Abstract

Pemilihan jurusan pendidikan yang sesuai dengan potensi diri sangat penting bagi siswa sekolah menengah atas sebagai dasar penentuan arah karier dan studi lanjut. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem berbasis web untuk merekomendasikan jurusan pendidikan menggunakan algoritma C4.5. Algoritma ini dipilih karena mampu mengklasifikasikan data secara efisien dan menghasilkan pohon keputusan yang mudah dipahami. Data yang digunakan meliputi hasil tes minat, nilai akademik, dan preferensi siswa. Sistem ini dirancang agar siswa dapat mengetahui jurusan yang paling sesuai dengan profil mereka secara cepat dan akurat. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki tingkat akurasi antara 90–95%, serta mampu memberikan rekomendasi secara real-time berbasis data input. Sistem ini dapat membantu pihak sekolah dan siswa dalam proses bimbingan dan konseling secara lebih objektif dan terarah.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi telah meningkatkan kebutuhan akan pengolahan data yang andal, dengan Data mining menjadi kunci dalam analisis penjualan dan distribusi bisnis. PT Cipta Tunggal Elektronik, distributor sistem audio di Indonesia, menghadapi tantangan dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma Apriori, sebuah teknik dalam metode association rules, untuk menganalisis data transaksi penjualan dan mengidentifikasi pola pembelian. Data dikumpulkan dari aplikasi berbasis web selama periode 1 Juli 2023 hingga 30 Juli 2023, dengan total 26 transaksi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan dua kombinasi item dengan nilai confidence tertinggi sebesar 50,00, yaitu kombinasi item MS PMX dengan YG dan MV dengan TR 12-M. Berdasarkan temuan ini, perusahaan dapat memfokuskan strategi pemasarannya pada empat barang dengan nilai kepercayaan tertinggi, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas promosi dan penjualan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan Data mining untuk menganalisis data menggunakan algoritma apriori untuk mengetahui pola pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, financial literacy, and motivation on students' entrepreneurial intentions at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bung Hatta University. By using a data collection method by distributing questionnaires directly. The objects of this research were students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bung Hatta University, with a total sample of 105 people consisting of students majoring in accounting, management and development economics, which were processed with the help of the SE/17 statistical analysis tool. Based on the research results, it is known that the entrepreneurial knowledge variable has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions and the financial literacy variable has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions, while the motivation variable has no effect on the entrepreneurial intentions of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bung Hatta University. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a valid, practical and effective E-Book learning media of E-Flip PDF with Guided Self-Learning on student learning outcomes on matrix material in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Nanga Mahap. The method used is a 4D research method which is limited to Define, Design and Develo. The subjects in this study were 29 students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Nanga Mahap, 3 material and media experts. The instruments used in this research are in the form of material expert validation sheets and media expert validation sheets, teacher response questionnaires, student response questionnaires and posttest questions based on the results of research that have been carried out, the results of the validation of the E-Book learning media are E-Flip PDF with Independent Learning. Supervised has a level of validity of 93.66% with very valid criteria, the level of practicality of learning media is 89.93% with very practical criteria and the effectiveness level of learning media is 82.75% with very effective criteria.

Abstract

This research will try to investigate the effect of the AIDA Consumer Advertising Model on customer loyalty by using SLR (Systematic Literature Review) methodology. The AIDA Model: AIDA stands for Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action, and is used as a framework for marketing strategies. This paper reviews the relevant literature released between 2023 and 2024 and finds patterns, trends, and key outcomes on the use of the AIDA model in terms of customer loyalty. A total of 23 full text articles, which fulfilled all criteria were considered for this review. This was achieved by finding and assessing the literature on digital marketing, consumer behaviour and marketing technology in leading journals. It was noted how the model of the articles that were studied was written and the researcher adopted this part of the theoretical review after an evaluation of research methods used, theory and results of the model and model influence on customer loyalty. Results of Study An analysis of existing literature suggests that the implementation of AIDA Model provided improved customer retention by utilizing-state-of digital tactics. There were the key findings discovered from analyzed articles such as the application of AI technology in enhanced customer centric solutioning, predictive analytics for discerning marketing trends and consumer behaviors, enhanced use of social media and short-form video content to attract customer and prospect interests, the adaptation of an in-app payment service and innovative e-commerce platform for purchase acts, and lastly the ethical consideration in digital marketing for the purpose of building customer trust brand loyal. By leveraging advanced technology and innovative digital marketing strategies, the AIDA Model can be effectively integrated to enhance customer loyalty. This study makes a significant contribution to the digital marketing literature and offers practical insights for marketers aiming to enhance customer loyalty through a systematic and evidence-based approachs.

Abstract

This systematic literature review aims to explore pricing strategies and adaptation in the context of modern marketing management, considering the impact of digital technologies and data analytics. Using the PRISMA methodology, this review identifies approaches, models, and key factors that influence the success of pricing strategies. The results highlight the importance of a value-based pricing approach, considering market dynamics and customer behavior, as well as the opportunities and challenges associated with implementing the latest technologies. This review provides practical insights for managers in designing and implementing effective pricing strategies in the digital era, emphasizing the need for a holistic approach, capability development, and cross-functional collaboration. By integrating insights from multiple research streams, this review offers a comprehensive perspective on the determinants of success of pricing strategies in a changing business landscape.

Abstract

The purpose of this study  is to know the types of phrases contained in material objects  , namely nadzam Al-Manẓumah An-Nawawiyyah Wa Al-Khasā'is An-Nahḍiyyah and to know the type of mode contained in these objects. In his discussion, researchers borrowed the theory proposed by Abdul Chaer, namely the categorization of phrases into four types, including exocentric, endocentric, coordinative and apositive phrases. In addition, Abdul Chaer also divided the mode into seven types, including indicative (declarative), optative, imperative, interrogative, obligative, desiderative and conditional modes.  The method used is a descriptive qualitative method.  The results of this study describe a number of phrases and modes found in material objects, including: (1) The phrases contained in this material object are 187 with 64 endocentric types, 98 exocentric types, 22 coordinate types and 3 apositive types. (2) The modes contained in this material object are 50 with 42 declarative types, one optative type, six imperative types and one conditional type. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yang antara lain mengetahui jenis frasa yang terdapat dalam objek material yaitu nadzam Al-Manẓumah An-Nawawiyyah Wa Al-Khasā’is An-Nahḍiyyah serta mengetahui jenis modus yang terdapat dalam objek tersebut. Dalam pembahasannya peneliti meminjam teori yang dikemukakan oleh Abdul Chaer yaitu pengkategorian frasa menjadi empat jenis, antara lain frasa eksosentrik, endosentrik, koordinatif dan apositif. Selain itu Abdul Chaer juga membagi modus ke dalam tujuh jenis antara lain modus indikatif (deklaratif), optatif, imperatif, interogatif, obligatif, desideratif dan kondisional. Adapun metode yag digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini memaparkan sejumlah frasa dan modus yang tedapat pada objek material antara lain: (1) Frasa yang terdapat dalam objek material ini berjumlah 187 dengan 64 jenis endosentrik, 98 jenis eksosentrik, 22 jenis koordinatif dan 3 jenis apositif. (2) Modus yang terdapat dalam objek material ini berjumlah 50 dengan 42 jenis deklaratif, satu jenis optatif, enam jenis imperatif dan satu jenis kondisional.

Abstract

Teachers of Accounting expertise at SMK Negeri 2 Kota Pariaman are unable to: 1) Design learning oriented to higher-order thinking skills, 2) Design questions with the HOTS category, 3) Designing questions in accordance with the rules of writing questions. The solutions offered are: 1) Training and workshops Designing learning oriented towards higher order thinking skills, 2) Training and workshops Designing questions with the HOTS category, 3) Training and workshops to design questions in accordance with the rules of writing questions. The approach method used is: 1) Using needs- based methods, the community service team entrusts educational evaluation experts to provide training and workshops, 2) Using the method of lecturing, question and answer, discussion, assignment, and demonstration. The results achieved are: 1) Most (60%) teachers of Accounting skills were produced learning designs that were oriented towards higher order thinking skills, 2) The result of the design of questions with the HOTS category by the majority (60%) of the teachers of Accounting expertise, 3) The result of the design of questions in accordance with the rules of writing questions by the majority (60%) of teachers of accounting skills teachers of SMK Negeri 2 Kota Pariaman.

Abstract

Pelatihan Internet of Things (IoT) menjadi bagian penting dalam pengembangan kompetensi siswa jurusan multimedia di SMK Perguruan Buddhi. Era digital menuntut adanya pemahaman mendalam terhadap integrasi teknologi dan IoT menjadi pondasi utama dalam menghadapi tantangan tersebut. Tujuan pelatihan ini untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan kreativitas melalui integrasi IoT. Metode pelatihan mencakup serangkaian persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pelatihan dirancang khusus untuk memahamkan siswa pada konsep-konsep dasar IoT, pengembangan perangkat keras dan aplikasi berbasis IoT, pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 32 peserta, hasil dari pelatihan ini melalui responden peserta dengan mengisi angket kuesioner, dari segi pengenalan coding didapat nilai 100% peserta telah mengenal coding, segi pengenalan IoT didapat nilai 37% mengenal IoT dan 63% belum mengenal IoT, segi pemaparan materi IoT menarik atau jelas 97% dengan jelas dan 3% tidak jelas, segi ketertarikan belajar IoT lebih lanjut 72% dengan ingin melanjutkan dan 28% tidak ingin melanjutkan. Peserta antusias menyelesaikan project - project yang diberikan dalam mengikuti pelatihan, serta mereka mendapatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan baru terkait dengan teknologi IoT dan implementasinya.   Internet of Things (IoT) training improving the competence of multimedia students SMK Perguruan Buddhi   Abstract: Internet of Things (IoT) training is an important part of developing the competence of students majoring in multimedia at SMK Perguruan Buddhi. The digital era requires a deep understanding of technology integration, and IoT is the main foundation for facing these challenges. This training aims to improve technical skills and creativity through IoT integration. The training method includes preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The training was specifically designed to familiarize students with the basic concepts of IoT, hardware development, and IoT-based applications. Thirty-two participants attended this training. The respondents, by filling out a questionnaire in terms of the introduction of coding obtained a value of 100% of participants knew coding, terms introduction to IoT obtained a value of 37% knew IoT and 63% did not know IoT, terms of exposure to IoT material interesting or clear 97% with clear and 3% not clear, terms of interest in learning further IoT 72% with want to continue and 28% do not want to continue. Participants were enthusiastic about completing the projects given in the training, and they gained new knowledge and skills related to IoT technology and its implementation.

Abstract

Abad ke-21, dikenal sebagai era keterbukaan atau globalisasi yang penuh ketidak pastian, di perlukan individu yang protean. Dalam tinjauan literatur review ini, kami meninjau penelitian yang ada untuk mengembangkan kerangka integratif untuk memahami bagaimana pengarahan diri sendiri, orientasi nilai, dan kesuksesan psikologis merupakan hal penting dalam penerapan karir yang protean.penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR)Artikel ini membahas tiga proses protean yang didukung empiris: kesadaran identitas, kemampuan beradaptasi, dan agensi, sambil menambahkan dimensi kesuksesan karir subjektif dan objektif. Asumsinya, elemen orientasi karier protean (PCO) esensial bagi pertumbuhan dan makna manusia. Selain itu, artikel ini merinci manfaat karir protean bagi organisasi.Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan holistik tentang faktor-faktor yang membentuk perilaku proaktif, adaptasi karier, dan kesuksesan karir dalam paradigma karir protean.
