Abstract

Tahun 2010 UU Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik (UU KIP) mulaiberlaku. UU tersebut merupakan penjabaran hak warga masyarakat untuk memeroleh informasisebagaimana diamanatkan UUD 1945. Tiga tahun setelah UU KIP dinyatakan berlaku, PemerintahKota Bogor dihadapkan pada penyelesaian kasus sengketa informasi yang dimediasi oleh KomisiInformasi Provinsi Jawa Barat sebagai akibat ketidak-mampuannya memenuhi permohonaninformasi publik. Pada tahun 2012 telah empat kali Pemerintah Kota Bogor bersengketa dengan LSMSahabat Muslim dan empat kali juga pada tahun 2013. Banyaknya kasus sengketa informasi publikmerupakan salah satu symtoms yang mengindikasikan ketidaksiapan Pemerintah Kota Bogormelaksanakan amanat UU KIP. Ketidaksiapan itu dapat diukur dari aspek ketersediaan informasipublik secara berkala, informasi serta-merta, dan informasi setiap saat di masing-masing dinasPemerintah Kota Bogor, baik melalui media cetak maupun media lainnya. Berdasarkan fakta tersebut,maka menarik diketahui, bagaimana kesiapan Pemerintah Kota Bogor dalam mengimpelementasikanUU KIP. Bagian Hubungan Masyarakat Sekretariat Daerah Kota Bogor merupakan salah satuorganisasi perangkat daerah Kota Bogor yang wajib menjalankan amanat UU KIP dan berperansebagai penggerak implementasi UU KIP di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Bogor. Dengan demikian,kesiapan Bagian Humas dapat mencerminkan kesiapan Pemerintah Kota Bogormengimplementasikan UU KIP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa implementasi UU KIP di Bagian Humas Sekretariat Daerah Kota Bogor telah dilaksanakan dengan kategori kriteria penilaian baik (2,42).

Abstract

Sampah merupakan sisa-sisa pembuangan dari setiap sumber produksi maupun non produksi berupa organik dan anorganik.Volume sampah dari hari ke hari semakin meningkat disebabkan oleh bertambahnya jumlah penduduk, membaiknya roda perekonomian, dan berubahnya perilaku masyarakat dalam berkonsumsi. Oleh karena itu perlu diberikan kompensasi agar pegawai dapat meningkatkatkan kinerjanya. Penelitian dilakukan di Bidang Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kota Bogor yang dilaksanakan sejak bulan Januari-April 2014.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui realisasi pemberian kompensasi, mengetahui peningkatan kinerja pegawai, dan menguji pengaruh pemberian kompensasi terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Populasi sebanyak 184 orang dan sampel sebesar 65 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, angket dan dokumentasi, sedangkan data terdiri data primer dan data sekunder. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini adalah Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa koefisien korelasi -,216 yang artinya hubungan antara TPP dengan tanggungjawab sesuai kemampuan tidak signifikan.Koefisien korelasi -,007 yang artinya hubungan antara TPP dengan pekerjaan yang sesuai ketrampilan tidak signifikan.Selanjutnya untuk menguji perbedaan kiner pegawai digunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjjukan bahwa rata-rata kinerja yang ditunjukan pada ketrampilan menyelesaikan pekerjaan adalah 129,000. Oleh karena nilai thitung>ttabel maka Ho diterima, atau rata-rata ketrampilan yang dimiliki pegawai adalah sama.Rata-rata kinerja yang ditunjukan pada kemampuan menyelesaikan pekerjaan adalah 115,111. Oleh karena nilai thitung>ttabel maka Ho diterima, atau rata-rata kemampuan yang dimiliki pegawai sama.

Abstract

Thisstudy aims to determine the model of policy implementation hometown conversion Hazy SalakMountain National Park in kelestaria environmental improvement and welfare of the community. Locations were taken in two villages namely indigenous villages and rural villages Kesepuhanregular administration Sukagalih village . Using research methods research study participationaction , where the data obtained with the aim of finding problems with new measures to solveproblems , and improve the employment situation . Data were collected from 30 imforman consistof the officers involved in the management and villagers elected GHSNP . Analysis of the datathrough qualitative analysis of the data obtained by the method of workshops , focus groups anddiaries ( log book ) . The results showed that the implementation of policies Conversion ModelKampung Salak Mountain National Park (MKK GHSNP) in improving the forest environmentand the welfare of society has not been effective . The main factor is the cause for differencesin the perception of the cultural values of the two communities on the concept of sample MKK.Keywords: policy implementation , conservation , reforestation , rehabilitation , participatoryobservation.

Abstract

The East Bogor District Government implemented an accelerated stunting handling program to reduce stunting. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the acceleration program for handling stunting in the East Bogor Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires given to respondents. The collected data was analyzed using the Weight Mean Score (WMS) method to calculate the average score of respondents. The research results show that the program accelerates treatment stunting in East Bogor District, Bogor City, which is very good. The dimensions of communication, resources, attitude of implementers, bureaucratic structure, and provision of PMT and MPASI show an average score of 87%, included in the perfect criteria. In the PMT and MPASI dimensions, the average score reached 90%, indicating the program's success in terms of PMT and MPASI. These results show that the East Bogor District Government firmly understands the importance of appointing bureaucrats/program implementers, providing work motivation incentives, and responding well to statutory regulations. This research can be a basis for developing and improving treatment programs that are more effective in the East Bogor District and contribute to efforts to overcome problems in the region.

Abstract

The issue of poverty in Indonesia is in the spotlight, and it is immensely difficult to resolve. the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, through the Ministry of Social Affairs, has several social programs to solve poverty, one of which is the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT). However, in implementing this program there are still several obstacles, one of which is a lack of community outreach. The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy of the BPNT program implementation in Caringin District, Bogor Regency. n which the research data is presented according to actual events and then analyzed descriptively. The data collection techniques used interviews and documentation. According to the study's findings, implementing the Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) program in Caringin District, Bogor Regency, is considered quite well implemented and effective. This assessment is based on effectiveness indicators by the theory put forward by Sutrisno (2016: 125-126). Some factors influence the effectiveness of this program's implementation, specifically the indicators of goal achievement, which can be seen in the Achievement of Goal indicators and the Real Change indicators. The indicators of understanding the program, being on target, and being on time are the factors impeding the effectiveness of this program's implementation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand how the Kampus Mengajar program enhances literacy, numeracy, and technology adaptation in Ciderum Village, Caringin District. The policy implementation theory used in this research is the Implementation Policy theory by George Edward III, which includes four dimensions: Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. The research applies a qualitative descriptive research method, relying on information gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis techniques include data summarization, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that the implementation of the Kampus Mengajar program in literacy, numeracy, and technology adaptation learning can be considered good. The school has implemented literacy, numeracy, and technology adaptation learning and collaborated with teachers and parents in the learning process for each student. Although the implementation at SDN Cikereteg 03 is not yet optimal and maximal, the school continuously strives to ensure that it can be implemented optimally and maximally for all students.

Abstract

Government programs and services have problems identified including protracted delays, requests for rewards, not providing services, incompetence, abuse of authority, discrimination, and partiality. Community service in Telukpinang Village, Ciawi District, Bogor Regency by Fisip Djuanda University aims to improve public services through the utilization of information technology, specifically the Cibolang Village Information System of Teluk Pinang Village (SIKANCIL TENANG). This activity includes observation, preparation, pretest and posttest, as well as training and counseling involving all village employees. The observation results showed that the village had not maximized information technology for public services. The pretest results showed that the participants' knowledge was quite good with an average of 62%, but after the training, the participants' knowledge increased to 88%. The materials presented included the concept of public services, legal basis, service standards, and components of public service standards, as well as the operational use of SIKANCIL TENANG.  This information system is designed to simplify population administration and improve the efficiency of village services. The training results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding, as evidenced by higher posttest results compared to the pretest. The use of SIKANCIL TENANG is expected to provide more efficient, faster, and transparent public services, thereby increasing public trust in the village government. The implementation of this technology also aims to reduce inequality and create a conducive environment for investment as well as equitable services in various aspects, including education and health.

Abstract

The obstacles often faced by people in processing the population documents were long queues and limited quotas provided by DISDUKCAPIL of Bogor Regency. This impacted on a less optimal assessment of the service quality. The application of SILOKA became a prime strategy implemented by DISDUKCAPIL of Bogor Regency in providing population administration services. The main goal of implementing SILOKA was to facilitate people in registering population administration by online. This research aimed to examine the influence of the implementation of SILOKA on optimizing the quality of population administration services in DISDUKCAPIL of Bogor Regency. This research used associative quantitative method, involving 100 respondents as samples. Data were collected by questionnaires, interviews, and observations, and analyzed by Spearman rank correlation. Result of this research indicated coefficient correlation 0,848. It meant that there was a positive and significant correlation between the implementation of SILOKA and the quality of population administration services. The population administration services could be improved by implementing SILOKA in online queue collection procedures. The accomplishment was contributed by the capacity of implementing SILOKA in shortening the waiting times in order to fulfill the goal of the program and increase the people satisfaction on the population administration services by DISDUKCAPIL of Bogor Regency.

Abstract

Companies were starting to fix the impact of the pandemic by carrying out various marketing communication strategies. Instagram was still the choice of marketing communication media after the Covid-19 pandemic. This study examined the marketing communication strategy by IPC Residence on Instagram to strengthen the company's post-pandemic promotions. The study examined respondents' responses to four factors of marketing communication in social media: communication, context, connectedness, and collaboration. The research used quantitative methods with questionnaire data collection tools. Collecting data on 100 respondents and measuring the Weight Mean Score found an average value of 4.49 on the four marketing communication factors in social media. The characteristics of the respondents represented the diversity and representativeness of the characteristics of customers and prospective customers of IPC Residence. The results indicated that IPC Residence has successfully carried out marketing communications through Instagram. These results denoted the company's hope for an excellent recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Pelayanan kepemiluan memiliki peran penting dalam pemilihan umum. Dengan adanya pelayanan kepemiluan, kita dapat mengetahui bagaimana proses pemilihan umum berjalan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seperti apa pelayanan publik dalam pemilihan umum 2024 di Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Bogor. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah observasi yang dilakukan selama sebulan, studi kepustakaan dan sumber internet. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah jenis pelayanan publik dalam pemilihan umum 2024 di KPU Kabupaten Bogor adalah verifikasi administrasi dokumen bakal calon, verifikasi factual bakal calon, dan pembuatan surat keterangan sudah terdaftar sebagai pemilih. Keterkaitan antara prinsip-prinsip pelayanan dan pelayanan administratif dalam konteks pemilu 2024 sangat penting untuk memastikan terlaksananya pemilu yang demokratis dan dapat dipercaya oleh masyarakat. Serta dalam pelaksanaan tahapan menuju pemilihan umum 2024, KPU memiliki peran yang sangat penting. Walaupun, terdapat sedikit permasalahan ketika verifikasi administrasi, KPU Kabupaten Bogor tetap menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik.
