Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of promotions and discounts on purchasing decisions of Somethinc products through consumer loyalty. This study was conducted using quantitative methods. Data were obtained through questionnaires containing statements that had been prepared by researchers and distributed to respondents, the questionnaires were distributed. Data analysis was carried out using Smart-PLS software version 3.0. The results showed that promotions did not have a significant effect on consumer loyalty of Somethinc products. However, discounts were shown to have a positive effect on consumer loyalty. Discounts through consumer loyalty have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Somethinc products.

Abstract

The food people consume and how the food is consumed are essential determinants of health.Consumption of healthy food is an intriguing topic with contradictory findings in various cases. It provides an indirect overview of the diversity and interest in the study of healthy food products throughout both pandemic and endemic periods. Using regression analysis, this study examined the influence of price, quality, and availability on the purchase intention of healthy food products of 100 students. The results revealed that price, quality, and availability influenced the intention to purchase healthy food products. Limitations and suggestions for further studies are offered for consideration.

Abstract

Many factors influence purchasing decisions as they relate to several aspects. It becomes more complex when the choice is diverse and prices vary, including the influencing factors that provide freedom of choice. Brand is the concept of consumers and affects consumers’ decision-making. Therefore, brand image and brand trust of consumers are linked to each other. Thus, brand image will affect brand trust of consumers. In addition, the brand also indirectly influences purchasing decisions due to the increasing number of products. To that end, this research’s problem is whether the brand influences purchasing decisions. This research method employed regression analysis involving samples of 100 students from Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta representing the millennial generation. The results showcased that brand image did not affect purchasing decisions, but brand trust did. Further, limitations and suggestions are presented for theoretical deepening and further research.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of technology acceptance factors and website service quality in measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty for online shopping. This research was conducted in Mamuju, Indonesia. The sample was selected using accidental sampling involving 200 Shopee marketplace users. The data in this study were processed using structural Equation Molding (SEM) with partial least square alternative 3.0 (PLS). The results of this study indicate that the technology acceptance factor has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the technology acceptance factor has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, website service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, website service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on consumer loyalty as well as customer satisfaction also plays a moderating role in the technology acceptance factor on loyalty through customer satisfaction and website service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Mojosongo 1 Clinic is a health clinic that was established in 2017. The clinic has a busy situation every day. This is a reference for researchers to find out whether social media factors and customer quality can affect customer loyalty. The clinic has social media accounts in the form of Instagram and WhatsApp to carry out marketing through social media. The use of social media as a marketing tool has been used for 6 years. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of social media and service quality on patient loyalty with satisfaction as mediation at Mojosongo 1 Clinic. This research is quantitative. The participants in this study were visitors to Mojosongo 1 Health Centre. Purposive sampling is the sampling method used. The calculation uses Ferdinand's idea. 140 respondents were obtained as the research sample. Primary data was used in making this research.  Questionnaire distribution is the data collection method in this study. The data analysis method in this study uses SMARTPLS software, namely Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study show that social media has a positive and significant impact on Loyalty. Service quality has a negative and insignificant impact on Loyalty. Social Media and service quality have a positive and significant impact on Satisfaction. Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Loyalty. Social Media has a positive and significant impact on Loyalty through Satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant impact on Loyalty through Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing the impact of live streaming features and ease of use on purchase intention for Muslim fashion products on Shopee, with consumer trust as a mediator. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents who are active Shopee users in Sukoharjo Regency. Data analysis is performed using SmartPLS 3 to test the structural model and relationships between variables. The results show that live streaming and ease of use significantly affect consumer trust. Live streaming features also significantly affect purchase intention, while ease of use does not. Consumer trust is proven to mediate the relationship between live streaming features and purchase intention, as well as between ease of use and purchase intention. This research provides important implications for e-commerce industry practitioners, especially in marketing strategies for Muslim fashion products through the Shopee platform, highlighting the importance of live streaming features and building consumer trust to enhance purchase intention.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan riset ini yaitu menganalisis efek dari kualitas layanan dan price kepada keputusan pembelian tiket Bus Rosalia Indah, dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediator. Riset memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data utama yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner kepada 100 pelanggan PT Rosalia Indah Transport Palur, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Variabel riset mencakup harga dan kualitas layanan sebagai variabel independen, keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel dependen, dan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediator. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS Statistics 27 melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan asumsi klasik, serta regresi linear berganda. Riset menunjukkan bahwa harga dan mutu layanan secara signifikan memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Namun, hanya kualitas layanan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara kepuasan pelanggan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan sebagai mediator. Riset ini merekomendasikan manajemen Bus Rosalia Indah untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan guna memperkuat citra perusahaan dan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the study of teacher performance for strengthening the sustainability of vocational schools at SMK Negeri 1 Mojosongo Boyolali in 2024. This research method is quantitative. In this study the population used was teachers at SMK N 1 Mojosongo Boyolali totaling 146 teachers. The number of samples in this study was selected based on the Simple Random Sampling technique and calculated by the Slovin formula and obtained a sample of 107 teachers. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the help of SMARTPLS Software. PLS-SEM analysis consists of two Outer model and Inner model. The results showed that self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. First, high self-efficacy increases teachers' confidence in their abilities, which has a direct impact on improving performance. Second, self-efficacy also contributes to motivation, where teachers who feel capable tend to be more motivated to teach well. Furthermore, high motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance, facilitating better achievement of teaching goals. Finally, self-efficacy influences teacher performance through work motivation, suggesting that increased self-efficacy can result in stronger motivation, which in turn improves their performance. This confirms the importance of developing self-efficacy in the educational context to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of endorsements by Fadil Jaidi on the social media platform Instagram on purchase intention toward the Nyemil Saji product. Employing a quantitative explanatory approach, the study examines the causal relationship between the endorsement variables—which include credibility, attractiveness, and content quality—and purchase intention, which comprises confidence, purchase decisions, desires and needs, and recommendations. Research data were collected through an online questionnaire completed by 99 respondents, all of whom are followers of the Instagram account @fadiljaidi. Regression analysis results indicate that endorsements by Fadil Jaidi have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (regression coefficient = 0.803, p < 0.01). The endorsement variable explains 80.3% of the variability in public purchase intention (R² = 0.803). These findings reinforce the relevance of the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) theory, wherein endorsements act as stimuli that shape consumer perceptions and drive purchasing decisions. From a practical perspective, the results of this study affirm the effectiveness of influencer-based marketing in increasing purchase intention, particularly for everyday consumer products. The implications of this research provide valuable insights for marketers in selecting credible endorsers who align with the target market to optimize digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the use of Instagram as an online marketing communication media carried out by @beautyhijab.sukoharjo, in this study using the AIDA theory (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action), this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews, observations and documentation of 2 people and documentation of the @beautyhijab.sukoharjo account, this study uses a purposive sampling sample with the criteria of the owner and admin of Instagram @beautyhijab.sukoharjo who have an understanding and participate in the process of managing Instagram as an online marketing communication media @beautyhijab.sukoharjo. the results of this study indicate that the use of Instagram is very effective in promoting @beautyhijab.sukoharjo products by implementing marketing communication strategies and applying the AIDA theory through the stages of Attention, Interest, Desire and Action @beautyhijab.sukoharjo can attract consumer attention to products through attractive offers until consumers take action to purchase products.
