Abstract

Regulation of the Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Nomor PER - 14/PJ/2013 dated April 18, 2013 starting in 2014 which is still valid until now, where in the implementation of taxation PPh21-26 uses e-SPT as a means of reporting PPh 21/26. The purpose of the e-SPT PPh21-26 is to make it easier for companies to carry out their PPh21-26 obligations. The application application is connected to the company's recitation information system, and of course a bridge is needed to be able to connect the two applications, the tax application and the recitation application. This study aims to create an application that can quickly, precisely, effectively, and efficiently manage salary data in the company, so that it is able to meet the elements of taxation, especially PPh21 period and annual PPh21/proof of deductions that must be submitted to employees at the beginning of time, in order to avoid burdens piling up. or queues for the submission or reporting of individual annual PPh21. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has made the digital era develop rapidly, as well as e-commerce, the purchase process can be done from home, digital marketplace media facilitate users with interactive applications that can be called very responsive. PT XYZ, which usually conducts transactions in a traditional way, also has to keep up with developments. However, there are problems with the level of security and customer trust in e-commerce transactions. From the company's graphic data, it shows that customer loyalty has not been well developed.From the Structural Assurance variable at PT XYZ, where thitung is greater than ttable 5.315 > 1.667, due to the response from the sales admin who is very responsive to questions from customers from the Trust variable thitung is greater than ttable 2.816 > 1.667, needs to be improved, socialization about the company through digital media such as the web and non-digital media such as offline stores. From the simultaneous test, Fhitung is greater than Ftable 13.652 > 3.130. This shows that there is a significant influence of Structure Assurance and Trust together on Online Purchase Intention at PT XYZ

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem pelaporan PPh21 dan Sistem Aktiva Tetap di PT XYZ, terkait pemberlakukan PMK 66 tahun 2023 mulai 1 Juli 2023, khususnya atas beban penyusutan kendaraan. Dengan kriteria pada lampiran point 8, dimana beban penyusutan adalah insentif bagi karyawan yang termasuk dalam kriteria yang ditetapkan. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan FAST (Framework for the Aplication of System Thingking), dengan menggunakan analisis PIECE (Proformance, Information dan Data, Economic, Control, Efficiency, dan Service. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran bahwa Aplikasi perlu diperbaharui dan disingkronkan sehingga dapat memenuhi unsur yang ditetapkan dalam PMK, atas hasil analisis maka dibuatkan aplikasi sederhana dengan menggunakan microsoft excel. Setelah dilakukan uji coba pada aplikasi dengan menngunakan e-spt PPh 21-26, aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik, tidak terdapat error data pada saat proses import transaksi, dengan demikian aplikasi dapat diterapkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Pengembangkan Sistem Informasi Integratif untuk pengelolaan insentif kendaraan dan pemotongan PPh21 berdasarkan PMK 66/2023. Sistem dikembangkan dengan pendekatan Agile Development untuk fleksibilitas proses dan Rapid Application Development (RAD) guna percepatan pengolahan data. Penelitian dimulai dari identifikasi kebutuhan, desain Use Case dan ERD, hingga pengembangan sistem dalam empat sprint utama menggunakan Laravel, MySQL, dan Vue.js. Pengujian mencakup unit, integrasi, sistem, dan user acceptance testing (UAT), dengan validasi mencapai akurasi 99%. Sistem telah diimplementasikan secara real-time setelah migrasi ke server produksi. Tantangan yang dihadapi antara lain perubahan kebutuhan pengguna, keterbatasan dana dan waktu uji coba, serta gangguan teknis server. Rencana lanjutan mencakup integrasi sistem payroll, pengembangan aplikasi mobile, dan penerapan machine learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem ini efektif, akurat, dan adaptif, mendukung efisiensi operasional dan kepatuhan perpajakan organisasi.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi teknis akuntansi digital siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 9 Jakarta melalui pelatihan penggunaan software Accurate Accounting System Offline. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain one group pretest–posttest, melibatkan 70 siswa jurusan Akuntansi. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung, serta dievaluasi menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala ordinal tiga tingkat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan pada hampir seluruh aspek penggunaan Accurate, terutama pada manipulasi bentuk perusahaan, pengaturan chart of account, penanganan revisi gagal impor data, dan pengelolaan database siap transaksi. Rata-rata peningkatan pemahaman peserta melebihi 50%, yang menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi operasional akuntansi digital. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan software akuntansi berbasis praktik mampu menjembatani kesenjangan antara pembelajaran teori dan kebutuhan praktik di dunia kerja, serta mendukung peningkatan kesiapan kerja lulusan SMK.

Abstract

Salah satu aspek penting dalam pendidikan akuntansi adalah penguasaan teknologi komputerisasi yang memudahkan proses pembelajaran dan pengelolaan data keuangan. Adanya pelatihan Komputerisasi Akuntansi dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Accurate online untuk guru MGMP Akuntansi Jakarta Timur I dan Jakarta Timur II, bertujuan selain untuk memperdalam pemahaman guru terhadap keilmuan aplikasi Komputer akuntansi khususnya Accurate online juga sebagai persiapan untuk mengikuti ujian sertifikasi Certifield Accurate Profesional (CAP). Pelatihan Komputerisasi Akuntansi menggunakan metode Workshop dengan kasus yang relefan dengan Ujian Sertifikasi Kompetensi (USK) dan Ujian Sertifikasi CAP. Untuk mengukur efektivitas pelatihan terhadap hasil ujian Certifield Accurate Profesional, maka metode digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen atau kuasi-eksperimen. Peserta sebanyak 28 guru dari MGMP Akuntansi  Jakarta Timur I dan Jakarta Timur II. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan Komputerisasi Akuntansi, dengan melihat perubahan hasil pretest dan posttest yang menunjukkan peningkatan ketermapilan dalam menggunakan aplikasi Accurate yaitu seperti Improvisasi setup Accurate atas bentuk usaha, Merombak Daftar Akun, peserta, Memastikan setup sudah valid, Fitur Accurate untuk Transaksi dan menyajikan Laporan Keuangan, Adapun efektifitas pelatihan terhadap hasil ujian Certified Accurate Professional yaitu sebesar 70,37% peserta dinyatakan lulus dan berhak menyadang gelar CAP.   One important aspect of accounting education is mastery of computerized technology, which facilitates the learning process and financial data management. The Computerized Accounting training, using the Accurate online application for teachers at the East Jakarta I and East Jakarta II Accounting MGMPs, aims not only to deepen teachers' understanding of computerized accounting applications, particularly Accurate online, but also to prepare them for the Accurate Professional Certification (CAP) exam. The Computerized Accounting training uses a workshop method, using cases relevant to the Competency Certification Exam (USK) and the CAP. To measure the effectiveness of the training on Accurate Professional Certification exam results, a quantitative experimental or quasi-experimental research method was used. Twenty-eight teachers from the East Jakarta I and East Jakarta II Accounting MGMPs participated. The results of the Computerized Accounting training activities, by looking at the changes in the pretest and posttest results which show an increase in skills in using the Accurate application, namely Improving the Accurate setup for the form of business, Revamping the Account List, participants, Ensuring the setup is valid, Accurate Features for Transactions and presenting Financial Reports, The effectiveness of the training on the results of the Certified Accurate Professional exam is that 70.37% of participants are declared to have passed and are entitled to hold the CAP title.

Abstract

The changing demands of the labor market require accounting education at the secondary school level to be aligned with the latest Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia—SKKNI). The Accounting Teachers' Working Group (MGMP) of East Jakarta II continues to face challenges in understanding and implementing SKKNI Decree No. 264 of 2023, particularly regarding occupational levels and their integration into classroom instruction. This community service program aimed to enhance teachers' understanding of SKKNI, facilitate consensus on the appropriate occupational level for accounting instruction, and develop recommendations for aligning learning with industry competency standards. The program employed a participatory approach through workshops, focus group discussions (FGDs), and technical mentoring. The results indicate improved teachers' understanding of the SKKNI structure, competency units, competency elements, performance criteria, and occupational level concepts. The program also resulted in an MGMP agreement to adopt Level II as the minimum occupational standard for accounting instruction in vocational high schools and produced recommendations for curriculum alignment, including the integration of SKKNI competency units into teaching materials, the development of competency-based assessments, the incorporation of workplace case studies, and the strengthening of contextual learning practices. Participant evaluations also indicated a high level of satisfaction, with 86.6% rating the speakers' mastery of the subject matter as very good. These outcomes strengthened collaboration between higher education institutions and the MGMP in supporting the implementation of competency-based accounting education that is more closely aligned with the needs of business and industry.

Abstract

The Community Service Program was conducted at SMK PGRI 1 East Jakarta to enhance the digital accounting competencies of students and teachers through training on the use of the Accurate Offline accounting software. The partner institution faced challenges related to the limited practical experience of participants in operating accounting software commonly used in the workplace, despite having a basic understanding of accounting principles. The program involved 26 participants consisting of accounting students and teachers. The implementation method included needs assessment, pre-test, material presentation, hands-on training, mentoring, post-test, and evaluation. The training materials covered Accurate installation, company account setup, subsidiary account management, opening balance entry, and system configuration and backup procedures. The evaluation results demonstrated improvements across all training topics. The average percentage of participants who understood the material increased from 29.8% in the pre-test to 63.0% in the post-test, representing an improvement of 33.2 percentage points. The highest gains were observed in subsidiary account management and opening balance setup, each showing a 35% increase in understanding. In addition to improving conceptual knowledge, the training enhanced participants’ practical skills in operating Accurate Offline to complete the accounting cycle digitally. These findings indicate that Accurate Offline training is effective in strengthening accounting computer competencies and supporting the readiness of vocational school students and teachers to meet the demands of technology-based accounting practices.

Abstract

Digital transformation in school administration requires teachers to develop competencies in network technology and data processing. A needs assessment conducted among teachers of the Accounting Teachers Association (MGMP) of Jakarta Region II identified limitations in understanding basic network connectivity and the use of Microsoft Excel data analysis features. This community service program aimed to improve teachers' digital competencies through computer network and data processing training. The program was conducted on November 14–15, 2025, at Hercules Hall, Campus A, Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma, and involved 18 participants. The training applied a Hands-on Training approach consisting of needs assessment, material preparation, training implementation, evaluation, and mentoring. Participants' knowledge was evaluated using pre-test and post-test instruments on a 1–4 scale, while practical skills were assessed through direct observation. The evaluation results showed an increase in the average Crimping and VPN score from 2.61 to 3.55, representing a score change of 0.94. The average Pivot Table and Slicer score increased from 2.11 to 3.86, with a score change of 1.75. Practical observations indicated that participants were able to perform UTP cable crimping, use a LAN Tester, understand basic VPN configuration, and operate Pivot Table and Slicer features. The results indicate an increase in participants' knowledge evaluation scores and practical skills after completing the training.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa secara deskriptif hasil dari pelatihan accurate bagi siswa/i kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 17 Jakarta terhadap ujian sertifikasi Certified Accurate Data Entry.Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian one shot case study, dengan jumlah populasi 72 siswa/i, dengan semua polulasi dijadikan sebagai sample. Data hasil penelitian adalah dokumen resmi dari PT Ultima Tekno Solusindo, Devisi Edukasi sebagai pihak penyelenggara kegiatan sertifikasi berupa hasil ujian Sertifikasi CADE. Analisis data menggunakan Teknik statistic deskriptif berupa nilai minimum, nilai minimum, nilai rata-rata, serta persentase tingkat kelulusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua siswa/i peserta ujian dinyatakan kompeten dan berhak memperoleh sertifikat CADE, dengan skor ujian berkisar dari 75 sampai dengan 100, rata-rata nilai adalah 94,58, merupakan kategori sangan baik.Dengan demikian dapat diartikan bahwa Pelatihan Accurate secara deskriptif mampu menghasilkan capaian kompetensi yang sangat baik bagi siswa/i kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 17 Jakarta
