Abstract

This research aims to analyze the differences in development strategies in small and medium micro-enterprises shoes through improving the quality of human resources in Kesamben Jombang district. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation involving directly to 2 owners of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises shoes in Kesamben sub-district. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity testing is done by testing credibility (internal validation), transferability (external validation), dependability, and confirmability (objectivity). The result of this research is that the improvement of human resources carried out by the Mekar Abi Mulya micro, small and medium enterprises is very helpful for the owner in business continuity and business development, so that the company survives until now. In improving the quality of employees, UD Abi Mulya micro, small and medium enterprises apply aspects in improving the quality of employees, namely: Training, knowledge, experience, personality, and productivity. Meanwhile, UD Riaji in improving the quality of employees is applying aspects: Training, knowledge, personality, and productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality, price perceptions, and sales promotions on customer loyalty (a study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah University, Jombang). This research uses quantitative methods with type research used, namely surveys. The population in this study are students of the economics faculty who use the Grab online transportation service. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with a total sample of 80 respondents. The data collection technique uses an online questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression, coefficient of determination R2, T-test, and F-test. The results of this study show 1) There is no effect of e-service quality on customer loyalty study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH University. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang. 2) There is an influence of price perceptions on customer loyalty study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH University. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang. 3) There is an effect of sales promotion on customer loyalty study on Grab online transportation service customers at KH University. A. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Assets (ROA), and Earnings Per Share (EPS) on firm value in the tobacco sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results show that a high ROE, as seen in HMSP, reflects efficient equity management and positively contributes to increased firm value, while low ROE in GGRM and ITIC indicates inefficiency. ROA analysis reveals that all four issuers have very high average ROA, indicating efficiency in utilizing assets to generate profits. Regarding EPS, the increase in ITIC and WIIM reflects improved financial performance, whereas the decline in EPS at GGRM and HMSP may reduce investor attractiveness. Overall, the study concludes that ROE, ROA, and EPS are important indicators influencing firm value, although they should be considered along with other external factors for a more comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

This study analyzes the financial performance of state-owned banks (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2019–2023 based on profitability ratios (ROA, ROE) and operational efficiency (CIR). The results show that Bank Mandiri and BRI had the best performance, with significant improvements in efficiency and profitability, achieving ROA of 2.76% and 3.08% and ROE of 20.89% and 19.09% in 2023. Meanwhile, Bank BNI experienced fluctuations in its profitability ratios, with ROA increasing to 2.25% in 2023, although slightly lower than the previous year. Nevertheless, Bank BNI showed relatively stable operational efficiency, with CIR ranging between 50% and 60%. Bank BTN, while having the lowest performance, showed significant improvement throughout the study period. This study provides important insights for investors and policymakers in understanding the dynamics of the national banking sector.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan edukasi kepada UMKM tentang peran pentingnya digital marketing dan akuntansi untuk peningkatan pengelolaan usaha. Digital marketing merupakan salah satu strategi pemasaran yang sering digunakan UMKM untuk mempromosikan barangnya kepada konsumen. Melalui penyusunan laporan keuangan UMKM dapat mengetahui perkembangan usahanya. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pendampingan dan pelatihan digital marketing dan akuntansi bagi UMKM Bolen Malang Fairuziba. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah belum optimal dalam penggunaan digital marketing dan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Dengan adanya pendampingan dan pelatihan ini, mitra mempunyai wawasan dan pengetahuan yang baru, yang dapat diterapkan, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan usahanya.

Abstract

Ecoprint is a natural coloring technique using natural materials such as leaves, flowers, and other plant parts that will be manually pounded on tote bags to produce colors with special techniques. The purpose of Ecoprint training is to utilize materials from the surrounding environment to become a profitable business. The method of conveying the theory of Ecoprint making is the offline method and the question-and-answer method. For totebag making training, demonstration, and practice methods are used. In the Ecoprint training on tote bags at SDN Bakalanrayung, class 6, an example of how Ecoprint skills can create good art, so that the price is relatively expensive. Students take part in the training with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm because this training has never been given before. The results of the Ecoprint training are quite good, to maximize it, of course, continuous training is needed so that the results are more satisfying.

Abstract

Understanding and reflecting on character education is more than just knowledge; it is also awareness and action to carry out which can be done while being a teacher. A qualitative study was conducted to collect data from 27 pre-service teachers who participated in the Extensive Reading Course in order to understand how reading e-books and having discussions through Literature Circles have consequences for their character education. Several instruments, including recorded class discussions, questionnaires, and interviews, used to learn how Literature Circles in Extensive Reading classes can provide pre-service teachers with an entry point into conversations about character education, help pre-service teachers better understand themselves and their students, and serve as a first step in a learning environment. The findings of this study give pre-service teachers with an overview of how Literature Circles might provide critical implications for character education as a provision for establishing character education. Literature Circles are instructional activity that aspiring pre-service teachers can utilize to provide a safe environment to participate in conversations and to support pre-service teachers as they work on developing positive classroom character.

Abstract

The Sars-CoV-2 outbreak threatens not just public health, but also the country's economy, particularly the MSME sector. Productive Micro Business Support (BPUM) is one of the initiatives used as capital assistance for micro-enterprises affected by Sars-CoV-2, with funding of 2,400,000 provided by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia through the Ministry of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises. This study intends to identify the implementation of productive aid for microbusinesses during the pandemic, the supporting and hindering variables, and the effect on business growth in Jombang District. In this study, the author used a qualitative methodology. The results of this study reveal that the program implementation has been proceeding pretty effectively; nonetheless, there is a lack of direct socialization from both the Cooperatives and SMEs Office and the Kelurahan/Village. There are factors supporting the positive socio-economic impact felt by BPUM recipients, such as increasing sales, increasing income, and increasing employees. The negative impacts include inappropriate use of funds, mismanagement of funds and creating a sense of dependence on government assistance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran kas, perputaran piutang, dan perputaran persediaan terhadap return on invesment pada perusahaan subsektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Food And Beverages sebanyak 95 perusahaan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel yang diperoleh berdasarkan kriteria sebanyak 4 perusahaan. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data panel menggunakan E-Views 12. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa perputaran kas secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap return on invesment, terbukti dari nilai probabilitas 0,9272 > 0,05, sehingga Ha diterima. Perputaran piutang secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap return on invesment, dibuktikan dengan nila probabilitas 0,2254 > 0,05, sehingga Ha diterima. Sedangkan perputaran persediaan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return on invesment, dibuktikan dengan nilai probabilitas 0,0402 < 0,05, sehingga Ha ditolak.
