Abstract

All activities will result in better outcomes with good practice, similar to business. The motivation behind this business writing study was for an inside and out comprehension of the best practice of MSME financial administration in the current advanced time. To address this problem inquiry, we began writing a data set of worldwide distributions talking about issues from a financial administration point of view in SMEs and all-tech circles. We need to foster a pursuit and study information beginning with coding data for deciphering information in making ends that approach primary responses and understandings. We look for information on this web-based web data set on applications distributed somewhere in the range of 2010 and 2021, where we plan it as a subjective expressive review with a framework information search based on conditions connected with best strategic approaches like financial information for SMEs tasks and seasons of the contest in the computerized time. Along these lines, this information manages auxiliary information from prior or optional information from the proof of studies that have been done already. Accordingly, best practices include single service, prioritizing customers, and prioritizing customer data, courteous billing, using the best application, keep good records.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the financial performance of CV. SAM in Gowa Regency is seen from the liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, activity ratio and profitability ratio. SAM in Gowa Regency with the use of financial ratio analysis. The data used in this study is primary data in the form of financial statement information consisting of Balance Sheet and Income Statements for the last three accounting periods, 2018, 2019 and 2020. The data collection techniques used in documentation research are financial statement data consisting of balance sheets and reports Profit and Loss for the 2018 Period, 2019, and 2020. The data analysis method used in this research is qualitative and quantitative analysis. Calculating financial ratios is then explained in informative sentences. The results show that the financial condition of CV. Gowa Regency SAM during 2018 to 2020 is classified as good. This is due to the ability and good management performance, especially in receivables turnover, the ability to achieve sales turnover targets, foresight to increase the stock of merchandise inventory.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the important components in the role of advancing and developing a company. Without human resources with good quality, the company will find it difficult to run optimally. Therefore, human resources must be managed properly in order to produce a quality performance in achieving company goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze effect of occupational health on employee performance. This research uses explanatory research. The population of this study are all employees of CV Total Listrik Perkasa which consisted of 50 employees. From a population consisting of 50 employees contained in CV Total Listrik Perkasa, this study took all samples from that population. This study uses data analysis of partial test (t). The results show that occupational health has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Motivation is the process of encouraging someone to work harder in order to accomplish a goal. Motivation is critical in an institution if it is to enhance labor production. The aim of this study is to investigate how to motivate staff in the general area of the Gowa Regency Office'S General Area. The author employs a descriptive qualitative approach, in which she explains the findings of observations and direct interviews with those who supply inspiration to employees and employees who get motivation from leaders/superiors. This study was conducted from June to August 2021. The study's findings indicated that the General Section of the Gowa Regent's Office motivated employees through effective communication, involving employees in delivering ideas/opinions, providing remuneration commensurate with responsibility, presents/incentives, security, and work safety. The motivation to view employees' conduct and needs in terms of their degree or rank.
