Abstract

Harmonizing the obligations and rights of the state with citizens in Indonesian democracy is important to achieve a harmonious balance between rights and obligations. The obligations and rights of citizens are regulated in the 1945 Constitution and other statutory regulations. In a democracy, citizens have rights and obligations that must be carried out responsibly. Citizens’ obligations include involvement in the democratic process, self-development and service to the country. Citizens’ rights include human rights and the rights guaranteed in the 1945 Constitution. Harmonization of citizens’ obligations and rights can be achieved through character education and citizens’ awareness of their rights and obligations.

Abstract

Metode pengajaran yang inovatif dan kreatif yang mengutamakan pemikiran kritis, keterlibatan siswa, dan partisipasi aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari Model pembelajaran ini adalah untuk membantu siswa menjadi pemikir yang lebih otonom, kreatif, dan inventif yang dapat memecahkan masalah, menghasilkan ide-ide baru, dan menggunakan apa yang telah mereka pelajari di dunia nyata. Dengan latar belakang tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan prinsip-prinsip dan jenis-jenis model pembelajaran Inovasi dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam. Jenis Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (Library Reseach) yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan datanya berupa studi literatur, dan analisis datanya menggunkan metode analisis isi (Content Analysis). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa tersedianya model pembelajaran Inovasi yang dapat digunakan untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam akan memberikan inspirasi bagi siswa untuk mempelajari materi. Awalnya, pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam terasa membosankan ketika menggunakan model tradisional yang terbatas di dalam kelas; namun, dengan menggunakan model CTL, pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dapat dilakukan di luar kelas, yang pada akhirnya akan menciptakan lingkungan yang menarik karena siswa diberi keleluasaan untuk mengekspresikan diri mereka. Dalam hal ini, Pendidikan Agama Islam menggunakan berbagai pendekatan pembelajaran yang mutakhir, termasuk Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBL), Kontekstual, Pemecahan Masalah, Pendidikan Agama Islam, dan Pembelajaran Kooperatif.

Abstract

Demokrasi Pancasila, sebagai fondasi sistem politik Indonesia, menghadapi tantangan yang kompleks di era globalisasi saat ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan Tantangan dalam Mewujudkan Demokrasi Pancasila yang Berkualitas di Era Globalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan library research. Data yang diperoleh meliputi artikel jurnal, E-Book, website dan media internet lainnya. Artikel ini mengulas beberapa tantangan utama dalam mewujudkan demokrasi Pancasila yang berkualitas, mulai dari kesenjangan sosial dan ekonomi, polarisasi politik, hingga dampak teknologi informasi. Melalui analisis yang mendalam, artikel ini menyoroti implikasi dari setiap tantangan terhadap stabilitas dan keberlanjutan demokrasi di Indonesia. Selain itu, artikel ini juga menawarkan perspektif tentang cara mengatasi tantangan-tantangan tersebut, termasuk dengan memperkuat partisipasi masyarakat, meningkatkan dialog politik yang inklusif, dan mengatur penggunaan teknologi informasi. Dengan demikian, artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi dalam pemikiran dan tindakan untuk membangun demokrasi Pancasila yang kuat dan relevan di era globalisasi ini. Analisis dalam artikel ini didasarkan pada kajian literatur yang mendalam serta data empiris terkini yang relevan dengan konteks demokrasi di Indonesia. Selain itu, artikel ini juga menawarkan perspektif tentang cara mengatasi tantangan-tantangan tersebut, termasuk dengan memperkuat partisipasi masyarakat, meningkatkan dialog politik yang inklusif, dan mengatur penggunaan teknologi informasi. Dengan demikian, artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi dalam pemikiran dan tindakan untuk membangun demokrasi Pancasila yang kuat dan relevan di era globalisasi ini. Dengan demikian, artikel ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan yang berguna dalam upaya bersama untuk mencapai demokrasi yang berkualitas dan berkelanjutan di era globalisasi ini.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country rich in cultural, ethnic, religious, and linguistic diversity. This diversity is both a potential and a challenge in maintaining the unity of the nation. This article aims to analyze efforts to strengthen national integration amidst the diversity of Indonesia. The method used is a literature study by collecting and analyzing reliable sources related to national integration. The analysis shows that national integration in Indonesia can be strengthened through several approaches, namely: 1) Strengthening the Pancasila ideology as the unifying force of the nation; 2) Prioritizing dialogue and cooperation between different community groups; 3) Realizing social and economic justice; 4) Increasing the role of government institutions and civil society; and 5) Strengthening national identity through education and culture. These efforts are expected to strengthen national integration amidst the diversity of Indonesia.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam metode pembelajaran, aksesibilitas, dan pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21. Transformasi metode pembelajaran mencakup pergeseran dari pendekatan tradisional ke model yang lebih interaktif, personalisasi, dan kolaboratif. Teknologi memungkinkan siswa belajar dengan cara yang sesuai kebutuhan mereka melalui gamifikasi dan analitik data, sehingga meningkatkan keterlibatan dan hasil belajar. Namun, keberhasilan transformasi ini memerlukan kesiapan pendidik melalui pelatihan dan penguasaan teknologi. Aksesibilitas dan kesetaraan menjadi tantangan utama dalam penerapan TIK. Infrastruktur yang terbatas di daerah terpencil dan rendahnya literasi digital menghambat siswa mengakses pembelajaran daring. Selain itu, penting untuk memanfaatkan teknologi assistive guna mendukung siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus. Sementara itu, pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21 seperti berpikir kritis, kreativitas, kolaborasi, dan literasi digital harus diintegrasikan ke dalam kurikulum untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan global. Meskipun teknologi membawa peluang besar, tantangan seperti ketergantungan pada perangkat dan risiko penyalahgunaan informasi harus diatasi dengan pendekatan bijak. Peran pendidik bergeser menjadi fasilitator, yang tidak hanya mengajarkan konten akademis tetapi juga literasi digital dan etika. Dengan dukungan kebijakan komprehensif, kerja sama pemerintah, pendidik, dan masyarakat, TIK dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, menciptakan pembelajaran yang inklusif, dan membangun generasi yang inovatif dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum and the problems experienced by moral belief teachers in implementing the independent curriculum in schools, as well as the factors that influence it, and the efforts of educators in overcoming these problems. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection in the form of participant observation and interviews. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum is going well. There are also various methods and varied learning models used by educators, used with training support for educators. However, there are also obstacles such as limited teaching resources, inadequate training, and resistance to change that still need to be overcome. So there are problems that become obstacles for teachers in schools, namely first the lack of supporting media in learning, second the lack of ability to use technology, third the lack of time allocation for project-based learning. The solution that must be taken by teachers in facing the problems of implementing the independent curriculum is that the efforts applied by teachers in overcoming the problems of implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum are regular meetings with the KKG, PMO assistance, namely regular meeting activities carried out by committees in schools such as principals, educators and supervisors. school. Students continue to make projects at home, take notes, and educators take part in curriculum implementation training.

Abstract

This study discusses the urgency of developing an interactive learning model in improving student achievement and motivation in Islamic religious education subjects, this study is considered important because it is closely related to the progress of Islamic religious education in Indonesia. This study will reveal the importance of developing a learning model in improving student achievement and motivation in Islamic religious education subjects. The approach used in this study is a qualitative research method with a focus on descriptive analysis of various written texts. The qualitative method was chosen because this study emphasizes more on literature and library studies. Researchers read, understand, and analyze written sources that are relevant to the problems being studied. Data were collected through searches from various sources such as theses, dissertations, scientific articles, and e-books accessed through electronic media and the internet. From the results of the study, it can be seen that there are several factors that influence the improvement of student achievement and motivation, including: family factors, teacher factors, student factors, facilities and infrastructure factors. This study is expected to be a reference in improving Islamic religious education in Indonesia.

Abstract

The role of students in enforcing the law in Indonesia has become an increasingly important topic in recent years. This article aims to explore the contribution of students in encouraging compliance with the law, as well as to analyze the impact of their role on the legal system in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews and document analysis to gain an in-depth understanding of the role of students in enforcing the law. This study examines the impact of student activism, legal education, and community involvement in shaping the legal landscape in Indonesia. By analyzing the contributions and challenges faced by students in law enforcement, this article highlights the important role of students in advancing the rule of law and ensuring justice in Indonesian society. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide valuable insight for related parties in understanding the contribution of students in strengthening law enforcement in Indonesia.

This national article will dig deeper into the meaning of national identity, how national identity reflects national identity, and why identity has a crucial role in building national pride and unity. In this article, we will dig deeper into the meaning of national identity as a reflection and identity of the nation. National identity can be seen as a reflection of a nation because it reflects the characteristics of that nation. National identity includes language, customs, arts and culture, history, and beliefs held by society. Abstract Strengthening National Integration Through National Generation and Technology in Citizenship Education Learning National integration has been going on since ancient times until now, with continuity and rapid development. The aim of this research is to find out whether a sense of nationalism still exists in the nation's generation. The method used is data collection from relevant journals with the title "Strengthening National Integration Through National Generation and Technology in Citizenship Education Learning." The research results show that the importance of the spirit of nationalism must be strengthened in the nation's generation. Modern technology can be a medium for increasing national integration through civic education learning.
