Stroke is a health problem that associated with blood circulation disorder in the brain. The problem of stroke is very complex, especially first aid for stroke patient. The purpose of this research is to explore family experience to give first aid in stroke patient. The design of this research is qualitative methode with phenomenology approach. The partisipant is 4 people that the family have experience in stroke first aid and it choosed by using purpose sampling. This research have 4 theme: 1) family knowledge about stroke, there are the definition, sign and symptom, and risk factor, 2) stroke first aid, 3) time to find help, 4) using health facility. The result of this research hoped can be the reference for the family about first aid for stroke or as a supporting data for the next researcher that want to research about stroke. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the most important businesses that have an important role in the economy in Indonesia. However, there are still many obstacles experienced by MSMEs assisted by Wahana Visi Indonesia in running their business, especially skills in business development and how to prepare excellent and correct financial reports. The situation analysis results show that more than 60% of MSMEs only record the amount owed by customers to the shop, record receivables from suppliers, record the amount of money in and money out and do not separate personal cash from their business activities. Community Service Activities (PKM) Faculty of Economics Universitas Dirgantara Marshal Suryadarma aims to provide material training and hands-on practice on how to make financial reports through the android-based financial application "AkuntansiKu" on a communication device (mobile phone). The result of this PKM activity is that only 56.6% of MSME entrepreneurs could correctly answer questions from the material presented before the training. However, after being given training and materials, the result was an increase to 78.2%. In addition, the majority of MSME entrepreneurs are already able to use the AkuntansiKu application.

Aging is one of the problems that occurs in the skin. The factors cause aging are either free radicals. The use of antioxidants can prevent aging. Mucous Aloe vera known to have an antioxidant effect. The purpose of this study is to get aloe vera gel that stable and has anti-aging effects. This research was conducted by making a gel of aloe vera preparations in three formulas, each with aloe vera mucous of 5% (F1), 15% (F2) and blank (F0). Evaluation of gel preparations includes organoleptic, pH, Stability checks at room and cold temperatures, Scatter test, Adhesion, homogenity, irritation and anti-aging test on the skin of the backs of volunteers using skin analyzer with measured parameters including moisture, evenness, large pores, spot, and wrinkles. Gel was used twice a day for 30 days and was carried out every week. Statistical data were analyzed using the two-way ANOVA and continued with the Tukey test. The results showed that the stable a gel of aloe vera formula was F2 with a aloe vera concentration of 15%. Anti-aging activity test results showed that aloe vera gel preparations 15% (F2) faster recovery in increasing moisture, skin smoothness, shrinking pore size, reducing spot and wrinkles.

Pelaksanaan Kuliah Kerja Nyata mahasiswa menjadi salah satu strategi untuk mengangkat potensi suatu daerah dari aspek budaya, pariwisata, sosial ekonomi. Setiap daerah memiliki ciri khas masing-masing, sehingga diperlukan manajemen inovasi tata kelola tepat guna dan tepat sasaran untuk dikembangkan di daerah tersebut, seperti di Desa Koto Sentajo, Kecamatan Sentajo Raya, Kabupaten Taluk Kuantan, Riau. Salah satu caranya dengan mengadakan program peningkatan pengelolaan sumber daya alam. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberi pelatihan bagi masyarakat Koto Sentajo untuk memahami dan menjalankan perilaku hidup sehat. Secara manajerial perlu kerjasama dan pengawasan untuk menanamkan kesadaran dan merubah kebiasaan warga desa meuju hidup sehat dan bersih. Agar pelaksanaan berjalan baik, perlu diwujudkan fasilitas kamar mandi-cuci kakus (MCK) dengan instalasi pengolahan air limbah (IPAL). Hidup sehat dan bersih dengan sarana MCK dan IPAL diharapkan berdampak pada meningkatnya kunjungan wisatawan ke Koto Sentajo dan meningkatnya kesasaran warga desa terhadap arti penting hidup sehat dan bersi.

ABSTRAK Acute coronary syndrome (ACS) merupakan penyakit yang mengancam kehidupan apabila tidak ditangani dengan cepat. Tindakan yang diberikan oleh keluarga kepada pasien ACS dengan tujuan mengurangi keluhan pada pasien yang menyebabkan penundaan untuk datang ke pelayanan kesehatan akan memperburuk keadaan pasien. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui analisis tindakan keluarga dalam menangani pasien ACS pre hospital di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau. Rancangan penelitian adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jumlah populasi 119 dan sampel 34 orang dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis secara univariat. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan jumlah tindakan didapatkan 14 orang (41,2%) yang melakukan satu tindakan, dengan tindakan terbanyak adalah istirahat dan segera dibawa ke rumah sakit. Dengan penelitian ini diharapkan keluarga mampu melakukan tindakan yang tepat dengan mengistirahatkan pasien dan segera membawa pasien ke pelayanan kesehatan dengan segera. Tingginya angka kecelakaan lalu lintas meningkatkan tingginya angka kematian. Bantuan hidup dasar dapat menekan angka kematian pada korban henti jantung dan henti nafas akibat kecelakaan lalu lintas dan salah satu tugas polisi lalu lintas adalah memberikan penanganan dengan cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan sikap polisi lalu lintas dalam pemberian bantuan hidup dasar pada pertolongan pertama kecelakaan lalu lintas di POLRESTA Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di POLRESTA Pekanbaru dengan populasi 126 orang dan sampel 96 orang. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji chi-square dan kolmogorov-smirnov. Hasil analisa univariat mayoritas responden berusia dewasa awal (26-35 tahun) (58.3%), berjenis kelamin laki-laki (81.2%), berpendidikan perguruan tinggi (66,7%), faktor emosional tinggi (65.6%), pengetahuan cukup (55.2%), pengaruh orang lain yang dianggap lebih penting (57.3%), pengalaman menangani korban sudah pernah (71.9%), sikap negatif (55.2%). Hasil analisa bivariat menunjukkan variabel yang berhubungan dengan sikap polisi lalu lintas dalam pemberian bantuan hidup dasar pada pertolongan pertama kecelakaan lalu lintas yaitu pengetahuan Pvalue = 0.022, pengalaman menangani korban Pvalue = 0.036. Untuk variebel yang tidak berhubungan dengan sikap polisi lalu lintas dalam pemberian bantuan hidup dasar pada pertolongan pertama kecelakaan lalu lintas yaitu faktor emosional Pvalue = 0.156, pengaruh orang lain yang dianggap lebih penting Pvalue = 0.638. Diharapkan sikap negatif dan pengetahuan yang cukup dalam pemberian bantuan hidup dasar dapat diperbaiki dengan cara meningkatkan pengalaman dan memberikan pelatihan Daftar Pustaka : 34 (2002-2017)Kata kunci : Sikap, faktor-faktor, polisi lalu lintas, bantuan hidup dasar.

The results indicate the ability of PT XYZ to fulfill short-term obligations on time, Efficiency Ratio with interpretation that efficient management in managing company cash, from investment and funding ratio, company need to consider to buy new fixed asset, because investment ratio implies fixed asset cost of company , A ratio of current liabilities of 2.2 times and a cash debt of 1.7 times indicates that firms use more of their own capital compared with long-term debt utilization, the amount of their own capital use and reduced debt in meeting the operational needs of the company may result in reduced savings benefits taxes from the use of debt Based on the comparative analysis of company value can be seen that the value of the company PT. XYZ of 23.77 highest in the parameters of 2013 until 2016. Increase in the value of the company in the year in line with the optimization of the company's capital structure because the company's value will be optimal if the minimum capital cost of the companyKeywords: Cashflow, Ratio.

Accounting industry recognizes two methods of determining the cost of production, these methods are cost method and process order cost method. In the order cost method, all costs incurred from the purchase of raw materials to the finished product, will be charged to the product ordered. As for the cost method process, the charging is only done based on the cost that actually occur until the product is completed. For the unique nature of the product, in the sense not want to be known by those who want to know the formula the company's products, accounting industry, must be engineered, reverse to hide the production process up to the finished product. Low quality factor, less attractive packaging, lack of product innovation, and inadequate location can be solved with improvement, but no less important is the effectiveness and efficiency, this factor is the key to compete in the current digital era, companies that can do both components will be able to survive in the market from outsider products that are relatively cheap. Accurate 4 with a bit of engineering by coding some menus can be done so that helps management and part production in determining the number of units to be produced explicitly. There is an inappropriate utilization of the accurate 4 module, but can be neutralized once the pre-load process has been completed by closing it on the prepared menu. The result of utilizing accurate 4 for production process makes production more scheduled so that effectiveness and efficiency can be done.Keywords: Accurate 4 Manufacture, effectiveness and efficiency coding.
