Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu memberikan pelatihan kepada siswa-siswi di SMA Buddhi untuk membuat program sederhana menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python. Pelatihan ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk memperkenalkan pemrograman kepada para siswa-siswi SMA Buddhi sehingga diharapkan dapat memunculkan minat untuk belajar coding/pemrograman lebih lanjut. Pada pelatihan ini para siswa-siswi dapat belajar dan mencoba membuat coding/pemmrograman sendiri. Pelatihan dilakukan sebanyak 2 sesi. Program yang dibuat yaitu program sederhana untuk memahami maksud emosional dari sekumpulan teks dalam suatu kalimat, apakah itu termasuk positif, negatif atau netral, atau disebut juga dengan sentimen analisis, dengan algoritma yang digunakan yaitu Naïve Bayes. Berdasarkan hasil dari kuesioner 97,7% responden menyatakan bahwa materi yang disampaikan itu menarik, 69,8% dari peserta ternyata sudah mengenal atau bahkan sudah pernah belajar coding/pemrograman sebelumnya dan 65,1% peserta tertarik untuk belajar coding/pemrograman lebih lanjut. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar dari para peserta sudah mengenal pemrograman dan juga banyak yang berminat untuk mempelajari pemorgraman lebih lanjut.

Abstract

The main factor supporting the success of an organization is human resources who have work motivation, work discipline, and good performance to form an organizational culture. The purpose of this study is to see the influence and relationship between work motivation, work discipline, employee performance and organizational culture. The approach of this study is quantitative with a comparative method. This study was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate Anambas Island Regency for 4 months. The participants of this study were all 85 employees of the inspectorate office. Data collection used a questionnaire and data analysis techniques used the Independent-sample t-test. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that work motivation has a significant effect on organizational culture, work discipline has a significant effect on organizational culture, employee performance has a significant effect on organizational culture, work motivation has a significant effect on work discipline, work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The limitations of this study lie in the method used, which only uses quantitative methods. Recommendations for further researchers are to be able to study more deeply about this topic by combining quantitative and qualitative methods. Further researchers can also examine the influence or relationship of other aspects in an organization, such as organizational effectiveness, organizational performance, employee competence, reward systems and other factors that influence the success of an organization.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of manipulative behavior and social interaction on organizational culture. Referring to previous literature and research, manipulative behavior can change organizational culture, this is also based on social interaction within the organization. The quantitative method was chosen to provide an analysis related to manipulative behavior and social interaction on organizational culture by involving a sample of 140 people. The results of this study indicate that manipulative behavior carried out ethically can improve teamwork and communication, and strengthen organizational culture. However, balance is very important, because too much manipulation can have a negative impact. These findings are expected to enable managers to develop strategies that balance ethical manipulation and positive work culture.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital age, it is important to understand the impact of digital technology and 21st century skills on employee performance. In this systematic literature review, researchers explored the relationship between digital technology, 21st century skills and employee performance through synthesizing 24 relevant articles indexed by scopus, google scholar and dimension in the period 2019-2024. The review revealed a number of important insights into how digital technology adoption and 21st century skills development impact employee productivity and effectiveness across a range of organizational contexts. The researcher highlights the salient findings, challenges faced, and practical implications of this research. As such, this article makes an important contribution to our understanding of ways to improve employee performance in the changing digital age, and points the way for future research and practice in this area.

Abstract

Empat kompetensi yang wajib dimiliki oleh guru yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi profesional, ternyata kompetensi kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional adalah dua kompetensi yang masih rendah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk membantu guru-guru memperkuat kompetensi akademik dan professional guru sehingga meningkatkan produktifitas akademik yang melibatkan 23 orang peserta yang berasal dari MGMP guru bidang MPLB. Model pemecahan masalah yang ditawarkan adalah dengan melakukan pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran video dengan menggunakan aplikasi Camtasia dan pelatihan menyusun proposal action research dengan menggunakan kolaborasi strategi pembelajaran ekspositri (SPE) dan strategi pembelajaran berbasis masalah (SPBM). Pelaksana kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, latihan terbimbing secara langsung dan secara daring. Setelah dilakukan bimbingan dan pelatihan terlihat adanya peningkatan kompetensi pedagogic dan professional guru terutama dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran dan penulisan proposal PTK

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh customer experience dan online customer reviews terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Tokopedia dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai mediator dan perbedaan gender sebagai moderator pada Mahasiswa Universitas di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kausatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Padang, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Universitas Negeri Semarang, dan Universitas Negeri Makassar yang pernah melakukan pembelian dan melihat review/ulasan pada marketplace Tokopedia. Jumlah sampel ditentukan sebanyak 200 sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Hair dan teknik proporsional random sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah jenis data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Padang, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Universitas Negeri Semarang, dan Universitas Negeri Makassar dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pengalaman Pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, 2) Ulasan pelanggan online berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, 3) Pengalaman pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 4) Ulasan pelanggan online berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 5) Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, 6) Kepuasan pelanggan memediasi hubungan antara pengalaman pelanggan dengan keputusan pembelian. 7) Kepuasan pelanggan memediasi hubungan antara ulasan pelanggan online dengan keputusan pembelian, 8) Ulasan pelanggan online memediasi hubungan pengalaman pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan, 9) Perbedaan gender tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan antara kepuasan pelanggan dengan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Centralized forest management in Indonesia has ultimately resulted in failure in maintaining the sustainability of forest functions (experiencing deforestation) and the balance of the ecosystem within it. It is necessary to formulate policies regarding forest governance and forest management plans and appropriate forest utilization. The research was carried out at the Sengayam Protected Forest Management Unit (KPHL). Based on the determination of the work areas for Community Forests and Village Forests in the Sengayam Protected Forest Management Unit, namely KTH Tampuk Cipta Sejahtera and KTH Batuah in Batuah Village, West Pamukan District, Kotabaru Regency. This research was conducted from March 31 2023 to June 31 2023. The method used in this research was purposive sampling, calculated using questionnaire results, recommended from field interviews, spatial analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of the research are that utilizing the availability of large enough land as a strategic location for the management of the Social Forestry Program in KPHL Sengayam, land use and protection efforts for sengon, areca nut and cocoa plants as well as vegetable and fruit plants will improve the local regional economy as well as NTFPs for kelulut honey, opening access to information for marketing the production of each KTH by utilizing community and government support to disseminate information and access, there needs to be more empowerment for communities around the forest and more involvement in their role so that instant thinking patterns can be changed from looking for land for settlement to more on forest conservation, increasing farmers' interest in managing Hkm and HD by explaining the benefits they can gain from managing Hkm and Village Forests through the Social Forestry Program at KPHL Sengayam.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a group of metabolic disorders characterized by increased blood glucose levels (hyperglycemia) resulting from defects in the insulin system, insulin action, or both. Where it has increased every year and is of course a special concern for patients with diabetes mellitus. Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease that has a negative impact on the physical and psychological sufferers, physical disorders that occur such as polyuria, polydipsia, polyphagia, complaining of fatigue and drowsiness. The city of Jambi with this research design is a quantitative research with a descriptive method with a research population of 10,233 and a sample size of 82 people. The results showed that 56.1% had a good level of knowledge and 44.9% had sufficient knowledge about diabetes mellitus. 51.3% of respondents experienced mild anxiety and 2.4% experienced moderate anxiety. 18.3% of respondents experienced mild stress. 23.1% of respondents experienced mild depression and 1.3% experienced moderate depression. The need to pay attention and look for psychological solutions related to diabetes mellitus.

Abstract

Competition in the world of education is inevitable, not a few educational institutions neglect their customers. The ability of an administrator to understand educational marketing is a prerequisite for the continuity and growth of his institution. This research is a qualitative study with data collection methods of documentation, observation and interviews, with descriptive analysis. The results stated that the implementation of marketing management is the main point of a school institution to promote the school and to get the expected prospective students. The distribution of promotional media tools in this school is done through calendars, brochures, banners, pamphlets, student guardians, online media such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp stories, for schools, cost is not a barrier to seeking knowledge, all circles can enter and no one objects.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of organizational leadership style and emotional intelligence on tutor performance, as well as to evaluate the mediating role of creativity in the relationship between organizational leadership style and emotional intelligence on tutor performance at Community Learning Centers (PKBM) in Padang City. This research is a quantitative study with a survey approach. The population of this study includes equality education tutors at Community Learning Centers (PKBM) in Padang City. The sample taken for this research consists of 167 equality education tutors at PKBM in Padang City. Data analysis in this study employs the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) method. The results of the study indicate that organizational leadership style and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on the performance of educational equivalency tutors. In addition, creativity acts as a mediator in the relationship between organizational leadership style and emotional intelligence on the performance of PKBM equality education tutors in Padang City. This study contributes to the literature by expanding the understanding of organizational leadership style and emotional intelligence in influencing tutor performance.
