Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa kelas IV SDN Margahayu dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dengan menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis proyek menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dalam 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 25 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa dalam menulis puisi. Rata-rata nilai siswa meningkat dari 41 pada awal penelitian menjadi 65,1 pada akhir siklus 2. Persentase ketuntasan belajar juga meningkat dari 16% pada awal menjadi 72% pada siklus 2, mencapai nilai rata-rata ketuntasan sebesar 70%. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran berbasis proyek efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SDN Margahayu XVIII.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter perlu ditingkatkan karena karakter di Indonesia mengalami kemerosotan. Siswa di sekolah dasar terpapar dengan informasi negatif, sehingga lebih mudah meniru hal-hal negatif dalam kehidupan nyata. Karakter religius dalam Islam berarti perilaku dan akhlak yang sesuai dengan apa yang diajarkan dalam pendidikan. Pendidikan Islam tidak hanya bersifat teoritis tetapi juga praktis. Dalam hal ini, karakter religius siswa di sekolah dasar ditumbuhkan melalui pelaksanaan shalat Dhuha. Pelaksanaan shalat Dhuha bertujuan untuk membentuk perilaku religius dan sosial siswa agar tidak mudah terpengaruh oleh terpaan yang menyimpang dari teman dan lingkungan sekitarnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan shalat dhuha terhadap karakter religius siswa di sekolah dasar. Penilitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian studi literatur (literature study). Data dikumpulkan dengan mencaru jurnal penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan analisis pelaksanaan shalat dhuha terhadap karakter religius siswa di sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan karakter religius siswa pada pelaksanaan solat dhuha, pembiasaan solat duha bagi siswa akan membentuk karakter siswa yang religius. Dalam melaksnakan shalat dhuha sebagai kebiasaan membentuk karakter religius siswa, membuat mereka setia, loyal, sabar, menghargai, baik hati, belajar pengetahuan agama, takut bersalah, dan merasa bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

Students' basic movements begins to develop in the elementary school phase, which must be developed to support the learning of physical education. This dedication discusses several approaches that teachers can use to teach basic movement skills to their students, as well as long-term benefits. Action research methods can be done in a community of sports teachers who will form collaboration with other teachers to find problems and find solutions. Thus, through such methods, participants can receive and implement learning management in support of the identification of sustainable student talents. The results of dedication are: 1) The range of activities carried out, 2) Continuous support, 3) Evaluation and Feedback, 4) Use of Help Tools, 5) Programme Action to Solve Problems. Identifying challenges in the accompaniment process, the leader and the dedication team will identify problems or obstacles encountered by participants in learning basic movement skills. Once the identification is obtained the problem will be formulated in the form of learning reflection for the next meeting. The community service activities, in the implementation of the activities, use playing learning methods and use the learning media that have been modified to have a positive effect on physical, cognitive, and social development. Games and media modified can motivate and attract the interest of children to be willing to train their activity and muscle development, reduce saturation, and improve the child's skills in a fun way.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the initial speaking skills of fourth-grade students at SDN Wanasari 13 Cibitung, Bekasi Regency, in the 2024/2025 academic year. This study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data in this study were obtained from teachers and fourth-grade students. Data were collected using observation techniques, informal interviews with teachers, and oral tests. The results obtained revealed that most students still have low initial speaking skills, both in terms of word choice (diction), intonation, fluency, use of facial expressions and gestures, and reasoning. This condition indicates the need for more supportive treatment or learning approaches, such as project-based learning, role-playing, simple interviews, adlibbing methods (spontaneous speaking), and the use of media such as podcasts and audiovisuals can also be applied as innovative and fun learning approaches. This study is expected to provide a basis for designing more effective methods or approaches to speaking learning at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Social media is a type of online media that is used to help people interact with each other through the internet. Social media is not only used to communicate and interact, but also for self-expression and self-branding, such as taking photos and making videos in various styles. This study aims to analyze speech actions carried out by elementary school students in conversations on social media. Social media has become a significant communication space for elementary school students, it affects the way they convey their intentions, information, and emotions. The method used is a literature study. The results of this study show: 1) Characteristics of Elementary School Students' Speech Behavior on Social Media, students always use unique and creative language, they can also express their feelings and thoughts freely, in other social media students always interact with friends and others through comments and messages so that it can foster a social spirit in students. 2) The Impact of Social Media on the Communication Development of Elementary School Students, there is a positive impact, namely that some students can communicate in English because they often see content creators from within and outside the country. The negative impact is that students often speak words using poor language. 3) Implications In Education, students always want to seek information to improve learning achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of elementary school children's literacy through the GLS (School Literacy Movement) program. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach that aims to describe the findings of researchers on several scientific journal articles found according to the topic of discussion so that the results of the discussion are obtained. The results showed that the GLS program has a positive impact on improving the literacy skills of elementary school children through three stages in its implementation, namely the habituation stage, the development stage and the learning stage. The GLS program encourages students to participate in active reading activities, such as reading books outside formal lessons. GLS succeeds in attracting students' attention to read more through the provision of interesting reading books, such as illustrated stories, educational comics, and other reading materials that are appropriate for their age. With the routine implementation of the GLS program, it can provide an increase in reading and writing skills, as well as the growth of interest in reading, especially among elementary school children.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of extracurricular activities on student learning outcomes in elementary schools. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques carried out online through google form using a questionnaire. Respondents or informants in this study were elementary school teachers in the Bekasi City or Regency area. The results showed that extracurricular activities have a significant positive impact on student development, both academically and non-academically. Students involved in these activities showed increased self-confidence, independence and social skills, as well as being more critical, disciplined, creative and motivated to learn. The supportive environment in extracurricular activities contributes to the development of students' positive attitudes and behaviors, helping them learn to work together, become responsible leaders, and care for the environment. These activities also encourage students to actively participate, with motivational support from teachers who help them recognize their interests and talents and provide appreciation for achievements. In addition, it is important to evaluate the effectiveness of extracurricular activities through feedback from students and participation in social activities to ensure that the goal of developing students' social and physical skills is achieved.

Abstract

Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang dilaksanakan di Desa Margamulya RW 08, Bekasi, hadir sebagai salah satu bentuk kontribusi nyata dalam menjawab tantangan tersebut. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui kolaborasi dalam bidang pendidikan, dengan memanfaatkan peran mahasiswa sebagai agent of change dan tenaga pengajar tambahan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang dikombinasikan dengan observasi lapangan mendalam untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan masalah pendidikan setempat. Hasil observasi menunjukkan antusiasme belajar anak-anak dan dukungan masyarakat yang sangat tinggi, yang menjadi modal utama dalam pelaksanaan program. Melalui kegiatan baik formal seperti bimbingan belajar mata pelajaran sekolah, maupun non-formal seperti workshop keterampilan dan pendidikan karakter, mahasiswa KKN berhasil menciptakan ruang belajar yang interaktif dan menyenangkan. Kehadiran mahasiswa dan dosen pembimbing tidak hanya membantu meningkatkan pemahaman akademis peserta didik, tetapi juga membangkitkan motivasi dan cita-cita mereka. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kehadiran dan optimalisasi peran mahasiswa KKN sebagai tenaga pengajar pendamping berhasil memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan, memperkuat fondasi pendidikan, serta mendorong terciptanya ekosistem belajar yang lebih dinamis dan berkelanjutan di masyarakat. Program serupa direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan secara berkelanjutan guna mendukung pemerataan pendidikan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Jakasampurna IV dan SDN Bahagia 06 Kota Bekasi dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan kondisi minat baca sastra anak pada siswa kelas IV. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan angket skala Guttman. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 60 siswa kelas IV dari kedua sekolah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat baca sastra anak masih tergolong rendah, dengan 56,7% berada pada kategori rendah, 20% sedang, dan hanya 23,3% tinggi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa belum menjadikan membaca sastra anak sebagai aktivitas yang menyenangkan, melainkan masih dipandang sebagai kewajiban akademik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya peningkatan minat baca melalui penyediaan bahan bacaan sastra anak yang lebih inovatif, menarik, serta mudah diakses, termasuk pemanfaatan media digital berbasis aplikasi.
