Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the difference in the effect of the experimental exposure method using video visual communication in the experimental class and using conventional methods as a control class on the learning outcomes of vocational school students. Understanding the concept of carbon as absorbent which is useful for reducing liquid waste which is harmful to the human environment, especially in facing the SDGs goals. The subjects of this research were 40 class XI vocational school students The students were divided into two classes, namely the control class and the experimental class. That The learning outcomes of both classes are measured from pre-test and post-test scores as well as N-Gain. To test the hypothesis using the Independent Sample T-test. The research results show that it is practical exposure methods are more effective than conventional methods. This is proven by the N-Gain value for the experimental class is greater than the control class. Strengthened by results statistical test with the Independent Sample T-test where the sig value. (2 tails) < 0.05. So that The impressive method of experimentation using video displays results improves understanding, providing more insight real experience and obtain better learning outcomes. Expected Believed experimental experimenthas an influence on student learning success.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility studies on the production of yogurt from raw materials of pure milk, sugar, flavor, and the addition of lactobacillus. We conducted the techno-economic analysis, which can be used by zakat mustahik for 20 years, including Total Investment Cost (TIC), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PBP), Cumulative Net Present Value (CNPV), Break Even Point (BEP) and sales ratio to investment. The results of the study show that the CNPV/TIC analysis is a graph that tends to increase although not significantly in each period, the project in an ideal time of 20 years. This illustrates that Yogurt production is very prospective because it shows the feasibility of a profitable project. Yogurt entrepreneurs from productive zakat can support the main program of productive zakat, namely mustahik becoming muzakki in the future. The impact of this study is to provide an estimate of yogurt production as a prospective business unit for productive zakat mustahik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the role of Compulsory Courses in the Indonesian Language Curriculum (CCS) in advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia. Specifically, it investigates how CCS, as a foundational educational component, contributes to linguistic proficiency, character development, cultural preservation, and sustainable human progress, aligning with SDG targets such as quality education, economic growth, and environmental sustainability. The research employs a qualitative approach by analyzing national policies, pedagogical strategies, and recent academic literature related to Indonesian language education. This multi-faceted analysis evaluates the integration of SDG principles within CCS and assesses its effectiveness in fostering sustainable development. The findings reveal that CCS significantly strengthens national identity, academic literacy, and civic responsibility. It achieves this by embedding local wisdom, environmental consciousness, and social ethics into the curriculum. These outcomes occur because CCS serves as a holistic educational framework that not only emphasizes language skills but also integrates cultural and ethical values, thereby aligning with the broader objectives of the SDGs. The results of this study underscore the potential of CCS as a strategic tool for sustainable education in Indonesia. They provide a foundation for policymakers to refine and enhance the curriculum, ensuring it remains a robust platform for achieving long-term developmental goals. Furthermore, this research highlights the importance of integrating local and global perspectives in education to foster a more sustainable and equitable future.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan upaya penting dalam membentuk dan mengarahkan sikap individu agar selaras dengan tujuan pendidikan. Mengingat sistem pendidikan yang ada saat ini masih mementingkan aspek akademis dan mengesampingkan aspek pembentukan karakter dan budaya, hal ini mengakibatkan bergesernya nilai-nilai karakter dan munculnya tindakan-tindakan yang menyimpang yang berkaitan dengan isu-isu moral. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter dalam Membentuk Karakter Islami di MAN 4 Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan berupa reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam Implementasi Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter dalam membentuk Karakter Islami di MAN 4 Bogor mencakup beberapa aspek. 1) PPK Berbasis Kelas dilakukan melalui kurikulum, manajemen kelas islami, metode pembelajaran inovatif dan islami, gerakan literasi islami, dan layanan bimbingan konseling islami, 2) PPK Berbasis Budaya Sekolah dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pembiasaan rutin islami, kegiatan spontan, kegiatan terprogram dan keteladanan. 3) PPK Berbasis masyarakat, dilaksanakan melalui Menjalin Komunikasi dengan Pelibatan Stakeholder dan Pihak Terkait, dan Kerjasama Sekolah dengan Komunitas Keagamaan. 4) Faktor Pendukung implementasi ini meliputi kebijakan sekolah yang proaktif, komitmen guru, budaya islami, keterlibatan orang tua dan masyarakat, serta sarana penunjang. Namun, terdapat juga faktor penghambat, seperti variasi pemahaman guru, disiplin siswa dalam teknologi, kurangnya konsistensi di luar kelas, keterbatasan ruang dan waktu, serta kurangnya pelatihan bagi guru.

Abstract

Building child-friendly schools is teachers' main task so students can learn safely and comfortably. However, there are still teachers who still need to be fully aware of this. This research aims to explore elementary school teachers' perceptions of a safe and comfortable environment as an illustration of the Urban School Climate (USC). This research method is a case study with a qualitative approach. Interviews with elementary school teachers in Bogor carried out data collection. Conversations are carried out directly (face-to-face) and are recorded to ensure that the interview results match the respondent's information. Our research involved 45 teachers with permanent teacher (PT) status in 17 elementary schools in Bogor, Indonesia. The recruitment of teachers who would share their valuable insights was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, display, and verification. The data analysis was assisted with Nvivo 12 software. The research results showed a safe and comfortable environment as an illustration of USC, including 1) a pleasant school atmosphere for students and teachers, adequate facilities and a mutually supportive atmosphere, 2) a safe environment, 3) a comfortable environment, and 4) school policies which lead to restrictions for parents when picking up their children at school, regulations regarding discipline and various binding regulations. The impact of the results of this research is that schools can build a school climate by referring to the characteristics of USC, which are described as a safe and comfortable school atmosphere and environment.

Abstract

AbstractThe  research background is the situation of  motivated, interest and ability of teachers in elementary schools in compiling and producing classroom action research to support their professional careers as a professional teachers is in under qualities. The purpose of  this study was to determine teacher perceptions of the importance of classroom action research scientific work for professional teachers. The method used in this research is descriptive study. Collection data is using some instruments such as  questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation to 40 teachers of Amaliah Ciawi Elementary School, Bogor Regency, West Java, Indonesia. The finding data  of the research  is some teachers is in good ability to writing CAR, some others still not really understand about how to impelementation CAR, but only in beginning of knowledge. Regarding the importance of CAR for teachers, some teachers state that classroom action research is very important for teachers' professional careers. Meanwhile, the teacher's perception of the importance of classroom action research was obtained from open questionnaire data and the results showed that most teachers had the same positive perception, that classroom action research was very important for teachers. The conclusion from this study is that teachers have different perceptions of the importance of classroom action research for professional teachers, but most of these perceptions are guided by data that lead to positive perceptions.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pendidikan akan menghasilkan kualitas pembelajaran yang baik, up to date, membuat berpikir kritis, memiliki pemikiran yang konseptual serta mudah untuk mengakses berbagai sumber belajar. Bersama dengan teknologi, maka guru harus mewujudkan sebuah pembelajaran berbantu media pembelajaran agar minat siswa dalam belajar menjadi lebih meningkat. Aplikasi articulate storyline merupakan sebuah aplikasi multimedia interaktif yang dapat digunakan oleh guru atau siswa. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan ditemukan bahwa guru menggunakan media benda untuk pembelajaran di kelas khususnya pada materi gaya, selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan guru, guru lebih sering menggunakan media pembelajaran jenis benda, visual dan proyeksi diam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memvalidasi articulate storyline sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi gaya. Langkah-langkah penelitian pengembangan ini meliputi penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi awal, perencanaan, pengembangan format produk awal, uji coba awal dan revisi produk. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan angket. Hasil validasi ahli materi menyatakan media valid dengan rata-rata nilai 79,65%. Selanjutnya hasil validasi ahli media menyatakan media valid dengan rata-rata nilai 86,16%. Pada uji coba produk media valid dengan rata-rata 81,93%. Dari hasil data tersebut peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa media berbasis articulate storyline valid dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi iklim sekolah adalah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Kepala sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk iklim sekolah ramah anak yang baik untuk mencapai keberhasilan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership terhadap pembentukan iklim sekolah ramah anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi fungsional. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan angket sebagai data utama. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 811 guru. Dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin untuk menghitung sampel penelitian, diperoleh sampel penelitian berjumlah 89 guru. Perhitungan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan software SPSS Ver.26. Analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan signifikansi 0.05, didapatkan bahwa nilai sig sebesar 0.049 < 0.05, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Pada pengujian koefisien determinasi dapat diketahui bahwa servant leadership memberikan pengaruh sebesar 10.1% terhadap pembentukan iklim sekolah ramah anak, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dimasukan kedalam penelitian ini sebesar 89.9%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh servant leadership terhadap pembentukan iklim sekolah ramah anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di MA Cahaya Insani Al Um Bogor, dan tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menentukan peran kepala sekolah dalam mencegah bullying di institusi pendidikan berbasis pesantren. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi selama proses pengumpulan data atau analisis. Studi kasus adalah metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis diketahui bahwa kepala sekolah telah menjalankan perannya sebagai seorang pemimpin di MA Cahaya Insani Al Um, terdapat tujuh peran yang telah terealisasikan oleh kepala sekolah. Tujuh peran yang di maksud ialah, educator, motivator, supervisor, leader, manager, inovator, dan administrator. Kepala sekolah MA Cahaya Insani Al Um telah menjalankan tujuh peran tersebut dengan sangat maksimal, salah satu contoh upaya kepala sekolah dalam menjalankan perannya ialah dengan berinovasi mengadakan seminar untuk para guru, seminar untuk siswa, pembekalan bagi para siswa, dan beberapa inovasi lainnya. Hal ini dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dengan tujuan menciptakan lingkungan aman dan nyaman agar terhindar dari hal-hal negatif seperti tendangan perundungan atau biasa disebut dengan bullying.

Abstract

This research endeavors to assess the impact of additional practicum sessions and experimental demonstrations through video presentations on students' comprehension in an Islamic boarding school. The study focuses on enhancing students' understanding of the biochar concept, particularly its role as an adsorbent, aligning with contemporary issues related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and environmental problem-solving. To substantiate the research rationale, a concise literature review and bibliometric analysis were incorporated. The experiment involved comparing two classes – the experimental class, which received additional practicum and experimental demonstrations using videos, and the conventional class as the control group. The study included 45 students in Class XI of an Islamic boarding school. Learning outcomes were assessed through pre-test and post-test scores, as well as N-Gain calculations. The hypothesis was tested using the Paired Sample T-test. The practical aspect of the experiment involved carbonizing the skin of jengkol fruit to produce carbon, which was then utilized for adsorbing curcumin. The adsorption phenomena were observed and analyzed.The research findings demonstrated that the experimental demonstration method, particularly when complemented with video presentations, was more effective than conventional methods. This was evident from the N-Gain value of the experimental class and the results of statistical tests. The experimental demonstration method using videos is anticipated to enhance knowledge, provide a more authentic understanding and experience, and yield superior learning outcomes. These findings contribute valuable insights for future research on experimental demonstrations, emphasizing their potential to enhance the overall quality of student learning.
