Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan dan sikap keuangan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan UMKM (studi kasus pada usaha mikro bidang kerajinan di Kota Padang). Usaha mikro bidang kerajinan banyak digemari masyarakat pada umumnya ditambah lagi dengan adanya dorongan dari pemerintah untuk memberikan pembinaan kepada pelaku usaha berupa program unggulan sehingga meningkatkan jumlah pelaku usaha, namun masih banyak masalah yang dihadapi pelaku usaha dalam mengelola keuangan usahanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden adalah pelaku usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang kerajinan di wilayah Kota Padang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung maupun menggunakan google form secara online. Hipotesis di uji secara statistik dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan UMKM, sedangkan variabel sikap keuangan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan UMKM. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa perilaku pengelolaan keuangan dipengeruhi oleh sikap keuangan, yang mana artinya semakin baik sikap keuangan pelaku usaha, maka semakin baik pula pengelolaan keuangannya.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how to instill the value of religious pluralism at An Najah Student Boarding School Purwokerto and analyze how the student efforts in tackling religious conflict. The methodology used in this research is qualitative descriptive methods. In this study, several conclusions were drawn that the Kiyai at An Najah Islamic Boarding School instill the value of religious pluralism for santri through various activities either written  in the Islamic boarding school curriculum or not. Efforts made by santri to overcome conflicts between religious communities are by following organizations based on harmony and being tolerant towards all religious communities. A good understanding of a student towards religious pluralism makes them always able to select which behavior should be carried out and not cause religious conflict.

Abstract

This research is library research that aims to examine and analyze the values of Sufism in the novel Arinillah by Taufiq Al-Hakim. Sufism values are listed in each storyline, and the depiction of the characters facing life's problems in the novel Arinillah by Taufiq Al-Hakim. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with stages, namely the stages of providing data, analyzing data, and presenting the results of data analysis. The data source in this research is Novel Arinillah Karya Taufiq Al-Hakim. The data collection technique used reading and note-taking techniques, and the data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. As for the results of this study, Taufiq Al-Hakim gave the values of the spirituality of Sufism in the novel Arinillah. The Sufism values contained in the novel are patience, tawakkal, zuhud, pleasure, repentance, divine love, and faqir. These values can be integrated into modern Muslim life to solve spiritual thirst. The individualistic, materialist, hedonistic style of community life that emphasizes ratio can be reduced by integrating the values of zuhud, tawakkal, and patience. The application of value of Sufism is very important to be applied during increasingly modern life and increasingly sophisticated technological developments.

Abstract

Currently, the civic education learning outcomes of elementary school students are still in the low category. This is due to the lack of learning media that can be used. This development research aims to analyze the design, validity and effectiveness of problem-based learning videos on class III civic education content. This research uses the ADDIE development model. The subjects in this research were subject content experts, design experts, media experts, 3 students for individual trials, and 6 students for small group trials. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and tests. Data analysis techniques use qualitative data analysis, quantitative descriptive data analysis, and inferential statistical data analysis (t-test). The research results show that the video development design includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation.  The assessment of learning media experts showed a percentage of 82.35%, design experts 90.25%, material experts 81.66%, individual trials 96.20%, and small group trials 90.52%. This learning video is effective for use in class III civic education content, especially material on ethnic diversity. It can be concluded that the problem-based learning video innovation in class III civic education content is in very good qualifications and is effectively used to improve student learning outcomes. This research has implications for improving the quality of civic education learning through quality media.

Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses the role of classroom management skills by teachers in enhancing students' interest in learning. In the learning process, students often show a lack of interest, which can hinder the effectiveness of education. Therefore, effective classroom management is essential to create a positive learning environment. The research employs a qualitative method using interviews and literature review as data collection tools. The results indicate that good classroom management significantly contributes to increasing students' interest in learning. This study also identifies the factors and strategies used in classroom management, as well as the challenges faced by teachers. Thus, this research emphasizes the importance of classroom management skills in creating an engaging learning atmosphere and fostering students' interest in learning. Penelitian ini membahas peran keterampilan pengelolaan kelas oleh guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Dalam proses pembelajaran, sering kali siswa menunjukkan kurangnya minat, yang dapat menghambat efektivitas pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan kelas yang efektif sangat diperlukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang positif. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara dan studi literatur sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan kelas yang baik memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor dan strategi yang digunakan dalam pengelolaan kelas, serta tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya keterampilan pengelolaan kelas dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang menarik dan mendorong minat belajar siswa.

Abstract

The influence of foreign ions on the response of Al3+ ISE-based polyurethane membranes from castor oil has been determined using SSM. The results showed that the presence of the foreign ions tested did not affect the sensitivity and response of Al3+ ISE. The influence of foreign ions Na+, K+, Li+, Pb2+, Ca2+, Co2+, Cu2+, Ni2+, Cr3+, and Fe3+ on the selectivity of ion-selective electrodes (Al3+ ISE) in the concentration range 1x10-9 – 1x10-4 M has been performed using separate methods. The results show that the presence of foreign ions does not affect the performance of Al3+ ISE with a Kij value < 1. The selectivity sequence of foreign ions is Fe3+ > Cr3+ > Pb2+ > Cu2+ > Ni2+ > Co2+ > Ca2+ > Li+ > Na+ > K+ respectively.

Abstract

This research is one of many efforts to deliver this program Kemah Galang Bhakti Sosial (KGBS) is a program that can expand the role of youth NU in the Ayah sub-district, Kebumen district. As for the method of writing, this research is a descriptive analysis method for scrutinizing true conditions, and the results of this research are analyzed and shown in a report of research. The result of this research is the KGBS program, which has become a place for youth NU to advance NU. Besides that, this program can be a realization of the contribution of youth NU in the Ayah subdistrict in education, politics, social, religion, and culture areas.

Abstract

This article aims to reveal Ahmad Tayyeb's criticism to Hasan Hanafi regarding turots wa tajdid. This criticism conveyed by Ahmad Tayyeb has rational and scientific reasons based on his scientific studies. Ahmad Tayyeb is a prominent Muslim scholar as well as the Grand Sheikh at Al Azhar, Cairo, Egypt. The influence of his thought spanned the world and became one of the most influential Muslim figures. Anxiety currently is the rise of new khawarij understanding so that the emergence of various kinds of terrorism movements, radicalism. Ahmad Tayyeb called for the teaching of peace for all human beings, that all of us are brothers and are equally human beings who deserve to be respected for their human rights. The conclusion of this paper states that Ahmad Tayyeb calls for Traditional Islam which adheres to the text of the Koran in solving problems. Muslims must have principles in upholding Islamic law in relation to various fields, not continue to adhere to western principles because Islam also has its own. The spirit of peace between religious communities is something that must be held firmly because Islam is a religion that loves peace

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out whether the Covid-19 pandemic, exchange rate and inflation have a partial effect on the movement of JII stock indexes. (2) To find out whether the Covid-19 pandemic, exchange rate and inflation have a partial effect on the movement of JII70 stock indexes. . (3) To find out whether the Covid-19 pandemic, exchange rate and inflation have a partial effect on the movement of ISSI stock indexes. As for the research conducted using quantitative methods. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, documentation, literature study. Data analysis techniques use classical assumption tests including normality tests, multicolenearity tests, autocorrelation tests, heterochedasticity tests and hypothesis tests including partial tests (t tests), coefficient of determination (R) tests, F tests. . The results showed that simultaneously covid-19 cases, exchange rates, and inflation had a significant effect on the JII, JII70, and ISSI stock indices. . Partially, the exchange rate has a significant effect on the JII and JII70 stock indices are negatively correlated. Meanwhile, covid cases and inflation have an insignificant effect despite the trend. Meanwhile, partially covid cases, exchange rates and inflation have a significant effect on the ISSI Sharia stock index. Abstract

This paper traces the perception of Generation Z Muslims in Surabaya about marriage dowry. Data was obtained from questionnaires distributed to them, and finally received 174 respondents. Two things that were tracked were their perception of the Regional Minimum Wage-based dowry quality and quantity standards and their legal paradigm towards the idea of wage-based dowry. This study shows two important things. First, most of them disagree with wage-based dowry in the context of quantity. On the other hand, in the context of quality, they agree that dowry should be of productive value. At this point, they display a unique position because productivity is interpreted dually, wage-based standards and not. Second, they respond to this issue using four paradigms: sociological, normative, anthropological, and juridical. Sociological and juridical paradigms create the value of reciprocal protection, male and female. The normative paradigm establishes the importance of patriarchal protection. While the anthropological paradigm is more binding on the preservation of tradition. Here, it can be seen that the paradigm influence of protection on women in the context of wage-based dowry standards is quite strong, although sometimes women are trapped in a patriarchal paradigm.
