Abstract

Abstract The title of this study is “Wijawa BUMDesa Strategy Analysis in Business Development Efforts in Warurejo Village ". The aim of the research is to find out the business competitive strategy in order to maintain business existence in the face of the rise of companies around BUMDESA Wijaya. Primary data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with the information in this study. Secondary data was obtained through literature studies, research journals, an overview of BUMDes "WIJAYA" Warurejo Village. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The analytical method used is SWOT analysis, IFE matrix, EFE matrix, and SWOT matrix. The results of the IFE and EFE matrices show that the BUMDesa quadrant position is in Quadrant I. This position shows that the profitability is very high BUMDesa has opportunities and strengths to take advantage of existing association opportunities. The recommended strategy is that human resources must be applied even better. Based on the SWOT analysis and the development of strategies that can be implemented to support the welfare of the people of Warurejo Village. Keyword: Strategic BUMDESA Wijaya, Business Development Efforts

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate how the Legend of Mud Arab Snacks in Malang's purchasing decisions are simultaneously and partially influenced by Product Quality, Service Quality, and Celebrity Endorsements. Purchase Decision is the dependent variable being measured, while Product Quality, Service Quality, and Celebrity Endorsement are the independent variables. Quantitative research using a descriptive methodology is the sort of research used in this study. From the beginning to the formulation of the study design, the quantitative research method's specifications are systematic, planned, and clearly defined. The SPSS program is used to manage data using multiple linear regression analysis. The information used includes both primary and secondary data that were gathered through direct observation, questionnaires, and interviewing methods. Because the sample size for this study is uncertain, we used Ferdinand's formula with the details of 20 indicators x 3 = 60. The analysis of the data revealed that the factors Product Quality, Service Quality, and Celebrity Endorsement simultaneously and partially influenced consumer choices at Jajanan Lumpur Arab Legend of Malang. Keywords : Purchase Decision, Product Quality, Service Quality, and Celebrity Endorsement

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, commitment, and organizational culture on the performance of the management, the population in this study were members of the Malang Student Association (IMADE), as many as 53 administrators with the determination of the sample using the saturated sampling formula so that 53 samples were obtained. The type of research used is aquantitative method with an explanatory approach. The data used are primary datausing a questionnaire technique. The data analysis method used is instrument test:validity test and reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test: multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test: simultaneous test, partial test and coefficient of determination. From the results of simultaneous research The results show that leadership style, commitment and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of the management, from the results partially the leadership style variable has a positive effect on the performance of the management, the variable of organizational commitment does not have a positive effect on the performance of the management, and organizational culture does not have a positive effect on the performance of the management. Keywords: Management Performance, Leadership Style, Commitment and Organizational Culture.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality, Celebrity Endorsement, and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions (Case Study on MS Glow users in Malang City). The population in this study were MS Glow users in Malang City. The sampling method used a non-probability sampling technique to determine the sample based on chance by using a questionnaire distributed to obtain 75 respondents, using SPSS. The results of this study partially conclude that the variables Quality Product, Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Image have a significant influence on purchasing decisions and simultaneously conclude that there is a significant influence between the variables Product Quality, Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Image on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Quality Product, Celebrity Endorsement, and Brand Image on Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

Abstract Procedures for granting credit and credit monitoring are a thing which is closely related to reducing the occurrence of problem loans in a company. Therefore this study aims to determine the procedure and supervision of lending and strategies to maintain liquidity at “Rasa Mandiri” Cooperative.This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Done by conduct interviews with parties directly related to the Cooperative and analyze financial reports using liquidity ratios namely Cash ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Loan to Asset Ratio (LAR) and Net Performing Loans (NPL).The results of this study indicate that procedures and supervision credit granting implemented by the Rasa Mandiri Cooperative can be said pretty good. The results of this study also indicate that the level of liquidity has not fully optimal, this is shown in the LDR ratio which decreases as a result distribution of credit is so large and the level of bad credit. This was due to the Covid 19 pandemic that hit the world at that time. But if seen of the NPL ratio which continues to decrease indicates that the procedure and supervision that is implemented properly and by the provisions of the can minimize the occurrence of errors when distributing credit.  Keywords: Procedures for Granting Credit, Supervision of Credit, and Liquidity

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of financial performance explained through Economic Value Added, Market Value Added, and Cash Value Added variables on Stock Return. This research falls under Explanatory Research, employing a quantitative method. The population of this study consists of all companies in the Transportation and Logistics sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2019-2022. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with 15 companies, resulting in 60 observations for the study. However, during the normality test, there were 8 observations that had significantly different values from the other observations (outliers). Therefore, this study uses 52 observations. The data used in this research is secondary data accessed through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 29.0, with the aim of testing the influence of Economic Value Added (X1), Market Value Added (X2), and Cash Value Added (X3) on Stock Return (Y). The results of this study indicate that Economic Value Added, Market Value Added, and Cash Value Added have positive and significant effects on Stock Return. Keywords : Economic Value Added, Market Value Added, Cash Value Added, Stock Return.

Abstract

Abstract In the current era of globalization, the internet is a very important need for everyone. In the era of rapidly developing information technology development, e-commerce has become part of business dynamics, the difference between e-commerce and social commerce lies in business goals, relationships between consumers, and interaction systems. At present there are many social commerce that are used by people in Indonesia, one of which is the TikTok Shop. TikTok and TikTok Shop are combined into one application, in which TikTok Shop is a business platform published by TikTok to make it easy for users who want to buy or sell a product. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Viral marketing, Online customer reviews, Online customer ratings and ease of use simultaneously on purchasing decisions at social commerce TikTok Shop. The population in the study were active students at the Islamic University of Malang who had purchased at the TikTok Shop. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 95 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The results showed that partially viral marking, online customer reviews and ease of use had a significant effect on purchasing decisions while online customer ratings did not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Jl. Major General Haryono No. 193 Lowokwaru District, Malang City, East Java 65144. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions. The independent variables used are product quality, price and promotion, the dependent variable is the purchase decision, while the variable. The sample used in this study were 105 respondents who were Mixue Ice Cream consumers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that product quality, price and promotion have a direct effect on the purchasing decision of mixue ice cream. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Promotion and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness, advertising attractiveness, perceived quality, and knowledge of halal products on purchasing decisions of Geprek Kak Rose (a case study on Geprek Kak Rose consumers). This study used a quantitative research type. The sampling technique used the Malhotra formula and the results obtained were 85 respondents. The data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis methods used in this study are Instrument Test (validity test and reliability test), Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test (f test), and t test). Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R2) and Process analysis using SPSS 21. The results of the study stated that the variable brand awareness and perceived quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions while the attractiveness of advertisements and knowledge of halal products had no significant effect on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Brand Awareness,Advertising Attractiveness,Perceived Quality Knowledge Halal Products

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang dialami Indonesia sejak bulan Maret 2020, diperkirakan sebagai salah satu sumber dampak langsung ataupun tidak langsung terhadap meningkatnya pengangguran terbuka. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kerja dan mengurangi pengangguran yaitu pada sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang memegang peranan penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Beberapa masalah yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM pada Desa Jabung adalah permodalan, manajemen keuangan, produksi dan pemasaran. Masalah permodalan merupakan salah satu masalah utama yang dihadapi Pelaku UMKM pada Desa Jabung. Hal ini dikarenakan latar belakang pendidikan dan kurangnya informasi yang mereka terima. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka penting untuk dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk sosialisasi materi maupun pendampingan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode PAR (Participatory Action Research), dengan Paradigma PAR adalah proses dimana komunitas-komunitas berusaha mempelajari masalah secara ilmiah dalam rangka memandu, memperbaiki, dan mengevaluasi keputusan dan aksi mereka. Program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2023. Hasil yang didapat dari pengabdian ini adalah peserta sudah dapat memulai merapikan kondisi UMKM mereka dari sudut ekonomi. Dengan materi yang sudah disampaikan serta pendampingan, para peserta dapat melanjutkan usaha mereka dengan lebih baik lagi dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kerja pada sektor UMKM.The COVID-19 pandemic experienced by Indonesia since March 2020 is estimated to be one of the sources of direct or indirect impact on the increase in open unemployment. One of the efforts to improve the quality of labor and reduce unemployment is in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector, which plays an important role in the Indonesian economy. Some of the problems faced by MSME actors in Jabung Village are capital, financial management, production, and marketing. Capital problem is one of the main problems MSME actors face in Jabung Village. This is due to their educational background and the lack of information they receive. Based on this background, carrying out community service activities through material socialization and mentoring is important. The method used in this activity is the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method with the PAR Paradigm. In this process, communities try to study problems scientifically to guide, improve, and evaluate their decisions and actions. This service program is carried out in March 2023. The results obtained from this service are that participants have been able to start tidying up the conditions of their MSMEs from an economic point of view. With the material delivered and assistance, Participants can continue their business and improve the MSME sector's workforce quality.
