Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SD Negeri Cijujung 03. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasi fungsional. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik angket kuesioner, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 85 siswa. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara profesionalisme guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SD Negeri Cijujung 03. Diketahi bahwa nilai thitung 3,579 > 1,988 ttabel dengan taraf kesalahan adalah 5% dengan hasil signifikan sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Maka sesuai dengan hasil keputusan Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Sehingga, ada pengaruh profesionalisme guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SD Negeri Cijujung 03. Besarnya pengaruh profesionalisme guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 13,4%, sedangkan 86,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari profesionalisme guru terhadap  motivasi belajar siswa di SD   Negeri Cijujung 03.

Abstract

Dalam proses melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas oleh guru dan peserta didik, masih terdapat peserta didik yang hanya duduk, mendengarkan, mengerjakan latihan, kemudian bergegas untuk pulang. Terdapat kegiatan fisik di dalam kelas, namun tidak ada kegiatan mental. Belajar pada dasarnya membutuhkan adanya kegiatan, baik kegiatan fisik maupun kegiatan mental. Dengan kegiatan belajar, peserta didik mampu mengikuti semua rangkaian di kelas dengan benar. Selama kegiatan belajar diperlukan gagasan bertujuan supaya peserta didik dapat memecahkan masalah jika terjadi kesulitan belajar, karena dengan demikian berarti peserta didik sedang berkreativitas. Kreativitas yaitu kamampuan untuk dikembanggkan yang dimiliki setiap orang, bertujuan membuat sebuah inovasi berbentuk orisinil, baik berbentuk gagasan ataupun ide-ide baru maupun karya. Kreativitas itu terpecah menjadi dua yakni kreativitas produk dan kreativitas sikap. Hal yang mampu menjadikan peserta didik menjadi juara itu juga salah satunya dengan kreativitas yang mampu dikembangkan sendiri. Karena dengan kreativitas peserta didik mampu memudahkan dalam menemukan kesulitan belajar di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan kegiatan belajar peserta didik dengan kreativitas belajar peserta didik. Penulis memakai metode kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 132 peserta didik, kemudian peneliti menjadikan bagian kecil yang mewakili keseluruhan yang lebih besar yaitu berjumlah 99 peserta didik. Dilihat dari hasil signifikansi diantara kegiatan belajar peserta didik dengan kreativitas peserta didik di SDN Harjasari 01 Kota Bogor, maka hasil perhitungannya yakni thitung ˃ ttabel (2,138 ˃ 1,984) dan kedudukannya bermakna sebesar 0,005 < 0,05, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kegiatan belajar peserta didik dengan kreativitas peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Islamic education policies in Muslim minority countries (Thailand). The research method used is a case study. Data was collected through interviews and documentation and then analyzed using NVivo 12. The results of this study illustrate that there are three primary forms of Islamic Education policy models in Muslim minority countries (Thailand), namely (1) laws or government regulations, (2) Islamic Education Curriculum, and (3) Provision of Islamic Education budget. This model of Islamic Education policy shows that the Thai government pays attention to the Muslim population, even though they are a minority population. There was turmoil in the Muslim region of Thailand, so the government made laws or regulations, created an Islamic education curriculum, and created a budget for the development of Islamic education. So that there is a change in culture and language, open accessibility of Islamic education, and support for the implementation of worship in the Thai Muslim community.

Abstract

Education is a basic need for everyone, including people with disabilities, who have the right to education. Children with visual impairments are usually called "blind children" in the field of special education. Based on data from the 2012 National Socio-Economic Survey, the number of Indonesian people with disabilities was 2.45%, according to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the number of children with special needs (ABK) in Indonesia reached 1.6 million children in 2017. According to Ministry of Education and Culture, West Java has a total of 688 blind students in 2021. The method used in this research is a literature review. Literature review is the first and important step in preparing a research plan. Literature review is a search and research of the literature by reading various books, journals and other publications related to the research topic, to produce an article regarding a particular topic or issue. In the initial stage of collecting articles based on the variables contained in the title, out of 10 articles, 4 articles were obtained that matched the title topic. At the article reduction stage, there were 4 articles that were not included because there were variables that did not match the title topic.

Abstract

Upaya peningkatakan kapasitas sekolah melalui pelatihan kepala sekolah dan guru sangat diperlukan sebagai upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepala sekolah dalam pengelolaan fasilitas sekolah serta peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah PTK. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada kepala sekolah dan guru SD tentang pengelolaan fasilitas sekolah dan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah PTK. Kegiatan pelatihan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepala sekolah dalam pengelolaan fasilitas sekolah dan meingkatkan keterampilan guru dalam menyusun proposal PTK. Sehingga guru (peserta) dapat menyusun proposal PTK dengan baik dan benar.

Abstract

Bullying in educational institutions is a critical issue that affects students’ well-being and academic performance, necessitating effective prevention strategies. This study develops a bullying prevention strategy through school capacity building (SCB) in Integrated Islamic Schools to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed to explore the underlying causes of bullying and to formulate effective prevention strategies through SCB. The findings revealed three key themes, the role of school policies in preventing bullying; leadership models for preventing bullying; and the involvement of teachers and parents in fostering a bullying-free environment. The research highlights that a comprehensive approach, integrating structured school policies, strong leadership, and active participation from teachers and parents, is essential for effective bullying prevention. The study emphasizes that sustainable development cannot be realized without peace, and peace cannot be sustained without the development of quality education. This research contributes to the improvement of Islamic education by promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment, which is essential for fostering future leaders and ensuring the advancement of global peace.

Abstract

This study investigates the techno-economic feasibility of producing ecoenzymes from wet organic waste, supported by a bibliometric analysis of relevant global research trends. Spanning a 20-year projection, the study evaluated the production costs, potential profitability, and market pricing of ecoenzymes as an environmentally friendly product. Results indicated that even small-scale, home-based production was economically viable, requiring a minimal daily capital investment of $0.27 (or approximately $80,625 annually). With a selling price of IDR 200,000 per kg, the projected annual revenue was IDR 400,000,000. Notably, the return on investment was achieved within the first three years. The bibliometric analysis highlighted a growing global focus on sustainable waste-to-product conversion. The novelty of this study lied in its application of techno-economic modeling to a previously underexplored product, ecoenzymes from wet organic waste. The findings contribute to multiple Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities), SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), and SDG 13 (Climate Action).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen kurikulum Tahfizh Al-Quran yang ada di Pesantren Tahfizh Al-Qur’an Daarul Uluum Lido. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi atau kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) Perencanaan kurikulum Tahfizh Al-Qur’an yaitu dengan mengutamakan visi dan misi pesantren dan juga tujuan pendidikannya serta menyusun program-program pendukungnya. (2) Pelaksanaanya disesuaikan dengan program-program dan jadwal kegiatan yang telah disusun oleh kurikulum ketahfizhan atau bagian Ihya Al-Qur’an agar kegiatannya terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan apa yang di harapkan. (3) Bentuk evaluasinya adalah evaluasi bulanan yaitu tentang pencapaian target hafalan dan tadarrus santri selama 1 bulan, santri diwajibkan menyetorkan hafalan sebanyak 1 juz dan 1 kali khatam Al-Qur’an dalam 1 bulan.

This study investigates the development and integration of literacy tree learning media as an innovative educational tool for enhancing language and literacy development among elementary school students. The research emphasizes the role of literacy tree learning media in promoting reading, writing, and language comprehension within classroom settings. Alongside its pedagogical benefits, the study includes an economic evaluation of producing the literacy tree learning media using recycled paper, highlighting both its cost-effectiveness and environmental sustainability. The economic assessment covers key factors such as production costs, labor, and material expenses, demonstrating that literacy tree learning media offers a practical, affordable, and sustainable solution for educational institutions. By combining educational innovation with economic feasibility, this study provides valuable insights for schools seeking to improve literacy and language outcomes while contributing to resource conservation and environmental responsibility

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to explore the role of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) in shaping the moral character of adolescents as a preventive effort against sexual deviance, particularly in urban areas of Indonesia. The study addresses the empirical gap concerning how Islamic values are internalized by adolescents within the context of digitalization and a permissive social culture. Design/methods/approach – This research employs a qualitative approach with an intrinsic case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis involving 25 informants in the Greater Jakarta area, including IRE teachers, junior high school students, parents, school leaders, and religious figures. Thematic analysis was conducted with reference to Bronfenbrenner’s ecological systems theory, Bandura’s social learning theory, and Erikson’s psychosocial development theory. Findings – IRE contributes to the development of adolescents’ moral resilience through teacher role modeling, contextual learning approaches, and the reinforcement of spiritual environments and open family communication. The main challenges arise from pedagogical limitations of teachers and the influence of digital media; however, collaborative strategies among schools, families, and communities have proven effective in supporting value internalization and self-regulation. Research implications – The findings underscore the necessity of training IRE teachers in Islamic sexual literacy and developing a synergistic educational ecosystem involving schools, families, and communities. A psycho-religious intervention model is recommended as a preventive educational strategy that is adaptive to adolescents’ realities. Nonetheless, the study is geographically limited to the urban Greater Jakarta area; thus, the findings require further validation in rural contexts with different social and cultural dynamics.
