Abstract

Abstract

Teachers as educational personnel are currently considered as a supporting component of education that is still weak in an effort to improve the quality of education. Four competencies that must be possessed by teachers are pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence and professional competence, it turns out that pedagogical and professional competence are two competencies that are still low. This community service activity was carried out to help teachers strengthen the academic and professional competencies of teachers so as to increase academic productivity involving 23 participants. The problem-solving model offered is to conduct training in developing video learning media using the Camtasia application and training in preparing action research proposals using a collaboration of expository learning strategies (SPE) and problem-based learning strategies (SPBM). The implementation of this activity was carried out using the methods of lectures, questions and answers, guided exercises in person and online. After the guidance and training, there was an increase in teachers' pedagogic and professional competencies, especially in developing learning media and writing PTK proposals.

Abstract

The entrepreneurial ecosystem is a crucial framework for understanding how the interplay of innovation, institutions, and digitalization drives economic growth, especially in emerging economies. However, many developing countries still face structural challenges such as limited access to financing, weak regulatory capacity, and technological gaps that hinder the dynamics of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. These conditions create institutional gaps that impact innovative capabilities and the digital transformation process of entrepreneurship. This study aims to conduct a Systematic Literature Review of various recent empirical and conceptual studies to analyze how innovation, institutional gaps, and digitalization interact in shaping the competitiveness, resilience, and sustainability of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in developing countries. The study's results indicate that the dynamics of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in developing countries are significantly influenced by the strong interactions among innovation, institutions, and digitization. Innovation, especially green and digital innovation, acts as the main driver of value creation and entrepreneurial competitiveness. Institutions serve as the foundation of governance, but still face obstacles in the form of bureaucratic rigidity and policy fragmentation. Meanwhile, digitalization acts as an integrative catalyst that bridges institutional weaknesses, accelerates the flow of information, and strengthens cross-sector collaboration.

Abstract

This systematic literature review comprehensively analyzes the relationship between leadership styles and employee performance based on empirical evidence from 2020-2025. The research population comprises employees and leaders across various organizational sectors including education, healthcare, and industry. Using the PRISMA framework with purposive sampling technique, the selection process from an initial pool of 500 studies identified through database searches yielded 14 high-quality empirical studies as the final sample that met the inclusion criteria. The methodology employed systematic literature review with rigorous quality assessment and analysis. Key findings reveal that the relationship between leadership styles and employee performance is predominantly positive and significant, with three distinct patterns emerging. The majority of studies (8 studies) demonstrated dominant positive influence from transformational and servant leadership, while several studies (3 studies) showed positive but non-dominant influence where organizational factors outweighed leadership effects. Notably, no studies found significant negative impacts from constructive leadership styles. Furthermore, the relationship was frequently mediated by variables including ethical organizational culture, knowledge sharing, and job security. In conclusion, this systematic review substantiates that adaptive, empowerment-focused leadership serves as a crucial driver of employee performance, offering substantial practical value for organizations to develop evidence-based, contextual leadership strategies that foster work environments conducive to sustained productivity and organizational excellence in the modern business landscape.

Abstract

The need for innovation in the learning process, education management, and adaptation to digitalization highlights the importance of understanding the factors that influence innovative work behavior among teachers, lecturers, and educational staff. This study follows the PRISMA protocol through the stages of identification, screening, feasibility assessment, and final selection. Articles were collected from the Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, SINTA, and DOAJ databases using structured keywords and inclusion criteria that included empirical research, a focus on IWB in the context of education, full-text availability, and publication between 2018 and 2024. Of the 427 initial articles, only 42 studies met the final criteria and were analyzed thematically. The results of the study show a significant increase in IWB research in the education sector with a predominance of quantitative approaches, particularly SEM-PLS. The main factors that play a role as antecedents of innovative work behavior include transformational leadership, psychological empowerment, knowledge sharing, work engagement, and creative self-efficacy. Various mediating variables such as knowledge sharing, work engagement, thriving, and creative self-efficacy were also found to be consistent, while moderating variables have rarely been studied. In addition, IWB has been proven to contribute positively to teacher performance, learning innovation, and organizational effectiveness. This study concludes that although research on innovative work behavior shows positive developments, it is necessary to expand the context, methodological diversity, and integration of digital variables and the climate of innovation in future research.
