Abstract

Employee performance appraisal to select the best employees in an agency is very important. Giving awards for performance is a form of company appreciation to employees and a motivation for other employees to work seriously. However, the assessment is not objective, meaning that it does not have a standard assessment standard. To assist companies in determining the best employees, a decision support system (SPK) can be one of the solutions by calculating based on criteria determined by the company. For this case, the authors apply the SAW and SMART methods which are part of the DSS method in solving problems. There are several variables used, namely discipline, attendance, loyalty, teamwork, and performance. To obtain the final result, both SAW and SMART methods are calculated, then the results will be ranked, the one with the highest score becomes the main candidate in selecting the best employee.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition where a child's growth is disrupted, one of which is characterized by the child's growth being abnormally tall, so that it is lower than children his age. Genetic factors have a very small influence on stunting cases compared to environmental factors and health services. In the Tarab River area itself, the biggest factors causing stunting in children are poor nutrition, economics and latrines. In this study the author tried to group stunting cases in the Sungai Tarab II community health center using the k-medoids method, the variables used were age, economic status, latrine conditions and complete or incomplete immunization. The results of research using the k-medoids method which carried out manual calculations obtained 2 clusters, namely cluster 1 and cluster 2 and the results could be obtained in iteration 1 where the difference was 1.112854. As for cluster 1, children are categorized as not being in the stunting category, while cluster 2 children are categorized as stunting.

Abstract

Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus dengeu yang di tularkan melalui nyamuk Aedes Agepty sebagai vektornya. Salah satu masalah kesehatan yang dialami negara tropis dan sebagian negara sub tropis adalah tingginya kasus Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Besar, Kecamatan Medan Labuhan, Kota Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengendalian faktor resiko serta vektor kejadian DBD di Kel. Besar, Kec. Medan Labuhan, Kota Medan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah Data primer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa terdapat 38 kasus DBD dalam kurun 3 bulan terakhir pada tahun 2022. Selain itu, masih terdapat permasalahan persampahan yang belum diatasi secara optimal. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa Pengendalian faktor resiko DBD dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa kegiatan seperti penyuluhan Kesehatan tentang pencegahan DBD, gotong royong berantas DBD dan pemberian bubuk abate dan lotion anti nyamuk.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Sipol sebagai seperangkat sistem teknologi informasi berbasis web dengan tujuan melayani partai politik sebagai calon peserta Pemilu. Melalui Sipol partai politik dapat melakukan penyusunan input data kelayakan pendaftaran sebagai calon peserta Pemilu. Namun tetap adanya surat keberatan dari beberapa partai lokal terhadap verifikasi faktual bahkan ada yang melakukan gugatan ke (Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara) PTUN. Pada dasarnya Pemilu akan selalu berkaitan dengan kekuasaan dan pembentukan pemerintahan baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bagaimana implementasi Sipol dalam tahapan verifikasi menuju Pemilu 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori implementasi, yaitu perpaduan antara tanggung jawab dan kepercayaan untuk merealisasikan visi yang terkandung dalam kebijakan publik dan konsep Pemilu, yaitu instrumen penting di negara demokrasi yang menganut sistem perwakilan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dua sumber yaitu data primer melalui hasil wawancara langsung dengan narasumber, dan data sekunder dengan mengumpulkan dokumen yang terkait dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya dinamika dan proaktif di partai politik lokal dengan pentingnya integritas dalam pelaksanaan Pemilu, dimana akan menghadirkan tata kelola Pemilu yang baik sehingga mencegah terjadinya pelanggaran atau hal serius lainnya. Kendati demikian jaringan yang tidak stabil menghambat proses penerapan serta adanya nama masyarakat yang menjadi anggota partai tertentu, dimana hal ini seharusnya lebih diperhatikan lagi guna tidak merugikan pihak-pihak yang bersangkutan. Sosialisasi bagi masyarakat tidak kalah pentingnya dengan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan pada partai politik. Kata Kunci : Implementasi, Sipol, Partai Politik, Pemilu ABSTRACT Sipol as a web based information technology system with the purpose of serving political parties as prospective election participants. With Sipol, political parties can prepare data input for eligibility to register as candidates for election. However, there are still objection letters from several local parties to factual verification and some have even filed a lawsuit to the State Administrative Court (PTUN). Basically, elections will always be related to power and the formation of a new government. This research is intended to describe how the implementation of Sipol in the verification stage towards the 2024 elections. This research uses implementation theory, which is a combination of responsibility and trust to realize the vision contained in public policy and the concept of elections, which is an important instrument in a democratic country that adheres to a representative system. The method in this study used descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out with two sources, namely primary data through direct results of interviews with resource persons, and secondary data by collecting documents related to the research topic. he results show that there is dynamism and proactivity in local political parties with the importance of integrity in the implementation of elections, which will present good election governance so as to prevent violations or other serious things. However, unstable networks hinder the implementation process and the names of people who are members of certain parties, which should be given more attention so as not to harm the parties concerned. Abstract

This study developed a web-based online queue system using the SDLC Prototype model to improve administrative service efficiency at PT. XYZ. System performance was evaluated by comparing the manual process with the new system using M/M/1 queueing theory parameters, including waiting time, service time, no-show rate, and service capacity. Observations indicated significant improvements: service time decreased from 8 minutes to 6 minutes, waiting time reduced from 28–32 minutes to 5–9 minutes, queue length decreased, and service capacity increased from approximately 35 to 45 participants per day. The no-show rate also dropped from 23–28% to 4–7% after participants could monitor the queue in real time. Usability testing was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with 23 respondents (15 participants and 8 staff). Scores were calculated using the standard odd-even item transformation, yielding an average of 84.89, categorized as “Good.” Participants generally gave higher scores than staff due to the complexity of the admin dashboard. These findings indicate that the system not only functions properly but also provides a measurable impact on improving service efficiency.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve teachers’ pedagogical competence through the socialization and implementation of Deep Learning approaches in classroom practice. Conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung, the activity involved 57 teachers from various disciplines. Using a participatory and reflective training model, the program consisted of three main phases: conceptual socialization, collaborative workshops on learning module design, and mentoring for classroom implementation. Evaluation results showed that 90% of participants reported a clearer understanding of Deep Learning principles, 88% found the methods effective, and 90% felt more confident applying the approach in their teaching. Teachers also perceived increased student motivation and engagement after implementation. Overall, the activity succeeded in enhancing teachers’ readiness to design meaningful, reflective, and technology-integrated learning experiences aligned with 21st-century educational goals. This program underscores the importance of sustainable teacher development in fostering deep and transformative learning environments.   Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru melalui sosialisasi dan implementasi pendekatan Pembelajaran Mendalam (Deep Learning) dalam praktik pembelajaran di kelas. Dilaksanakan di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung, kegiatan ini melibatkan 57 guru dari berbagai disiplin ilmu. Menggunakan model pelatihan partisipatif dan reflektif, program ini terdiri dari tiga fase utama: sosialisasi konseptual, lokakarya kolaboratif tentang perancangan modul pembelajaran, dan pendampingan untuk implementasi di kelas. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 90% peserta melaporkan pemahaman yang lebih jelas tentang prinsip-prinsip Pembelajaran Mendalam, 88% merasa metode ini efektif, dan 90% merasa lebih percaya diri dalam menerapkan pendekatan ini dalam pengajaran mereka. Guru juga merasakan peningkatan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa setelah implementasi. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesiapan guru untuk merancang pengalaman belajar yang bermakna, reflektif, dan terintegrasi dengan teknologi yang selaras dengan tujuan pendidikan abad ke-21. Program ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pengembangan guru yang berkelanjutan dalam mendorong lingkungan belajar yang mendalam dan transformatif.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and changes in cultural consumption patterns have made traditional performing arts face significant challenges. Guel Dance, a Gayo cultural heritage, is also under pressure due to a lack of documentation, limited promotion, and low digital literacy among rural arts communities. This community service activity aims to digitize Guel Dance through audio-visual documentation, digital publication, and capacity building at the Genali Studio. The program, which took place from November 11–15, 2025, included initial discussions, task allocation, digitalization training, the complete and collaborative recording of Guel Dance with Munalo Dance, and the development and documentation of new costumes. The results show that digitalization not only strengthens cultural preservation but also opens up creative economic opportunities, expands public reach, and increases the studio's independence and competitiveness. Amid globalization and technological advances, traditional performing arts are increasingly under pressure from changing cultural consumption patterns. Guel Dance is also threatened by the shift in interest of the younger generation towards digital entertainment. Therefore, a digitalization program is crucial to bridge tradition with the demands of the digital era. Through digital media, Guel Dance can be well documented, promoted innovatively, and increase its economic value, strengthen cultural identity, and encourage cross-generational interaction.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to represent the Sufi sentences engravedon the tombstone of Sultan Malik Al-Saleh in the form of a mural as a medium for strengthening visual culture in the Manbaul Dayah environment, Jantho City. The Sufi values ​​contained in the tombstone reflect the spiritual depth and local wisdom that are important to be passed on to the younger generation, especially the students at the dayah. Through a participatory workshop method involving the community service team and students, this activity was carried out in three main stages: (1) Dissemination related to visual arts in the realm of education, visual arts in Acehnese cultural history and mura art. (2) mural visual design and collaborative workshop process at the dayah. The results of this community service activity show that murals not only function as aesthetic elements, but also as educational media that can strengthen the understanding of cultural and spiritual values ​​in dayah education. This activity contributes to strengthening local cultural identity and increasing appreciation for the historical heritage

Abstract

Abstract - Digital transformation in school administration is essential to improve efficiency and transparency. SMPIT Mutiara still relies on manual procedures for student admission, tuition payment, and donation management, which often cause delays and data loss. This research aims to develop a web-based information system to support these administrative processes. The methodology applies an object-oriented approach using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and the prototyping development model. The research stages include requirements analysis, system design, prototype building, user evaluation, and refinement. The results indicate that the developed system successfully integrates student admission, selection, re-registration, tuition payment, and donation management workflows. It also generates automated reports that assist in monitoring and decision-making. In conclusion, the system is effective in reducing errors, accelerating administrative processes, and enhancing financial transparency. For future development, the system may be extended to academic modules such as student assessment and attendance tracking.Keywords: Web-Based Information System; Student Admission; Tuition Payment; Donation Management; Prototyping Model; Abstrak - Transformasi digital dalam administrasi sekolah menjadi kebutuhan penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi. SMPIT Mutiara masih menggunakan prosedur manual dalam pendaftaran siswa baru, pembayaran SPP, dan pengelolaan dana donasi, yang menimbulkan keterlambatan serta potensi kehilangan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk mendukung proses administrasi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan berorientasi objek dengan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan model pengembangan prototyping. Proses penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pembangunan prototipe, evaluasi pengguna, dan penyempurnaan sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu mengintegrasikan alur pendaftaran siswa, seleksi, pendaftaran ulang, pembayaran SPP, serta pengelolaan donasi. Sistem ini juga menghasilkan laporan otomatis yang dapat digunakan untuk monitoring dan pengambilan keputusan. Kesimpulannya, sistem ini efektif dalam mengurangi kesalahan, mempercepat proses administrasi, dan meningkatkan transparansi keuangan. Abstract

Halal tourism is one of the emerging sectors in the halal industry. The article aims to identify the main problems, solutions, and strategies for developing a model of halal tourism. The qualitative and quantitative approaches are used in this article, including in-depth interviews and expert group discussions with the community leaders, academics, culinary and travel entrepreneurs, local tourism board, hotel entrepreneurs, and tourists representing halal tourism stakeholders. The data was complemented with research questionnaires and compiled using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method, with Super Decision as a data processing tool. The article provides empirical insights into halal tourism in Indonesia, focusing on the root cause, the outcome of solutions, and the formulation of a future development strategy. Government-related issues remain the main priority, followed by community and halal facilities entrepreneur issues (hotel, travel, and halal food). The results showed that the priority problem in developing halal tourism in Indonesia is infrastructure problems. The solution is to build adequate road infrastructure, repair damaged roads, and complete road direction to halal tourism locations in every region of Indonesia. Halal tourism goals in Indonesia can be realized by implementing a functional synergy between the government and the local community.
