Abstrak Perkembangan dunia industri sekarang ini mengakibatkan semakin sengitnya persaingan di dalam duniaindustri, khususnya pada industri manufaktur. PT. INKA Multi Solusi merupakan perusahaan manufakturpembuatan berupa lokomotif, kereta penumpang, kereta bergerak, gerbong barang, kereta khusus, danproduk pengembangan yang mengalami masalah dalam pengelolaan sumber daya material, yaitu masihada proses pendataan secara manual dan membutuhkan perencaan produksi dengan terjadwal.Berdasarkan permasalahan proses bisnis pada produksi proyek UGL bulan Januari 2023 masih belumterintegrasi dan termonitoring secara bertahap dalam rangkaian produksi. Proses bisnis yang dialamiperusahaan perlu dialaminya perbaikan dan penyesuaian sesuai kebutuhan. Tujuan dari penelitian iniadalah dibuatkan aliran sistem informasi dengan menerapkan implementasi ERP dengan bantuan softwareOdoo ke dalam divisi fabrikasi PT INKA Multi Solusi, sehingga data dapat terintegrasi menjadi satu danmemonitoring alur produksi dengan terstruktur. Perancangan sistem informasi menggunakan metodewaterfall dengan terbagi menjadi 5 tahap yaitu requirement analysis and definition, system design,implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, dan operation and maintenance. Hasilpenelitian ini berupa rancangan proses bisnis usulan perbaikan yang sesuai dengan implementasi ERPdengan bantuan software Odoo.Kata kunci: Proses Bisnis, ERP, Odoo, Metode Waterfall Abstract The development of the world's industry today has resulted in increasingly fierce competition in the world'sindustry, especially in the manufacturing industry. PT. INKA Multi Solusi is a manufacturing company inthe form of locomotives, mobile passenger carriages, carriages, freight carriages, special carriages, anddevelopment products that experience problems in managing material resources, namely that there is stilla manual data collection process and requires scheduled production planning. Based on the process ofbusiness problems in the production of the UGL project in January 2023, it has not been integrated andmonitored in stages in the production series. The business processes experienced by the company need toundergo improvements and adjustments as needed. The purpose of this study is to create an informationsystem flow by implementing ERP implementation with the help of Odoo software into the PT INKA MultiSolusi fabrication division, so that data can be integrated into one and monitoring production flows in astructured manner. System information design uses the waterfall method which is divided into 5 stages,namely requirements analysis and definition, system design, implementation and unit testing, systemintegration and testing, and operation and maintenance. The results of this study are in the form of businessprocess design suggestions for improvements that are in accordance with ERP implementation with thehelp of Odoo software.Keywords: Business Process, ERP, Odoo, Waterfall Method
