Abstract

Abstract: In this paper, a Multiple Sequence Alignment (MSA) is implemented for automatic classification of power quality disturbances. The MSA technique is a way of arranging the three or  more sequences of PQ disturbance. This technique can be use to identify regions of similarity between the sequences. The similarity is achieved at the smallest error of alignment. Aligned sequences of PQ disturbance are typically represented as a matrix. Twelve types of PQ disturbances based on IEEE are considered for the classification. The simulation results show that the Multiple Sequence Alignment (MSA) can effectively detect and classify different PQ disturbances.   Keywords: Multiple Sequence Alignment, Detection and classification of power quality disturbances.

Abstract

This study aimed at knowing the implementation of media in teaching and learning of physical, sport, and health education (PJOK) subject in State Senior High Schools (SMA Negeri) throughout Bojonegoro Subdistrict. In order to investigate such phenomenon, this study employed descriptive research. Moreover, the researcher used survey method with questionnaire as the instrument for data collection. Meanwhile, the subjects of this study were physical, sport, and health education teachers teaching at High School throughout Bojonegoro Subdistrict as many 4 teachers from four schools. Further, the data collected from the subjects of the study were analyzed by using the technique of descriptive percentage. The results showed that the implementation of the media in teaching and learning of physical, sport, and health education in High School throughout Bojonegoro subdistrict achieved “average” category.

Abstract

Vascular complications develop progressively from 5 ? 40 years after the onset of diabetes, although they may appearearlier in type 2 diabetes when associated with a periode of undiagnosed diabetes and impaired glucose tolerance.Endothelial dysfunction is the proposed site of both micro vascular and macro vascular complications in diabetes.Endothelial dysfunction has been documented in both type1 and type 2 diabetes and is present in the insulin resistancesyndrome and in pre diabetes. There were will likely be a subsequent increased burden of vascular complications ofdiabetes, including diabetic nephropathy (DN). It is predicted that 25% of newly diagnosed patient with type 2 diabeteswill develop early stage DN within the next 10 years. Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs), which accumulate indiabetic vasculature, result in enhanced expression of endothelial cell-associated Vascular Cell Adhesion Molecule-1(VCAM-1) as well release of a soluble form of VCAM-1 (sVCAM-1) into culture supernatants. We hypothesized thatsVCAM-1 in diabetic plasma might reect early vascular perturbation in diabetic vasculopathy. The aims of this studyis to know the prol of sVCAM-1 and albuminuria in type 2 diabetes. A cross sectional study to measure sVCAM-1andalbuminuria. Descriptive statistical analysis used to know the prol of sVCAM-1 and albuminuria. Of the 69 diabeticsubjects (31 males, 38 Females) with mean age of 57.4 ± 4.8 years, normoalbuminuria 39 subjects, microalbuminuria 23and macroalbuminuria 7 patients, and sVCAM-1 was 0.614 ± 0.177. The levels of sVCAM-1 plasma is increased alongwith stage of albuminuria. There was an increase of sVCAM-1 level along with stage of albuminuria.

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan adalah usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa dan negara. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah adalah satuan pendidikan formal yang menyeleng-garakan pendidikan umum dengan kekhasan agama islam yang terdiri dari enam tingkat pada jenjang pendidikan dasar. Pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, olahraga dan kesehatan di MI adalah interaksi siswa dengan guru dengan sumber belajar yang berupa aktivitas jasmani, olahraga dan kesehatan yang kuriku-lumnya terdapat di sekolah dengan tujuan pembimbingan perilaku hidup sehat seutuhnya yang pelaksanaannya dilakukan di MI. Kegiatan pembelajaran yang efektif pada umumnya meliputi 7 aspek salah satunya adalah interaksi edukatif antara guru dengan siswa. Untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang bernilai interaksi edukatif yang baik tidaklah mudah ada komponen edukatif yang meliputi tujuan, bahan pelajaran, kegiatan belajar mengajar, metode, alat, sumber dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi edukatif antara guru dengan siswa pada pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, olahraga dan kesehatan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian non-eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling yakni sebanyak 7 guru dan 90 siswa kelas 5. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa (1) berdasarkan kuesioner guru interaksi edukatif proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan dengan nilai rata-rata 228,14 yang kemudian dikonversi ke dalam nilai kategori untuk kuesioner guru dengan nilai kategori “baik”, (2) berdasarkan kuesioner siswa interaksi edukatif proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan dengan nilai rata-rata 84,16 yang kemudian dikonversi ke dalam nilai kategori untuk kuesioner guru dengan nilai kategori “baik”, (3) berdasarkan lembar pengamatan interaksi edukatif proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan dengan nilai rata-rata 51.13 yang kemudian dikonversi ke dalam nilai kategori untuk kuesioner guru dengan nilai kategori “kurang”. Simpulan penelitian bahwa interaksi edukatif pada proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, olahraga dan kesehatan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Se-Kecamatan Kota Bojonegoro dengan nilai rata-rata 430,24 yang kemudian dikonversi ke dalam nilai kategori “cukup”. Kata Kunci: interaksi edukatif, guru, pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, kesehatan Abstract Education is a conscious and planned effort to create such atmosphere of learning process so that the students are actively developing potential their to have the spiritual power, good attitude, and also skills required for themselves, society, country, and nations. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is united formal education which held educating system with islamic characteristic and consists of 6 grades in elementary school. Phsyical education, exercise and health learning in MI is an interaction between teachers and student based on physical action, exercise, and health as the curriculum says. The purpose of this learning to guide healthy life behavior that held in MI. Effective learning activities generally involves seven aspects, one of them is educational interaction between teachers and students. To create valued educative interaction isn’t easy. There are some aspects that have to be completed it involves the learning purposes, teaching materials, learning process, methods, tools, sources and evaluation. This study aims to determine the educational interaction between teacher and student on the learning process of physical exercise and health education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sub District Bojonegoro. Samples were taken by purposive sampling, a total of  7 teachers and 90 students. The results showed that (1) based on teachers questionnaires educational interaction learning process of sport, health and physical education with an average value of 228,14 which then converted into value category for the teacher questionnaire with value “good” category, (2) based on student questionnaires educational interaction learning process sport, health and physical education with an average value of 86,16 which then converted into value category for the teacher questionnaire with value “good” category, (3) based on the observation sheet educational interaction learning process of sport, health and physical education with an average value of 51,13 which then converted into value category for the teacher questionnaire with value “less” category. On conclusion that the study of educational interaction in the learning process of sport, health and physical education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah subdistrict Bojonegoro with an average value of 430,2 which then converted into the value category with the value of the category “enough”. Abstract

Alumni is a means of promotion and curriculum development of a study program. Based on this background problem, this research focuses on finding data on graduates or alumni through tracer studies. The research design uses qualitative research. The population in this study were all graduates of the Department of Physical Education, Health and Recreation (PJKR) Semarang State University. The data collection method used by researchers is: a graduate tracer study system is carried out online through the development of an "alumni portal" which contains alumni respirators and databases that can be accessed online. The analytical method used to analyze the data obtained in this study are as follows: (a) Univariate analysis or single frequency analysis is intended to analyze only one variable that you want to know, for example the waiting period for graduates to get a job (b) bivariate analysis is intended to provide an explanation regarding the relationship between one variable and another, for example the suitability between lecture material and competency in employment, and (c) multivariate analysis is used to determine various variables, from the simplest to the most complex.

Abstract

physical performance, and sports. This article examines the research on high intensity interval training. This article aims to determine the effectiveness of high-intensity interval training on fitness and endurance. Data sources were taken from Scholar, Scimago Jr., Wiley Online Library, Springer. Search data ranges from 2015 to 2023. The method of implementing activities uses the literature review method. In this article, it is recommended that high intensity interval training should be done regularly with the right intensity and sufficient duration to achieve optimal results. The results of the review concluded that high intensity interval training can be done outside or inside the house which is suitable for athletes and non-athletes because it can increase muscle strength, reduce high blood pressure, improve cardiorespiratory fitness, burn fat, and help cure diabetes. In conclusion, high intensity interval training has an influence on changes in improving performance, health, and endurance. This strength training can further be developed or tested with various variables, subject characteristics, and a larger population. HIIT exercise can greatly increase physical performance. Optimal physical ability is intended to increase the body's metabolic system, cardiovascular fitness, and endurance, as well as influence health levels. HIIT is a quick and effective exercise that can be done both indoors and outdoors.Key words: high intensity interval training, physical fitness, endurance

Abstract

Assessing the physical fitness and body mass index (BMI) of students is crucial for understanding their overall health and well-being. This study aims to investigate the relationship between students' nutritional status, as measured by BMI, and their level of physical fitness. Physical and anthropometric tests were conducted to collect data on height, weight, and relevant physical indicators, which were used to calculate BMI. The data were analysed using percentage analysis to determine the frequency and percentage of students in different BMI categories and levels of physical fitness. However, it is important to note that this study had limitations, including a sample restricted to students from a single school, which might limit generalizability to the larger student population. Additionally, the study focused solely on the relationship between nutritional status (assessed through BMI) and physical fitness without considering other potential factors that might influence students' fitness levels. Future research should aim to expand the sample size to include a more diverse student population and investigate additional factors that might impact students' physical fitness levels. This study's findings contributed to the existing literature by providing valuable insights into the interplay between students' nutritional status, BMI, and their level of physical fitness.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis motivasi penggemar sepakbola terhadap klub yang didukungnya. Berdasarkan literatur sebelumnya, motivasi penggemar klub lokal dari kalangan akademisi belum banyak dikaji. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi (PJKR) Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sunan Giri (UNUGIRI). Klub sepakbola yang didukung oleh partisipan adalah Persibo Bojonegoro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 mahasiswa (79 laki-laki, 21 perempuan). Analisis frekuensi, statistik deskriptif, uji t independen, dan ANOVA satu arah digunakan untuk menganalisis data melalui program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi mahasiswa olahraga dalam mendukung klub lokal meliputi: kebanggaan terhadap tim lokal (35%), kesenangan dan hiburan (25%), ikatan emosional dengan tim (20%), pengaruh teman dan lingkungan sosial (15%), serta kesempatan untuk mengembangkan jejaring sosial (5%). Hasil peneltian ini menambah informasi tentang jenis dan tingkat motivasi penggemar sepakbola di kalangan mahasiswa terhadap klub sepakbola lokal. What motivates sports students to support their local football club? Abstract: This study aims to examine the motivations of football fans in supporting their chosen clubs. Previous literature indicates that the motivations of local club supporters, particularly within academic communities, have received limited attention. The participants in this study were students from the Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Study Program (PJKR) at Nahdlatul Ulama Sunan Giri University (UNUGIRI), with Persibo Bojonegoro as the football club of interest. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing a questionnaire distributed to 100 students (79 male, 21 female). Data were analyzed using frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, and one-way ANOVA using SPSS. The findings reveal that the primary motivations for supporting local football clubs among the students include pride in the local team (35%), enjoyment and entertainment (25%), emotional attachment to the team (20%), peer and social influence (15%), and opportunities to expand social networks (5%). These results contribute to the understanding of football fan motivations within student populations for their local football clubs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between college students' nutritional status and learning outcomes, especially physical education in Universitas Negeri Semarang. The type of research used is correlational. The population of this study amounted to 220 college students. This study uses primary data obtained from the measurement of the nutritional status of college students and secondary data from learning outcomes of physical education students in Universitas Negeri Semarang. The data collection tool is in the form of measuring nutritional status based on body mass index. The data were analyzed by correlational statistics through a computerized process using the SPSS program. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between nutritional status and learning outcomes for college students.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar merupakan seluruh upaya penggerak psikis yang berasal dri dalam diri seseorang yang menimbulkan aktivitas belajar, dan memberikan jaminan untuk kelangsungan pembelajaran agar mencapai suatu tujuan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi belajar peserta didik tingkat sekolah menengah atas pada Kurikulum Merdeka secara umum lebih detail pada aspek instrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian non eksperimen yaitu menggunakan pendekatan deskripritif kuantitatif. Tempat penelitian yaitu 13 sekolah menengah atas negeri yang ada di wilayah cabang Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten malang. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu setiap sekolah mengirimkan nama perwakilan sejumlah 35-40 peserta didik. Selanjutnya sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara acak (random Sampling) sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 249 peserta didik. Sampel tidak ada kriteria khusus seperti jenis kelamin, usia dan berat badan. Instrumen pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik pengisian angket online  melalui Google Form. Angket penelitian berisi tentang pernyataan-pernyatan tentang motivasi belajar pada aspek instrinsik dan ekstrinsik berjumlah 30 butir peryataan dengan menggunakan skala likert 5 kategori yang memiliki nilai validitas 0,893 dan nilai reliabelitas 0,920. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan mengenai motivasi belajar peserta didik sekolah menengah atas mengikuti pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) pada aspek motivasi instrinsik, ekstrinsik dan motivasi secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori baik maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan motivasi belajar yang dimiliki peserta didik sekolah menengah atas dalam mengikuti pembelajaran PJOK pada kurikulum merdeka belajar berkategori baik.saran yang diberikan bagi guru-guru PJOK lebih memperhatikan berbagai macam aspek pembelajaran yang ada pada kurikulum merdeka sebagai langkah penunjang untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran PJOK.
