Abstract

Illegal loging adalah suatu tindakan sengaja atau secara sadar yang dilakukan oleh sekelompok orang atau individu dengan merusak kekayaan alam yakni penebangan hutan secara liar. Sepert di salah satu daerah yang terletak di blora tepatnya di desa ngapus kecamatan japah. Menurut warga sekitar kasus tersebut sering terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai apa penyebab, dampak, dan solusi yang dapat dikerahkan untuk kasus illegal loging. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yakni dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi guna mendapatkan data yang valid. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penyebab illegal loging di desa ngapus adalah karena faktor ekonomi dan sosial. Dampak dari kasus teersebut menyebabkan terjadinya beberapa bencana yang tidak diinginkan oleh warga desa ngapus, japah, blora.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji bagaimana Tradisi tersebut mampu merekatkan interaksi antarwarga Kudus. Juga untuk mengajak para pembaca agar terus mempertahankan tradisi kebudayaan dari leluhur. Penelitian ini memiliki latar belakang masalah mengenai keberagaman tradisi yang ada dalam memperingati hari kelahiran Nabinya. Masyarakat Kota kudus Khususnya Desa Klumpit Kecamatan Gebog Kabupaten Kudus dalam memperingati hari kelahiran Nabi melaksanakan sebuah tradisi yakni golok-golok Menthok. Tradisi ini diperingati untuk mengenang Jasa Nabi Muhammad yang membantu orang-orang pada zaman dahulu keluar dari jaman kebodohan. Golok-golok   Menthok   ini   memiliki maksud ketika melaksanakan ibadah hendaknya diresapi kedalam hati dengan keimanan yang tajam. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu dengan metode lapangan, untuk memperoleh data digunakan metode wawancara, observasi terhadap obyek penelitian masyarakat dan tokoh agama Desa Klumpit. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah Tradisi golok-golok menthok ini merupakan tradisi para leluhur untuk mensyukuri atau menghormati kelahiran Nabi Muhammad yang telah membebaskan ummat manusia dari zaman jahiliyyah. Tradisi ini mengajarkan kita untuk hidup bersosial dengan sikap moderasi beragama dan tidak membeda- bedakan orang lain).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the value of what character values are contained in the relief architecture of Sukuh Temple which can be used as a reinforcement of character education in historical learning. This study aims to describe various kinds of character values contained in the reliefs of Sukuh Temple and their relevance as character strengthening in historical learning. To achieve this goal, the author uses qualitative research methods and field studies including data collection using direct observation techniques and supported by literature sources including journals, scientific reports, theses, and related articles as well as data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that Sukuh Temple has architecture with reliefs including Garudeya, Horseshoe, and Sudamala reliefs. These reliefs have historically contained meaning and contain character values. Those character values can be a reinforcement of character to be implemented in learning through history learning. These values include religious character, tolerance, discipline and responsibility, hard work, independence, and self-sacrifice.

Abstract

When carrying out learning activities, a teacher or educator must pay attention to success in conveying the material correctly. As well as making learning activities more fun, interesting and not boring, for this reason a teacher must be able to use good learning models or methods such as relevant learning according to the material and not just one model that is done repeatedly. To improve better learning outcomes, teachers It is necessary to implement an appropriate learning system or model to attract students to be more active during learning. One of the learning models that can be used in social studies learning is the jigsaw learning model such as at SMP 5 Kudus which uses this learning model in delivering material. The aim of the research is to analyze the results of implementing the jigsaw learning model at SMP 5 Kudus grade VII. This research uses a qualitative approach with interview and observation methods. Data analysis was obtained using interviews, field notes and field practice. Based on the research results, it shows that this jigsaw model of learning is very effective and the results are very good when implemented at SMP 5 Kudus school.

Abstract

Jrahi Village has enormous potential to be developed into an advanced rural tourism destination. This is because the village has interesting natural characteristics and unique socio-cultural life. The amount of potential that exists must be encouraged and developed in accordance with the socio-cultural characteristics of the local community. The purpose of this study is to analyse the local potential of Jrahi village and the efforts to develop a sustainable tourism village. This research is a field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. For data collection, researchers used interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that there are various local potentials developed by this tourism village ranging from natural, cultural, religious, craft and culinary tourism. Embung mini jrahi is a superior tourist attraction that attracts tourists both locally and outside the region. The implications of the development of the Pancasila Jrahi Tourism village are able to contribute to increasing the income of local communities involved in tourism activities and being able to increase the village's original income. Local people who initially worked in the agricultural sector are now slowly plunging into the tourism sector. On the other hand, the sustainability of tourism villages is important in the midst of existing challenges, so that the main aspects of tourism village development referring to attractions, accessibility and amenity must be pursued optimally.

Abstract

In the digital era marked by the acceleration of trend Velocity changes, especially through platforms such as TikTok, Generation Z students are required to have high adaptability to face challenges in learning and social life. This study aims to explore the adaptation strategies implemented by Gen Z students in responding to the rapid changes in trends, both in academic contexts and social interactions on campus. With a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through direct and indirect interviews and open questionnaires via Google Form. Informants were selected purposively, namely those who are active in digital learning and campus organizational activities. The results show that students utilize digital media to create educational content such as learning videos, vlogs, and digital campaigns, and are able to manage the content production process efficiently following the latest trends. Socially, they are active in organizing and interacting through digital communities, showing short, fast, and platform-based communication patterns. Campus organizations become a space for developing soft skills and digital networks. In conclusion, Gen Z students are adaptive to the dynamics of digital trends through the use of technology, content creativity, and integration of online-offline activities. They rely on platforms such as YouTube, Google Scholar, and e-learning, and are active in building social networks. However, they also face challenges in the form of digital distractions and existential pressures that are addressed through selective time and information management strategies.

Abstract

Rapid social and cultural developments have brought great attention to gender issues and the role of women in society. Islamic feminism emerged as an approach that combines religious values ​​with the struggle for women's rights. The Gadis Kretek series is an interesting media to analyze because it presents a story that contains learning values ​​that are relevant to Social Sciences (IPS). This study aims to describe Islamic feminism reflected in the Gadis Kretek series and to examine the existence of values ​​in Social Sciences (IPS) learning contained in the Gadis Kretek series. The type of research used is descriptive with text analysis using a feminist approach according to Shulamit Reinharz. The analysis process adopts an interpretive qualitative approach that emphasizes the socio-cultural and historical context as the background of the text. Data collection in this study was through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are (1) a study of Islamic feminism in the Gadis Kretek series, including gender discrimination, gender equality and women's struggles, and (2) the values ​​of social studies learning in the Gadis Kretek series, namely (a) social inequality, (b) history, (c) social change and cultural dynamics, (d) democratic values ​​and human rights, (e) social responsibility and solidarity, (f) gender roles in economic development, and (g) resolution of social conflicts.

Abstract

Local traditions that persist amid changing times reflect deep social meanings embedded in cultural practices. One such tradition is Sewu Sempol, a grave-offering ritual carried out by the people of Hamlet Masin, Kandangmas Village, Kudus, every last Thursday of the month of Ruwah (Sya'ban). This study aims to describe the implementation of the tradition and analyze it using Max Weber’s theory of social action. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, presentation of findings, and drawing conclusions. Data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with community leaders and local residents, as well as visual documentation. Data sources were obtained from active participants in the tradition and relevant literature. The findings show that people carry out this tradition as traditional action, since it is inherited through generations; as goal-oriented action, in hope of safety and blessings; as value-oriented action, because it is considered morally and spiritually noble; and as affective action, driven by emotions of gratitude and reverence for ancestors. These four types of social action form a complex social meaning behind the preservation of the Sewu Sempol tradition within the community.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pendidikan menjadi kebutuhan penting di era globalisasi. Artikel ini membahas penggunaan aplikasi Canva sebagai alat untuk menyusun media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang kreatif, efektif, dan menarik. Canva merupakan platform desain grafis berbasis web yang menyediakan berbagai fitur dan template siap pakai, memudahkan guru dalam menciptakan media pembelajaran interaktif seperti infografis, poster, video, dan presentasi. Dengan aplikasi ini, proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih visual, kolaboratif, dan berpusat pada peserta didik. Selain itu, Canva mendukung pengembangan kreativitas guru dan siswa serta menghemat waktu dalam mendesain media pembelajaran. Artikel ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka untuk mengeksplorasi manfaat dan cara penggunaan Canva dalam pendidikan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Canva mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dengan memotivasi siswa, memfokuskan perhatian mereka, serta membuat konsep materi lebih mudah dipahami.

Abstract

The use of innovation learning media is crucial for enhancing student learning outcomes, especially in social studies subjects. Word Wall, as a digital platform, offers various interactive and engaging learning activities, enabling students to actively participate in the learning process. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of Word Wall in improving student learning outcomes. The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results indicate that the implementation of Word Wall positively contributes to increasing students understanding and engagement while catering to diverse learning styles. However, challenges in its implementation include the digital divide among students.
