This research is motivated by the number of delinquency among students. The purpose of this study is to look at the role of PAI teachers as educators in shaping student character. This research uses qualitative methods of field study research. With the subject of 6 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.The results showed that the role of PAI teachers in the formation of student character is needed by students because the presence of PAI teachers who act as parents of students certainly has a very large role in order to educate students to become ihsani humans. The role of PAI teachers in the formation of student character includes: Empowerment, exemplary, intervention, integrated, sekrening. The strategies carried out by PAI teachers in the formation of student character include: Habituation of 3S (Greetings, greetings, smiles), Habituation of dhuha and dzuhur prayers in congregation, Habituation of reading short letters, recitation of prayers, Habituation of being disciplined, Habituation of being honest. The supporting factors come from external factors, namely good pedagogical and professional competence of teachers, creativity in the implementation of learning. Inhibiting factors consist of internal factors, namely from the person of each learner due to the lack of education and parental guidance given to children since childhood and external factors external factors are one of the inhibiting factors from outside the city community environment which is acu acu to various kinds of problems that exist in students, even though society is a continued education from the school level, because the community environment is usually called non-formal education is also very influential on student life, especially in the formation of student character.

Sebagai salah satu bentuk warisan budaya lokal, Songket Palembang memiliki nilai estetika tinggi untuk diadaptasi ke dalam desain arsitektur kontemporer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis wujud penerapan motif Songket Palembang pada fasad bangunan sebagai bentuk penerapan arsitektur neo-vernakular. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan observasi lapangan, serta studi literatur mengenai pola-pola songket. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penerapan motif songket pada bangunan pemerintahan di Kota Palembang dalam mendukung konsep arsitektur neo-vernakular. Analisis dilakukan untuk menilai sejauh mana motif songket berkontribusi terhadap estetika, identitas budaya, serta fungsionalitas bangunan dalam konteks modern. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan desain arsitektur yang mengedepankan integrasi antara tradisi dan arsitektur kontemporer, serta menjadi referensi bagi arsitek dan desainer yang ingin memadukan unsur budaya ke dalam karya mereka. As a form of local cultural heritage, the Palembang Songket has high aesthetic value and can be effectively adapted into contemporary architectural design. This research aims to identify and analyze the application of Palembang Songket motifs on building facades as a form of neo-vernacular architecture. Through a qualitative approach, this research employs a case study method, incorporating field observations and a literature review on songket patterns. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of songket motif application on government buildings in Palembang City in supporting the concept of neo-vernacular architecture. The analysis was conducted to assess the extent to which songket motifs contribute to the aesthetics, cultural identity, and functionality of buildings in a modern context. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the development of architectural design that emphasizes the integration of tradition and contemporary architecture, as well as serve as a reference for architects and designers who wish to incorporate cultural elements into their work

Cancer is a cell that has lost its normal control and mechanism, resulting in irregular growth. Cancer can occur from various tissues in various organs in line with the growth and development of cancer cells - cancer cells form a mass of malignant tissue that infiltrates nearby tissues and can spread (mentastasis) throughout the body. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hormonal contraceptive use on the incidence of breast cancer in patients at Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Ujung Pandang Hospital Makassar. This research method is observational research with case control study design. Where case control is an analytic study that concerns how risk factors are studied using a retrospective approach. The results obtained Odds ratio value = 0.75. In addition, it was also obtained a lower limit value of 0.36% and an upper limit value of 1.38 at a 95% confidence level (95% C1). Conclusion that the use of hormonal contraceptive is not an influence on the incidence of breast cancer (large OR: 0.42 with a lower limit value of 0.17 and an Upper limit value of 2.50) is a protective factor for the incidence of breast cancer.

Growth is an increase in the size and number of cells and intercellular tissue, meaning an increase in the physical size and structure of the body in part or in whole, so that it can be measured in units of length and weight. Development is a change that is both quantitative and qualitative, namely increasing the ability (skills) of more complex body structures and functions, including the development of cognitive, language, motor, emotional and behavioral development. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of growth and development in children aged 1-3 years with a history of Low Birth Weight Babies. This study used a descriptive research method using a cross-sectional approach. The total population is 30 toddlers at the Sudiang Health Center. So the number of samples in this study were 30 people. The sampling technique used in this research is total sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and distributing observation sheets. The results of this study are a picture of growth and development in children aged 1-3 years, there are characteristics of the child, the sex of the child, parents' education and parents' economic status. there is a history of Low Birth Weight Babies with child development 1-3 years. In conclusion, there is a picture of growth and development in children aged 1-3 years, there are characteristics of the child, the sex of the child, parents' education and parents' economic status. Development is the increase in ability (skill) in more complex body structures and functions in a regular and predictable pattern, as a result of the maturation process. Here it involves the process of differentiation of body cells, body tissues, organs, each of which can fulfill Function: Research Objective: To determine the relationship between mother's work and the development of children aged toddlers (1-3 years) in the working area of the Kalabbirang health center, Minasatene sub-district, Pangkep district. Analytical Survey research design with a Cross Sectional study approach. Samples were drawn using purposive sampling technique from 32 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The collected data was processed using the Chi-Square statistical test using the computer program SPSS version 11.5. In general, it can be concluded that based on the results of the research conducted, several suggestions can be made to related parties regarding the relationship between maternal employment and the development of toddler children aged 1-3 years. For the Kalabbirang Community Health Center, Minasa te'ne District, Pangkep Regency, so that in this case the nursing staff who carry out nursing care can pay attention to the impact where patients experience conditions where there is a threat of serious illness and a care environment that makes patients feel isolated from other people so as to prevent stress from occurring. and the patient's psychological problems.

Ikan nilem (Osteochillus vittatus Valenciennes, 1842) adalah anggota familia Cyprinidae yang tersebar di daerah Asia termasuk Asia Tenggara. Di Pulau Jawa ikan nilem dapat ditemukan di beberapa sungai seperti Sungai Banjaran, Sungai Cimanuk dan Sungai Brantas. Pengetahuan mengenai aspek ekologi O. vittatus sangat diperlukan untuk upaya pelestariannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis struktur populasi (kelimpahan, sebaran panjang dan bobot) serta menentukan laju eksploitasi O. vittatus di Sungai Logending. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sungai Logending Kebumen menggunakan metode survei dan teknik purposive random sampling. Sungai Logending dibagi ke dalam 10 stasiun dengan alasan kemudahan akses masuk kedalam sungai dan pengalaman nelayan mendapat ikan. Pengambilan dilakukan 2 kali dengan interval waktu satu bulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan hasil kelimpahan O. vittatus di kesepuluh stasiun berfluktuasi dan cenderung meningkat ke arah muara sungai, akan jumlah individu ikan antarstasiun tidak berbeda secara signifikan (H = 2,33 ; p > 0,05). Analisis sebaran panjang dan bobot didapat panjang maksimal 164 mm dan panjang minimum 37 mm secara berturut di Stasiun 2 dan Stasiun 10, Ikan dengan bobot maksimal 53,15 g diperoleh di Stasiun 2, ikan dengan bobot minimal 0,22 g diperoleh di Stasiun 10. Sebaran panjang dan bobot O. vittatus menunjukkan bahwa struktur populasi ikan di Sungai Logending masih tergolong sehat, ditandai oleh proporsi ikan benih, ikan matang gonad, dan ikan tua masing-masing sebesar 54,8%, 32,5%, dan 12,7%, tetapi hasil analisis ELEFAN 1 menunjukkan bahwa panjang tangkap pertama (Lc) ikan nilem adalah 49 cm, yang lebih pendek dibandingkan panjang pertama ikan matang gonad (Lm), sehingga mencerminkan bahwa praktik pengusahaan sumber daya ikan belum optimal. Analisis nilai mortalitas penangkapan (F), mortalitas alami, mortalitas total dan laju eksploitasi. berdasarkan analisis program FISAT II adalah 1,22; 1,55; 2,77; dan 0,44 per tahun menunjukkan ikan nilem belum mengalami overfishing.

Plawangan Timur, located in the Segara Anakan Lagoon, Cilacap, is an estuary with many rivers flowing into it, and has a free connection with the open seas. Plawangan Timur waters suffer increased environmental pressures caused by anthropogenic activities, resulting in pollution, degradation of water bodies, and ecological changes. Ecological changes related to the physical and chemical estuary environment have been considered as major drivers of significant fluctuations in the zooplankton community structure. In order to manage and mitigate the effects of these changes, a prediction of their potential impacts on zooplankton communities is needed. This study aimed to determine the zooplankton community, which includes the abundance index, diversity index, evenness index and dominance index. The method used is a survey method with purposive random sampling at five stations. The F test and the Lackey Drop Microtransect Counting method were used to determine the abundance of zooplankton. The results showed that the abundance of zooplankton ranged from 113-598 ind/L (low); zooplankton diversity index ranged from 1.83-2.03 (medium); zooplankton evenness index ranged from 0.79-0.85 (high) and zooplankton dominance index ranged from 0.166-0.211 (low). Based on PP RI Number 22/2021, the physico-chemical factors of the Plawangan Timur waters are still at the safe concentration for zooplankton, except for the brightness, turbidity, Total Suspended Solid (TSS) and salinity.

Silver rasbora (Rasbora argyrotaenia Bleeker, 1849) is one of the native species found in Panglima Besar (PB.) Soedirman Reservoir. High economic value of silver rasbora causes fishermen to tend overfishing. This over-exploitation threatens the native species of fish. Therefore, this study aims to determine several parameters of fish population dynamics so that they become the basis for fisheries management. Sampling was carried out at the PB. Soedirman Reservoir in November 2021, January 2022, and March 2022 using a survey method. The result of this research is, the population of silver rasbora was 3097 individuals dominated by male and small-size fish 0.5-8.5 cm. Length and weight relationship obtained b value <3 which means it is negative allometric. The condition factor ranged from 1.005 to 1.068. Total mortality value (Z) 6.21 per year, natural mortality (M) 1.69 per year, fishing mortality (F) 4.52 per year, with exploitation rate (E) 0.73 per year. The total length of silver rasbora fish obtained ranged from 0.5 to 8.5 cm. The maximum length (L∞) = 12.93 cm and K = 0.62 per year with the Von Bertalanffy growth equation, Lt = 12.93 (1-e(-0.62(t-0.3291))). The yield value per recruit analysis showed that the optimum exploitation was 0.224 and the current exploitation rate was 0.73. The population of silver rasbora was over-exploitation, especially in small-size fish.

Upaya konservasi biodiversitas yang memadukan unsur lingkungan dan wisata dewasa ini menjadi tren baru dalam bidang konservasi. Namun, ada kalanya dalam keberhasilan upaya konservasi berbasis ekowisata mengalami kendala. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan mengenai peluang dan tantangan dalam upaya konservasi yang berbasis padaekowisata. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa metode review artikel. Tahap-tahapan terdiri atas studi literatur dari basis data publikasi ilmiah, identifikasi judul, skrining abstrak, pemilihan naskah lengkap, dan ulasan review. Hasil review menunjukkan tren publikasi ilmiah dalam bidang konservasi sudah mulai mengarah pada konsep ekowisata, dengan memadukan introduksi lingkungan di sekitarnya. Meskipun terdapat peluang dan tantangan yang kerap kali dijumpai, tujuan utama penyelenggaraan konservasi menjadi dorongan tersendiri bagi pengelola kawasan konservasi berbasis ekowisata untuk meningkatkan nilai konservasi yang berkelanjutan sekaligus menjadikan sarana dalam mendapatkan daya tarik wisatawan yang akan mendapatkan pengalaman tersendiri terhadap konsep lingkungan yang alami.
