Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to develop a legal education strategy based on Legal Design Thinking to enhance Generation Z's understanding of food safety risks in the e-commerce environment. Employing a qualitative descriptive method with a literature and conceptual approach, the research analyzes the application of Legal Design Thinking in legal education related to innovative food products. The novelty of this study lies in the use of Legal Design Thinking as a visual, participatory, and user-centered legal education strategy, an approach that has not been comprehensively explored in previous research. The findings indicate that this approach can transform legal education into a more inclusive and adaptive model tailored to the digital characteristics of Generation Z. By integrating user empathy, legal visualization, and technological innovation into a problem-based design process, Legal Design Thinking simplifies complex regulations into easily understandable information while promoting active engagement of young people as legal subjects. In the context of e-commerce, this approach bridges the legal communication gap and fosters a culture of consumer protection grounded in collaboration and sustainable digital legal literacy. In conclusion, Legal Design Thinking is a strategic innovation that should be adopted by relevant institutions and educational bodies through cross-disciplinary collaboration and the use of digital media.

Abstract

This research addresses persistent challenges in Indonesia’s agribusiness sector, including limited access to information, climate change, market fluctuations, and unequal technological adoption. The study aims to design a public innovation model integrating digital education to foster a sustainable agribusiness ecosystem. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data were obtained through an extensive literature review of scholarly works, policy documents, and reports from international organizations. Thematic analysis and triangulation were applied to identify patterns, challenges, and best practices. The resulting model, Agro-EduHub 5.0, is a community-based hybrid platform linking education, smart farming technology, digital marketing, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. Key features include a hybrid governance model, hyperlocal AI language support, NFT-based incentives, predictive policy dashboards, creative economy villages, agricultural incubators, and CSR-led pilot projects. These innovations address the digital divide, enhance local adaptability, and encourage environmentally friendly practices. The model fosters active participation, cultural relevance, and policy responsiveness, strengthening both resilience and farmer empowerment. It concludes that implementing Agro-EduHub 5.0 through pilot regions and a digital agribusiness consortium will accelerate technology adoption, integrate local wisdom, and promote shared value creation between public and private sectors, ultimately supporting inclusive and sustainable agribusiness transformation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the degree of GDP inequality between Central Java Province's districts and cities. This study's methodology is the Theil Index, which uses secondary data from GDP based on relevant prices for the business sector in 2024 that were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). According to the study's findings, the degree of inequality in Central Java Province is indicated by the Theil Index, which has a value of 0.837, or nearly 1. This value shows that there is an uneven distribution of GDP between regions, with Semarang City having the highest GDP at 208,797 and Magelang City having the lowest at 7,690. Although there are still disparities or inequality between districts or cities due to variations in the GDP distribution process between Central Java regions, this indicates that the amount of disparity in the region is comparatively low. The processing industry sector is the largest contributor to Central Java's GDP, while other services are the least significant contributor.

Abstract

The diversification of the Kampung Lele business through catfish chips products aims to increase the income of farmers and absorb the relatively large fresh catfish sizes, namely 1 kg containing 3, 4, 5 that are not sold. In reality, catfish chips products face obstacles in marketing because there is no team that connects the sale of catfish chips products outside Java and people do not buy catfish chips every day, so it has not been able to increase the income of catfish farmers in Kampung Lele Boyolali. The purpose of this study is to determine the market potential of catfish chips in Kampung Lele Boyolali. The analytical methods used were Return on Investment (ROI) and marketing margin analysis. The ROI analysis showed an efficiency of 79%, and a marketing margin of Rp 12,000 per three catfish chip variants. Therefore, catfish chip production in Kampung Lele Boyolali has the potential to be further developed with a market development strategy that accommodates and is appropriate for the future.

Abstract

Metode analisis dilakukan dengan uji One Way Anova.
