Abstract

This study aims to compare the financial performance of two non-banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), using financial ratio analysis including liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity ratios. Data were obtained from annual financial reports for the period 2019 to 2023. The analysis method used is quantitative descriptive with a comparative approach. The results of the study show significant differences in the financial performance of the two companies, especially in the profitability and activity ratios, which are influenced by the operational efficiency and capital structure of each company. These findings provide an overview for investors and management in evaluating performance and making strategic decisions.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of liquidity, as represented by the Current Ratio (CR), and solvency, as measured by the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), on profitability, proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), in the case of PT Astra International Tbk during the 2015–2023 period. Employing a quantitative approach with a descriptive method, this research analyzes secondary data sourced from the company’s quarterly financial reports. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to examine both the individual and combined effects of liquidity and solvency on profitability. The findings reveal that CR has a negative and statistically significant effect on ROA, indicating that higher liquidity may correspond to lower profitability. This suggests that excessive current assets could reflect underutilized resources that are not optimally contributing to income generation. Similarly, DAR also demonstrates a negative and significant relationship with ROA, implying that higher reliance on debt may reduce profitability due to the burden of interest and other financial obligations. Collectively, liquidity and solvency are shown to significantly influence profitability. These results highlight the importance of maintaining a strategic balance between current assets and debt to achieve sustainable financial performance. This study is limited to a specific period and a single company within the automotive and diversified industry, which may affect the generalizability of the conclusions. Future research is encouraged to explore additional financial indicators or conduct comparative studies across sectors to enhance the breadth and Uapplicability of the findings

Abstract

This study examines the Effect of Work Motivation and Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 North Makassar. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 North Makassar. The data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a total sample of 64 respondents and using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the variables of motivation and discipline have a positive effect on the performance of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 North Makassar. This is evidenced by the results of the Simultaneous Test (F Test) and the results of the Partial Test (t test) which also show the significant values ​​of the two independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore the test results of this study state that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 North Makassar.

Abstract

The Company's objective in carrying out mergers and acquisitions is to obtain better and more sustainable synergies, because mergers and acquisitions are believed to be able to achieve levels of economic scale, mastery of technology, guaranteed supply of raw materials, increased market reach, gain access to international companies and obtain additional funds. for company financing. The samples in this study were companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017-2021 using a saturated sampling method to obtain 5 companies. The results of the research using descriptive analysis with paired sample t-test and Wilcoxon signed rank test showed that there were differences in the ratio of return on assets (ROA), operational costs to operating income (BOPO), loan to deposit ratio (LDR) and debt to assets ratio (DAR) between before and after M&A. Meanwhile, for return on equity (ROE), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), and Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), there are no differences between before and after M&A. In the financial performance of banking subsector companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia for the 2017-2021 period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether employee motivation influences their abilities to produce work-related results at the regional Drinking water Company (PDAM) Tirta Jeneberang, Gowa regency. Therewere 116 employee total who made up the population of this study. Utilizing stratified Random sampling, 54 samples werexused. Questionnaires were used in the approaches for gathering data. Quantitative descriptive analysis using the statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) was used for data analysis methodologies. Based on the study's findings, a straightforward linear analysis revealed that a constant value of 10,115 can be interpreted as meaning that if the motivational variable has a value of 0, then work productivity has increased by 10,115. Similarly, the positive beta coefficient on motivation (X) can be interpreted as meaning that for each unit of motivation that is increased, work productivity will rise by 0.703 as well. Work productivity increases by 0.703 points when motivation is taken into account. This demonstrates that efforts to boost the job efficiency of employees of the Tirta Jeneberang Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM), Gowa Regency, depend greatly on their motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of fundamental variables on Share Prices at PT Indo Tambangraya Mega Tbk. This research uses quantitative and comparative methods with secondary data in the form of annual financial reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample in this research is the balance sheet and profit and loss report of PT Indo Tambangraya Mega Tbk for the 2018-2022 period. Based on the results of research using fundamental methods consisting of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Deb To Equity Ratio (DER), and Earning Per Share (EPS), the results show that in particular ROA, ROE, DER and EPS has a positive and significant influence in determining share prices. When viewed simultaneously ROA, ROE, DER and EPS have a positive and significant influence on stock prices

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of monitoring and evaluation on the transparency of the Parepare City Bappeda financial reports. This research is quantitative research. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data with a population of 50 people. The method used to analyze the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is descriptive, classical assumption test, validity test, reliability test and simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the monitoring variable has a positive and significant effect on the transparency of the Parepare City Bappeda's financial reports, evaluation also has a significant effect on the transparency of the Parepare City Bappeda's financial reports

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang supervisi akademik yang dilakukan oleh Pengawas Madrasah terhadap guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah swasta Babussalam Besilam. Tujuannya adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana kegiatan pelaksanaan supervisi tersebut dapat meningkatkan kualitas mengajar dan hasil belajar siswa di Madrasah tersebut, pada Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Fokus utama penelitian adalah penyusunan perangkat perencanaan pembelajaran yang harus dibuat oleh guru. Penggunaan langkah-langkah yang dibagi ke dalam tiga siklus sebagai cara utama untuk mengumpulkan data. Cara tersebut tentu menjadi ciri-ciri dari jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS). Analisis product moment dan uji t sebagai cara untuk mengelola dan menganalisis data, dengan 15 orang guru digunakan sebagai sampel. Kemampuan penyusunan perencanaan pembelajaran dan komponen pembelajaran merupakan kriteria yang dinilai. Hasil penelitiannya adalah pada siklus I nilai validitas kemampuan perencanaan pembelajaran guru sebesar 0,730 dan komponen pembelajaran sebesar 0,713, sedangkan nilai uji t terhadap kemampuan perencanaan pembelajaran guru sebesar 3,856 dan komponen pembelajaran sebesar 1,759. Pada perhitunagan siklus kedua terhadap siklus ketiga, nilai validitas kemampuan perencanan pembelajaran guru sebesar 0,911 dan komponen pembelarajan sebesar 0,906, dengan uji t sebesar 7.948 untuk kemampuan perencanaan pembelajaran guru) dan sebesar 3.701 untuk komponen perencanaan pembelajaran. Untuk kompetensi paedagogik guru, nilai rata-rata 15 mata pelajaran pada kegiatan awal di siklus pertama ke siklus kedua sebesar 0,690 untuk validitas dan 3,438 untuk uji t. Sedangkan pada siklus kedua tehadap siklus ketiga nilai validitas kegiatan awal pembelajaran mencapai 0,883 dan nilai uji t mencapai 6,773. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan guru secara signifikan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi saat ini sangat pesat, teknologi komunikasi disertai dengan media massa dan media sosial telah membawa banyak perubahan dalam kehidupan. Pemasaran media sosial adalah salah satu strategi paling efektif dan fleksibel yang digunakan untuk keberlangsungan usaha. Media Sosial dianggap menjadi media yang sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan konversi penjualan. Faktanya, apa pun produk dan layanan konsumen, media sosial adalah bagian penting dari setiap inisiatif pemasaran digital yang dapat dilakukan. Pemanfaatan sosial media marketing pada siswa UMKM dengan tujuan untuk membekali pengetahuan kewirausahaan dalam mempersiapkan diri di era globalisasi, sehingga memiliki keterampilan dalam pemasaran melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sebagai strategi pemasaran dengan biaya rendah melalui media sosial. Solusi atas permasalahan tersebut adalah perlunya sosialisasi terkait dengan sosial media marketing. Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memotivasi siswa UMKM dalam memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk bisa melakukan pemasaran produk melalui media sosial. Pengabdian ini mengggunakan kombinasi metode ceramah dan praktek UMKM di Desa Batulaya. Teknik pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri atas tiga tahap dimulai dari tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi kegiatan.

Abstract

A cooperative is a group, in which there is various collaborations exist to achieve common goals. The nature of the cooperative itself is a business, which is based on the principles of the people's economic movement and the principle of kinship. Profitability is an indicator for assessing the financial performance of an organization, in this case the Republic of Indonesia Employee Cooperative, Makassar State University (KPRI UNM). This research aims to determine the level of profitability of KPRI UNM for the five years 2018-2022. Data was obtained from the financial report of KPRI Makassar State University which was analyzed using the calculation formula for economic profitability, own capital profitability, and trend analysis. The research results show that the economic profitability and profitability of the capital owned by KPRI UNM during the five years 2018-2022 are each classified as unhealthy. Trend analysis shows that KPRI UNM during the five years 2018-2022 experienced a tendency to decrease remaining operating results.
