Abstract

The process to alleviate flood risk, especially flood from a river that occurs excessively in Indonesia, requires a new approach. The attempt to reduce the risk along with the development of technology is by utilising commercial drones and rapid mapping methods for mapping flood plain area. With the rapid mapping method, the flood mitigation process in the village area can be done quickly. The activity carried out was to map the location of possible flooding in the Way Galih Village and case analysis to determine the location of the biogas digester together with the village government authority. The results of the study show that the data acquisition process and aerial photo processing can be carried out within one day and the village policymaker can quickly make policies and decisions about where to place the biogas digester.

Abstract

Paradigma Bahagia Itu Mencerdaskan bertalian erat dengan program Merdeka Belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan paradigma Bahagia Itu Mencerdaskan dalam kaitannya dengan membangun kemerdekaan belajar anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluasi, dengan model Input-Proses-Output-Outcome (IPOO). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paradigma Bahagia Itu Mencerdaskan merupakan langkah baru dalam memahami esensi belajar yang sesungguhnya. Peserta didik hanya bisa belajar dengan baik bilamana dalam suasana hati, iklim belajar dan dukungan lingkungan yang membahagiakan. Dengan belajar dalam situasi bahagia maka akan berdampak pada kecerdasan peserta didik, baik kecerdasan kognitif, afektif maupun psikomotoriknya.

Abstract

This study describes the learning process of religious-based character education at TK ABA Berbah, Sleman, during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study incorporates a qualitative research method with a descriptive case study approach. Findings suggest that the school implemented blended learning activities in which lessons are conducted online and offline. Habituation became a key activity during the offline session. The involvement of parents contributed to the success of learning during the pandemic, set an example, and monitor their kids at home. Blended learning provided an increase in the communication's intensity and the relationship between parents, children, and teachers so that teaching and learning religious-based character education can be conducted appropriately amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Abstrak. Geomatika merupakan ilmu pengetahuan yang merupakan integrasi dari pengukuran, analisis, manajemen, penyimpanan, dan penampilan dari deskripsi dan lokasi dari data berbasis bumi (spasial). Dengan kemampuan spasial tersebut, maka semua kegiatan yang berbasis keruangan dapat dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkala. Pengadaan konstruksi jalan raya merupakan salah satu kegiatan pengadaan yang berbasis spasial, dari mulai perencanaan hingga jadinya jalan tersebut. Integrasi yang dapat dilakukan dari kegiatan konstuksi jalan dimulai dari pengukuran untuk perencanaan, penyimpanan data rencana pada basis data, kemudian penampilan dalam suatu Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG), dan proses analisis. Proses pengadaan saat ini dilakukan melalui Sistem Pengadaan Secara Elektronik (SPSE) sehingga SIG yang dibentuk dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam SPSE.  Kata kunci : Geomatika, SIG, Spasial, SPSE.

Abstract

Maninjau Lake is one of Indonesia's lakes for hydroelectric power plants, tourism, and fish farming activities. Some activities around the lake cause pollution, leading to massive fish kill. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor water quality regularly. One of the critical water quality parameters is biochemical oxygen demand (BOD). This study aimed to analyze BOD changes using a remote sensing approach during massive fish kills in Maninjau Lake, Indonesia. Multi-temporal Landsat-8 satellite images are processed to estimate the BOD level based on Wang Algorithm. After that, the estimated BOD value is validated using in situ data measurement. The results of the average BOD concentration that occurred in Lake Maninjau was 1.85 mg/L and showed that R2 was 0.8334, and the standard error was 0.076 between the estimated BOD and in situ data. Furthermore, the average concentration of BOD obtained on 23rd August 2017, 13th December 2017, 30th January 2018, 19th March 2018, and 7th July 2018 are 4.96 mg/L, 4.82 mg/L, 5.31 mg/L, 6.94 mg/L, and 6.60 mg/L, respectively. Increased BOD concentration in January 2018 indicates moderate pollution in the waters. BOD concentration increases after the massive fish kill due to the decaying fish across the lake.

Abstract

Penerapan metode klasifikasi time series penginderaan jauh dengan deep learning merupakan metode inovatif yang mampu mengekstrak informasi penting dari banyaknya data observasi bumi yang beragam dengan cepat dan akurat. Penelitian ini menyajikan metode klasifikasi berbasis time series menggunakan Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) untuk pemetaan jenis tanaman sebagai upaya untuk mendukung ketahanan pangan dengan menyediakan produk tutupan lahan berupa peta jenis tanaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan data citra Sentinel-2A dan 150 sampel berupa koordinat titik dari lima kelas yang disimpan dalam bentuk data cube teregulerisasi sebagai dasar informasi untuk pembentukan model klasifikasi menggunakan MLP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, jenis tanaman pada Desa Girimulyo diklasifikasikan ke dalam lima kelas klasifikasi yakni kelas jagung dengan luas 22,2 km2, kelas tanaman lain dengan luas 9,9 km2, kelas pisang dengan luas 6,3 km2, kelas kelapa dengan luas 3,7 km2, dan kelas non-tanaman dengan luas 2,8 km2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode klasifikasi yang digunakan efektif untuk memetakan jenis tanaman di wilayah studi dibuktikan dengan nilai overall accuracy dari citra terklasifikasi yang mencapai 83%. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat dilakukan dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih banyak pada wilayah studi dengan jenis tanaman yang lebih beragam.

Abstract

 Pembangunan aplikasi BIM untuk mendukung proses pekerjaan konstruksi saat ini semakin gencar dilakukan. Hal ini dikarenakan BIM dapat membuat pekerjaan konstruksi lebih terarah sehingga biaya dapat dihemat dan waktu pekerjaan menjadi efisien. BIM sendiri saat ini terdiri atas beberapa level mulai dari pembuatan model 2D hingga aplikasi yang bisa diakses Bersama seluruh pengguna. Salah satu hal yang penting dalam BIM adalah informasi terkait dengan rencana dan progress bangunan yang akan besinggungan langsung dengan ruang spasial. Salah satu metode yang dapat menggabungkan antara rencana dan progres adalah aplikasi Augmented Reality (AR). Penelitian ini mencoba membuat aplikasi Augmented Reality sederhana yang dapat menunjukan titik-titik rencana tapak bangunan dan bentuk bangunan. Pembuatan aplikasi AR ini menggunakan perangkat lunak Unity dan dijalankan pada ponsel berbasis Android. Hasil menunjukan bahwa koordinat lokasi titik rencana hasil stake out di lapangan sudah menunjukan posisi yang sesuai meskipun terdapat batasan yaitu akurasi posisinya akan bergantung pada akurasi GPS pada perangkat ponsel

Abstract

The Brebes district youth education and sports office is one of the districts responsible for making education policies based on local wisdom and innovative policies. In addition, the qualifications needed by the Brebes Youth and Sports Education office are as an evidence-based policy maker based on research analysis for policy, policy analysis, policy implementation, and evaluation, which can ultimately provide policy recommendations. However, only some education personnel in Brebes district's education, youth and sports offices have competence in policy analysis. Based on the situation analysis, it is urgent to conduct policy analysis training for education stakeholders, especially the Brebes Regency youth and sports education office. The target audience in this training is stakeholders in the Brebes district, consisting of school principals, supervisors, and administration/managers. The implementation method includes lectures, discussions/questions and answers, educational games, training with problem-based learning, and (post-test) evaluation of training implementation. The training results showed that the participants gave an assessment related to the review of this education policy analysis training in the "outstanding" category of 90%; all participants gave relatively the same evaluation associated with the response in the training, which was 95%. Participation of training participants who, on average, stated that participation in the training was classified as very good as 90%. In addition, 90% of participants felt empowered during the training. On average, 90% of trainees stated that the training significantly impacted them. Furthermore, 85% of participants noted that the training was relevant to their problems.

Abstract

The education is convinced to play an important role in solving and providing the way out upon the present social problem. One of the important results of educational implementation is the progress of science and technology proved to be able to assist mankind in solving the problem. Ironically, if the educational implementation practice it self contains the problem, for example degradation of morality in education. Therrfore, it, order to solve such a condition, an effort is needed to reconstruct morality to return the main mission of education fur the manifestation of the Indonesian societal typology which is within morality and just prosperity
