Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bermitra dengan sentra industri kecil menengah yang memproduksi jamu. Lokasi mitra berada di bagian utara Kabupaten Sleman, tepatnya berada di Dusun Merdikorejo Kecamatan Tempel Kabupaten Sleman. Sentra ini baru saja dikukuhkan pada tahun 2018 sebagai salah satu sentra IKM di Kabupaten Sleman. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diberikan gambaran dan pendampingan mengenai bagaimana komponen – komponen berusaha yang diadopsi dari proses kegiatan belajar mengajar di Departemen Teknik Industri UNDIP mulai dari proses peramalan yang menjadi dasar dalam pengabidan masyarakat ini sampai dengan proses e-commerce di kemudian hari.  Diharapkan dengan pendampingan yang berkesinambungan maka dapt meningkatkan produktifitas dari sentra dalam berusaha.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mengambil lokasi dan bermitra dengan IKM yang berada di  sentra industri kecil menengah jamu. Lokasi mitra berada di Kabupaten Sleman, tepatnya berada di Dusun Merdikorejo Kecamatan Tempel Kabupaten Sleman. Sentra ini telah dikukuhkan pada tahun 2018 sebagai salah satu sentra IKM di Kabupaten Sleman. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berangkat dari keinginan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas sentra tersebut.  Salah satu cara yang kami laksanakan adalah dengan melakukan revitalisasi peralatan produksi yang ada. Peralatan ini telah ada di sentra tersebut selama beberapa waktu dan belum dapat digunakan secara optimal dikarenakan adanya perbedaan spesifikasi antara kondisi mesin yang ada dan kondisi yang ada di lapangan.  Diharapkan dengan kegiatan pengabdian ini maka utilisasi mesin dapat meningkat dan pada akhirnya produktivitas masyarakat juga meningkat.

Abstract

In this paper we developed a VRP model for multiple routes, multiple time windows for multiple products and heterogeneous vehicles. The solution were constructed using a heuristic approach, i.e, a sequential insertion algorithm. Additionally, this model is applied to solve fuel distributions for eight customers in East Nusa Tenggara. It needs two tankers with capacity of 4700 kilo liters, so that those distributions can be accomplished with a minimum number of vehicles, total completion time, and range of completion time. The result of this study shows that for a heterogeneous vehicles problem, a vehicle with the largest capacity may not necessarily be the vehicle that provides an optimal solution. Moreover, advance trials should be conducted by providing a limited number of tankers for each tanker capacity, so the description of heterogeneous vehicles becomes more visible. In the future research, the solution will be improved by utilizing relocation techniques.

Abstract

The role of information technology (IT) in improving companies’ competitiveness, including small and medium enterprises (SMEs), has been widely accepted. But, the IT investment will be in vain, if SMEs do not align their business and IT. There is a need to develop a framework of business-IT alignment. The framework development requires an understanding of the patterns of IT implementation in supporting SMEs’ business (e-business initiatives). This paper presents an empirical study on e-business initiatives in Indonesian manufacturing SMEs. The study uses 41 business processes that are grouped into three business focuses: supplier side, internal side and customer side. Based on the complexity of IT support to business processes, supplier side score, internal side score, customer side score and global score can be calculated. These scores are used to develop e-business initiative groups by using cluster analysis. After validated using discriminant analysis, the cluster analysis gives five e-business initiatives. First initiative is e-business implementation in three sides of business focuses, although in the early stage. Second initiative is IT implementation with internal side focus. Third initiative is e-business with customer side focus. The fourth is initiative that focuses on internal and customer side. The last is e-business initiative that balances and extends IT implementation on the three sides of business focuses. Then, this paper explains the differences between e-business initiatives.

Abstract

Memanfaatkan atap rumah sebagai lahan pembangkit listrik tenaga surya sistem on grid bisa menjadi solusi yang efektif dan efisien untuk mengurangi tagihan listrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menganalisis potensi PLTS rooftop kapasitas 1215 Wp dengan sistem on grid skala rumah tangga dari sisi tekno ekonomi. Menggunakan masing-masing dua alternatif untuk komponen utama panel surya dan inverter maka terdapat 4 variasi rancangan konfigurasi komponen dalam penelitian ini. Variasi 1 menggunakan panel surya canadian solar dengan inverter solax. Variasi 2 menggunakan panel surya canadian solar dengan inverter sofar. Variasi 3 menggunakan panel surya risen dengan inverter solax. Variasi 4 menggunakan panel surya risen dengan inverter sofar. Melalui software PVSyst 6.43, dengan rata rata radiasi sebesar 5,48 kWh/m2/hari, potensi kinerja dari masing-masing variasi perancangan PLTS rooftop kapasitas 1215 Wp skala rumah tangga ini akan menghasilkan energi listrik sebesar 1873 kWh, 1893 kWh, 1865 kWh dan 1885 kWh. Biaya investasi dari perancangan PLTS rooftop kapasitas 1215 Wp adalah Rp25.220.000-Rp27.020.000 dengan nilai Net Present Value berkisar antara Rp15.309.805- Rp17.421.839, Benefit Cost Ratio berkisar antara 1,489-1,588, Payback period berkisar antara 10,38 – 11,02 tahun dan nilai IRR berkisar antara 8,8-9,56%.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKurang optimalnya penggunaan e-business oleh pelaku UKM dalam pemasaran dan penjualan online karena belum mengoptimalkan peran e-business dan juga membutuhkan tips untuk menggunakannya. Berkembangnya pandemi telah memberikan tantangan supaya tetap bertahan karena adanya pembatasan secara fisik sehingga merubah pola bisnis pelaku usaha. Oleh karena itu, e-business bisa digunakan agar bisnis tetap berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini bermitra dengan usaha Elbarkah bersama dengan tiga belas pelaku UKM lainnya. Webinar ini bertujuan untuk diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman para pelaku usaha terkait dengan pemanfaatakn teknologi e-business secara maksimal untuk dapat meningkatkan penjualan pada kondisi pandemi Covid-19. Webinar dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi secara langsung antara para UKM Pelaku Usaha dengan narasumber. Materi yang diberikan berupa peluang saat menggunakan e-business guna menjawab adanya tantangan selama pandemi. Pemateri memberikan pemahaman dari perubahan dunia juga pada teknologi. Hal ini mengubah pola konsumen dalam membeli produk, berawal dari membeli langsung ke toko kemudian konsumen mengubah polanya dengan memanfaatkan smarthphone pada berbagai macam aplikasi yang dibutuhkan. Oleh karena itu, pelaku usaha melakukan transformasi bisnis namun terkendala karena berjualan secara offline, sedangkan platfom e-commerce dapat digunakan. Setelah webinar selesai, peserta mengisi evaluasi yang disediakan. Hasilnya adalah 64% diantaranya merasakan adanya kesesuaian antara pelatihan dengan tujuan peserta dan 50% lainnya merasakan adanya manfaat pada pekerjaannya. Sedangkan 50% lainnya menyatakan penyampaian materi baik dan mudah dipahami. Terakhir, 64% peserta menyatakan pemateri memberikan respon yang baik. Kata kunci: teknologi informasi; e-business; e-commerce ABSTRACTThe less optimal use of e-business by SMEs in online marketing and sales has not optimized the role of e-business and also requires tips for using it. The development of the pandemic has posed a challenge to survive because of physical contact, thus changing the business pattern of business actors. Therefore, e-business can be used to keep the business sustainable. This activity is in conjunction with the efforts of Elbarkah along with thirteen other SME players. This activity aims to increase the understanding of business actors regarding the maximum use of e-business technology to increase sales during the Covid-19 pandemic. The webinar is held using the lecture method and direct discussion between UKM Business Actors and resource persons. The material provided is in the form of opportunities when using e-business to answer challenges during the pandemic. The speaker provided an understanding of the changing world as well as on technology. This changes the pattern of consumers in buying products, starting from going directly to the store and then changing the pattern by using smartphones in various kinds of applications that are needed. Therefore, business actors carry out business transformation but are constrained by selling offline, while e-commerce platforms can be used. After the webinar is over, participants fill out the evaluation provided. The result is that 64% of them feel that there is an adjustment between the training and the participants' goals and the other 50% feel the benefits on the job. While the other 50% stated that the delivery of the material was good and easy to reach. Finally, 64% of participants stated that the speaker gave a good response. Keywords: information technology; e-business; e-commerce

Abstract

Kematian ibu tetap menjadi masalah yang menakutkan bagi daerah-daerah di Indonesia termasuk Kabupaten Trenggalek. Pelayanan antenatal dapat meningkatkan status kesehatan ibu dan bayi baru lahir, sayangnya tingkat kunjungan antenatal belum mencapai target. Ada berbagai faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam implementasi sehingga mengakibatkan kinerja pelayanan antenatal belum optimal. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelayanan antenatal di Puskesmas Kabupaten Trenggalek. Penelitian kualitatif di dua Puskesmas dilakukan dengan wawancara semi terstruktur terhadap kepala puskesmas, penanggungjawab poli kesehatan ibu dan anak, bidan. Terdapat tiga faktor yang mempengaruhi pelayanan antenatal: a) tenaga kesehatan, aspek kualitas telah memadai namun secara kuantitas belum terpenuhi; b) fasilitas penunjang, peralatan sesuai standar namun ada sebagian yang perlu diperbaiki; c) panduan pelayanan, standar operasional telah dibuat namun belum lengkap. Pelayanan antenatal belum sepenuhnya berjalan dengan baik karena kendala dari komponen input pelaksanaan program. Rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan antenatal meliputi mempertimbangkan penambahan tenaga bidan melalui sistem kontrak, mengganti peralatan penunjang yang tidak berfungsi, dan memperbaharui panduan pelayanan antenatal.

Abstract

Strategic initiatives in an effort to increase the role of New and Renewable Energy in the energy mix as a supply of power plants, one of which is the development of Solar Power Plants (PLTS) for own use at PLN's existing Power Plants. In 2021, the percentage of self-use power at PLTU Tanjung Jati B reaches 5.25% or the equivalent of 543 GWh, where PT. KPJB office building is one of the loads that receives self-use from the PLTU grid. Rooftop Solar Power Plant (PLTS) has been implemented on to replace the role of supplying electrical energy from the PLTU to several equipment to support the company's operations. After conducting an economic feasibility study with 3 calculation methods, namely Net Present Value (IDR. 210,436,003.12), Benefit Cost Ratio (1.17), and Payback Period (16.90), theoretically implementing a 32 kWp PLTS Rooftop can indeed said worthy. But with the three calculation results that can be considered very low with an estimated return on investment reaching almost 17 years.

Abstract

Elementary school age is a period of physical growth and movement that plays an important role in the formation of quality individuals. Through physical movements in the form of games that continue to provide optimal development in children both cognitive maturity and motor development. Sports with a play-and-game system can increase the growth of neurons in the brain and stimulate the growth of new neurons in the hippocampus. Meanwhile, physical education learning in elementary schools is still teacher-centered and there is still a lack of variety of learning models. Based on the above problems, the play-and-game model can be used as a monotonous and less interesting learning solution. This learning is effective and innovative because it can provide learning experiences both from cognitive, motor, and affective aspects. Engaging in physical activity will positively affect all systems: cardiovascular, respiratory, hormonal, immunological, and nervous systems. In addition, a large development of the frontal and temporal lobes at the age of children 7-12 years. The brain will become more rapidly developed so that it will make faster cognitive improvement. The Play and game model can improve academic performance both in memory, memory, and learning.

Abstract

The health workforce distribution in Indonesia still needs to be balanced, especially in border areas and islands (DTPK), with no exception for public healthcare workers. This study aimed to determine the interest of public health science students in working in remote areas and the factors associated with the interest of public health science students to work in remote areas. This study design was cross-sectional, and a total sampling method was used. The subjects were final-year students majoring in Public Health Science at the State University of Malang. The dependent variable was the interest of public health science students to work in remote areas. Independent variables included personal input, background environment, and student self-efficacy. Data were analyzed univariate and bivariate using Goodman and Kruskal Tau tests. The result showed that from 79 respondents, 44.3 percent of students were interested in working in remote areas, and 5.1 percent had high self-efficacy to work in remote areas. The factor related to student interest in working in remote areas is the self-efficacy variable (p is 0.000). Most students are not interested in working in rural areas, and self-efficacy is associated with student interest in working in rural areas.
