Abstract

The health workforce distribution in Indonesia still needs to be balanced, especially in border areas and islands (DTPK), with no exception for public healthcare workers. This study aimed to determine the interest of public health science students in working in remote areas and the factors associated with the interest of public health science students to work in remote areas. This study design was cross-sectional, and a total sampling method was used. The subjects were final-year students majoring in Public Health Science at the State University of Malang. The dependent variable was the interest of public health science students to work in remote areas. Independent variables included personal input, background environment, and student self-efficacy. Data were analyzed univariate and bivariate using Goodman and Kruskal Tau tests. The result showed that from 79 respondents, 44.3 percent of students were interested in working in remote areas, and 5.1 percent had high self-efficacy to work in remote areas. The factor related to student interest in working in remote areas is the self-efficacy variable (p is 0.000). Most students are not interested in working in rural areas, and self-efficacy is associated with student interest in working in rural areas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of predisposing, enabling, and reinforcing factors to decision purchase of premium’s BPJS Health in the district Klojen Malang. The research design used was analytic observational with cross sectional approach. The sample was taken using cluster proportionate random sampling technique with 130 respondents who have BPJS Health card’s and domiciled in Klojen district. The results using simultant logistic regression ( X2 = 31,190 > X2table = 22,457) showed that education, knowledge, attitude, acces, income, and officer behaviour have significant relation with purchase decision. The conclusion of this research is predisposing, enabling and reinforcing have relationship with purchase decision of premium’s BPJS Health in Klojen Malang City.

Abstract

The results of the Health Department survey in 2013 prevalence of worms transmitted through soil in primary school (SD) reached 28.12%, with details of 60% of students infected with roundworms; 16% of students were infected with whipworms; and 7% of students were infected by hookworm. The prevalence of worms in SDN 01 Kromengan became the highest compared to other schools in Malang Regency, which reached 48%. To reduce the prevalence of intestinal worms, do counseling using power point media. This study aims to determine the influence of counseling using power point media to the level of knowledge, attitude, and behavior of students of grade 5 and 6 SDN 01 Kromengan. This research is quasi experimental with pretest-postest group design method. With the subjects of 42 students using the total sampling, conducted in SDN 01 Kromengan Malang Regency, and conducted in April-May 2017. This study used a questionnaire distributed directly to students. Data analysis using paired t-test with significant level of 0.05. Based on the result of the research, it shows that there is a difference between pretest-posttest with t-count of knowledge (-10,094), attitude (-7,658), and behavior (-8,762)

Abstract

his research was conducted to know the risk factors of HIV/AIDS TB coinfection patients in Malang. Type of the research was observational analytic with case control (restropectif). The sampling method used is non probability total sampling with 20 samples from the case and 20 samples from the control. The case is HIV patients with tb coinfetion and the control is HIV patients who has not TB coinfection. Techniques of data collection used are interviews and observations with questionnaire. Data is analyzed by univariate analysis (descriptive analysis)and bivariate analysis by chi-square test. According to the analysis of data this study suggested that contact with TB patients (p-value = 0,000 and OR = 2,092), clinical stadium (p-value = 0,000 and OR = 2,541), education (p-value = 0,000 and OR = 1,822), history of asthma (p-value = 0,240 and OR = 0,198) and history of diabetes (p-value = 0,347 and OR = 0,165). The conclusion of study is factor contact with TB patients, clinical stadium and education significantly associated and are risk factors of TB coinfection on HIV patients in Malang. Another factor is the history of asthma and history of diabetes were not associated and are protective factors of TB coinfection on HIV patients in Malang.

Abstract

Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) are an important foundation in the motor development of elementary school-age children and play a role in supporting the participation of physical activities throughout life. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of FMS intervention in improving Fundamental Movement Skills in PJOK learning in elementary schools. The research method uses a literature study by examining five relevant scientific articles. The analysis was carried out in a descriptive-comparative manner by comparing the research methods, the form of intervention, the variables measured, and the main findings of each study. The results of the study show that FMS interventions carried out in a structured and integrated manner in school learning are effective in improving children's Fundamental Movement Skills, especially in locomotor skills and object control skills. Game-based interventions have also been proven to be able to increase students' movement competence and confidence. In addition, intervention programs with a relatively short duration can still have a positive impact if implemented in a focused and systematic manner. Based on these results, it can be concluded that FMS interventions have a strong empirical basis to be applied in PJOK learning in elementary schools to support children's motor development optimally and sustainably

Abstract

Website Teknik Industri Universitas Diponegoro berperan sebagai layanan informasi akademik kepada mahsiswa sampai masyarakat. Ditemukan pada http://industri.ft.undip.ac.id/ belum optimal dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan menggunakan usability testing dengan metode Think-Aloud Protocol wemenunjukkan bahwa efektivitas website hanya mencapai 52%, efisiensi 57,60%, dan kepuasan masih rendah karena permasalahan utama yang teridentifikasi meliputi konten homepage yang padat dan panjang, inkonsistensi layout, tombol yang tidak memiliki affordance jelas, serta penempatan hyperlink yang tidak intuitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meredesain user interface website TI Undip dengan menerapkan prinsip Golden 8 Rules, kemudian melakukan validasi melalui usability testing dan kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS). Metode yang digunakan meliputi studi pendahuluan, identifikasi masalah, perancangan prototipe menggunakan Figma, secondary design testing, serta analisis komparasi desain. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada prototipe redesain dengan efektivitas mencapai 98%, efisiensi 90%, dan skor SUS rata-rata 83,38. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa prototipe user interface yang diredesain layak untuk diimplementasikan guna meningkatkan pengalaman dan kepuasan pengguna dalam mengakses informasi akademik.

Abstract

Industri kecantikan Indonesia diproyeksikan mencapai nilai pasar USD 9,7 miliar pada 2025, namun persaingan yang ketat menyebabkan banyak brand lokal mengalami penurunan performa, termasuk Scarlett yang turun dari peringkat kedua pada 2022 ke luar dari sepuluh besar brand terpopuler pada 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi atribut kualitas produk kecantikan berbasis persepsi konsumen dari ulasan e-commerce dan menyusun rekomendasi atribut untuk informasi produk di platform digital. Hasil tiga metode text mining diterapkan yaitu TF-IDF, Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA), dan BERTopic pada 135.000 ulasan konsumen dari 450 produk kecantikan terpopuler di Shopee, Tokopedia, dan Lazada. LDA ditetapkan sebagai metode utama dengan coherence score 0,571 pada K=6 karena menghasilkan topik yang lebih interpretatif dibandingkan BERTopic dengan 161 topik dan coherence score 0,696 namun kurang terstruktur. Hasil pemodelan mengidentifikasi enam topik utama yang dipetakan ke dalam empat dimensi perceived quality meliputi intrinsic cues, extrinsic cues, experience attributes, dan credence attributes. Berdasarkan pemetaan tersebut, produk skincare disarankan mengedepankan atribut lembab, cerah, dan jenis kulit, produk makeup mengedepankan shade, coverage, dan waterproof, serta produk perawatan tubuh mengedepankan wangi, aroma, dan tekstur dalam informasi produk di platform e-commerce.

Abstract

PT Air Liquide Indonesia merupakan perusahaan industri gas yang melayani berbagai sektor strategis seperti kesehatan, manufaktur, dan industri makanan dan minuman. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, perusahaan menghadapi peningkatan beban operasional seiring bertambahnya target pelanggan, pembaruan kontrak, serta komitmen baru untuk pengurangan emisi karbon. Kondisi ini menyebabkan beban kerja di departemen fungsi penunjang (Supporting Functions) meningkat yang ditandai dengan keterbatasan waktu penyelesaian tugas dan adanya keluhan karyawan atas tingginya tingkat lembur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja pada fungsi pendukung di PT Air Liquide Indonesia menggunakan dua pendekatan, yaitu metode NASA-TLX untuk mengukur beban kerja mental secara subjektif, dan Full Time Equivalent (FTE) untuk menilai kecukupan tenaga kerja berdasarkan rasio waktu kerja terhadap kebutuhan kerja. Hasil analisis NASA-TLX menunjukkan mayoritas karyawan mengalami beban kerja tinggi hingga sangat tinggi, dengan kontribusi terbesar berasal dari kebutuhan mental (31%), kebutuhan waktu (28%), dan tingkat usaha (22%). Sementara itu, analisis FTE menunjukkan 11 dari 14 posisi mengalami overload, sedangkan 3 posisi lainnya berada dalam kondisi underload. Rekomendasi perbaikan difokuskan pada redistribusi beban kerja antarposisi dan penyesuaian jumlah tenaga kerja pada posisi dengan beban berlebih agar dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan menciptakan pembagian kerja yang lebih seimbang.
