Riset ini dilakukan di Koperasi Uni Desa ( KUD ) Makarti Jaya Desa Kumain Kec. Tandun Kab. Rokan Hulu. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana kelebihan dan kekurangan sistim kemitraan program peremajaan kebun kelapa sawit anggota KUD Makarti Jaya desa Kumain Kecamatan Tandun Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Tujuan penelitian adalah Untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan sistim kemitraan program peremajaan kebun kelapa sawit anggota KUD makarti Jaya Desa Kumain Kecamatan Tandun Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, peneliti menggunakan informan atau narasumber sebagai sumber data, penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelebihan sistim kemitraan program peremajaaan kebun kelapa sawit pada KUD Makarti Jaya Desa Kumain : Petani anggota KUD Makarti Jaya bisa mendapatkan bantuan dana BPDPKS ( Badan Pengelola Dana Peremajaan Kelapa Sawit ), Petani anggota KUD Makarti Jaya bisa mendapatkan kemudahan pinjaman dana Bank dengan suku bunga yang rendah, Dengan sistim kemitraan petani anggota KUD makarti Jaya bisa dengan mudah mendapatkan bibit kelapa sawit yang bersertifikat, Dengan sistim Kemitraan petani anggota KUD Makarti Jaya pada masa Tanaman Belum Menghasilkan ( TBM ) tidak perlu mengelola / mengurusi proses peremajaan karena sudah ditangani oleh pihak KUD dan PTP.N. Adapun kekuranganya adalah : Biaya peremajaan sistim kemitraan yang cukup tinggi, Lahan perkebunan tidak bisa ditanami tanaman lain kecuali tanaman kacangan dan kelapa sawit, Kurangnya transparansi masalah penggunaan dana peremajaan menjadi polemik tersendiri dikalangan anggota KUD Makarti Jaya, Timbulnya ketidakpuasan petani anggota KUD atas pekerjaan yang ada pada proses peremajaan tanaman kelapa sawit

This research was conducted at PT. Suntory Garuda Food Tbk, Pekanbaru branch, with the variable promotion research position (X) and employee performance (Y). Aimed to find out the effect of promotion in the performance of employees in the production department at PT. Suntory Garuda Food Tbk, Pekanbaru branch. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method, with a population and sample of 46 people, valid and reliable instrument testing. Results: the regression test result Y = 14,684 + 0,715X Constant (a) of 14,684 meant that when there was no promotion or zero, then the employee's performance was obtained at 14,684 units. While the influence of job promotion on employee performance is positive as evidenced from the results of the regression coefficient (b) of 0.715 which means that every promotion increase in one unit position will be able to increase employee performance by 0.715 units. The test is obtained t count of 7.690 and also based on the test table The significance obtained by t table is 2.021. From the two tests it was concluded that t arithmetic (7,690)> t table (2,021). And the results of the hypothesis test in this study is the promotion of position has a significant effect on employee performance. The R square obtained R-square value (coefficient of determination) of 0.573, and this means that the influence of job promotion variables on employee performance variables is 57.3% while the remaining 42.7% is influenced by other variables outside the promotion variable not discussed in this study

Abstract This research is motivated by employee performance from time to time that needs to be improved, so employees must be able to improve their performance. This study aims to determine the effect of Work Supervision on the performance of the employees of the Technician Division of PT Trakindo Utama Pekanbaru Branch. In this study data were collected through a questionnaire of 34 employees. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, hypothesis testing through t tests and analysis of coefficient of determination (R2) tests. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis, which serves to prove the research hypothesis. Hypothesis testing using the Coefficients test obtained t count of 5.300 and also t table of 2.036 which means t arithmetic 5.300> t table 2.036 and also the level of significance is 0.00 <0.05 so that the results of this study are supervision has a significant effect on employee performance in the Division PT Trakindo Utama Technician Pekanbaru Branch. The influence of supervisory variable (X) on performance (Y) is positive as evidenced from the result of b = 0.726 which means that every increase in one unit of monitoring variables will be able to increase the performance variable of the PT Trakindo Utama Pekanbaru Branch Technician Division by 0.726 units. The value of the determinant coefficient (R Square) of 0.467. This means that supervision contributes influence to the performance of the employees of the Technician Division of PT Trakindo Utama Pekanbaru Branch amounting to 46.70% while the remaining 53.30% is influenced by other variables outside the supervision variable.

The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of education and training on the performance of employees at the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Riau Province, to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance in the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Riau province and to analyze the influence of education and training and motivation on employee performance the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprise Riau Province. To achieve these objectives the research carried out by using a sample of 100 people, using Census. Methods of data analysis using simultaneous test and partial test (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Windows version 17). Recommendations can be the author to ask is should service Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Riau Province regard education as well as training followed by employees and the department should conduct an evaluation of the restrictions that participants will attend training, because employees menaganggap with the restrictions of participants who wish to attend training tantamount to banning employees to increase knowledge to broaden that can support the employee's performance

ABSTRACT : This study entitled The Effect of Competence on the Performance of Education Personnel at Polytechnic "X" Pekanbaru. The population and sample of this study were all 79 civil servants of the Educational Personnel at Polytechnic "X" Pekanbaru. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods and then analyzed by simple linear regression method. The results of the recapitulation of the average value of the competency variable are 4.11, meaning that the respondents' answers to all statements of Competence for Education Personnel are in the GOOD category. Based on the results of the t test, it was found that the value of t_count > t_table (9,714 > 1,991) and a significance < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). This means that competence has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Civil Servants of Education Personnel at the Polytechnic "X" Pekanbaru. The R square value of 0.551 or 55.1% means that competence has an influence on the Performance of Civil Servants of Education Personnel at the Polytechnic "X" Pekanbaru by 55.1% and the rest (44.9%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. this research

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee work discipline at PT. XY Pekanbaru. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 47 people, using a simple random method (accidental random sampling). The data analysis method used simple linear regression. Based on the results of testing motivation has a significant effect on employee work discipline at PT. XY Pekanbaru, this is proven based on the t-test found that t-count is greater than t-table (9.913 > 2.014). The value of R. Square (R2) of 0.686 (68.6%) explains that the motivation variable contributes to work discipline at PT. XY Pekanbaru by 68.1%. While the remaining 31.4% describes other independent variables that were not observed in this study. Recommendations that can be submitted It is hoped that the company can pay attention to employees so that they quickly adjust to the work environment because this statement gets the lowest response from respondents

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence on the performance of. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 68 people, using the census method. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression. Based on the results of partial t-test testing, it was found that competency had a significant effect on the Performance, this was proven based on the t-test found that t-count was greater than t-table (2.707 > 1.997). The magnitude of the influence of the competency variable on employee performance variables is 0.51.3 (51.3%) this is proven based on the results of the determination test where an R2 value of 0.513 is obtained. Recommendations that can be submitted It is expected that the work assigned to employees must be in accordance with their expertise because this gets the lowest response from respondents

This research was carried out at the Koto Kampar Hulu Community Health Center. The aim of this research is to determine the importance of service quality in increasing patient satisfaction at the Koto Kampar Hulu Community Health Center. In analyzing the data obtained from the research object using quantitative analysis and the number of respondents was 98 people, based on the discussion using simple linear regression, the resulting regression equation was Y=14.095+0.680 X. This means that the value of a is 14.095, this value shows that When the service quality variable (variable patient satisfaction (variable Y) will increase by 0.680 units. The t-count value is 10.611. So when compared to the t-table at significant a = 5%, namely 1.98498, it can be seen that the t-count is greater than the t-table (10.661 > 1.98498). Thus it can be concluded that variable X or the service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on patient satisfaction at the Koto Kampar Hulu Community Health Center. This means that the hypothesis answer for this research is Ha accepted and Ho rejected. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.540 or 54.0% shows that the service quality variable contributes to the patient satisfaction variable by 54.0% while the remainder is 46. 0% (100% - 54.0%) was influenced by other factors not examined in this study

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision on employee work discipline at PT. ABC Pekanbaru. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 31 people, using the census method. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression. Based on the results of partial t-test testing, it was found that supervision had a significant effect on employee work discipline at PT. ABC Pekanbaru, this is proven based on the t test found that t-count is greater than t-table (10,637 > 2,023). The magnitude of the influence of the supervision variable on the employee work discipline variable is 0.744 (74.4%) this is proven based on the results of the determination test where an R2 value of 0.744 is obtained. Recommendations that can be submitted are expected that the company will carry out careful supervision by the leadership because this gets the lowest response from respondents.

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of supervision in improving the performance of harvest employees in the plantation sector, a case study at PT ABC. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 62 people, using the census method. The data analysis method used simple linear regression. Based on the test results on the supervision variable (X) using SPSS assistance, the t-count was greater than the t-table (5.827> 2,000). Thus, it can be concluded that the X variable or supervision variable has a positive and significant influence on the work productivity of harvest employees in the plantation sector. The value (R2) = (0.601 X 0.601 = 0.361) or 36.1%, so the percentage of contribution or contribution of the supervision variable to the productivity variable is 0.361 or 36.1% while the remaining 63.9% is influenced by other variables that are ignored or not examined in this study. The recommendation that can be submitted is that work supervision of employees must be further improved because from the respondents' answers about work corrections from leaders, they are always constructive rather than blaming, getting the lowest response with an average of 3.26 on the statement quite agree, so it can be said that supervision must be a top priority for employees
