Abstract

The purpose of this study  is to know the types of phrases contained in material objects  , namely nadzam Al-Manẓumah An-Nawawiyyah Wa Al-Khasā'is An-Nahḍiyyah and to know the type of mode contained in these objects. In his discussion, researchers borrowed the theory proposed by Abdul Chaer, namely the categorization of phrases into four types, including exocentric, endocentric, coordinative and apositive phrases. In addition, Abdul Chaer also divided the mode into seven types, including indicative (declarative), optative, imperative, interrogative, obligative, desiderative and conditional modes.  The method used is a descriptive qualitative method.  The results of this study describe a number of phrases and modes found in material objects, including: (1) The phrases contained in this material object are 187 with 64 endocentric types, 98 exocentric types, 22 coordinate types and 3 apositive types. (2) The modes contained in this material object are 50 with 42 declarative types, one optative type, six imperative types and one conditional type. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yang antara lain mengetahui jenis frasa yang terdapat dalam objek material yaitu nadzam Al-Manẓumah An-Nawawiyyah Wa Al-Khasā’is An-Nahḍiyyah serta mengetahui jenis modus yang terdapat dalam objek tersebut. Dalam pembahasannya peneliti meminjam teori yang dikemukakan oleh Abdul Chaer yaitu pengkategorian frasa menjadi empat jenis, antara lain frasa eksosentrik, endosentrik, koordinatif dan apositif. Selain itu Abdul Chaer juga membagi modus ke dalam tujuh jenis antara lain modus indikatif (deklaratif), optatif, imperatif, interogatif, obligatif, desideratif dan kondisional. Adapun metode yag digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini memaparkan sejumlah frasa dan modus yang tedapat pada objek material antara lain: (1) Frasa yang terdapat dalam objek material ini berjumlah 187 dengan 64 jenis endosentrik, 98 jenis eksosentrik, 22 jenis koordinatif dan 3 jenis apositif. (2) Modus yang terdapat dalam objek material ini berjumlah 50 dengan 42 jenis deklaratif, satu jenis optatif, enam jenis imperatif dan satu jenis kondisional.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of: (1) transformational leadership on the performance of MSME employees in Padang City (2) transformational leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of MSME employees in Padang City (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior) on MSME employee performance in Padang City ( 4) transformational leadership on employee performance mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior of MSME employees in Padang City (5) the role of the intensity of using social media strengthens/weakens the effect of transformational leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of MSME employees in Padang City. This research is a causal study with a population of 100 employees of micro, small and medium units in the city of Padang in the sub-districts of Padang Utara, Nanggalo, Koto Tangah and Pauh which work in micro, small and medium units of food and handicrafts. The sampling technique was taken using stratified random sampling and purposive sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is SmartPLS 4 software. The results of data processing in this study indicate that: (1) Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on the performance of MSME employees in Padang City (2) Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of MSME employees in Padang City (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant positive effect on the performance of MSME employees in Padang City (4) Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on the performance of MSME employees in Padang City through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (5) Intensity of media utilization social strengthens the relationship between transformational leadership has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

This study analyzes: (1) the influence of entrepreneurial leadership on innovative behavior in MSME Fish Processing Units in West Sumatra (2) the influence of entrepreneurial leadership on Citizen Organizational Behavior in MSME Fish Processing Units in West Sumatra (3) the influence of Community Organizational Behavior on Innovative Behavior in MSME Fish Processing Units in West Sumatra (4) The Influence of Entrepreneurial Leadership on Innovation Behavior Mediated by Organizational Citizen Behavior in MSME Fish Processing Units in West Sumatra. This research is a causal research. The sample of this study were 135 employees of the MSME Fish Processing Unit in West Sumatra who were engaged in the MSME fish processing business. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is the SmartPLS 4 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) entrepreneurial leadership has a significant positive effect on the innovative behavior of SMEs in the West Sumatra Fish Processing Unit (2) entrepreneurial leadership has a significant positive effect on the Behavior of the MSME Organizational Citizens of the Fish Processing Unit in West Sumatra (3) Organizational Citizen Behavior has a significant positive effect on the innovative behavior of MSME Fish Processing Units in West Sumatra (4) Entrepreneurial Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the innovative behavior of MSME Fish Processing Units in West Sumatra through Organizational Citizens Behavior.

Abstract

Jaringan sering kali terjadi gangguan pada jaringan seperti lambat, putus-putus, dan lainnya. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa pengguna yang melakukan aktifitas Download dan Streaming yang berlebihan dan dikarenakan oleh pembagian Bandwidth yang tidak merata. Cara Kerja mikrotik, jadi router mikrotik saat ini banyak digunakan di berbagai instansi maupun perusahaan. Dengan berbagai tujuan para pemilik perusahaan ingin membuat sistem jaringan mereka lebih termanage. Mulai dari limit bandwidth untuk beberapa client, pembatasan kegiatan karyawan yang akan merugikan perusahaan di jam Kerja, dan sebagainya. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian untuk merancang jaringan internet dengan menggunakan perangkat jaringan Mikrotik. Mikrotik Menyediakan sistem Bandwidth management agar kecepatan internet dapat dibagi sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing-masing pengguna untuk mengatasi masalah jaringan internet yang lambat. Digunakan juga program tambahan berupa aplikasi pemantau bandwidth agar dapat dengan mudah memelihara jaringan Mikrotik tersebut. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini juga dapat mengidentifikasi masalah dengan cepat. Dan dapat mengontrol perangkat Mikrotik dari dengan fitur yang sangat lengkap

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) is the key to the failure or success of educational institutions. The three main factors that influence HRM at Poltekpel Sumbar are leadership, employee engagement and work environment. The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between these four factors including leadership, work environment, employee engagement and HRM at Poltekpel Sumbar. This study was conducted at Merchant Marine Polytechnic of West Sumatera. The research participants were all employees with a total of 154 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data collection was carried out by giving questionnaires directly to the participants. The questionnaire data analysis technique was carried out using linear regression. The conclusion of this study indicated that there is a significant influence of leadership on HRM, employee engagement on HRM, employee engagement on the work environment, and leadership on the work environment. Meanwhile, there is no significant influence of the work environment on HRM and leadership on employee engagement. Further research can also examine in more depth other research variables related to HRM in all vocational higher education institution under the Ministry of Transportation, namely in the maritime, land and railway and aviation institution.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the influence of job boredom and happiness at work on CWB among Wali Nagari office employees in Simpang Alahan Mati and Bonjol sub-districts with gender as a moderating variable. The population used was all employees at the Wali Nagari office in the Simpang Alahan Mati and Bonjol sub-districts and the sampling technique used saturated samples. The data used is primary and secondary data with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and processed using SmartPLS. The results of this research are that job boreout has a significant effect on CWBI and CWBO. Happiness at work has a significant effect on CWBI and CWBO. Gender cannot moderate the effect of job boreout on CWBI employees at the Wali Nagari office in Simpati and Bonjol sub-districts. Gender moderates the influence of job boreout on CWBO of Wali Nagari office employees in Simpati and Bonjol sub-districts. Gender cannot moderate the influence of happiness at work on CWBI employees at the Wali Nagari office in Simpati and Bonjol sub-districts. Gender moderates the influence of happiness at work on the CWBO of Wali Nagari office employees in Simpati and Bonjol subdistricts.

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate consumer loyalty towards Blibli among students in Padang City, who were influenced by sales promotions, advertising, and electronic word-of-mouth (E-WOM), with positive emotions as a moderating variable. Type of this researcher is causal research design. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with a total sample 170, determined through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Primary data, collected through questionnaires distributed to students in Padang City who met the criteria of being currently enrolled and having made at least one purchase at Blibli, was utilized in this study. The analytical method used SEM (SmartPLS 4.0). The findings of the study are: 1) Sales promotions do not influence impulse buying at Blibli. 2) Advertising has a significant effect on impulse buying at Blibli. 3) E-WOM positively impacts impulse buying at Blibli. 4) Positive emotions can moderate the effect of sales promotions on impulse buying at Blibli. 5) Positive emotions can moderate the relationship between advertising and impulse buying at Blibli. 6) Positive emotions can moderate the relationship between E-WOM and impulse buying.

Abstract

The research aims to examine how Padang City's surviving cooperative business performance are affected by company volume and total assets. To establish the research variables and determine if the independent factors have an influence on the bound variables. This study took a quantitative approach using descriptive and associative kinds. Panel data is the data type that is used. This study includes data from up to 20 savings and loan and sharia finance cooperatives in Padang City between 2022 and 2023. Business Volume (X1), Total Assets (X2), and Residual Business Results (Y) are the variables in this research. methods for analyzing data, namely inductive and descriptive analysis. One component of inductive analysis is the Chow Test. 2) The Hausman Test 3) Panel Regression Model Analysis, which shows the outcomes of REM selection. Regression analysis of panel data and E-views data processing 12. The study's findings indicate that (1) Padang City's cooperative SHU is significantly impacted by company volume and assets. (2) The SHU of cooperatives in Padang City is highly influenced by both company volume and total assets simultaneously.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi sejauh mana status perkawinan mempengaruhi literasi keuangan karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengambilan sampel selektif dari populasi karyawan, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan alat ukur literasi keuangan yang sudah teruji. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa status perkawinan secara signifikan memengaruhi tingkat literasi keuangan karyawan, bersama dengan faktor usia, pendapatan, dan pendidikan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa status perkawinan memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan literasi keuangan karyawan. Temuan ini dapat menjadi referensi penting bagi penelitian lebih lanjut dalam bidang ini serta bagi pelaku usaha atau organisasi lain yang tertarik dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan karyawan mereka. Abstract

The research aims to evaluate the impact of the marketing mix on the decision to purchase subsidized mortogages (KPR) at PT. Mandiri  Adna Properti, with service quality as a moderating variable. The study is causal in nature and involves customers of PT. Mandiri Adna Properti .  A  simple  random  sampling method was used,  with a total population  of 86 customers. From this population, a sample of 71 customers was selected. The criteria for inclusion were customers who had made a purchase decision at the company. Both primary and secondary data were used. Primary data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to buyers at PT. Mandiri Adna Properti, while secondary data was obtained from reference books and websites. SmartPLS 4.0 software was used to conduct SEM analysis. The  results showed that (1) Product has a significant influence on purchase decisions; (2) Price also has a significant influence on purchase decisions; (3) Location has a significant influence on purchase decisions; (4) Promotion does not influence purchase decisions; (5) Product has a significant impact on purchase decisions when moderated by service quality; (6) Price, when moderated by service quality, has a significant impact on purchase decisions; (7) Location, when moderated by service quality, has a significant impact on purchase decisions; and (8) Promotion, when moderated by service quality, does not significantly influence purchase decisions.
