Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze, describe and determine the effect of variety seeking, brand image, product quality on purchasing decisions (a case study on skincare product consumers Ms Glow Sumbawa). This type of research uses purposive sampling using a quantitative approach and data collection techniques used in this study are primery as the analysis technique. In this study the sample used is 85 respondents who will be the object of research. The method used is by using the test of validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that variety seeking has no significant effect on purchasing decisions on MS Glow skincare products, while brand image and product quality show that brand image and product quality have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions on MS Glow skincare products.Keywords : variety seeking, brand image, product quality, purchasing decisions

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine whether work ethics, work professionalism, and work discipline partially and simultaneously affect employee performance at the Lowokwaru District Office, Malang City. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with a total sample of 34 employees. The type of research used is explanatory research. The data analysis method in this study used descriptive and  inferential statistical analysis using the SPSS program. The results showed that simultaneously the independent variables had a significant effect on the dependent variable. Based on the partial test results, the variables of work ethics, work professionalism and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Lowokwaru District Office, Malang City. The contribution of this research can be an evaluation of employee performance on factors of work ethics, work professionalism, and work discipline as a reference for employee performance and provide input to the government regarding the improvement of ASN at the Lowokwaru District Office, Malang City. Keywords: Work Ethics, Work Professionalism, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe trust, security and convenience and customer satisfaction and to determine the effect of trust, security and convenience on customer satisfaction simultaneously or partially. This study uses quantitative methods. This type of research is explanatory research.The population of this study were students of FEB Islamic University of Malang using snowball sampling as many as 85 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study was multiple regression analysis with SPSS 20 for windows.The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of trust on customer satisfaction at J&T Express. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of security on customer satisfaction at J&T Express. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of convenience on customer satisfaction at J&T Express. Keywords: Trust, Security, Ease and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT            E-commerce provides great business opportunities such as product sales and online service provision and revenue growth for companies such as retailers primarily because of their easy and interactive nature, lower costs. This study aims to examine the extent of the influence of service quality, promotion, trust in Shopee users' repurchase interest. The population used in this study is S1 Students of Islamic University of Malang who are still active. After collecting data, the questionnaire will be tested for validity and reliability of the questionnaire first, then the quantitative descriptive data analysis is performed. From the results of this study the following results were obtained: (1) simultaneously service quality, promotion, and trust had a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest. (2) partially, service quality influences repurchase intention. (3) partially promotion influences repurchase intention (4) partially trust influences repurchase intention. Among the three variables that affect the repurchase interest of Shopee users of Malang Islamic University students, namely service quality, promotion and trust, there is the most dominant variable influencing repurchase interest, namely the promotion variable.Keywords: Service Quality, Promotion and Trust

Abstract

Abstract Pos Ketan Legenda 1967 Sudimoro is a branch of Pos Ketan Legenda based in Batu Tourism City, East Java which serves special food. The main food they sell is glutinous rice sprinkled with misis, cheese, soy powder, and others. This research aims to find out what marketing strategies they are doing in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic to maintain the family business they have been running since 1967. Because currently almost all business lines have suffered losses due to the Covid-19 pandemic.Using a sample of Pos Ketan Legenda 1967 Sudimoro and the research period in 2021-2022, the results showed that there is a strategy that can be done by the 1967 Sudimoro Legend Ketan Post by utilizing existing strengths and opportunities and minimizing weaknesses and threats. In this study also indicates that family businesses that have been established since 1967 such as Pos Ketan Legenda 1967 Sudimmoro certainly also have weaknesses and will continue to face threats around them. Abstract

AbstractIn the era of globalization, the economic growth of Malang City continues to grow, and various sizes and types of industries have supported the economy of Malang City with all the dynamics that are sustainable, one of which is coffee shop. This research aims to find out the competitive business strategies applied by Aromatic Coffee and Roastery Malang to maintain business existence in the face of the rise of coffee shops in Malang City.In this study, primary data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews to informants in this study, namely Owners, Employees and Customers. While secondary data is obtained through literature studies, research journals, overview of Aromatic Coffee and Roastery Malang. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The analytical methods used are SWOT Analysis, IFE matrix, EFE matrix, and SWOT Matrix.The results of the IFE and EFE matrix show the position of the company quadrant is in Quadrant I. This position shows that profitability is very high, the company has the opportunity and strength to take advantage of existing association opportunities. The recommended strategy is Progressive which means the organization is in ideal and consistent circumstances, and is very likely to continue development, growth, and maximum progress. Keywords: Competing Strategies, SWOT Analysis, Coffee Shop

Abstract

SOCIALIZATION OF PURNA PEKERJA MIGRAN INDONESIA (PMI) IN IMPROVING THE COMMUNITY ECONOMY. Data from the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) shows that the number of unemployed in Indonesia is increasing due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The program for placing workers abroad is one alternative to reduce unemployment in the country. However, the role of Purna PMI's efforts on community economic development in Malang Regency has not been widely studied. With this service, it is hoped that it will be known how mu ch the efforts of Purna PMI have played a role in expanding job opportunities, empowering the community's economy. The method used in this research is the Community Based Interactive Approach Method (CBIA). The socialization was carried out by providing material on the community's economy from the perspective of Management, Employment, Organization and Banking. The program was chosen because it is considered important and is expected to provide education to Retired PMI. With the implementation of the socialization program regarding the improvement of the community's economy, all parties benefit, especially for the Retired PMI Malang Regency. Overall, the implementation of the socialization can be said to be successful because the participants were able to master it, as evidenced by the distribution of questionnaires to the participants and the comparison of the percentage before and after the socialization that was obtained with the figure before socialization was 21% and after socialization was 84%.

Abstract

Abstract This study pursuits to decide the analysis impact of brand image, brand trust, brand ambassador on the purchase intention of platform digital shopee (a case take in  Economics and Business students, Islamic University of Malang). The method used in quantitativ data types. The technique utilized in descriptive studies evaluation with quantitative records. The pattern in this examine found 75 respondents. With the method used on this look at purposive sampling. The impact confirmed that Brand image, Brand trust, and Brand ambassador have a significant  impact on  purchase intention. Brand image have a significant impact on Purchase intention. Brand trust have a significant impact on Purchase intention. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of association, fashion trends, and financial literacy on consumptive lifestyles. This research method uses quantitative methods. With the data collection technique by distributing questionnaires to students of the 2019 class of the Faculty of Economics and Business UNISMA. The results of this study used SPSS. The results of this study indicate that: social influence has a positive effect on consumptive lifestyles. fashion trends have a positive effect on consumptive lifestyles financial literacy has a positive effect on consumptive lifestyles. The significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05, meaning that the variables of social influence, fashion trends, and financial literacy simultaneously influence consumptive lifestyles. Keywords: Influence of Association, Fashion Trend, Financial Literacy, Consumptive Lifestyle.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the relationship between price, product, promotion and location in purchasing decisions at De Villa Buring. This study uses primary and secondary data collection methods, primary data collection methods in the form of questionnaires by distributing questionnaires to the Buyers of De Villa Buring Plots of Land located in Kedungkandang, Malang City.Determining the number of samples in this study used non-probability sampling using a Likert scale and the results obtained were 90 respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using Instrument Test, Normality tests, multiple linear regression tests, and certainty tests. The result of the joint test (F-test) is Variable prices, products, promotions, and location all have a significant positive impact on purchasing decisions at De Villa Buring. In addition, partial test (t-test) results indicate that the price and advertising variables should not partially influence purchase decisions. Product and location variables have a positive and sometimes significant impact on purchasing decisions. This is shown by the judgment test results variations or changes in Purchase decisions can be explained by the variables price, product, promotion, and location. The rest are influenced by other variables not included in the study. We recommend that the De Villa Buring Manager evaluate prices and promotions to further improve them by setting the same prices at each outlet and always updating promotions, especially on Instagram social media. Keywords: Price, Product, Promotion, Location and Purchase Decision
