Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the Organizational Committee, Leadership Styles, and Work Communication on Employee Performance in PT. CV. Angkok Soki. This study uses quantitative research. The data used were primary data obtained using a questionnaire by taking a population sample of 42 respondents.This study used analytical SPSS using tools such as Validity, Reliability, Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multicolority Test, Multiple Regression Test, F Test, and T Test and measured using Likert scale. Where the results of the analysis depend on the scores obtained from the respondents.The results of this study are (1) Organizational Commitment has no significant impact on employee performance (2) Leadership style has an apositive and significant impact on employee performance (3) Work Communication has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Keywords:Organizational Comitment, Leadership Style, Work Communication Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of communication skills, work experience, formal education and work discipline on employee performance. Knowing the effect of communication skills on employee performance. Knowing the effect of work experience on employee performance. Knowing the effect of formal education on employee performance. Knowing the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT Bank Jatim Pasuruan Branch Office.The population in this study were 92 employees of PT Bank Jatim Pasuruan Branch Office. While the sample in this study were 75 employees of PT Bank Jatim Pasuruan Branch Office as respondents. Data analysis methods in this study are validity and reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test consisting of multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test.The results of this study concluded that (1) communication skills has effect on employee performance (2) work experience has effect on employee performance (3) formal education has effect on employee performance (4) work discipline has effect on employee performance and (5) jointly shows that the variables of communication skills, work experience, formal education and work discipline has effect on employees performance of PT Bank Jatim Pasuruan Branch Office. Keywords : communication skills, work experience, formal education, work discipline, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract This examine goals to decide and examine the impact of Islamic management and religious subculture on employee performance thru task pleasure as an intervening at PT. bank Syariah Indonesia Malang vicinity workplace. This studies is informal associative research the usage of a quantitative approach. The pattern of this observe used a saturated pattern, particularly eployees of PT. bank Syariah Indonesia location workplace as many as 80 personnel. gathering facts using a valid and dependable questionnaire. statistics analysis became accomplished the usage of more than one regression linier analysis. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of customer ratings, customer reviews, and ease of use on buying interest in marketplace shopee (a case study in Malang city residents. This research is a quantitative study using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were residents of the city of Malang. The sample calculation in this study used the Malhotra formula which produced 75 respondents. The method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used SPSS 22. Abstract

Abstract :This study looks for the influence of lifestyle and reference groups on the purchase decision of Xiaomi at the Faculty of Economics and Business, UNISMA 2016 class. This research is quantitative in nature which aims to find significant influence partially and simultaneously. The number of respondents used was 75 respondents, all of whom were S1 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UNISMA class 2016. This research method was tested by validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption test used is the normality assumption test, multicollinearity assumption test, and heteroscedasticity assumption test. In addition, multiple linear regression tests are also used, and hypothesis testing, namely the F test, T test, and determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence simultaneously between lifestyle variables and the reference group on purchasing decisions. Partially, there is a significant influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions, and the reference group has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Lifestyle is the most dominant variable in purchasing decisions for Xiaomi at the 2016 Faculty of Economics and Business UNISMA.Keywords: Lifestyle, Reference Group, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and career development on the performance of study teachers at the Wahid Hasyim Al-Islamic Park Foundation, Malang. The type of research used is quantitative research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 40 respondents and data processing using the SPSS computer program. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination analysis. The variables used in this study are teacher performance variables (dependent variable), while the independent variables are work motivation, work discipline and career development.The results of the analysis show that work motivation, work discipline and career development simultaneously have an effect on teacher performance, partially work motivation and career development have no effect, but work discipline has an influence on teacher performance at the Wahid Hasyim Al-Islamic Garden Foundation Malang. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Career Development on Teacher Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and describe the effect of self-actualization, rewards and incentives and employee performance and to determine the effect of self-actualization, rewards and incentives on employee performance simultaneously or partially. This study uses quantitative methods. This type of research is explanatory research.The population of this study were employees of the Jabung Agro Niaga Cooperative Sapronak Unit using snowball sampling as many as 45 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire.The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is no positive and significant effect of self-actualization on employee performance at the Jabung Agro Niaga Cooperative. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of reward on employee performance at the Jabung Agro Niaga Cooperative. Abstract

    AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the variables of the Covid-19 Disaster and Social Distancing on Changes in Consumer Behavior in consumers of the rambak cracker industry in Mojokerto simultaneously and partially. This research uses explanatory research with descriptive and quantitative approaches. The population in this study were consumers of the Cow Jaya rambak cracker industry located in Hamlet Kauman, Bangsal Village Rt 06/15 Bangsal District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java. The sampling technique used was Non Probability Sampling which was assisted by the Slovin formula, so a sample of  52 respondents was obtained. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS 16.0 software. The survey method used was a questionnaire. The results showed that the Covid-19 Disaster and Social Restrictions simultaneously had a significant effect on changes in consumer behavior. And the Covid-19 Disaster variable partially has no significant effect on changes in consumer behavior. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the marketing strategy in maintaining business at the Ibin Menganto Flower Shop during the COVID-19 pandemic using a marketing mix strategy that can be applied to business actors. This study uses a qualitative method, namely a case study that produces descriptive data set out in words. Sources of data in this study using data collection techniques in this study the authors made a direct visit to the Ibin Menganto Flower Shop to conduct personal interviews with the owner, Mr. Sudarmono. Equipped with sales data for the past few years. The researcher concludes that there are several discussions, namely Strategy, Constraints and Solutions. The strategy applied to the Ibin Menganto Flower Shop is the Marketing Mix (Product, Promotion, Price, and Place). Product strategy in the form of innovation of bougainvillea cuttings, skull cuttings, and rose cuttings. The Price Strategy is that every purchase of a bouquet gets a bonus mask, and the Place Strategy a comfortable and cool atmosphere because it is naturally planted with many trees. Promotion strategies are in the form of price discounts, banners, social media, although they cannot be implemented optimally due to the lack of community digital levels. Then, the business solution at the Ibin Menganto Flower Shop in dealing with COVID-19 is to maintain cash flow, product innovation and maximize social media Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Marketing Mix, Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determined "The Influence of Workload, Work Discipline and Quality of Work on Employee Performance at the Injury Hospital Sidoarjo Clinic, Sidoarjo Regency". This type of research was a survey research that began in August 2021 with a population of all employees at the Sidoarjo Luka Home Clinic, both medical and non-medical employees. The sampling technique was in the form of total sampling, namely by taking the entire population for research, totaling 33 employees consisting of 20 medical employees (nurses) and 13 non-medical employees. The data analysis technique in this study wass a multiple linear regression analysis technique using SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solution) software and classical assumption testing. The research data was sourced from primary data and the data collection process used interviews and questionnaires. There are 3 types of questionnaires used, namely: (1) workload instruments with indicators of physical tasks, mental tasks and work organization; (2) work discipline instruments with indicators of obeying time rules, obeying company regulations and obeying behavioral regulations; (3) work quality instruments with reliability indicators in carrying out tasks, giving procedures, and responsibilities. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: Based on the results of the study, it can be obtained that the variables of Workload (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Work Quality (X3) affect the Employee Performance variable (Y) at the Sidoarjo Injury Home Clinic, with a significant value of each with value of 0.041 < 0.05, 0.013 < 0.05, and 0.026 < 0.0505 with a regression model of Y= 2.776 - 0.414X1 + 0.330X2 + 0.203X3. Simultaneously it can also be said to have an effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. The calculation of the determinant coefficient also produces a value of 0.751 or 75.1%, which means that this research model is declared good because the value of the determinant coefficient is close to 100%. Keywords: Workload, Work Discipline, Quality of Work, Performance, Luka Home Clinic
