Abstract

This community service program (PKM) aims to recognize and increase understanding of the knowledge of owners and employees regarding the evaluation of soft skills training in improving performance using interpersonal skills at Cafana Coffee. The evolution of people's lifestyles and the diversity of consumer needs for something, raises creativity and willingness to provide and fulfill the needs of the coffee-making community that makes it easy for consumers to find a place to relax in the form of a coffee shop. The current economic growth can be seen from consumer interest in coffee shops, which has led to the development of this form of coffee business in an area of their coffee.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of work motivation, and performance development in realizing the best organizational culture at the UMKM coffee shop discussion house alco, Jl Durian. Tarung, Kec. Kuranji, Padang city, West Sumatra. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that rewards and work ethics have a significant effect on employee motivation. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of the reward system on employee motivation. This can be seen where employees who are given appreciation or rewards show better performance than employees who are not given rewards. So it can be concluded that the reward system for employees has a positive effect on employee motivation to achieve organizational culture.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to identify and increase the owner's understanding and knowledge of how to train employees to support a competitive advantage in the competition in order to increase business income and can recommend the right mix of strategies or compositions. In this Community Service, there are 4 stages for the method that has been passed which consists of preparation, screening, implementation of activities and evaluation. The results of this PKM show that socialization to workers can increase competitiveness in the tempe and toge business (Blessing), and motivate employees to increase production quality. It is also hoped that this PKM activity will also have an impact on increasing the insight and understanding of business owners on how to make quality performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence Information Technology and the Work Environment have on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction in Padang City Trade Office Employees. The sample used was a saturated sample, because the entire population was sampled, namely 94 respondents. The data collection technique is through a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been tested. Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to test the hypothesis in this research using SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this research show that there is a negative and insignificant influence of Information Technology on Job Satisfaction, a positive and significant influence of the Work Environment on Job Satisfaction, a negative and insignificant influence of Information Technology on Employee Performance, a negative and insignificant influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance, a positive influence and significant Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, negative and insignificant influence of Information Technology on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction, positive and significant influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi pemilik UMKM terkait diskon dalam mencapai kepuasan konsumen pada UMKM abyan kosmetik dan aksesoris. Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) adalah kegiatan pada usaha yang dilakukan untuk memperluas lapangan kerja, serta menyediakan pelayanan ekonomi yang luas kepada masyarakat, berperan dalam proses pemerataan dan peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat,serta meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, Peran penting UMKM dapat mendorong Kota Padang untuk terus berupaya meningkatkan daya saing pada UMKM dalam menghadapi interaksi Masyarakat. Strategi penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui edukasi pada diskon dan minat masyarakat terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada UMKM Abyan Kosmetik dan Aksesoris. Penyususnan artikel ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara kepada pemilik UMKM Abyan Kosmetik dan Aksesoris yang menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Abyan dapat meningkatkan daya saing.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan mengembangkan agenda kegiatan budaya dan religi lokal dalam pariwisata halal di Taplau Pantai Padang melalui pendekatan perspektif partisipatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui pertanyaan dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat lokal serta pelaku pariwisata untuk memahami perspektif partisipatif dan kebutuhan mereka. Evaluasi mencakup jenis kegiatan budaya dan religi yang bisa diintegrasikan, partisipasi masyarakat, serta dampaknya terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Hasilnya diharapkan memberikan wawasan bagi pengelola pariwisata dan pemerintah daerah dalam merancang program yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Dengan memahami kebutuhan masyarakat dan wisatawan, pengembangan pariwisata halal di Taplau Pantai Padang dapat mendukung pelestarian budaya lokal dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat, menciptakan sinergi antara pariwisata dan budaya lokal, serta memberikan pengalaman yang kaya bagi wisatawan dan memberdayakan komunitas lokal.

Abstract

This study is targeted to test the impact of implementing employee management information systems & job satisfaction on employee performance with work discipline becoming Intervening using secondary data found by distributing questionnaires to 50 permanent workers used as respondents at the Kerinci Hydropower Plant. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis media using Partial Least Square (PLS). The assessment results show that (1) the employee management information system does not have a significant impact (0.674< 0.05) on work discipline. (2) Job satisfaction has a significant & positive impact (0.000 < 0.05) on work discipline. (3) Employee management information system has a significant & positive impact (0.042 > 0.05) on employee performance. (4) Job satisfaction has a significant & positive impact (0.000 < 0.05) on employee performance. (5) work discipline has a significant & positive impact (0.000 < 0.05) on employee performance. (6) Employee management information systems have no significant impact (0.668 < 0.05) on employee performance through work discipline. (7) Job satisfaction has a significant & positive impact (0.000 < 0.05) on employee performance through work discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence work ethic and work discipline have on teacher performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at SMK Negeri 3 Pariaman. Methods of data analysis using a questionnaire, with a sample of 62 respondents. The data analysis method used is SEM. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a negative and insignificant influence between work ethic and work motivation. There is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline on Work Motivation. There is a positive and insignificant influence between work ethic and teacher performance. There is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline on Teacher Performance. There is a positive and insignificant influence between Work Motivation on Teacher Performance. Work Motivation does not mediate Work Ethics on Teacher Performance. Work Motivation does not mediate Work Discipline on Teacher Performance. The contribution of the work ethic and work discipline variables to teacher performance with work motivation as an intervening variable has an effect of 62.0% while the remaining 38.0% is influenced by other variables outside this study. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that the SMK Negeri 3 Pariaman can improve teacher performance by increasing the work ethic, work discipline and work motivation through each indicator.

Abstract

Tujuan riset ini ialah untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui tingkat kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pudong. Populasi yang diteliti berjumlah 123 pekerja. Sampel sebanyak 95 karyawan dipilih menggunakan Sloane sampling dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode struktural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kinerja pegawai dan promosi melalui etos kerja berada pada tingkat yang baik. Penilaian positif menunjukkan bahwa (1) semangat kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Padang yang efisien dan efektif, (2) promosi kerja yang efektif berdampak positif dan bermanfaat terhadap semangat kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Padang. ) tidak berpengaruh terhadap pegawai yang bekerja di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Padang, (5) etos kerja diterima dengan baik dan bermanfaat bagi pegawai yang bekerja di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Padang, (6) Kerja yang efisien dan efektif bagi pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pudong, dan (7) memajukan kerja yang efektif dan bermanfaat bagi para pegawai yang bekerja melalui kepuasan kerja Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pudong.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of locus of control and organizational culture toward employee performancewith organizational commitment as an intervening variable.The use of organizational commitment as a predictor in evaluating employee performances makes this research different from all other research. The source of data from this study was obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires with sample size target is 141 employees. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a direct relationship between locus of control and organizational culture toward organizational commitment and employee performance.Also, there is an indirect effect between locus of control and organizational culturetoward employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable.
