Abstract

Persistent challenges in health workforce planning, distribution, and performance management remain prevalent in developing countries, largely due to fragmented and underutilized human resource data systems. Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) have emerged as a strategic tool to support evidence-based decision-making and strengthen health workforce governance. This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) synthesizes empirical evidence published between 2015 and 2024 on the role of HRIS in enhancing strategic health workforce management in developing countries, with the objectives of identifying key Information System (IS) evaluation models, examining the relationship between system quality and individual performance, exploring the integration of competency planning and Person–Job Fit (P–J Fit), and highlighting critical research gaps. A systematic review of 20 peer-reviewed studies was conducted following the PRISMA protocol, encompassing system design foundations, adoption processes, interoperability challenges, and workforce-related outcomes in healthcare settings. The findings indicate that HRIS functions as a strategic enabler for decentralized management, evidence-based workforce planning, and performance improvement; however, its effectiveness is constrained by persistent interoperability barriers, fragmented data architectures, and the absence of internationally standardized workforce data. In conclusion, maximizing the strategic value of HRIS requires a dual emphasis on data standardization and organizational readiness, while future research should integrate behavioral theories with IS success frameworks, assess long-term HRIS impacts, and foster international collaboration to establish unified health workforce data standards that support policy coherence and digital health transformation in the public sector.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which expectations and work culture influence the performance of outsourcing employees at M. Djamil General Hospital. A quantitative approach was used in this study by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 84 employees. The analysis tool used in this study was SPSS with a multiple linear regression research method. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence of expectations on performance. Work culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of outsourcing employees at M. Djamil General Hospital, Padang City. Expectations and work culture together have a significant influence on the performance of outsourcing employees at M. Djamil Padang General Hospital.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the CIPP-based Teaching Campus MBKM program at SDN 010 Melayu Besar. This type of research is an evaluative study with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study was taken based on the key informants, namely the principal and all 7 teachers as well as the Teaching Campus students at SDN 010 Melayu Besar and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data obtained using observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained is processed with descriptive evaluative. The results showed that the implemented program was the numeracy literacy learning component with an average of 3.95, the teaching component and helping educators with an average result of 4 and the technology adaptation component with an average of 3.29 which means that the implementation of the Teaching Campus program at SDN 010 Melayu Besar as a whole is running very well.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the impact of Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction on PT ANS Bus transportation services on the Padang-Jakarta route. The population in this research are consumers who use the ANS bus and the determination of the number of samples using the Purposive Sampling technique with the consideration that consumers make Purchase Decisions for ANS Bus services on the Padang-Jakarta route. The data used is the type of primary data that is processed through the distribution of questionnaires to consumers who use the Padang-Jakarta ANS Bus route. The results is (1) Service Quality had no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, (2) Price had a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, (3) Price had a significant effect on Service Quality, (4) Service Quality had a significant effect on which has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions, (5) Price has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions, (6) Purchase Decisions has a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction, (7) Service Quality has a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction with Purchase Decisions as a mediating variable, (8) Price has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with Purchase Decisions as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement dan work environment terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Padang. Fenomena rendahnya loyalitas karyawan yang terindikasi dari hasil survei awal menjadi latar belakang utama dilakukannya penelitian ini.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 233 karyawan, dengan sampel sebanyak 160 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Employee Engagement berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Loyalitas Karyawan. (2) Work Environment berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Loyalitas Karyawan. (3) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan. (4) Kepuasan Kerja terbukti secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh Employee Engagement dan Work Environment terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa untuk meningkatkan loyalitas, perusahaan perlu membangun keterikatan karyawan dan menyediakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif guna menciptakan rasa puas terlebih dahulu pada karyawan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman orang tua tentang parenting di era digital dalam mewujudkan keluarga berkarakter dan sejahtera di Kelurahan Ulak Karang Selatan. Permasalahan utama mitra adalah masih terbatasnya literasi digital orang tua dalam mendampingi anak menggunakan teknologi secara bijak. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan tatap muka yang terdiri atas penyampaian materi oleh narasumber dan sesi tanya jawab interaktif, dengan melibatkan 20 orang tua (Ibu-Ibu PKK) yang menjadi mitra sekaligus partisipan pada kegiatan pengabdian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen kuis berbasis daring yang diberikan sebelum (pre-test) dan sesudah (post-test) kegiatan untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif melalui perbandingan hasil pre-test dan post-test, yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta setelah mengikuti pelatihan, sehingga kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam memperkuat kapasitas orang tua dalam mendampingi anak di era digital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan parenting digital bagi Ibu-Ibu PKK di Ulak Karang Selatan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada hari Sabtu dan Minggu tanggal 12 dan 13 Juli 2025 bertempat di Kantor Lurah Ulak Karang Selatan. Kegiatan ini telah meningkatkan pemahaman parenting Ibu-Ibu PKK dari rata-rata skor 68 (pre test) menjadi 81 (post test). Pelaksanaan pelatihan ini juga dianggap berhasil oleh peserta dengan tingkat kepuasan peserta sebesar 91,72.
