Abstract

Abstract High competition in the milk beverage industry drives firms to adopt innovative marketing strategies, including the use of global brand ambassadors and brand equity enhancement. This study investigates the effects of brand ambassador, brand trust, brand awareness, and brand image on Generation Z’s purchasing decisions toward Ultra Milk X Stray Kids products. A quantitative survey was conducted with 90 respondents selected through snowball sampling, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that all variables simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. However, only brand awareness has a positive and significant partial effect. These findings indicate that brand awareness is the key determinant of purchasing decisions among Generation Z consumers. Keywords: Brand Ambassador, Brand Trust, Brand Awareness, Brand Image, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of teamwork and self-efficacy on teacher performance. In the ever-evolving field of education, the role of teachers is crucial for achieving effective learning outcomes. However, many factors can affect their performance, including teamwork and self-confidence. This research employs a quantitative survey method using questionnaires distributed to several teachers in various schools. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and regression analysis techniques to evaluate the relationship between teamwork, self-efficacy, and teacher performance. The results of the analysis indicate that both independent variables, teamwork and self-efficacy, have a significant impact on teacher performance. However, partially, self-efficacy does not have a positive effect on teacher performance. These findings suggest that teachers who are confident in their abilities and can work effectively in teams tend to achieve better performance in meeting learning objectives and interacting with students. This study provides important insights into the factors influencing teacher performance and its practical implications in the educational context. The results can serve as a guide for developing strategies to enhance teamwork and self-efficacy among teachers, thereby improving the quality of education in schools.

Abstract

Persistent challenges in improving teachers' work productivity motivate this study. This study aims to examine how work discipline and compensation both partially and simultaneously affect teachers' work productivity. A quantitative approach was used in the study, using a survey method. Data was gathered using a structured questionnaire that was tested for validity and reliability in order to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the measurement instruments. Multiple linear regression techniques were used to analyze the data before they were preceded by classical assumption tests, including normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, in order to ensure that the regression model met the requirements. The results indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ work productivity. Likewise, compensation is proven to have a positive and significant influence on productivity. Simultaneously, work discipline and compensation significantly affect teachers’ work productivity, with a relatively strong explanatory power based on the coefficient of determination, indicating that a substantial proportion of variations in teachers’ productivity can be explained by these two variables. These findings emphasize that improving teachers’ work productivity requires not only consistent enforcement of work discipline but also a fair and adequate compensation system. The originality of this study lies in the integrated analysis of work discipline and compensation within the context of public secondary education, supported by comprehensive empirical evidence. This contribution enriches the literature on educational management and provides practical implications for school leaders and policymakers in formulating strategies to enhance teachers’ productivity in a systematic and sustainable manner

Abstract

Abstract This investigation seeks to examine the influence of price perception, product variety, and consumer trust upon purchasing decisions within the context of Al Khaibar Minimarket at Universitas Islam Malang (UNISMA). The study adopts a quantitative research design utilizing a survey technique. Information was gathered via questionnaires administered to 70 individuals who had previously transacted at Al-Khaibar Minimarket UNISMA. The analytical procedure involved multiple linear regression, facilitated by SPSS software. Findings reveal that, individually, price perception and consumer trust exert no significant influence on purchasing decisions. Conversely, product variety demonstrates a significant impact. Nevertheless, when considered together, price perception, product variety, and consumer trust collectively exhibit a significant effect on purchasing decisions. These outcomes suggest that product completeness and variety serve as the primary determinants of consumer purchasing decisions at Al-Khaibar Minimarket UNISMA, whereas price and consumer trust are regarded as standard considerations. Keywords: Price Perception, Product Variety, Consumer Trust, Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

Abstract The recovery of Indonesia’s retail sector after the pandemic has shown a positive trend, driven by increased household consumption and economic activity. Due to the increased competition, businesses must increase customer loyalty as a critical component of their long-term viability.. This study aims to analyze the effect of price, location, and product variety on customer loyalty at Nice So Tlogomas Branch. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 95 respondents who had made at least two purchases. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that partially, price, location, and product variety each have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, with product variety emerging as the most dominant variable. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence customer loyalty, as evidenced by an F-test significance value of 0.000 (less than 0.05). Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) of 0.609 shows that 60.9% of customer loyalty variation  is explained by these variables, while the remaining 39.1% is influenced by other factors not included  in the model. These findings suggest that competitive pricing, strategic and accessible locations, and diverse, relevant product offerings play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term customer loyalty in the retail sector.. Keywords: Customer Loyalty, Price, Location, Product Variety, Modern Retail

Abstract

This study explores how financial literacy and risk perception impact Sharia stock investment decisions among Generation Z students, with Islamic values as a moderator variable. The urgency of this research arises from the relatively slow growth of Sharia investors in Indonesia, which only accounted for 2.6% of total stock market investors in November 2023, even though Generation Z represents the majority of new investors. The quantitative explanatory research design was applied by surveying 130 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, active in the Sharia Investment Gallery. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling with WarpPLS software. The findings revealed that financial literacy and Islamic values significantly influenced Sharia stock investment decisions, while risk perception did not show a significant effect. Moreover, moderation analysis shows that Islamic values do not strengthen the relationship between independent variables and investment decisions but serve as direct determinants. The novelty of this study shows that, in a context with high religious homogeneity, Islamic values operate as internalized standards that shape investment behavior. These insights advance Islamic Behavioral Finance and inform policies on Islamic financial literacy and sustainable capital market development.
