan anak -anak sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan ini. Kegiatan ini di laksanakan di dusun rapah ombo yang merupakan mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini, merupakan salah satu dusun yang tertinggal di Kabupaten Jombang sulitnya akses jalan menuju Dusun Rapah Ombo. Kegiatan ini di lakukan melalui metode learning Community atau masyarakat belajar yag di kenal dengan sebutan Sekolah Rakyat dengan pendekatan Super camp yang merupakan sebutan yang lebih femilier di telinga ,masyarakat rapah ombo. Adapun hasil dari Pengabdian ini adalah Pengabdian masyarakat yang telah di lakukan 60 peserta yang di bagi menjadi 12 kelompok setiap kelompok ada 5 orang yang setiap kelompok di siapkan 1 tenda, para peserta mengikuti kegiatan ini hingga selesai yang pagi nya di tutup dengan kegiatan outbond dan pembagian hadiah sebagai apresiasi atas semangat mereka mengikuti kegiatan ini. Kegiatan ini penting untuk terus diadakan karena menjadikan masyarakat dusun rapah ombo menjadi viral karena mengubah peradaban yang awalnya belajar hanya dalam ruangan sekarang menjadi lebih semangat karena bisa belajar sambil bermain dengan tenda sebagai tempat mereka berteduh.Kata kunci: Sekolah Rakyat, Super Camp, Rapah Ombo

Abstract

This article discusses the improvement of digital literacy among elementary school teachers in Indonesia and Malaysia through a Scratch programming workshop. The training program aimed to enhance teachers' abilities to create interactive learning media while addressing challenges in integrating technology into the classroom. Qualitative data were collected through in-depth interviews with three participants, highlighting their experiences, challenges, and the impacts of the training. The findings reveal that the training significantly improved teachers' digital literacy and confidence in using Scratch. However, some challenges, such as understanding coding logic, were noted. This training also positively impacted student engagement through interactive and creative learning tools. The study emphasizes the need for ongoing support, broader training coverage, and collaboration to sustain the benefits of such programs in transforming education
